Euro stone was recommended buy a friend for my tile . So I was told to talk to Alfonzo who is the owner or the owners son I found my tile and put in an order for 880 sq feet with a 2000 dollar deposit on Monday the week before Memorial Day 2019 Alfonzo assured me that it will come on the Fridays shipment and I can pick it up on Saturday so we moved all the furniture and I arranged for my tiler to work over the Memorial Day week end while we go away for the weekend . I called Alfonzo on Friday morning to see if everything is in order for my pick up on Saturday he said yes but the shipment has not come in yet but said there will not be a problem later that day he calls me and said that the truck is in but my order is not here ! I told him that I'm flabbergasted and I'll come in the next day to pick up my deposit . When I do come buy I ask about my order and all I got was excuses in a murmuring accent . I told him thats ridiculous and my plans for instal are completely ruined he offered me 500 dollars off my order but that's not good enough now that I have to deal with construction while I'm at home . The short of it is this if you have a deadline do not order from euro stone America in simi they will not come through all they have is excuses and absolutely no apologe from Alfonzo. thanks for nothing Alfonzo

For a novice attempting tile and stone selections during a home remodeling, this is the perfect place to go. Attention to detail, knowledgeable advice about products, and a willingness to go out of their way to find available products, makes this a company I would recommend. It is not the cheapest, neither the most expensive. After disappointing experiences at both Home Depot and Lowe's, I opt to go to a company where the vustomer still matters. This company is a joke. They didn't line up the veins during the installation and they refuse to give me the remaining portions of the lethered quartzite slab I purchased. So basically Euro Stone America is a bunch of crooks. They sold the remainder of my slab even though I was clear upon purchase that I wanted all remnants as we used only 2/3 of a $3000 slab. After multiple calls to the store over 3 months with false promises of being called back, I'm pursuing further legal action. Do not buy anything from these liars. Pay more for quality & customer service. Note all positive comments are over 2 years old. Do better.

Alfonso and Clara, two wonderful people who own this establishment, Euro Stone. Then the two brothers that replaced the owners’ boys, are truly awesome. So much skill and insight. We had so many questions and ran out of ideas for our bathroom remodel. Hugo and Jose both helped with design and even found stock there at the store. And the selections here are impressive. We used their services three years ago for our kitchen and then again, a year later for another project. And, now this month, November 2024. The best family-owned business in Simi. Give them a try.

After a horrible experience down the street at Ventura Flooring, we went to Euro Stone and Clara helped us immediately and spent a lot of time helping us find the right tile to expand our tiles floor in our house. She helped us match it, use transition tiles and even match the grout. After all that I got a discount too. I will come back again when I remodel my bathroom!

We are very happy and blessed to have found this family business. We had looked for months and searched high and low throughout Southern California for the right quartzite or marble stone for our kitchen. We needed a total of 4 slabs and spent 100 plus hours looking before we stumbled by this place while driving around Simi Valley and found what we were looking for within 10 minutes. We were looking for granite for our outdoor bbq. Euro Stone has all their samples outside as well as some inside one of their buildings. For an outdoor bbq, they suggested either granite or quartzite. They have so many different slabs to choose from which was great because we wanted to make sure the slab blended in with the ledger stone on our built in bbq and the rest of our backyard. Ivan was so helpful. He even told us he had another shipment coming in which gave us even more slabs to choose from. We finally decided on one and are extremely pleased with our choice. They only took one day to install the granite and it looks awesome. Thanks Ivan!

We were shopping for new countertops. Stopped in at Euro Stone, Ivan was so helpful. They have plenty to choose from. Ivan was very patient showing us all the different stones to choose from. It only took 3 days to have them cut the quartz to size and installed. Lowe's and HomeDepot quoted 2-3 months. Very competitive pricing. Will return when we start our next project.

So far so good. Went in to take a look around and the lady that was there helped us right away and was really nice and explained everything I needed to know. I couldnt make it back in person but called the next day and was able to speak with Ivan and he immediately assisted with a quote. Went in later that day he helped us pick out our counters and made us a great deal! so far the experience has been great and we should have our counters installed in no time! Every where else ive been keeps giving me excuses about how long things are going to take blaming everything on COVID! There are not enough stars in the sky to provide an appropriate rating. This is a family owned; family run small business that understands the concepts of customer service and repeat business. Alphonso has worked with my contractor and I throughout the selection and negotiation phases. Ivan, his brother brought an opportunity to my attention and after some research and thought, I took advantage of it. Their mom contributes her assistance when either of the guys are busy. When the showroom isn't busy (uncommon) they're moving slabs around, unpacking product or restocking. Questions are answered on the spot even if it requires phone calls to their vendors. Alphonso called me the morning before I placed my order to say "I'm ready for ya." When was the last time any business called you to say "I want your business?!" I made my purchases today. I'll write an update after the next phase. One more thing, the selection available, their knowledge of their stock/supply and offerings by vendor coupled with their patience cannot be beat. Whether you choose your business partners by word of mouth, chamber membership or YELP - don't miss out!

