Great experience!! Tracy was enthusiastic as soon as we walked in and was extremely knowledge and insightful when helping us! She was a great listener and incorporated everything I asked for in all of the countertops she showed us. Highly recommend - especially if you are like me and are feeling a bit overwhelmed by the renovation process. Tracy is amazing!

Euro Stone Craft (ESC) replaced our kitchen countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet last week and I couldn't be more pleased. ESC was a pleasure to work with during all the stages of the process from quartz selection to design to contracting and finally the installation job itself. They have a wide range of quartz options in their showroom and storage. Shawn Daghigh helped us select the quartz based on the layout of the kitchen and unlike some other vendors we worked with, steered us away from pricey options. He understood our needs and more important had the experience needed to help us decide. The contracts were straightforward and once signed, ESC kept to their promised timelines. The actual installation was done by Marvin and his team and they did a terrific job. The finish was immaculate, clean and as promised. At every stage, ESC responded very quickly to our many queries and we always felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend ESC if you are in the market for a vendor for replacing your kitchen countertops. There are lots of vendors in NoVA and we are so happy we went with ESC.

Euro Stone Craft does exceptionally beautiful work!! We just completed our third job with them (2 kitchens and a bathroom) and would not use anyone else. They are precise and very professional, plus creative and can make just about anything work. They have a large selection, and are extremely knowledgable and make the process seamless and fun. Thank you!!

We had the BEST experience working with Miana and Tracy at Eurostone Craft via Costco. Their customer service and communication is excellent. We had one small schedule issue due to our personal schedule and they jumped through hoops to move up the install date for us. I highly recommend working with them for your countertop needs. My experience with the installing of my new quartz countertops went very well! From the purchase to the install. They did a beautiful job quickly but professionally. Afterwards, the plumber arrived within minutes to hook up the appliances which was in my package. .

I learned about Eurostone by accident :-) and so glad I did. The accident - I was shopping for Dekton Trilium at another location but they did not have any more Dekton Trilium samples in store -- so they suggested a place I could go to to get a sample. While at the other place, I met Miana who was there waiting to meet a client. She and I spoke briefly. I could tell she was/is a "mover and shaker," has an eye for design, and thoroughly knows her business. She also told me about a partnership Eurostone has with Costco (during that month, Costco had a special which afforded an additional savings that would be returned to me via credit on a Costco card--nice). Miana and Tracy also set up/scheduled the plumbing, electrical work and helped me select and purchase the perfect sink and faucet for my new stone. Eurostone (Miana, Tracy and ALL associated)... from meeting Miana to purchase to installation to follow up was nothing less than exceptionally flawless. Thanks Miana and Tracy :-)

Overall , we had an excellent experience with Eurostone Craft for our tub deck surround installation. We chose a remnant piece and even though ours was a "small" job, we still received excellent customer service. Haeri helped give us an accurate estimate, a technician came out for precise measurements and the installation team did a great job. They were careful in our home and thorough with the job.

Amazing work! From start to finish they were efficient and thorough. We couldn’t go to the warehouse to look at the slabs we could choose from so they sent great pictures and we’re super happy with our choice! Once the measurements were taken it only took a few days to cut and then a week later the counters were installed.

Euro Stone Craft was great to work with! Tracy was very helpful in our first appointment in showing us the product and helping us design and find what we were looking for, and was also helpful throughout the process when we had questions. Everyone that we came into contact with at Euro Stone craft was helpful as well, the measuring technician took his time ensuring that we got the correct measurements and layout and the installers were prompt, professional and efficient, will use again! Thanks!

A follow-up to our earlier review, as a few people have asked about our incredilble installers, who gave great care to their craft, despite working so quickly...their names are Marvin and Jimmy, and we highly recommend them, along with the entire Euro Stonecraft team! They did a beautiful job, start to finish, and were professional yet fun and friendly straight through. Thanks again to Jamee, Betzaida, and of course Tracy and Shawn, who were all so helpful in making sure we got the very look we wanted...definitely appreciated!

Could not recommend Tracy and the team at Euro Stone Craft any more highly. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable on products, pricing, installation, and has a great design eye. Countertops are a big decision in a renovation, and I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Thank you, so much Tracy and team! Five stars. First, some context. I'm in the process of updating my Father in Laws' house, in order to put it on the market. I'm trying to keep to a tight budget, however. We bought and installed stock cabinets from Home Depot, but found that we could get some special buy granite for $1 more a sq ft than laminate. Euro stone craft was the subcontractor. They showed up on time for the initial measurement, and showed up on time for the install. Jamee was the measurement tech, and Ugi was the installer. Every interaction with them was extremely professional, and I am extremely happy with the work that they did. TY, Euro Stonecraft!

