I had a budget and particular style of cabinets in mind for my kitchen renovation and Dustin did a wonderful job of guiding me through everything and met all my expectations. The installer forgot to put the base trim around the cabinets but Dustin had them come back to install them. I am very satisfy as you can see from the before and after pictures.

Paul sales rep was very kind and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and help us figure out which countertop was best for us at decent price. Tim install manager, Andres installer and rest of the crew did an outstanding job with the install. They communicated with us from start to finish upon arrival until the job was completed. They gave detailed instructions on how to care for and maintain the countertops. The install job took less than 3 hours to complete. Tim, Andres and the rest of the install staff was very professional, kind, courteous, respectful and even took the time to clean up any debris that was left behind during the install. I highly recommend this company and all the staff mentioned as they all did an amazing job. We are well beyond happy with the service provided as well as received.

We needed to expand the opening in our existing granite countertop for a larger cooktop. This was a small job that I didn't expect to be taken seriously. I called and spoke to Tim, who coordinates jobs like this and was pleasantly surprised. He was very busy, but scheduled a couple of guys to take care of it. Christian and Tonya showed up on time, and were extremely friendly and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Amazing work at a great price.

Did not have a good experience with cabinetry! Started with building a tower for the microwave which was not in the cabinetry plans. Came out to repair and made the drawers wider. Have a hole in the back of the cabinet and 2 drawers are way too shallow. Drawer fronts are 11 inches and depth of the drawers are 5 inches. Refused to repair. Do not recommend cabinetry!

From the moment we walked into East Coast Granite we were impressed. Beautiful showroom & lots of options for our kitchen project. The staff is warm & welcoming, friendly yet professional. We were greeted by Dustin who walked us through the process from beginning to end. Dustin is extremely patient & kind & we could not ask for more. He was responsive to our questions & needs & easily made time for us throughout. We are so happy with the way it turned out. We chose Zumaia Quartzite which we fell in love with at first sight but we were a little nervous with the colors & blending with our choice of new floors. Dustin went above and beyond. We are in awe with how beautiful the Zumaia Quartzite turned out. We opted for the OG edge with gives it such an elegant look. It is a work of art. Thank you Dustin Stines and East Coast Granite & Tile. We are not done yet we still have work being done on our kitchen but we had to come here & express our gratitude & extreme satisfaction with East Coast Granite & Tile.

I recently purchased brand new granite from East Coast Granite for $7,000, and unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Upon delivery of the product, it became apparent that the granite was damaged. As a customer, I had expected the company to honor their one-year warranty, but to my dismay, they have refused to replace the damaged granite or honor the warranty.
This lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their product is highly concerning. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction fail to deliver on their promises. The whole experience has left me with a bitter taste, and I regret choosing East Coast Granite for my purchase.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering this company for their granite needs. The lack of integrity and refusal to rectify the situation highlights their disregard for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend East Coast Granite to anyone, as my experience has shown that they are not to be trusted.

My experience with East Coast Granite and Tile was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Initially, I purchased a slab of granite and paid the required deposit. However, things quickly went downhill from there.
Firstly, after removing my existing countertops to accommodate the template process, I was informed that the slab I had purchased had already been sold. This lack of communication and coordination was highly inconvenient and unprofessional.
Despite going in to select a new slab, I was never informed of an installation date. Numerous attempts to contact the salesperson I worked with yielded no response. Even when I called the store directly, promises to have someone call me back were unfulfilled.
Eventually, after persistent efforts, I managed to connect with the sales manager, but the communication remained abysmal. There was no discussion regarding the template results or the final amount owed. When the installation finally took place, it was marred with several hiccups, further exacerbating my frustration.
Despite my repeated attempts to address these issues with the sales manager, I was met with silence. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed throughout this entire ordeal is simply unacceptable.
To add insult to injury, the check I provided to the installers was swiftly cashed without any resolution or follow-up from the company.
Overall, my experience with East Coast Granite and Tile was riddled with incompetence, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning for future business, and I advise others to proceed with caution.

Does East Coast Granite & Tile offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, East Coast Granite & Tile performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does East Coast Granite & Tile provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, East Coast Granite & Tile, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact East Coast Granite & Tile in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
