I recently had new countertops installed by Enlighten Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Ronald and his team were great to work with. Always professional and courteous. Ronald always returned by texts and calls promptly and the work was done in a very timely manner. I really felt well taken care of and a part of the family. If something was not quite right, it was corrected. The best part is, that I now have a beautiful kitchen!

We are over the moon! We have done lots of remodeling to our house over the last few years, and for most of the work we have used the big box stores like Home Depot. Because those large stores use third party contractors you never know what your going to get. The salesman has no idea what the installer’s can do. If there is a problem you have to jump through hoops to resolve it and the attitude is “we don’t need your business “. Not so with Enlighten. From the outset we were treated as valued customers. Ronald and his team worked with us from start to finish, offering suggestions and solutions that got us exactly what we wanted on budget and in record time. Most impressive was that Ronald was there throughout the installation to insure we got exactly what we ordered. Because the salesman is also the installer he has a real understanding of what they can do. The crew was respectful and clean and a pleasure to have working in our home. The quality of the craftsmanship is in a word, Exceptional! We will highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel. Lesson learned, go local.

I have never been happier with a company. Enlighten did a fantastic job on our kitchen! It all started with some water damage caused by our leaking refrigerator. After working out the payment with the insurance company, Ronald at Enlighten went to work. From the moment we met him, he was nothing but friendly, professional and encouraging. His team worked fast and diligently and Ronald was always in communication. Everyone that has seen our remodeled kitchen has commented on how fantastic it looks and it is all thanks to Ronald and his team!

Had an amazing experience with Ronald and his team. Efficient, hold to deadlines, and professional team that know what they are doing. I am a local realtor so I see it all and they were top notch. Whole floor remodel including kitchen in less than 4 months. Cautious to say it because I want the team available when I need them, but I highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Enlighten Kitchen countertops. Other companies in the area were trying to sell me countertops like a car salesmen, and not taking much consideration to what I was actually wanting. I was only looking to redo my Island and Ronald was very helpful throughout the whole process. He showed me styles I was looking for and did not pressure me into deciding on the spot. I can’t say enough how great my kitchen island looks and the customer service was just as great. I’ll be back when it’s time to do the bathroom countertops. Thank you!!

I would give Ronald and his team a million stars if I could! The whole process and experience was a dream. He first guided us through picking out beautiful materials, all while keeping our eye on the budget. During the build he was incredibly communicative, always sending us pictures and updates and was so quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The workmanship from electrical, to the herringbone backsplash, to the design and installation of cabinets and countertops was all stellar! Not to mention the complete rebuild of our bathroom with stunning tile work and superior work laying all new flooring, repainting nearly the entire house and expertly replacing a sliding glass door back door with an out swinging one. He and his team literally worked around the clock staying at the house until nearly midnight on more than one occasion and we often found them there working throughout the weekend. In the end, everything was gorgeous and went so far beyond our expectations! I will always call Ronald when we have a project and I look forward to recommending him at any chance I get!!

Hi Found Enlightened after we looked at a couple of other places. Gabriella was extremely knowledgeable and a very "soft" sell. She listened and tried to show us what we liked without any attitude. She was very patient. Their showroom is very clean, neat and organized. Lots to see lots of options! After selecting some products for showers, vanities and kitchen counters, we met Ronald @ MSI showroom. They really wanted us to see our selections in person. Glad we did. Ronald.... cannot say enough about him!!! He works so hard to try to show us products that will do well. He tries to please . He is so sweet and kind, Everything went on time. Gabriella and Ronald are both EXCELLENT with logistics. Returned calls is such a timely fashion. Every job comes with a couple of hiccups, well, they are so good at addressing the issue immediately and resolving. Their crews were so courteous. I cannot say enough about this "family owned business" I worked in my family business for 48 years.. With the way they work and run it.. they will be extremely successful!! Ronald and his team are the BEST!!! We bought a house and 6 days after moving in, had a sewage backup that resulted in our needing to essentially replace the first floor of our home, kitchen, bath, bedrooms, floors throughout. Ronald was quick, on budget, on time. He was incredibly cheerful and responsive to the tiniest requests and changes. He followed through and did everything he said he would do. Anytime I asked if he would do something, he always said yes with a big smile. I loved the people he worked with and they did such an amazing job. I am really picky. The selections in his showroom were plentiful and his “can do” attitude made the whole process move relatively seamlessly. His text and photo updates were also greatly appreciated! I will use Ronald again for any and every home design, remodel, repair I need going forward. Honestly, I’m a tough sell and I’m sold! You really can’t go wrong with Ronald. I mean, look at my new kitchen and bathroom! I wish I should show all of the cheerful and encouraging texts he sent along the way!

All good. Had a negative experience at another showroom, felt right at home in the beautiful Enlighten space. Greeted right away by a knowledgeable design specialist, gave concise info, never pressure. The details of the demo and cabinet/counter install were timely and complete. The finished product spectacular. The team had excellent communication, they were efficient, and very tidy. One of the crew members even alerted me to a neighbor at risk who needed help. There are tons of options when embarking on a home improvement project, we think most would be very satisfied with the process and work provided by the Enlighten team. Highly recommend.

One word, exceptional! we have done a lot of remodeling, usually with large box stores like home Depot. Problem with those stores is that they use third party installers and it is always a gamble. if there are problems you need to jump through hoops to get resolution, and the attitude is "we don't need your business" . This time we decided to go local and what a difference. We felt valued from the moment we walked in. Ronald and his team were there every day from the sale through completion and they did a beautiful job. Everything done working within our budget and our needs. They offered solutions and ideas and in the end we got exactly what we wanted in record time. lesson learned, I will go local from now on. I highly recommend this business. We are very satisfied customers, just exceptional!

Enlighten Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops is owned and managed by a young, local family. They were fabulous! They guided us in our selection of countertops, backsplash, and everything else we needed for our kitchen update. They were so patient with our multiple visits and uncertainty about what decisions we were making. Whenever we had a question or concern during the process they addressed it immediately and with a positive, professional attitude. They were never defensive and made sure our satisfaction was their goal. They truly represent the best in customer service! I Laura Bonn of Petaluma had an excellent experience with enlightened kitchens Remodeling my kitchen with a new quartz countertop backsplash and sink. The installer was an incredible craftsman the way he strategically cut the material and fit it in the space . You could see that he loved his job and was a true artist. I am thrilled with my new countertop and highly recommend enlighten kitchens.

Not sure if they would have done a good job on our bathroom recode but we never got to find out. We scheduled a consultation at our home (for $30, which seemed a little ridiculous), but they no showed / no called. When I contacted the office they apologized but had no explanation for the mistake. I decided not to waste my time with people who don't show up and am looking for another company.

Glad some people had a positive experience, however we did not. We purchased tile from them and it was a nightmare - so bad that we almost lost our tile contractor. He has been in the business over 35 years and said he would never do business with them again and be sure to pass that on to his fellow tile workers and customers. He was extremely angry!! THREE times he drove 40 minutes (each way) to the store to pick up tile that he was told would be there only to find it wasn't there. One time he waited close to an hour when the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. When the tile was finally there, we had to pick it up ourselves as they would not deliver saying they did not have a truck, which we knew was completely false. When we arrived to pick up, their trucks were sitting in the parking lot. We found them to be unprofessional and dishonest and would NOT recommend. Plenty of other local great shops around.
