Went to look at the showroom and there was a sign saying to call. When I called, they said they're not open (although Google said it was open till 5pm) and was by appointment only. Also, they don't sell any products. Only their remodeling service. :(

Even though this store did not have what I needed, the owner took the time to talk to me and refer me to places that can provide what I need. Selections of granite are very pretty.

Such a good find for me after getting ridiculously expensive quotes. If you want bang for your buck, this is the business. They did a complete overhaul of my out of date kitchen and baths for a very reasonable price. They were also quick and flexible.

East Bay Kitchen & Bath did a wonderful job in remodeling our master bath. The new bathroom looks bright, modern, and beautiful. Jessica was easy to work with and very helpful in providing ideas and suggestion for the design. She is professional, responsive and always on top of things. She stopped by every day during the remodeling to check on the progress and provided needed supplies to make the work go smoothly. The work started and finished on time as projected. The workers have excellent workmanship, and they are hard working. The price was reasonable and the finished bathroom looks great.

We had our Bathroom remodeled by Jessica and her team and it's been incredibly successful project. From choosing materials to actual project execution, it was done in the most efficient way possible and end result was gorgeously looking bathroom that reminds us of a five star experience every day. Jessica was a joy to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely do other bathrooms with them in the future.

I hired East Bay Kitchen & Bath for a complete kitchen overhaul when I was living in Fremont. It was a huge job, full replacement of floors, walls, ceilings, cabinets, counters, backsplashes, plumping, electrics, addition of a gas stove, and sinks - everything. I couldn't believe the job they did at the price then. Even more surprising was the fact that they were always on time and delivered everything as stated. Jessica oversaw everything and even helped me select sinks and countertop styles in keeping with trends, and long term usability. That was 14 years ago. I now live in another town and have a kitchen that needed an overhaul, although not to the extent of the one in Fremont. I tried more local remodelers and experienced the same frustration as before: ghosting, over pricing, unclear terms, unreliable, 8 month wait times... I called Jessica and asked if she could redo my kitchen where I live. She came over and made an estimate the next day. I was so happy to be able to hire EB again! As before, she offered fantastic insight as to what elements to get, like this time it was quartz instead of granite, and a color and pattern that fit best with the palette of the house and floor. Anyway, they updated my kitchen: installed appliances, sinks, some new plumbing, new countertops, walls - all at a very reasonable price. Her team (a couple of whom were the same people as before) worked long hours and finished in only 5 days. We gave them a bonus at the end of the job for working so hard and competently.

East Bay Kitchen & Bath did a great job with our bathroom remodel. We were so happy with the quote that Jessica provided to us that we decided to remodel half of the Master Bedroom Bathroom as well. We needed some additional work done on our unit and Jessica was able to provide it all at a reasonable price. We had the whole interior painted and a new Kitchen Hood for the oven. She was able to provide us with everything we needed. They even hung to new lights for the kitchen that I had bought. Jessica noticed some minor things that needed to be fix and she did that as well without asking me for a dime. I will be doing business with Jessica again. Thank you.

East bay designed and remodeled our kitchen and bathroom; we are extremely happy with the work. They are a one-stop shop for all your remodeling needs (the design, all the materials and contractors) at a reasonable price. Jessica is the owner and is easy to work with, and she doesn't nickel and dime you for changes. The work started and completed on time and was of high quality. Recently one of the stairs broke, and she promptly sent someone over to fix the issue.

So this review is a long overdue.. we got Jessica's reference from a friend and upon calling she was quick enough to take a tour and present ideas of remodeling our bathroom. Our whole bathroom had to be taken down because we were changing the location of sink and shower. We hired her when we were expecting a kid and even though she was tight in schedule, she squeezed us in and gave the slot in few weeks. It took close to 2 weeks to get the work done. She was clear, helpful, prompt and would come tour the progress each single day. She also fixed other minor things free of charge. It's been 2.5 years we used her service and it's been nothing short of good. Only issue I had was the positioning of drain in the middle of shower area, I wish that could be clarified earlier but when we saw it was already done. Rest, she is amazingggg!

Words cannot express our deep appreciation for the job that Jessica and her team completed for us. Jessica and her team were very professional, timely, nice, respectful and reasonably priced. They initially completed one bathroom- we liked it so much that we asked that they do our second bathroom. I strongly recommend and encourage anyone and everyone to try them because you will not be disappointed.

East bay kitchen and bath is absolute best when it comes to work quality, schedule, cost and reliability. In short everything that you look for when you hire a professional contractor for doing your work. I found Jessica through Yelp and glad that we went with her for our kitchen remodel. Jessica's quote was quite reasonable than other professionals and we got the best work done in the scheduled time. Paul and other guy (Jessica's acquaintances) are very hard working and they make sure your work is completed in time. We had a new flooring done when we bought the house and were worried about the possible damage during remodeling but there was absolutely none. Jessica not only completed the kitchen work in time but also incorporated our adhoc suggestions without any hesitation or extra charge. She helped in coordination with city officials too for getting inspection done and was present in person every time. After we see our new kitchen look I now know why she is one of the highly rated kitchen and bathroom remodel professionals on Yelp.

