Very painless. Measured, installed without a hitch. I did call them a couple times later for some help and never got a return call, but the actual installation was fine.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the crew at EuroMarble & Granite. They were responsive and careful in measuring for my kitchen countertop and installing it along with the sink after fabrication. Alex Pelea was my email contact and support person from the time the order was placed through installation. He was exceptionally responsive and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the result.

Bought counters through Ikea, and they provided the quartz, did the template and install. They were prompt, helpful and made some beautiful counters. We're very happy with the final result!

Nicest brothers ever! Soon after we purchased our granite, they contacted us to schedule measuring our countertops. They invited us to see the slabs before they cut them to make sure we were happy with the template.

The BEST to work with, great service, were very patient, I was a wreck, my dads kitchen flooded and had to be replaced. Long story short, EuroMarble and Granite came through on countertop fabrication and installation. They explained the options available regarding seams and edge details. They alerted me to minor details I was not aware of. Truly EuroMarble and Granite is a company I hope to work with again.

We needed a smaller kitchen island for our kitchen. Vio was great and worked with us for a great price on some remnants. He came to our house for measurements and advice and his team returned again to build the kitchen island. It is smaller than your average kitchen island and works great for us. All this within a week.

Professional, super easy to work with, really nice team, local family owned, care for their craft, care for their customers. I bought a big piece for a dining room counter top and they delivered within a few days and installed quickly, cleanly and very effectively. Highly recommend this team, they're my first call for all this type of work.

We had a great experience with EuroMarble & Granite. Install went very well, no damage done to kitchen walls. For some reason sink ended up a bit sideways, but it might have been due to our plumber hooking up food disposal system afterward. EuroMarble came back to fix the issue, we paid about half of the regular visit cost. Ikea countertop looks great, and we are picky customers! Thank you.

The measurement appointment was on time and fast. The installation appointment was also on time and the quality of the installation was superb. The wait time between the measurement appointment and the installation appointment was 3 weeks plus 3 days. I feel it is a bit too long for not having a countertop (ergo non-functional kitchen). But I don't know the order and cutting process and so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt

Excellent job from start to finish. We hired them through Ikea kitchen project. They were timely, responsive, professional. They made a little error in estimating my stove fit. My GC couldn't fit the stove back in. I emailed them the pictures of their mistake and they came in 2 hours to fix it! Even my contractor was impressed how responsive they were and how fast they fixed it. Definitely would recommend them.

EuroMarble was great to work with. Their employees are very friendly, courteous and professional. They kept us informed about the timeframe. There was a bit of confusion (because of IKEA), but EuroMarble was able to help guide and help us through it. Our kitchen looks very nice and I'd definitely recommend EuroMarble!

We bought a kitchen and quartz countertop at IKEA. Our contractor installed the kitchen and he met with Euro Granite for templating and installation. I can't comment much on the process since our contractor managed that, but the end result is great. We have two 12' counters with a 36" cutout for an undermount sink and a 36" cutout for a cooktop. Also, one of the counters has a 45 degree angle at the end. It fits well everywhere, edges look nice and the seams are smooth. The $125 "San Francisco" installation surcharge is a little silly, but I guess that pays for parking tickets and extra time spent in traffic. All other surcharges seemed reasonable.

Worked with them through Ikea. The plan went smoothly, they were friendly, cleaned up after completion of the install and made sure it worked correctly. They helped us troubleshoot issues, and the templating and installation process went as expected. Our countertops look awesome and the price was very reasonable through Ikea.

they did a caesarstone kitchen countertop install through Ikea. No issues whatsoever - the measuring and install were painless and I'm very pleased with the results. When the countertops were measured their guy was helpful - whenever he asked me about some detail that I had to make a decision on I said something like 'I think this but what would you do?' and he would tell me his opinion with some details on why - this was helpful in that I don't do this every day and he had insights that made me comfortable with those decisions. the installers were great - no complaints and they did things like cover the flooring with drop cloths to keep everything clean and undamaged. all in all I'm very pleased with both the countertops and the job that they did installing it.