EuroStoneCraft really blew me away with their amazing customer service, excellent price (the most competitive quote I rec'd for Ceasarstone's London Grey) and installation. Todd Layton is a DREAM to work with. He answered my MANY questions promptly and kindly and really went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied. The countertops are beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

We renovated our kitchen and dealt directly with Euro Stone Craft for the countertop stone. Of the many frustrating elements involved in coordinating and completing this renovation, dealing with ESC was by far the best and easiest part of the experience. Our customer service rep, Tracy J., was simply outstanding. She listened to our ideas, then walked us through the showroom and warehouse where we could see whole slabs of stone to get a better idea of how the color and veining would actually look, instead of just on a 12"x12" sample square. Knowing what we wanted, she led us straight to the stone we would eventually choose, but also showed us many others just to make sure we were happiest with that one. Every aspect of working with ESC was smooth and very well-organized. Communication was excellent, and there were absolutely no surprises or hidden charges. Everything was clearly laid out up front. The installation team were likewise very professional, organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. Once we're ready to renovate the bathrooms, we'll definitely go back to ESC for all the stone. I very much appreciate Euro Stone Craft for their excellent customer service, support, and professionalism.

Such a great experience! Got new quartz countertops from Eurostonecraft. Tracy, my Customer Service rep, was amazing! First of all, she was so helpful as I went through the long decision process of choosing the countertops (couldn't make up my mind!) and then, due to construction delays-at my end-we had to wait quite a long time before installation, but Tracy was unfailingly patient and answered all of my questions as we went along over several months (I had never done anything like this!), and then I was finally ready for installation. Daimer, who came to measure for the countertops, and the two guys who installed the countertops (yesterday) were so professional and capable, and now I have my lovely countertops & I couldn't be happier! Everyone at Eurostonecraft was so helpful and polite and wonderful-no matter when - or how much - I called , and they all made the experience so positive! Most highly recommend Eurostonecraft!!

We went to Euro Stone Craft to source our Cambria Praa Sands kitchen counter tops and to find stone for our fireplace hearth and surround. Everyone we have dealt with in person or via email from the first moment we walked into the showroom and met Rimon has been a delight to work with. Everyone has been willing to answer our questions. We had already picked out our countertop material when we walked in, but Rimon did a great job of guiding us to the perfect stone for our fireplace heart and surround. It looks amazing! The installers were wonderfully pleasant and efficient and did a great job. We were very impressed by how thorough and clear all of their communications and instructions have been. Everything they provided made it easy to ensure that we were ready for the template appointment and installation. They really make the process of obtaining our new kitchen counters and fireplace materials such a joy.

Great experience at Euro Stone Craft. Staff very helpful in helping us decide on stone type and color and when we could not find exactly what we were looking for at their showroom they provided a list of locations to continue our search. We found what we were looking for at one of the other locations and that stone was sent to Euro Stone for fabrication and installation. A Euro Stone technician came out and took care of the measurements and Euro Stone was quick to provide the prints for approval. Team was available to answer questions about the plans and provide updates based on our conversations and e-mail exchanges. Team was professional and gave us tips on what to do and what not to do in removing the old counter top and preparing the back splash. Installation team did a great job. The installation has one seam and it is almost invisible.

My husband & I recently had Eurostonecraft install a granite countertop as part of our kitchen renovation. They did a great, efficient job, and the overall effect is beautiful. We made multiple visits as to granite wholesalers & several visits to Eurostonecraft to identify a stone that would enhance our kitchen renovation & to find learn about the measurement & installation process. On each of the several visits I/we made to Eurostonecraft, we were impressed that someone always tried help as soon as we arrived, even if it was not the person with whom we had previously met. The VP, Shawn Daghigh, made an extra effort to show me how several pieces of granite would be cut to fit in our kitchen, in a way that would take advantage of beautiful patterns in several pieces of granite. It helped me to see that this particularly beautiful granite might overwhelm my kitchen, and led me to look at other options. I found this really helpful, because it is easy to be awed by the distinguishing granite colors & patterns, as though looking at a painting; however, it is another thing, and more challenging, to imagine the pattern /color in the scheme of ones kitchen. Dena Mikhaiel provided us with outstanding design & color suggestions in the granite layout, in order to make the best selection for cabinets of two different colors; she also allowed us to contribute our thoughts & preferences as she merged patterns in a seamless way. My husband and I appreciated the time (& patience) of Deniz & Shawn in the stone selection process, and Randy Hunn's explanation of the technical aspects of counter measurement & layout. The teamwork, expertise & professionalism of everyone, including Gana and his team of installers, is impressive. I highly recommend this company.

