Fantastic to work with. Cindy in the office helped us choose our stone. Her husband and his team are the craftsmen. My fantasy brown had lots of linear movement which worried me with my U shaped kitchen because I have Seen some BAD pattern matching at seams. He did a fantastic job trying to Aline this busy pattern. The seams are small and smooth to. Once you have a date on their calendar things move fast. Great price to compared to other small and big box stores.

I normally don’t write reviews but In this case I had to. I have worked with many companies in the trades and no one comes close to Elegant Stone . Service, pricing and reliability are top notch. Between my family and I this is our 4th kitchen completed by them . Cindy and their guys are excellent . Their attention to detail is something you don’t come across in todays world . My wife and I are super happy with our waterfall island and the countertops . Elegant Stone turned our vision into a reality . I will continue to recommend them to friends and family .

I can’t express how great of a job they did! I had been looking a multiple stores across the bay because that is where my parents had experience dealing with. After getting extremely high quotes and finding limited supply, I decided to look around Mobile. I came across Elegant Natural Stone and was so impressed. Cindy was so helpful and informative, taking the time to educate me on each stone type and their process even though I had come in close to closing time. Their selection was very diverse and the pricing was about half of my previous quotes from other vendors. Once I purchased my stone and was on the schedule things moved very efficiently. The installers were extremely professional and thorough, and their work was impeccable. They even cut me 2 side splash pieces as options because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use them or not, all included in the price. I highly recommend! (Just FYI I elected to put up my own backsplash, so the unfinished state of the walls they have no part of.)

I love the way this store is set up. it’s so much easier to view slabs than some of the others. All matching slabs are bundled together with no overlaps of different materials or slabs facing the wrong way that need to be moved in order to view them. This is the 3rd time they have done work for us. They do an amazing job and their customer service is amazing. Last job they did for us was a whole home remodel and a 13 foot high fireplace wall. Prior they a small remodel and a custom onsite cut sink install. Recommend!