I am so happy that my IKEA countertops were handled by EM&G - I waited until IKEA changed from their old contractors to EM&G to have mine done. The man who came to measure was a Master - he came up with an elegant solution to help balance the uneven sides of my galley kitchen that even my general contractor was impressed with. Their installers were careful and cleaned everything up perfectly before they left. I worked with their schedule, but I think David (their set-up guy) would have accommodated me if I had issues with their timing. I recommend EuroMarble & Granite.

EuroMarble and Granite, through IKEA, measured and installed my new Caesarstone countertop. Everything went fine on the measurement and installation front, the price seemed very reasonable, and the final product is gorgeous and easy to maintain. I got the Caesarstone countertop for my new kitchen. Ovi did the templating. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The countertop itself and install turned out really well in the end. But on the day of the install, things started off on a bad note - they showed up with pieces that looked nicely fabricated except the sink cutout didn't match the sink I had ready at templating. Turns out Caesarstone doesn't recommend cutting tight corners, but I wasn't informed about this limitation. Otherwise I would have bought a sink with rounded corners instead. But because of this issue, I was able to witness first hand the length to which Euro is willing to go to get things right. Luis (installer), after consulting with the owner, spent the next 4 hours perfecting the sink cutout until it matched the sink perfectly. And then Luis and team worked tirelessly on the seam (there was only one seam in my whole kitchen even though other companies quoted at least 3 seams). The seam was really well done. It's super thin and smooth, not noticeable at all. Overall, superb attention to detail and workmanship. Even though my project was definitely a small project, they treated it like it was a VIP project. Very happy and impressed!!!!

This is a long overdue review. We had our Caesarstone countertop installed by EuroMarble in May. The process started by emailing David, who set up the appointment to do the templates. Vio arrived on time the following Wednesday, and exactly two weeks later our countertops were installed. Luis and another installer were professional and polite. They covered my wood floors, installed the countertops efficiently and cleaned up the site afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

We were extremely pleased with our Cambria Quartz counters, cut and installed by Euro. They went beyond the norm when we needed it done sooner than expected. Everyone was courteous and professional, and the quality of craftsmanship and installation is outstanding. They were recommended to us by another professional, in custom cabinetry, and we continue to recommend Euro to others.

I have had the pleasure of working with this family run business on a few of my remodeling jobs and have been completely satisfied every time. We bought a beautiful slab of green quartzite that we love from Tez Marble and arranged for their fabricator, EuroMarble & Granite to cut and install our countertops. Ovi Bogdan at EuroMarble worked with us to determine the best way to cut the slab. They were prompt in making the templates, cutting and installing the countertops for our bathrooms. We are very happy with the experience and the finished countertops. We would definitely use EuroMarble again when we renovate our kitchen. We have recommended EuroMarble to friends and will continue to do so.

Vio is an excellent marble worker and did a beautiful job on our kitchen countertop and island countertop installations. He was very professional and courteous and went out of his way to allow us to visit his shop twice on Saturday mornings, in order not to have to take more time off work. The kitchen island is white onyx and very fragile but he did an amazing job with the range and sink cuts and the edges are also perfect. He said it was a difficult job doing the cuts on the brittle onyx slab but you cannot tell by looking at the final product. The other marble counter looks great as well and he even used the range cutout to make a a bartop for a small additional fee. His installers were also very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommended. Great job, very nice guy and reasonably priced!

We had new kitchen counter top installed. The template work went well. Scheduling final install took some juggling of schedule but finally worked out well. Installation crew worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. Crews arrived at appointment times. Note: we had our own contractor remove the old counter and level the cabinets. We had to purchase the new sink before hand so the template could use cutout info. We are happy with the new counter tops - looks great.

EuroMarble & Granite is a good place to for estimate on natural stone installation. They have large facility where they cut your stone and can accommodate you viewing your stone before they make cuts. This is a A MUST and good that they offer. VERY Important recommendation: If you are installing counters in a large space like a kitchen and will use more than one slab of same material in that space - YOU must instruct your tile/stone company AND fabricator/installer to take extra care to match the stone color and pattern at every spot where the slabs will meet. Unfortunately this was not done on my project and there was/is a viable miss-match. Be sure to view your slabs in direct sunlight -and in shade -- before your order and pay. Also be sure to view your stone with the "cut" template (before cut is made) in direct sunlight and in shade. Lastly, ask to speak with past clients with similar large space projects. The extra care on your part is "extra" but given the large investment in material and labor and the inability to "fix it" (without a sizable re-investment on your part) -- the "extra" effort on your part to assure the best final outcome is priceless.