Just came back from ordering my floating vanity/sink from EuroStone Craft. I found a remnant piece of Caesarstone online from their website, with intentions of making a floating bathroom sink. I emailed the owner Mr. Shawn Daghigh a photo of what I wanted and he quickly emailed me back with a price, that included an undermount sink with beveled edge, faucet cutout and installation. Plumbing is a separate price, and service that I didn't need. When I arrived I met with Tracey at the front desk. She was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. We went to look at the piece I had chosen, discussed dimensions and details. She was also very transparent in all aspects of cost and other issues. I also met another gentleman who had I believe previously worked for Architectural Ceramics who was also very knowledgable. Keep in mind these folks are fabricators and the place that the larger stone retailers call up to measure, design and create your counters, backsplashes etc. ESC also have a very large selection of beautiful granites, marbles and synthetic stone in their warehouse, which I believe is expanding. I also saw kitchen cabinets, and tiles. All is to say I would skip the big box store mentioned in other reviews and go right to the source. The less people involved usually equals, in my opinion, better communication and results. So far my experience has been excellent. Despite the fact that my project is a small one, in the scheme of things, I was given a lot of attention and no question was left unanswered.

I recently had new granite kitchen counters installed by Euro Stone. Rarely have I experienced the level of customer service and professionalism provided by this company. The whole process was flawless from start to finish, with one exception, which wasn't their fault. After installation, when the plumber arrived to connect the plumbing for the new sink, he found that my existing faucet, which I was planning to keep, had a broken piece. I called Euro Stone, thinking it had been broken by the installers (it hadn't). The Euro Stone representative made some calls, and within half an hour someone brought a brand new faucet. This person turned out to be one of the owners of the company - How's that for customer service! - and while he was here I took the opportunity to ask some questions about the composition, care, etc of granite, which he patiently and knowledgeably answered. And my new counters are absolutely gorgeous!

Euro Stone Craft just completed my master bath renovation and did a fantastic job! I am in the construction industry and have a lot of experience with stone fabricators and was very impressed with their communication, service and turnaround times. I did a small kitchen renovation, which took a lot longer than anticipated. In a nutshell, it's been a real pain. The only part that went smoothly was the counter installation. I found a terrific Quartz remnant at Euro Stone. I bought the remnant and was contacted right away to schedule the date for them to take measurements and create the template. I received an email reminder and the rep called when he was on the way ( he arrived on time). I had the same experience with the installation of the countertop--I received an email reminder and the installer called before he arrived. It looks great. If all of the vendors were as professional as Euro Stone, I would be ready to tackle another project. They have a customer for life.

As Realtors, we see a ton of installations, some not so good. From the minute we walked in the door, we had a top-notch experience. Sales room people were great, the selection of granite was far nicer than any of the half dozen places we'd been. The CAD program they used to overlay a photo of the actual stone we picked on to a floor plan of our cabinets was extremely helpful. Then - installation. Their techs were on time, efficient, and YOUR CAN'T SEE OUR SEAMS, even with a busy pattern on the stone. These guys were great - we will be sending all our clients to them.

I was referred to Euro Stone Craft by my brother who was friends with the owner. Since I live out of state I took his recommendation and visited the showroom in Herndon. I was very surprised to see such a huge selection of granite, marble and soapstone. My project was on a modest budget so Shawn directed me to granite that would be more "budget friendly". I wish I could include a picture in my review because it turned out fabulous. It surely does not appear that I was on a budget when selecting the counters. Overall the experience was very great. The installers arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up everything after completion. I will use them again when I replace kitchen or baths in my other rentals. Update: I just used them again for a condo that I renovated with great results. Installers were the same as last time and they needed to do some on-site modifications because my cabinets were not level. With there help we got everything level and the granite counters look fantastic. I'll keep using these guys!

While I can't comment on extensive projects, this is an excellent place for smaller jobs where a remnant will do, such as bathroom vanities. When my boyfriend and I were shopping around, we discovered that most places have a minimum size for countertop installation. Other places offered to cut the stone to our specs, but we'd still be charged for their minimum size, which would have been considerably larger than what we needed. This was not the case with Euro Stone. We were charged only for the size of the remnant that we needed. We also found the prices to be very reasonable -- we'd seen the remnant that we wanted (Geos Ocean Shell, with recycled glass and shell fragments) going for considerably higher prices elsewhere. Maybe it was a bit of luck in finding the exact stone we wanted, but the remnant selection is still quite good. We worked directly through Euro Stone Craft, rather than a contractor through Home Depot, as others who've reviewed had done. We also worked through the process on the phone and online -- since we'd already found the stone we wanted elsewhere, we didn't need to go to the warehouse to see what it looked like. The experience was great -- very friendly, everything worked out, their staff came inside the expected windows for templating and installation. Communication over phone and email was very good. The countertop is lovely and no flaws in the installation. The only minor quibble is that the process did take a bit of time, just going back and forth on making the necessary appointments to seeing them through, but it wasn't inordinate. I'd definitely recommend, especially for the smaller projects that can fit a remnant.

