I happened to walk into Euroselect Countertops and Decor because they were open on a Saturday when I had the time to shop for new kitchen counters and to plan a general update of our kitchen. I was cheerfully met by Christina Kelly at the door and over the next 1.5 hours, she helped me put together a great plan for my kitchen update that completely exceeded my expectations. Within 3 weeks, Euroselect started the demo of my old countertops and backsplashes, and installed the beautiful slab of dolomite stone that I had hand picked, the backsplash subway tile, the sink, faucet, new hardware for drawers and cabinets and changed out my electrical outlets. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the results, we feel like we have an inviting, new, updated kitchen! The entire experience went as planned, it was very efficient, smooth, and professional. The workmen were very skilled, polite, and cleaned up after they finished. Christina and Bora of the Company kept us updated frequently about the sequence of work, and were both very accessible, patient, and always customer service oriented. We highly recommend Euroselect for a kitchen or bath remodel, we can’t say enough about our positive experience from start to finish!

I am happy with my counter top. The installers scratched my vanity mirror. I wish they had just removed the mirror before they did the install. When I spoke with the office I was told that happens. You signed the agreement. To replace the mirror would be $100.00 dollars. It seems that would be well worth a happy customer. I have another bathroom and kitchen to do. Euroselect will not get my business. Well it seems that Euroselect does care about customer satisfaction. They addressed the mirror issue. Thanks for the response.

We started our remodel over three years ago and made a deposit with EuroSelect. After losing our General Contractor, we are finally finishing in fall 2024. EuroSelect was very patient and generously worked with us during the difficult times. We live in mid-Missouri, a rural area, and EuroSelect had the best service and price over our more local granite only countertop suppliers. In fact, even my neighbors saw how fantastic and courteous EuroSelect was during installation, that one has already ordered his new countertops and another is planning on doing the same in near future from EuroSelect! My new Quartzite kitchen countertops are superb and the Quartz bathroom vanity countertops are as well! Thank you EuroSelect!!! Five Star small business for sure!

I’ve been a contractor for 31 years this is the first time I have used Euro It says ALOT about a company when the owner shows up on the first install Then helps unload the product , put it in place and stay to make sure every 1/16 is exact (missed a pic of him cleaning the top)😜 His care for the safety of his men on a massive piece (about 700lbs) on a very difficult slope was the best part being a real human!!! Caring for his fellow man Thanks Mark & team for making this an AMAZING first experience I’m looking forward to many more

I would highly recommend EuroSelect…all the staff Mark, Ian, Christina and the team that came to the house were helpful and kind. Mark knows his products and was open to work around our budget and recommend what can be ideal for us. After two weeks of hunting for a kitchen countertop company, we walked into their store and were out after an hour with a deal. I would definitely go back for my next house project.

We walked into Euroselect primarily because they were open until 3pm on Saturday. Natasa greeted and showed us all the slabs they had. We knew the look that we wanted but she still took the time to educate us on the pros and cons of each material. We found the exact Quartz that we were looking for. We had bids from two other companies but we wanted a bid from them. The quote they gave us was several thousands dollars less than our other bids. They are full service, so in addition to doing the counter tops and tile, they also took care of the plumbing. Natasa and Bora were incredible to work with. Two weeks after walking through their doors, not only did we save money, but I had the kitchen of my dreams. I love it!

We love our quartz countertops from Euroselect! They were very affordably priced and great quality. They're easy to keep clean and have held up well! The company itself was great to work with. We had several hiccups in our kitchen remodel and had to push our installation back multiple times, and they were incredibly patient and responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Ive had a total kitchen makeover. Went to quite a few places for countertops. Couple places gave me paper and pencil to write down the ones i liked. It was hard to catch the clerk for help. I wasn’t impressed. To be honest I sort of stumbled upon Euroselect! Lucky me! They helped me narrow down my choices until i got exactly what i wanted. The prices were much cheaper than the exact same product at the other stores. It was easy working with their staff. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Euroselect Countertops & Decor. Natasa greeted us & was of great help to us in picking out our countertop, backsplash and sink. She added it all up and it was well within our budget (which most other companies could not do). The installation was done swiftly & professionally. Everything is beautiful. The experience with Euroselect Countertops & Decor has been nothing short of fantastic. They were doing an install at my neighbors and I saw their truck. Mark was so gracious and came by my house the same day and worked up a tentative estimate for us on counter tops, backsplash and new floors. We were so impressed by his professionalism. We scheduled a time to drive an hour and a half to their showroom to work out the details on materials. And were so glad we did. Mark and his staff worked with us tirelessly that day. Within a week their crew was at our house in Sedalia working. They completed the counter tops, back splash and new sink in three days. They addressed any questions and concerns we had. The new floor materials were ordered and installed with the same professionalism. We were thinking about new cabinets but Mark suggested waiting to see how we liked the new floors and counter top install with the oak cabinets we had. This suggestion saved us thousands $$. I recommend them highly. Professional, friendly and helpful from the office staff to the crews. Kept the site clean as possible during construction and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Euroselect recently updated our 40+ year old Leawood kitchen with a gorgeous guartzite countertop on the island and white quartz on the perimeter counters, new gas cooktop, sinks, faucets and backsplash tile. I chose them after a lot of looking at other places. I really appreciated that they are a local, family owned business with an impressive selection, personal involvement from start to finish, attention to detail, good workers, great follow-through and follow-up, and fair pricing. Mark and Marina spent a lot of time and care helping us with suggestions, selections and questions! They did a good job of communicating when workers would be there and if there were any issues we needed to address. We are very pleased with the end result.