I can't say enough about Euro Stone. I had a fairly difficult project and a limited budget. Ivan worked with me and took care of everything. Ivan and his family adopted me into their family and made my kitchen beautiful. Ivan even had their designer, Janet, come out to our house to help us design our dream counters while keeping us in budget. I am so glad Janet helped, too. We would have made a huge mistake had we picked on our own and she caught it. If you have a project that requires stone you HAVE to go see Ivan and Janet. Literally I had to pick the tile and the project manager the rest. I am already planning new tile for the remainder of my house so I can work with them again LOL!! My quartz countertops and backsplash look beautiful! Eurostone was a fantastic company to work with. So far in life, our kitchen remodel has been one of the most stressful experiences I have had to endure. Amid that stress, Euro Stone was a breath of fresh air! We found our Quartz slabs, Backsplash Tile and our cabinet hardware (handle pulls) All from them. They were always up front about delivery times and when we had things arriving in multiple shipments, were always prompt to let us know when things had arrived. At one point I even needed a second opinion on my color selections and they were happy to find the right person to do so. I am convinced that our kitchen would not have turned out so wonderful if we had relied on anyone else. I have been in construction for over 40 years and was very impressed by everything they did. We were impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule the demo of our countertops. The crew came and completed the demo, installed new plywood and created the templates for our new granite all in one day. Then just a week later they were back and installed all of our granite countertops and backslash in one day. Not only were these tradesmen quick and efficient, they were clean and courteous, but mostly they were true experienced craftsmen who obviously cared about the quality of their work and had pride in their workmanship. They helped us with quartz countertops that they custom fabricated for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Excellent work, prompt, clean, efficient. We like their work so much that we also use them for all the tile in our master bath renovation. Alfonso and the crew are amazing and very responsive to an issue when we ran short of the tile during the job. They located a source for the custom tile that we had ordered but fell a couple tiles short. We had it the next day. Excellent support and knowledge. Highly recommended.

I am a plumbing contractor and have to break open peoples floors and showers etc. I have had situations were I have not been able to find matching tile on multiple occasions (4 in the last year) and each time I go to Euro Stone they find the tile and match it perfectly. The first time I needed a tile that was fourth years old, every other tile store I went to told me it would be impossible to find the tile. Euro Stone found me the tile I needed and got it for me in less then a week, and they could have charged me whatever they wanted because I had to have the tile but they didn't. I got all the tile I needed for less then $250. They have done this for me on many occasions and I have found them to be a great resource.

Euro Stone America has supported me with the comprehensive remodels of my 3 bathrooms and fireplace and went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied. Serious errors occurred with contractors - insufficient quantities, wrong selections - but ESA fixed the problems and covered the costs. Their Travertine and Stone selections are vast, gorgeous and at the most competitive prices. Every day I revel in the beauty of my Master Bath. The Travertine walls and tub surround, and especially the vanity top and shower seat, are breathtaking. I've been told many times over that my bathrooms are the most beautiful ever seen. If you are looking for awesome customer service, a wide variety of tiles, and great prices, come to Euro. They really have a great assortment of tiles that no one else in Similar does. I have tried other tile stores in Simi but nothing compares with Euro. Ask for Russell Aboulafia and he will take care of you, great customer service. He really helped me out today when I was in a bind and needed to match up some old tile I had.

I have been coming here for years and the guys are Always helpful. Walk my wife and I around and explain the difference in quality and application of the tile. On my last project I messed up and was short by five tiles and they had no problem getting the tile the next day! I was very pleased with this place and like I said the guys are great. Hi, Today we stopped in to purchase flooring, countertops & backsplash for our total kitchen remodel. I called earlier in the day and confirmed with Ivan that he would be there as Euro Stone fabricated and installed our new shower last year, which we are extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship. I left my work in Burbank early to pick up the family in Santa Clarita and then drove out to Simi Valley. We arrive at Euro Stone and there was not a soul in sight. A couple of minutes passed before Ivan enters. He shakes my hand and says give him a few minutes and he'll be right with us. We say no problem. Thirty one minutes pass and there is no Ivan. We figured he just got busy and lost track of time. We asked one of the employees to let Ivan know that we are still waiting. The employee comes back and says Ivan is on a zoom call and at this point you would think Ivan would have told the employee, "Sorry" and he will be with us in X amount of minutes. But that did not happen at all. So we asked how long do you think he will be, as we were willing to wait. The employee said he didn't know. At this point we realize our business is not wanted and we left. We are extremely disappointed as we thought we had a good working relationship with Ivan and Euro Stone. No matter how good your prices/craftsmanship may be, if the customer service is not there, people will be willing to leave just as we did. I went in to talk about a bathroom and kitchen remodel they came to measure and then when I called to see what the status is for drawings the son answered and said we don't know who you are and said they will call me back but nothing. Too bad the sons are taking over this business wont last. The poor wife/owner is the only one with good customer service and responsible. UPDATE: at last Ivan the son texted me at 7:06 pm to state his dad did the cad drawings and that was money and time spent and the business will be just fine in his hands. And that cause of me being upset and insulting to him he won't set foot in my house....but his his dad would still like to give me the drawing. Keep in mind the only reason he texted me this was cause he saw my yelp review and not cause he was returning my call from the morning. Even when I first went into the shop the the actual owners are the only ones that were helpful. His mom even introduced me to one of her sons and he was to busy to say hi and look up from his phone. You can see the difference in work ethics. After looking at yelp reviews now I am glad I didn't have them take apart my bathroom it probably would never get done in time.

