Elegant Surfaces just finished installing our beautiful quartz countertops. They ripped out our old countertops and installed the new one. They took away all their trash and our old countertops. They were very professional and did excellent work cleaning up as they went from wiping the new countertops to sweeping and vacuuming our kitchen. They are a small company growing fast and taking pride in a job well done. We highly recommend them.

I must say that I cannot be happier with the quartz I picked for my 50's Bloomington rambler. Orlando, Prince and crew were very easy to work with and very professional. Choose my slab on Saturday and was installed that following Wednesday. I would highly recommend them.

We recently remodeled our bathroom. Orlando and Prince (and the installation team) were professional, friendly and amazing to work with. Loved the selection (they matched a sample we had picked out perfectly) and the super fast turnaround time. The results are absolutely GORGEOUS! Love these guys (and the price). Can't wait to work with them again.

Prince and Orlando are very nice people. However, when they installed the granite countertop, they drilled the hole for the faucet in my home and allowed the liquid to drop under the sink and splattered all over, including into the outlet, leaving a little puddle of mud at the bottom of the sink. Now I'm going to have to hire an electrician to clean that out and make sure it's safe. I totally understand that granite isn't perfect because it's a natural stone, but the countertop's natural flaws are very visible. I didn't ask to see the slab before they cut out the countertops as I've heard other businesses do. They referred their friend to install the faucet and garbage disposal. It leaked and I had to have him come back. He used a non-best practices trap so I had to hire a plumber to replace that to make sure it will be safe. I did business with them because I like the granite they offered and I want to shop locally. They also were 3 hours late the day of the installation they said they had to switch to a closed trailer because it was snowing. They said they'd be there at 9 and didn't show up. I emailed and they explained they were switching to a closed trailer and would be here at 10:30. They weren't there and when I emailed, they said they had to go to North St. Paul to get the trailer and that they would message me when they were on the way. They arrived around noon with the open trailer. If they would have just been honest and told me they would come after it was done snowing, I would have been less stressed. I had begun to wonder if they had scammed me. Luckily they did finally arrive. I'm leaving these tips for future customers to make sure these things don't happen to them. I hope the feedback helps them do better at future jobs. Update: This job was done almost a year ago and they just sent me an email to have a discussion about this review because it was lowering their overall rating, not because they were apologizing for the mess. He then followed up with an article from the BBC about "Karens." I will go elsewhere for future projects.

Amazing experience! I looked all over the cities for weeks to find a small slab of granite for my rolling island. Nobody could help me until I called Prince. I was able to come out the next day, decide on a piece, and it was polished and ready by the next day! I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Orlando and his team were great to FANTASTIC to work with. Great people; great product! We originally bought our countertops from a big box store, but were disappointed when we were told it would take a month for installation. Our kitchen installer recommended Elegant Surfaces. They let us pick out our own quartz slab from the distributor which we liked even more, and installed it within 3 days! We love our new kitchen! Would work with this business again!

Fantastic work and customer service! We couldn't be more pleased with our new countertops from Elegant Surfaces. I reached out to 6 different vendors in the Minneapolis area and Elegant Surfaces had the fastest turnaround time of any of them in addition to quality work and fair pricing. They also have excellent customer service/communication. Scheduling the measurements and final install was very easy (they are quite flexible on timing), they followed up quickly to all of my questions, and were extremely nice guys. I will continue to work with them as we update additional rooms in our house.