I was looking for a stone countertop for a vanity I already purchased. When I walked in, it took a minute but someone came out to talk with me. He was excellent. His name is Deniz and he was very thorough, explained everything in detail and showed me the remnant granite pieces they had (they were all outside). Once I wrote down the top 4 that I liked, they put it in the computer and gave me a quote within 10 minutes. When Deniz was busy with another customer, he got a second employee to assist me. Then he came back with coffee for me (it was cold out) and walked through everything. He was great and I was very happy with the service so far. Its a small project for them but so far so good.

It's true what they say, an unhappy person tells everyone but a happy customer tells few. Yes, we hit a few speed bumps on the granite install but I must say, these guys turned it around and were so easy to work with. Everyone was so friendly and Home Depot seemed to work well with them. Props to the Euro Stone Staff. We'll be back!

We were sent here by our general contractor for countertops and a shower bench. I was unimpressed with their staff who were condescending and indifferent to us and our business. At fabrication, they attempted a last-minute cash grab for a special edging to the material of dubious benefit, which cost $100/sink cutout. The final insult was that they failed to keep their delivery window and did not even have the courtesy to let us know they would not be showing up. Three hours of my life waiting that I will never get back. Go elsewhere, my friends, there are many quality tile shops out there. Euro Stone is not among them.

Didn't communicate well with us as clients. Didn't follow our diagram and accurate measurements on a bathroom threshold. When we explained that they made a mistake and provided the identical measurements and diagram for the same exact replacement threshold, they accepted no responsibility and charged us to cut a new threshold. Not courteous or kind. Would not take responsibility for there error.

Overall our experience with Euro Stone Craft was very mixed and now that our project is complete we will not choose to use them for our future projects. The warehouse we picked our quartz color from recommended Euro Stone as one fabricator option. Initial estimates provided by Zeynep were fast and professional. Once I was ready to sign a contract it took forever to hear back and I ended up calling. I learned Zeynep was on vacation so I started working with Todd Leyton. Todd couldn't find any of our original information so I ended up resending everything and finalizing our order through him. The major issue occurred once our quartz arrived. The color was significantly lighter than what we saw in the warehouse. To pick our quartz I originally made multiple trips (2 hour drive) to the warehouse to double check the color of the slab. I took the cabinet sample in to make sure the colors looked right. I called Euro Stone and let them know something looked off and Kim Stewart let me know she would look into it. She made a trip to the warehouse and decided the fluorescent lighting is what was causing our slab to look different. I sent her several photos showing her that the color against white cabinets was much darker and it wasn't just about lighting but she stopped responding. I've emailed twice and included previous people we worked with - and they've ignored all emails. The most positive thing I can say about Euro Stone is their installation team was fast, professional, and helpful. It is extremely frustrating to spend so much money for quartz countertops only to receive a different color than you planned. Now that they are installed we don't want to remove them or damage the countertops - but will never use Euro Stone again and have recommended other fabricators to everyone we know.

I've had granite installation done in another property from Pyramid Granite (4**** review left). Since this is my second installation I am going to go off of my first experience. 1st off the job was contracted through Home Depot, not by the customer. I will rate by price/value, quality, customer service and timeliness Price/Value - 5***** (Home Depot - $29 sq ft). Purchased Emerald Green PreFab which is UbaTuba without the seal. So I'll need to seal my granite but it looks really nice. No issues with the price! $4 p/sqft cheaper than what other contractors were looking for thus good savings Quality - 4****. I like the granite and think it looks great! Customer Service - 3***. This is more so the companies grade than Home Depot. The response to emails weren't the best. It took a few weeks before I could get granite installed which I thought was an in-out 10day process from when I bought at Home Depot. Piece was cut wrong on day of installation. Company said fridge wasn't in the photo. I asked for the photo...and they said they would cut it correctly. I want to give three stars because they're gonna make it right but at the same time so you know what I will and take my gripes out on timeliness and I think the install guys were great, it wasn't there fault that the company had them cut granite at my home site Timeliness: 1*. 10 days is 10 days. You missed your target window big time here (per Home Depot). I don't like that they had a guy measure the granite and it didn't matter cause they cut it wrong and have to come back out with hopefully a piece cut at 60inches Overall: The rating shows 13/20 which is 2 1/2stars. Because they are coming back to correct their mistake I will bump it up to 3 stars. Would I use them again via Home Depot, depends. Is this something I need in two weeks? Then no. Is this a project that can take a month? Then I guess so. Ask Home Depot if they have a vendor that can act with less haste if desired. Tips for those already on the crazy boat: * Go over the measurements again the day they come to cut. It will save you grief. I promise and the guys will like having their work validated too. They're good guys the ones that come to your house * Be patient - I hope you don't need this done toute de suit! * Call them!!! Email isn't their best response and you may have a way better experience. I probably should've done this but there are emails that will require your approval and (shockers) re-approval 703-435-5551 Ext 709

I'm very disappointed with my experience with EuroStone. Due to errors in their original installation -- including improper measurements that left my backsplash flush against the faucet and adhesive mishandling that stained the countertop -- I had no choice but to replace the entire countertop and backsplash. Despite these clear mistakes, EuroStone refused to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a full replacement that should never have been necessary. I expected better accountability and professionalism from a company in this line of work.

