Incompetence! They did such a great job on my sons house but failed miserably on my project. My wife and I went to the shop to pick out remnants and were told they would be in touch within 2 weeks to confirm anailability then we could pay the deposit for template and delivery. Never happened. After 2 phone calls we were never able to move forward. Very disappointed. I will be working with another company for sure. 2 months of wasted time. My mistake

Their installation crew are fantastic! I have used them on my last 4 homes and can say, without a doubt, I would recommend them to any family member or friend. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and follow through I experienced with this place while trying to get a quote for new kitchen granite countertops. I know someone who works here so that is why I contacted them. After my initial phone call I texted with the person I know and we went over dimensions, color preferences, and things like that. After those few conversations I was basically “ghosted” by this place. I never received my official quote as promised, and several more attempts to contact them went unanswered. I was supposed to have templating done this week and they NEVER SHOWED UP. They lost a customer that would have given them a couple thousand dollars for new granite, but instead I was ghosted, likely because I had a budget I was trying to stick to. Extremely unprofessional to ignore a potential customer and not show up for an appointment… I am now working with Granite America and couldn’t be happier with their customer service and follow through!

Marty and Tracy are the best. Allison is the operations manager and gets it done. The installation crew makes it so easy and are the very best at what they do - I know this from personal experience with previous bad installers. I had several different projects (e.g., fireplace hearth, bookcase countertops, and kitchen countertops) and Eleet made sure that with each project, I (as the client) was happy. Eleet has fair pricing and is high quality with a huge product selection. The entire process can be overwhelming, but they guide you throughout the project cycle. I couldn’t be happier to have found them. I highly recommend Eleet Stone.

No show 2 appointments in a row. The first appointment I can understand because it was very cold out that day but I wish they would have at least called to let me know they weren’t coming as to not waste my time. When I called to find out when they would be able to schedule again the person who answered the phone seemed surprised and unaware that they had not showed up for the original appointment and apologized. I rescheduled for the following week and waited but no show again unfortunately.

We got beautiful quartz kitchen countertops from Eleet! The time between measure and installation was a week. Friends told me they waited at least two weeks when getting countertops from other places. They were super easy to work with, responsive, and they made sure everything was perfect before the job was complete. HIGHLY recommend Eleet!

We've used Eleet Stone twice now and both times they did an excellent job. They always try not to put seams in their installations if possible. We had a large angled island with angled pillars going to the second floor. The cut was seamless and it took 5 men to set it in place. They have a very knowledgeable and talented install crew. Overall we're very pleased and would use them again.

we had an excellent experience with Eleet stone countertops. Quote was 10,500 we budgeted 8,000. Tracy suggested lower grade quartz in basement with higher in kitchen. she did her magic and got to 8,060. scheduled next week, three installers handled it all efficiently and quickly. love the final result. we highly recommend Eleet stone and countertops.

Yesterday Isaiah, Mike and Juan installed our new granite kitchen countertops. They were such a pleasure to work with. They were on time, polite, let us know what they would be doing, inquired as to our expectations and were generally professional. Their work was fantastic and our countertops look beautiful. The owners Tracy and Marty were fabulous to work with pre-installation and Erin kept us apprised of the process leading up to installation. Really like the finished product We did have some issues during the ordering process. Every time we called to check on the stone or to bring our vanity accessories up for measurement on the stone for the cuts nobody could find our order we had to be placed on hold several times in a couple of cases we had to be called back later when someone else came in. It just seems like there was a lot of confusion at the front desk. Again we really like the stone we got and the cats were exact so no issues there just a little confusion

We drove to this place to look for a remnant for a piece of quartz for a vintage cabinet to install in a remodeled bathroom. Was quoted a fair price and called back in to make sure install and labor was included and Katina confirmed it was. Then few days later call in and leave a message for Katina to call back. Never got the call back so I called again. This time she said it did not include labor and install. Ok refund my $352 back gave her my email for the receipt to be sent. Never happened!! Called again asking for her, she's not in yet but should be here anytime. Hours later no callback 3rd phone call asked for Tracy this time told her the issue, she apologized and said refund was done and would email me a receipt. Apologized for Katina stating she was overwhelmed with a home renovation and moving. I don't want to hear excuses. Never got the email receipt from her either Y'all are evidently not good at customer service, calling back or following up and DO NOT deserve my business. I guess because I was only buying a remnant and not a FULL SLAB!!! Really didn't deserve even1 star. Don't tell a customer you have another appointment either without an apology. You made us feel like we weren't important enough!! Wise up when considering this place people!!!

We recently purchased @ $4000. for granite countertops. First, we had to basically beg them to stick with the original date they told us, thanks to Marty. We have had our countertops installed since December. Now, we are seeing visible spots! I had to call the office 3 times to finally get someone to come out. (I sent pictures) I was told they could fix the problem and would seal our countertops. When the serviceman came out with razor blades to remove the spots. When he realized he couldn't do it, he called an independent contractor who could fix the countertops, which would be our responsibility to pay. PS. We were told he would come out and seal it which would fix the problem. He never mentioned sealing it! When we tried to say that we had not caused this problem, he called Marty. They say it is a manufactory issue, when clearly these spots came out 3 weeks after installation! So, basically, the only option they gave us was to pay someone to fix something they told us they would take care of. I have left two messages on Marty's cell phone and sent him a text. He will not respond to me. I am appalled that they would expect us to clean up a problem that we did not cause. WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. I am so very disappointed!

Don't do it! Worst experience I've gone through with upgrading my house. They broke my first slab of granite that was one of a kind. After picking out another slab, it was not cut correctly. Had to get a lawyer involved to get my deposit back.