East Bay Kitchen & Bath exceeded our first experience! We had Jessica and her team do a second bathroom remodel after our great experience with our first bathroom remodel earlier this year. Jessica made some great suggestions on design and we followed them. We thought about keeping one bathtub but she suggesting going with a shower and we're so glad we did. The new shower is simply outstanding. It's something you would find in the best 5 star hotels. The cabinets give us so much storage space. Jessica suggested installing a BioBidet which we bought on Amazon. They installed it perfectly and even added a power outlet behind the toilet. It doesn't get better than East Bay Kitchen & Bath for remodel projects and we are raving fans. They are doing my mom's bathroom this week. The best things about East Bay Kitchen & Bath are great customer service, fantastic results and very reasonable prices.

Jessica was great to work with, gave her input and advice in the planning stages but also listened to our wants and thoughts, and together we were able to create a wonderfully modern kitchen from our old, outdated kitchen. Her team was prompt every day, worked quietly and diligently, and respected our home by keeping the areas outside our kitchen clean. They were very professional, and performed truly quality work, not cutting corners at all. Our kitchen was finished in the timeframe promised, and all the while Jessica would stop by and touch base to make sure everything was going as planned. This was our first time using East Bay Kitchen & Bath, and as long as Jessica and her team continue to run it the way they have, we will definately come back to them to update our bathrooms. Thank you Jessica and East Bay Kitchen & Bath!

This is my second time working with Jessica and her team. This time around we did a complete bathroom remodel. Not only was Jessica's bid $10,500 under all the others, she got the work done in 7 days, including working over the weekend to make sure that I could move back in ASAP. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful, completely stunning. I adore my new bathroom. Also, one of the best things about working with Jessica is the 1-year warranty. If you notice anything wrong, just send her a text and someone will be there later that day (if need be) to correct the issue. I noticed a couple of cracks in the grout in the shower a few days after they finished everything and the contractor was out 2 hours later and had everything fixed up within 15 minutes.

We did a bath tub-to-tiled-shower conversion with East Bay. Jessica on the sales team was very responsive, listened to our needs very carefully, and provided excellent advice on our options. None of the other contractors I contacted were so responsive. Jessica also scheduled the work promptly, and followed up on execution to make sure that the work was done right. I was impressed by the results - thanks also to the experience and hard work of Mr. Wong, who did the job singlehandedly in three days flat. I would recommend these folks to anybody looking for a bathroom contractor to do a good job, quickly, at a reasonable cost.

As many others we contacted a few contractors to bid on a full kitchen and bath remodel and decided to contract with East Bay Kitchen & Bath. No regrets in doing so. Jessica, the owner of the company outlined a timeline from start to finish. True to her commitment, the kitchen/bath project started and was completed as scheduled and within budget. The crew is possibly the most hard working group I have come across. They were there every day promptly at the time they stated and kept the work place clean. The crew is very responsible and trustworthy; although English is not their first language, one is still able to communicate and, if all else fails Jessica always makes herself available to help. She is on the job site daily to oversee the workflow and answer any questions or make suggestions. Jessica has a show room where you can select your materials. We are very pleased with the result that actually exceeded our expectations. A group of people that take pride in their work and go the distance in making sure the customer is pleased with the outcome.

We recently had our bathroom remodelled through Jessica. Paul and his 2 assistants did an amazing job and we are very happy with the end result. It was also good value for money. We were very 'involved' in the project and went all over the bay to find fittings we liked and Jessica was accommodative of ALL our requests. However, the stars were the guys who did the job. They worked very hard and were highly skilled judging by the attention to detail. Even though we could not speak their language, communication was never an issue and they used a mix of sign language and words to ask clear questions and similarly answered ours without creating confusion.

Jessica and her crew did a great job on our bathroom and floors. She was able to fit us in her schedule within a few weeks and finished on time. We picked out most the materials but she also picked out items such as lights and medicine cabinets and did a fantastic job. Really nice when a project is done that actually exceeds expectations, it looks better than we had hoped. Also, no issues on cost, job came it at what she quoted. Next up is our kitchen and we'll be calling Jessica again.

Jessica was great from the get go with our kitchen remodel. From returning my call for a quote to giving me different options, to scheduling to delivery. I had received various quotes but most seemed a little afraid to take on my project as I needed lots of things done. Things like moving plumbing, removing soffets, adding drywall and converting to gas from electric. I couldn't be happier with the results. I ended up adding few more little jobs once they were on site and they handled them like champs. One of the smoothest and fastest projects I have done. Jessica and her team are very hard working and very easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and call them. They book very fast so leave a little room for scheduling if contract works out.