We've been calling almost daily for over two weeks to schedule a measurement for our countertops. Nobody has responded to any of our voicemails or emails. If we weren't obligated to use them because they are contracted with IKEA, we'd for sure take our business elsewhere. IKEA has been informed and are working with us to try and find a solution, and in the mean time we are waiting to get ONE call back to schedule a measure.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Sergio was an absolute jerk to me, even after I gave him the chance to correct a mistake. He wants to put blame on me, on Ikea, or whoever else, other than the guy who came out to make a template. He then followed up with a blatant sexist comment saying he didn't believe I had ever installed a countertop. I will be taking this matter to BBB, and will update Ikea on the situation in its entirety.

Stay away from this company. The crew came in to install our countertops we purchased through IKEA. Nothing fancy, no special cuts, basic L shape kitchen install. Crew managed to damage newly installed cabinet and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Said they were only responsible for the countertop and nothing else. Even if their crew damaged the cabinet. Initially they refused to return to see what they had done (we had sent photos of the damage), finally came back "as a courtesy" and did nothing but squeeze more adhesive on top of the broken piece and left. My husband tried to talk to the owner and he maintained that they did nothing wrong and they were only responsible for the countertop install and nothing else. And then told my husband to "get out" of his showroom. Stay far away!

1/4" off in almost all directions, leaving countertops and island waterfall going diagonally acrosss the kitchen and cabinets. if you are stuck with euromarble as an Ikea vendor, be absolutely sure to measure all surfaces before they are even put on, as installers and cutters seem unable to do it on their own.

This company is terrible. I wish I read these reviews before, but I also purchased my countertops from Ikea and Ceastone contracted out to this company, so I did not know who they were until they called to schedule the install. Terrible customer service. The people on the phone were rude when I was trying to schedule, because I had to change the install due to other issues going on at my house. After the install it generally looked fine but there was some caulking that was left on my wall that I had to clean up myself! Then, a few months later, all the caulking is coming apart. I reached out to Ikea since it falls under warranty, they reached out to Ceasarstone, and Ceasarstone reached out to EuroMarble & Granite. They came back to out fix the caulking, but then two days later it was coming apart again!!! They must be using cheap materials. I hardly use the bathroom since it is guest bathroom so this should definitely not be happening! My kitchen and master bath were done around the same time with another company and no issues! Now, I am having they come out again to fix but I dont trust them to fix the job right. I prefer to have another company do it correctly, but Ceasarstone does not want to pay another company..... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Do not use this company!

Exceptionally bad service and workmanship. I've successfully gutted and renovated 2 houses now. I've worked with countless companies and contractors to do construction, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, floors, and so on. EuroMarble is the worst experience I had by far. They have done everything wrong. Look at the attached pictures to see for yourself. I'm posting this to save others the agony and damage this company brought me. Even before they started the installation, their communication is terrible. Try to call the company and see how the person answers the phone. Then, an employee arrived to measure and take templates. He made a bunch of mistakes that they later blamed on me. I hired them to do a professional job and they expect me to do the work for them. The worst part was the installation itself. The installers were flat out rude. They damaged our floors and took no measures what so ever to protect and clean their environment. They chipped some of the stone panels and failed to fix it. The drilled crooked holes for our fixtures, and they installed unpolished stone that still had the manufacturer print on it on a visible side. And lastly the sink they installed. A month after they were done with the installation, our sink just crashed into the cabinet underneath. See pictures. As I'm writing this post we still don't have an operational sink in our kitchen. Avoid at all costs.