We walked-in on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted by a pleasant saleswoman, Haeri. She showed us where the quartz samples were and left us to browse by ourselves, which we appreciated. A different saleswoman inserted herself into our browsing and we found her very abrasive, short, and snippy. We didn't realize the store closed at 2, but this second salesperson was sure to let us know they "closed 8 minutes ago". I get it, people want to go home, but it was a simple oversight on our part which didn't demand her rude attitude. We sent a follow-up email looking for a particular product. The showroom manager replied affirmatively that they could order the stone. After I asked him to double check because I was hearing conflicting information on the stones availability, he came back saying he hadn't looked before responding, but I could call the local stone manufacturer myself if I wanted. What salesperson has the customer do the leg work? I called the stone manufacturer (who was very surprised the Euro Stone manager gave me his phone number) and discovered they have the product. The manufacturer can't sell it to me directly as a homeowner, but was happy to sell it to any other authorized vendor/fabricator (tons of in the region). I highly suggest going somewhere else, anywhere else. If this is how Euro Stone treated us when they were trying to earn our business, I can only imagine what it would be like to work with them after they had our money. We found our perfect countertops at another business where the staff was welcoming, kind, and a pleasure to work with.

Like another reviewer stated, be very cautious if you are planning to buy soapstone! I purchased my kitchen cabinets through Home Depot and was considering buying my countertops through them as well since they had a special offer going on. The kitchen reps at my Home Depot recommended I go to both MSI (slab wholesaler) and Euro Stone (their fabricator) to check out their selections. I did a lot of research about soapstone and looked at MSI's and Euro Stone's inventory ahead of time. When I got to the store I found that the majority of what they were selling was labeled as "Indian Black Soapstone" which concerned me immediately. If you do a little bit of research online or talk to an actual soapstone dealer you can find out about how phyllite (a really dense slate) from India is being labeled and sold as soapstone. Phyllite is about 1/2 the cost of soapstone and has different properties. I am not an expert on soapstone, but this concerned me greatly. Additionally, they had other soapstone slabs there that were labeled as just "Black Soapstone" on the side UPC sticker yet they were calling it "Charcoal Soapstone." These black soapstone slabs looked like the ones I had just seen at MSI earlier that day. I queried the salesperson about why the label said "Black Soapstone" and they were calling it "Charcoal Soapstone." She did not know the answer, but said she would ask about whether it fell under the Home Depot options. Home Depot told me that to purchase through them it would have to be "Black Soapstone" so presumably I would not be able to purchase the "Charcoal Soapstone" through them. I left with a feeling of unease and will not be using them or Home Depot for purchasing my countertops. I will be going to a dedicated soapstone dealer nearby.

Soapstone buyers beware. We went with this company after a couple of trusted recommendations from those in the industry, so we were surprised by and very disappointed with the botched installation, including visibly crooked placement of slab, significant damage to our drywall, and damage to the stone around cutouts (which the installation crew hid by leaving our cooktop in place after fitting it). The drywall and slab placement actually still have issues even after they came out to fix them - they sent the same installation crew. Most importantly, after seeking independent consultation from a soapstone company, it turns out that, as we suspected, the "black soapstone" is phyllite/slate. It's been ~6 weeks since install and payment in full and we haven't been able to get a response from the company to resolve the problem. An asst showroom manager called after a couple weeks of ignored emails/calls post-install as a favor to our kitchen designer, who also graciously followed up a couple times on our behalf. The asst showroom manager wasn't involved with our purchase/install, apologized on behalf of the company, and mentioned that it had just been approved that a new slab would be cut for us. I underscored the larger issue of our slab actually being slate and we didn't simply want to replace what we have without knowing all the options, as we wanted and paid for soapstone. She stated someone would be back in touch with resolution options once finding out more information from the quarry. It's now been a month since that conversation and we have yet to receive any communication from the company, not even an update (or a response to my email 4 days ago requesting an update). If you're looking for soapstone, I'd suggest a company that specializes in soapstone. I went against my better judgment and am now regretting it.