East bay kitchen and bath did our kitchen granite countertop and backsplash work. Jessica was prompt with her schedule and entire work was completed as per schedule. Jessica went ahead and replaced garbage disposal though it's not part of the estimate as the magnet of the existing garbage disposal was broken. The team was prompt and work was in detail. They also installed newly bought dishwasher, gas range, over the range microwave and water filter. We were lucky to find them when looking for granite work in the kitchen.

We received the best service from East Bay and this company created a wonderful kitchen in a dilapidated rental property that we are entirely renovating to sell. The whole project ran smoothly. East Bay created a timeline acceptable to us and executed it precisely and well. The resulting kitchen is spectacular and it was delivered on time with no glitches. Everything is in place and every item works -- stove, sink and faucet, cabinets, microwave, garbage disposal. The cabinets are Shaker style with lovely pulls -- lots of cabinet and counter space. The counter tops are granite. It is a spacious functional kitchen. And the price for the renovation and installation was exceptionally reasonable. It is an excellent company. When you need professional work done, do call on East Bay.

My wife and I are SO pleased with our recently completed bathroom remodel. The job was completed one day less than the stated projection. The crew are a focused and skilled workers, all versed in the different aspects of construction. My wife and I marveled at the energy of the crew, how they made innumerable trips up and down our front stairs. Jessica coordinated very well with the project, providing fixtures at the right time, and always available by phone when I had a question. The completed job was marvelous, such a stunning makeover to our dated, 50's style old bathroom. We look forward to when we can hire East Bay Kitchen & Bath to do our kitchen remodel! Both jobs finished exactly on time. The quality of workmanship & materials was excellent. And customer service is fantastic - Jessica is the best - gives great advice on what will look best. We have an beautiful new kitchen and are extremely happy with the work done by East Bay Kitchen!. On initially speaking to Jessica, my husband and I quickly noted that they handle their business differently which had its good and bad points. They have no middle men and do not sub-contract. They are a small team who do all the work themselves from demolishing and removal of cabinets to installing the new cabinets, the granite countertop and finally doing the plumbing for the new kitchen sink (which they provide free). Their advertised kitchen remodelling offer was reasonable enough for us to try them. Their contract is simple and direct to the point with not much details which worried us in the beginning, since what was not spelled out seemed to bank on good will and the strength of their word of honor that they would do a good job. We were not disappointed to have taken the gamble! The two-man team who came to work at our kitchen for seven days were always punctual, courteous, and hard working. They are master craftsmen who worked quietly and in synch, both professional and highly attentive to all the details of their job. If there was a concern, because both men spoke little English, they would always course the issue to Jessica who acted as our interpreter. This was done seamlessly so as not to disrupt any worktime. After each day's job, both men gathered their equipment neatly at the worksite and cleaned up as much dust and dirt. I was particularly grateful for this consideration because I have asthma and allergies. We highly recommend East Bay Kitchen & Bath Inc. They are proven to be trustworthy! Jessica is very personable and easy to talk to. She will try to accommodate you as much as possible. It was evident to us that the company values good customer relationship. Cris in Fremont

I give East Bay Kitchen & Bath 5 Stars!! They remodeled my parents kitchen last year and it turned out beautifully. They can't stop saying how much they LOVE their new kitchen. Jessica was always available for questions and concerns and she always got back to them whenever they left her messages. Ken, the lead contractor is a very detailed person that takes high pride in his work. I can't tell you how hard of a worker he and his helper were on this job. The entire job which included complete teardown and a full kitchen remodel with new cabinets and fixtures took only 10 days total. They left the place spotless.Thats a record to me. If there's ever a communication problem you can always call Jessica. If you want a great remodel at an affordable price call East Bay Kitchen & Bath and you won't be disappointed. They'll be hired for the next project which is the bathroom. Jessica is great and ask for Ken to work on your project. He's one of the best. If there's a wait it'll be well worth it.

East Bay Kitchen and Bath installed my kitchen a while back. They did a great job for a great price! I have had the kitchen now for over a year, and it is still just as great as the day we took delivery. They were inexpensive, prompt, and overall very good for the price. I also had my Uncle use them for cabinets, and he has been happy as well. One note, they do have a somewhat limited selection of styles, but don't let that deter you. After a 17K bid from Home Depot and a 21K from Bath Outfitters I knew there was another way to get my bath remodeled. Enter Jessica with an 8K bid. 7 days later my bath is better than ever. I don't live in Blackhawk and wasn't looking for luxury finishes, I just needed my falling tiles in my shower stall replaced and update the floors and vanity. New granite stall walls, facets, shower door, tile floors, vanity, baseboards, light fixture and paint, just what I needed in the right amount of time. Call Home Depot, call Bath Outfitters and then call Jessica, you'll be glad you did.