If there were negative stars I would give them negative stars. I first drove by their shop in Simi Valley and Alfonso, a kind man, wrote me up a quote for some granite and fabrication and installation ( on a scratch piece of paper and he gave me a copy). I told them my wife would stop by and check out the slap before we purchase it. I gave them her name. She arrived at the shop without me and they could NOT find my paper work. She ended up buying a different slab she liked more and they said they would have someone out to the house to do measurements. After 2 days no one called me to schedule someone to come out to do measurements. I called the shop and they could NOT find my contract a second time. They eventually found it and a guy come out to do the measurements. I invited him in my house and he did not even introduce himself to me. He did the measurements and started to walk out of my house. I said wait; what is the next step; I didn't even get a quote yet to fabricate and install, he said Euro Stone would call me. They did NOT call me, I had to call them back to get the price and the installation date. Ivan gave me the price and told me they would install Thursday or Friday that week. He also told me to demolition my countertop on Wednesday, so I did. I called Ivan on Thursday morning asking if the installers would be coming today (Thursday) or Friday. He did not know the answer to my question so he gave me the installers phone number to call them and get the install date. I ended up calling the installers, and as you guessed, they said the countertop will not be ready until NEXT week. #$%$#@@! Now I have a kitchen that is in shambles and can NOT be used for a whole week. I just hope they can get it done before our 4th of July party in 2 weeks. Looks like we have to eat out all week with a family of 4. Wow, very unprofessional and very unorganized. I can't imagine how they are still in business. I had to call them day by day to stay on task and they still fell apart on me.

Complete flakes! Blew off a measuring appt and asked 3 times for an estimate. Never did call back. I wonder how reliable they would be with my kitchen torn apart? Will not do business with them.

Looks like this place has the same issues I ran into with the owner elfanzo . My order was not delivered in the time we agreed on and had nothing but excuses for me with a muffled accent voice that I can barley understand every other word but non of it came with an I am sorry that your tile is not in when I said it was going to come in . Took no responsibility so I collected my deposit and went somewhere else you suck alfanzo and euro tile and stone in simi thanks for nothing

This place is unethical and lies about lead times and product delivery dates. On several occasions I was promised a delivery/pick up date then when that date came it was a different excuse of why they couldn't deliver from truck broke down to vendor was responsible never their fault. On a second note they are terribly expensive especially for any slab material. Avoid this poor customer service and over priced place.

Needed granite for an outdoor kitchen in a hurry. Based on their promise to install within a week, I forked over $$$$. That was Mid July 2017. It's now mid August and they keep making excuses for why they're not finished. How are they still in business??? Stay away!!!

After a bad experience with Tile City, I went here to look for tile for my new bathroom remodel. Explained what I wanted and the guy shows me exactly what I was looking for. He had to look up the price and said he'd have to order it. In the middle of discussing pricing and before I could ask how long it would take or give him the quantity I need, he takes a call on his cell. He then proceeds to have a full conversation, doesn't ask the caller to hold to finish answering me. After about 5 minutes of him on the phone acting like I wasn't there, I decided to grant his wish, and left.

Bought travertine floor floor from them. They were only interested in making a sale. Did not tell me that travertine, is very pourous. I spend my weekends filling in the holes of my floor.

Outrageously unreliable! This guy kevin who works there is rude and #1 cheat. He says one price then changes it after you place the order. He tells one delivery date then changes it to something else. He shows one tile and sends you another. He never returns calls and gives the customer worst run around. DO NOT BUY from this place unless you want your money down the drain. All he wants is to get rid of his junk - at YOUR EXPENSE. NOT TRUSTWORTY, this tile store should close down. I hope the store goes out of business.

Horrible service - tile never comes in when they tell you - have dealt with them 10+ times through our construction company and also for our own home repairs, and they lie to their customers, cuss out their customers, and NEVER take responsibility for their actions!! Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. We will no longer use them, and will definitely be recommending Tile City to customers and friends.

very poor customer service. Do not adhere to the promises made. We ordered tiles & paid in cash based on their promise to have everything ready the next day. After the order was placed & money was paid, next morning they said, we don't have tiles in the warehouse & then gave us other size tiles instead of what we had ordered. We compromised with another size but still one type of tile wasn't available. They gave something else in place of the originally placed order with a promise to tale that back if we don't like the same but when we went to return those tiles, they refused. Very Very BAD customer service.