Loved my countertop in the beginning but less than 2 years the countertop is separated at the seam. Called and found out this is NOT covered under their so called lifetime warranty. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere. They want $250 just to come and look at it!

I did not get to point of doing business with this company although fully intended to before the person presented as the owner, Shawn Daghigh, attempted to change terms that he agreed to in Oct 2018 as I awaited remnants in an unpopular Silestone 3CM shade. Specifically, he agreed via email to match pricing that I paid to Home Depot for material, fabrication, delivery and installation for the same shade. He actually re-asserted the agreement by phone on Jul 2nd and urged me to make use of their measurements and templating despite my original intent to use my own measurements and make my own template. By Wednesday, I received an email stating that he found my drawings to be confusing, and that he could no longer offer me measurements and templates despite his 'confusion'...and this is the kicker, decided that he will not reduce the standard $250 charge for measurements, templates, delivery and installation to omit the measurements and templates. Upon notice, I was already quite sure that his intent was to roll off of his initial assertions and agreements made via email and phone, but inquired further to determine just how illogical bis explanations would become. He particularly had a problem with my requirement that shims not be placed between the bar countertop and my countertop brackets in which the countertops will rest on/make contact with. Doing so will appear sloppy and amateur as far as installations go. Despite their website explicitly stating that they are one of the larget fabricators in the area aka we can cut custom tops aka we have precision cnc machines, he also conveyed that he would sale the tops to another fabricator of my choosing. 1) they have cnc machines so they are fully cable of fabricating tops with slanted edges/non-square angles, no need to go elsewhere; 2) what does fabrication have to do with me not permitting shimming that cannot be disguised and will looking sloppy...absolutely nothing; 3) why would a shimming requirement interfere with one's ability to complete a measurement appointment...has nothing to do with one another, but rather an attempt to reduce services which are part of their standard $250 charge without decrementing the price; and 4) why would an individual charge an extra $12 per sqft beyond the price in which they agreed to match for material and fabrication...simply put, there was a blatant attempt to run the price while hoping the customer doesn't notice. So in short, I would not recommend this business whose owner readily employs deceptive business practices, whose word means nothing as soon as he speaks despite emails also verifying what he agreed to. I found this business on my own but if they are truly one of Home Depot's contractors, insist on being assigned to an alternate business...but not Granite Marble Express as they suffer from the same integrity issues.

I ordered quartz countertops and backsplash from Home Depot's vendor, Euro Stone Craft and the entire process was a disaster. The measurements that were taken were not accurate, and I found this out when the installers arrived to my house with the stone but were not able to get it up the steps. I immediately called Euro Stone and spoke with the owner, Shawn Daghigh, who was rude, not professional and eluded to the fact the issue was with my low ceilings and that he was not at fault. I told him that was not acceptable, especially after their technician took measurements with lasers, but all he would repeatedly say was "what do you want me to do about it?" As with every other delivery I have received to my townhouse, I requested that he rent equipment to lift the stone over the balcony and into my house. He refused and told me that it was my issue, and the only thing he would do is cut additional seams into the stone. I informed him that was not in the contract I signed, and it was not an option. Thankfully I was working with quick thinking Home Depot employees and they accommodated my request. Unfortunately, there was a second issue and that was with the installation of a waterfall edge. The measurements for the waterfall were also incorrect and when the Euro Stone installers completed the job, there was a large gap between the wall and the waterfall. I again called Euro Stone to discuss this issue, but this time, everyone avoided my phone calls and emails. The one person who answered the phone told me that everyone was in a meeting (which apparently lasted the entire afternoon because I called numerous times) After seeing how unfairly I was treated, the Installation Manager took it upon himself to make sure the waterfall was re-cut to the correct measurements, and directly contacted me to reschedule. Overall, the installation took 2 months (order date 11 April 2019 and completion date was 12 June 2019); I had to take 3 full days off from work because of their mistakes. This process was extremely stressful, the Euro Stone owner and design team were rude, non-responsive and as of today, I have not received a single follow-up call/email to check on the quality of the install or apologize for the fiasco. On a side note, I would like to applaud the installation manager and his team, as they were kind, capable and professional. They spent several late nights in my home trying to repair the damage caused by others.

I did not purchase anything from this place so I cannot speak on the quality of the product. However, after my experience yesterday, I wouldn't recommend this place. I had an appointment scheduled and was confirmed but when I arrived, none of the associates knew about the appointment. We were not even acknowledged and had to just stand there and wait. We also had an associate walk right towards us and just stare, so we moved out of his way. When it became our turn, we walked the warehouse and picked out a few selections. The estimated price was about double than what we had been quoted at other quartz suppliers in the area for the same quartz.