We had a kitchen top replaced with a dolomite stone from Euroselect. The installers were professional, courteous, and efficient. They went above and beyond when they noticed the kitchen sink was not aligned with the existing granite, so they realigned the sink for us, even though this was not part of their install.

The cabinets, granite, and backsplash were good, but the service was terrible. I ordered cabinets and granite countertops on 7/7/22 from Ian. I ordered slow closing doors and pulls for the doors. They tore out the old cabinets on 8/8/22 and put in new cabinets on 8/9/22. When Eddie installed the cabinets, I asked him about the slow closing doors and the pulls. He wasn't aware of this. Some of the drawers did not close properly and one of the drawers was not properly assembled. It was loose at all corners and the bottom. Ian said that they missed putting on the slow closing doors, but they would change that. They would fix the drawers when they attach the slow closing hardware. They would repair wood under the sink. They also had the pulls and they would install them. On 8/22/22, they came to install granite countertops. They were to come during day time. I called to make sure when they were coming. I was told they would be there by 3pm. They showed up after 6pm. They didn't leave until around 7:30pm. The granite where they cut the hole for the sink had some places that had some black resin, and there were some rough spots on the granite that needed to be smoothed out. Also, the place where the oven was to be was not wide enough for my oven to fit in. They moved the one cabinet and counter top. On 8/23/22, Victor left a phone message and a text that he was at my house to do plumbing. I didn't know he was coming. He had no scheduled time. He just showed up. Ian came out on 8/31/22 and scraped the resin off the granite, but he needed the granite guy to come out and smooth out the granite. He also moved the one counter and countertop over so the stove would fit in. I also reminded him some of the cabinets didn't work properly and the one cabinet was not assembled properly. He said they would get fixed when they come out and fix the slow close doors and other things. I asked when they would be out. They still had to do the backsplash, but he never gave me a time for this. On 9/12/22, Victor completed the backsplash and electrical. I asked Ian when they would be out to finish the doors and install handle and repair under sink. He said by end of week of 9/16/22. Eddie showed up on 9/16/22 around 2pm without any notice. He stayed until after 7pm. One of the railings was broken. He was going to take it with him. The door pulls were on. He was going to get more slow closing door hinges, but everything else was done. On Saturday, 9/17/22, I started to put things in the drawers and cabinets. I pulled one drawer and the drawer fell apart and on to my foot. It was not fixed. On Monday, 9/19/22, Ian fixed the broken drawer. They were ordering a new railing. He said Eddie will come out on Tues, 9/21/22, and the granite guy will come on Wed, 9/22/22. Eddie did not show up on 9/21/22. The granite guy did not show up on 9/22/22, but Eddie showed up on 9/22/22 without any notice. He had the wrong size hinges (11/4 in instead of 1/2 in). His helper had to go back and get the right ones. They brought a new railing, but it was the wrong brand. I am not sure how many hinges he put on, but he said he would bring more. On 9/22/22, I sent a text to Ian asking when they are coming to look at the countertop. I didn't receive a response. On 9/23/22, I gave my list of items that needed to be fixed to Christina at their office. Christina called me and said that someone would come out on 9/27/22 to fix items on my checklist. Also, the granite guy would be out later that day. On 9/27/22, they fixed the items on my list. The granite guy came later in the day and sanded the granite to smooth it around the sink. From the time they installed the cabinets, it took almost 8 weeks to fix the problems. The granite countertops excess resin was scraped off and sanded to smooth the granite around the sink. They spent maybe 2-3 hours to do this, but it was 5 weeks before this was completed. On 9/28/22, I paid for the work by check. I noticed that they used my routing number and account number and account number to make an unauthorized withdrawal from my account. They also deposited my checks. I stopped payment on the unauthorized withdrawal. But this caused an overdraft on my account. I have been involved in the real estate and rental business for over 30 years. This is the worst company I have ever worked with.