I completely agree with the review from Troinex C... DO NOT buy an IKEA Caesarstone countertop because they contract with this disastrous company!!! First off, the office staff of EMG were not communicative and very unprofessional and I wasted a lot of time having to track them down for information about our project. We were charged questionable extra charges after the template appointment, the person answering the phone never knew what was going on, and never called me back after promising to get more information. Before the installation even happened I was so frustrated with this company and very concerned about what was to come. Upon entry to the house, the installation crew made it clear that they needed to get to Napa for the next job and were obviously rushing as a result. Our project also served as a training for two new guys, which didn't make me feel so assured about the work. When they finished I was told not to touch the counter for awhile, so it wasn't until they were gone and some time had passed that I began to inspect everything closely. What I found was a countertop that looked like it was several years old, with smudgy marks and glue and silicone everywhere that did not wipe away. I complained to IKEA and a representative informed me that "this is a simple cleaning issue" and to use Soft Scrub with Bleach (Caesarstone's partner, of course). After vigorous scrubbing, the stains are less noticeable but still there. The fact that I had to scrub my brand new countertop to remove stains still makes me so angry. Not only did we pay for a countertop that I had to scrub to remove marks that will never fully go away, the installation crew also scratched our new ikea sink and dripped glue all over our drawers and pots and pans. This is a mess of a company and I would never recommend going through IKEA for their countertop project as a result.

Worst possible company to work with! Total and complete disaster!! LOOK FOR THE PHOTOS OF OUR JOB. THEY SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! TOTAL HACKS! We purchased a Corian counter top from IKEA. The job was subcontracted from CaesarStone out to EuroMarble & Granite. First, EuroMarble missed their first template appointment even though we called twice the day of to confirm they were coming. I took half a day off work, and they never showed up. When they showed up for the second template appt on 12/29/16, the guy did not template the counter at all. He just measured. I asked him several times why he was not templating the job, and he said they didn't need to actually template, just measure. I was careful to point out that we would need a outlet cut out, and that we would need a double build up on the overhang section of the waterfall edge because it would be exposed. We emailed several times with David of EuroMarble. We made sure he was also aware we had a outlet cut out that would need to be done on site. The install was scheduled for 1/23/17, far longer than the 10 days that we had been told in the store between template and install. We asked if this could be done sooner since we had family coming into town, but we were told this was not possible. On 1/23/17, two guys showed up for the counter top install. They had no ID badges, and were given no paperwork on who they were. The pieces of counter they brought were totally incorrect. (see photos below) The mitered waterfall edge had not been cut, the pieces didn't match each other, the return on the waterfall edge which was exposed on the overhang had not been double built up, and the waterfall edges were not even long enough to reach the top of our cabinets, among other issues. While on sight, they cut the outlet in the incorrect area. They also cut several pieces of wood, and a lot of the cutting was done IN OUR LIVING ROOM! Before even trying to dry fit the counter to see if the pieces would fit, they put tons of silicone glue all over the cabinets and attempted to haphazardly glue pieces of wood on top of the cabinets which didn't even span the entire length of the cabinet. They said this was the "support" for the entire counter top. The pieces were not screwed in place, and as soon as they put the heavy counter on them, they slid around and did not work. The fabricator/install team told us they were never made aware there was an outlet cut out that needed to be done on sight or that a section of the waterfall would need a double build up due being exposed from the counter top overhang. When it because clear to us that this job was botched, and they had no clear path to correct the miscuts, we instructed them to remove the pieces and leave. They left silicone residue smeared all over our cabinets and dripped on our wood floor. It was around this time that we found out that the guy trying to install this counter DID NOT even work for EuroMarble. He had been contracted out by EuroMarble to fabricate and install this job. He told us EuroMarble doesn't know how fabricate a solid surface counter top and so they hired him. The second guy on the install team made my husband very nervous because my husband caught him scoping out the electronics in our house several times. This made us very uneasy and made us feel like we now need to be concerned about a possible break in. After they finished removing the miscut counter, I asked them to make sure they cleaned up the mess they had made before they left- there were counter top and wood shavings in our living room, and they had tracked mud all over our wood floor since it was raining that day. They informed me they had no way to clean up after themselves and asked if they could borrow a broom and cleaning supplies. I ended up moping up the floor myself. We still have counter top shavings all over our front yard that can't be swept or raked up. UPDATE: We were able to obtain a full refund from IKEA. Will be choosing another company to work with. I recommend Fonseca Marble, or True Stone. We've used both of them in the past and they are 100% amazing... just a lot more expensive.