Contacted this company last weekend about countered. they said they had the stone we were interested in. Went in on Monday, met with Hallie , picked a stone for vanity and one for kitchen counters. chose edge sink etc. gave us a ball park price for bath and said she would work up quote for everything and email. It is now Friday and no communication or estimate. ???? I just happened to look on line was going to complain to owner. No way to contact him. Started reading reviews. We didn't realize this is who Home Depot uses... If we knew that we would not have bother to go there. Glad we found out and read the awful reviews. We have had Home Depot give us estimate on a new roof and most recently for tile installation in a new bathroom Both times the persons doing the measuring took hours to figure it our. Ridiculous and so were the estimates. The tile job we paid $35 FOR THE QUOTE. Never got the quote and never got our money back. Don't waste your time. They won't get us a 3rd time..... Stay away from both of these companies Euro Stone Craft and Home Depot. There are way better companies out there....

My review is similar in context to @Mike S. The granite countertop installation was contracted through HomeDepot. Time-wise it was fairly quick although when we asked to look at and pick the slab (which is what HD said we need to do) we were told this would push back installation weeks. Not a deal breaker but they were clearly wanting to complete the job ASAP so that was fine. Where things went wrong: 1. We agreed to an installation date and time 1 week in advance. On the day of installation, after the expected arrival time, they call and asked if they could reschedule because of mechanical issues. I said NO because I had taken a day off and expected them to be there. Basically, they couldn't it make on that day. 2. The second day they were supposed to install, they didn't call 30 mins in advance to notify me so I wasn't available when they arrived. 3. The longest piece of the countertop has grain running in 2 different directions. Seriously!@#&$*&^@? It doesn't look good and they said that's just the way things are. 4. They didn't add any silicone between the end of the countertops and the kitchen wall. 5. They didn't clean up thoroughly. Installing countertop where the grain doesn't flow together is just poor quality and lack of planning on their part. Pathetic customer service and even worse workmanship. AVOID!

Terrible experience with Anita. My husband was shown 3 counter tops he was interested in, while there, she left him to take her "30 min break. "What? You don't wait til after you make a sale or have someone cover for you? She returned & said she will e mail him estimates for the 3 counters he chose. Never got an estimate. One Sat she called & left him a message, "I have a question." He called within an hour & left a message that he would be home all day. No reply.About 10 days later, got a message from her. "Did u make a decision on a counter?" A decision on an estimate we never got? Obviously, they do not need/want our money, as stated in another review by Randy, co owner, to another customer. I wish we read the reviews before he drove all the way to Herndon. In fairness to the manager, I just spoke to him. He thanked me for calling & saw that Anita never followed through on anything. Even if she is new, surely she knows that the way to make money is to follow through with an estimate & phone call. We found someone else who is installing the counter now.

I called here a few weeks ago and spoke with Akriti regarding a sea pearl remnant I wanted to purchase. She told me it would be $250 and that they do not ship due to liability. I told her I would call back- I had to see if any friends I have in the area would be able to pick up the piece. Akriti knew what size I was looking for an that they could cut the piece down for me. I called back on 4/20 and spoke with Kim. Kim was very nice. She said I could pay over the phone, gave me the hours they are open and said I could email a photo of where the piece I wanted would go so she could find the best match for me. I waited for an email back and never got it. So I called back again on 4/22 and spoke with Anita. She printed out my email and went looking for the piece I wanted. I never heard back so I emailed 4/25. She emailed back that she had spoken with the owner who said he could not sell me the size I wanted because he wouldn't be able to sell the rest of the remnant. I wrote back explaining that I was very confused because all the times I called before it didn't seem to be an issue if I bought a remnant, paid for it and then would have them cut it down to size so my girlfriend in Virginia could pick it up for me. I also mentioned I was confused because it was my understanding they sold remnants and not just slabs and that I was willing to pay for the whole remnant so what would it matter if I had them cut it down and they threw the rest away or couldn't sell what was left? I never heard back. I want to mention everyone was very nice but I am disappointed by the lack of communication. Anytime my number was taken or I emailed it seemed to diappear and I had to keep calling back or emailing back begging for a reply. I really am disappointed because I wanted to buy a remnant and I saw quite a few sea pearl remnants for sale on their website. I am not mad but really disappointed. I can't understand how they do business if they never get back to people. I want to add that there seems to be a huge disparity in ratings- two full five stars and the rest one star. Obviously someone who works there is writing the two five star reviews. I mean really.

Wow, what a terrible showroom visit experience. We came in one afternoon to look for stone options for a custom vanity countertop. Eventually a woman came out of the office to "help" us -- if you can call it that. She showed us one sample of some quartz/silestone we didn't really like, then one other one. And that was it. I learned later there is a granite storage yard in the back that for some reason she didn't even mention or show us. She had very little knowledge of any of the products or the design concepts. I asked if she could give me a ballpark idea of about what our countertop would cost if we selected a certain stone... she just said "no." No explanation.. no attempt to ask someone else.. just "no." Ok, then. Don't go here if you're expecting any help from staff. Maybe if you already know exactly what product and style you're looking for it could work out, but I certainly didn't get that far.

My girlfriend and I are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. So, we began our search to find the right stone for our countertops. If you have installed granite countertops you probably are well aware of how tedious the process can be. Finding that one slab that is perfect for your kitchen. Anyway we went through that process and eventually ended up at Eurostone. We ended up going there approximately 3 different times and finally found the stone we were looking for. On our last visit, we had the misfortune of being helped by the co-owner, Randy. We showed him the granite slab that we wanted and he stated that he would place a "sold" sticker on it. We then paid a deposit in the approximate amount of $1500. Randy advised us that once our contractor had the cabinets installed, the next step would be for someone to come out and measure for the countertop installation. Approximately 2 weeks later our cabinets were installed so I called and made the appointment for the measurement. The individual from Eurostone came out and measured and in doing so notified us that the sink we chose was too big. This actually turned out to be a blessing for us, as we had to go purchase a smaller sink and take it out to Eurostone so they could get an accurate measurement. The following day we drove out to Eurostone to drop off our sink. Since we were there we decided to make sure they had all of the details correct, type of stone etc. The lady began looking in her computer and told us what she had in her system. As a final confirmation, we asked if we could take a look at the stone we picked out one more time. This is when they decide to break the terrible news that they had sold the slab that we had picked out. As you can imagine we could not believe that they sold the slab that we had already placed a deposit on. Secondly, we could not understand why they had not notified us prior to that day. And third, were they even going to tell us or just install some other slab and hope we didn't notice. When we asked why they had not notified us, Randy stated that they had just found out that day and that one of his other salesman had sold our slab. So my first thought is how can they just be finding out that they sold our slab if he had placed a sold sticker on it from our visit 2 weeks prior. If that's the case, the other salesman would have seen the sold sticker?? When confronted, the co-owner Randy became extremely defensive and at one point told us "I don't need your money". In my humble opinion it almost appears to be fraudulent. Especially since we had already placed a deposit down and the fact that they had no intention of notifying us that they sold the stone we picked out. I can only assume they were going to install a different stone and hope we didn't notice. My advice would be to AVOID this place at all cost!!! There is no telling how many people are out there that don't even know they have the wrong stone installed. Not to mention the HORRIBLE customer service!! And I almost forgot, when we initially paid the deposit, they actually overcharged us for the granite by $20 a sq foot. If my girlfriend had not gone over the receipt and noticed that the slab we picked was in the "C" group and not the "X" group they would have overcharged us by $300.

Here is a letter of frustration that I just wrote to Home Depot about their staff and Euro Stone Craft... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they have charges for everything, and do not provide! I would like to start off my expressing the level of frustration that I have delt with over the last 2 week period secondary to your cabinet department team and the company you used to contract the installation "Euro Stone Crafts". For starters: 1. Home Depot employee "Frances" failed to tell me that - demolition was not included in my purchase of the new counter top, - nor did he guide me on the extra cost of installing a vessel sink. (This resulted in an extra 215.00 extra charge $100.00 for installation $100.00 for demolition and apologizes from a manager stating that Frances is new so he did not know to tell us.) This home depot had no over-mount rectangular sinks that were on display for me to take home with me so I had to purchase a sink (which ended up delaying my installation appointment). 2. Secondly an employee came from Euro Stone took measurements for over 2 hours, and when the installers came to mount the sink the measurements were out of place causing the faucet to be to close to the wall and sink. 3. The day of installation I was told to be home between 3-5pm and no one came, nor did I get a call from the company saying they would be late. Finally after I called the company 4 times I finally was able to reach someone and they said the installer were running late and would be at my home within the hour (this was around 7pm). I live in a condo, and they have rules that after 5 the residents are not allowed to make any noise. Once the installers came they were utilizining the common area to come in and out and then started drilling to place the sink. 4. The installers after undoing my plumbing placed the vessel sink on top of my counter top and said that plumbing was not paid for and left me without a working sink in my bathroom at 9pm at night. The sink is not secured to the counter top at all, and I am still wondering why I over $100.00 to "install" a vessel sink that I could have place on top of a counter myself. 5. I called back the company and was not able to get in touch with any one. So I called the installer, and he stated that he was not the person who does plumbing so he can not come back and install. So now here I am 10:30pm writing your company an email requesting that this counter top be fixed, I be reimbursed for my vessel sink installation, and that someone come back from Euro Stone and re-install my plumbing. I have vowed that never again will I use Home Depot for any Home Improvement needs and let all of my contacts know about my horrible experience so that they avoid using you as well. Amna Iqbal