Jessica and her crew did a great job on my kitchen! Yes, you do have to trust that things are done in good faith due to the limited English that her guys speak, but trust me, they understand everything you say. My kitchen remodel took less than 3 weeks, and I have gotten nothing but GREAT compliments on the work that was done. I had a few problems with my kitchen floor, but Jessica was ALWAYS receptive and called me back immediately. Her guys came back to fix the flooring with no problems. So this is WAY over due. Overall, Paul and his helper did great on the tile work and general remodel. i have no complaints about that. my gripe is with the finer details and management. Admittedly, they are not good at texture in small areas. it looked patchy and a DIY project. I complained and they sent a 'professional' painter. They left a mess all over the bedroom, used a sponge to create texture from the paint itself...or so it seems; didn't bother buying more paint. They thinned out what i had left; so now i have two different paint finishes on the wall. Additionally, the guys used the wrong stair covers during the remodel. they used one meant for carpet, but i have wood floors. that left glue all over the stairs/risers. When I complained, that was promptly ignored. I was told at first they would refund an amount, but later ignored that completely. i'm also not happy with the gouges left on the wall from removing he baseboards. They say it's normal; but i've had baseboards removed before when installing the floors. They didn't leave gouges. During the remodel i noticed scuff marks, damage to the vanity. When i brought it up, their solution was to color with a marker. Told them it wasn't acceptable, they provided a false bottom to overlay the damaged portion. Reached out to management to resolve and come to an agreement, their VP wrote a terse email saying my project is done and there's nothing further to be done. Complaints to the BBB was ignored. No response. Now i'm stuck with damaged stairs that'll cost me to clean up and repair. I've done most clean up, but risers are thoroughly damaged. The wall needs to be sanded and repainted.

The reviews are accurate in one respect: Jessica is really nice, and has many helpful ideas. As far as the quality of the cabinets: they are not quality. The finish is sprayed on in one coat, leaving a spray shadow on unknown Chinese wood varieties. The price is very reasonable because they're probably using almost slave labor, with factories on boats off the CA coast. After comparing prices and quality of cabinets at a big box store, with my brother's valley cabinetmaker friend, and here, we went straight to a local cabinetmaker, where they use known wood types and do quality work. We got what we wanted: real wood and quality.

The more we open up the bathroom done by this company 7 years ago we discover the mess. The work looked great when finished. But they took money for work they never did. Like changing the pipes to copper and changing the drain pipes to PVC. Their work also resulted in a leak. They literally installed our bathroom on rusting drain pipes but took money to replace them and never did. Beware.

I don't often leave reviews but felt people should be warned about the quality of work this place offers. This review is going to be succinct, straight to the point and hopefully useful for someone looking to remodel their bathroom/kitchen. East Bay Kitchen and Bath remodeled our bathroom which is about standard size a couple years back. The initial process went okay and after checking out the showroom we decided to go forward with the remodel. The job took about a week and they finished on time. Fast forward to today: -The shower door surround is now leaking from many different places -Grout is cracking, falling out from multiple areas -The "quartz" is showing stains from water apparently While the job seemed okay initially, rest assured you will likely have problems. These basic items should not be problematic within such a short time. This goes to show the level of workmanship and quality of the products used. Beware if you are contemplating using East Bay Kitchen and Bath.

Just received a solicitation call from this company. My first issue is how they even have my phone number to make these rude and unsolicited phone calls. The other issue is the woman (who said this was her husband's company) was so rude. I simply asked how she got my number and that we were not doing any renovations on our place. Before I could complete my sentence, she mumbled something and hung up on me. If you are looking for work and remodel projects, you might want go through some sales training. You may come across people who might know of others who are looking for a contractor. Kindness goes a long way. Just a thought.

I wish I could give them zero stars. We bought a house in the East Bay and this was our first experience with a contractor. When I went to the showroom I was talked out of the mosaic design I chose, in retrospect I realize they weren't capable of execution. The craftsmanship of our remodel was awful. Jessica kept insisting that everything was okay. She told my husband, "How many bathrooms have you remodeled?" They kept coming back and making more mistakes and we finally (when she asked to go through an adjoining wall to our bathroom to correct a rocking bath tub and tiles that were not set on the subfloor) we asked them to just leave our home and not return and we refused to pay the balance. We never got an apology and were told that she thought the workmen she utilized was ill! I was going to just let this lie; however, today we had someone come to look at all of the cracked grout and cracked tile floors and they informed us the entire bathroom needed to be re-done! STEER CLEAR OF JESSICA! It is our understanding from friends that some of her workers are competent, but if you get WONG, buyer BEWARE! You should be ashamed of yourself JESSICA! Please feel free to contact me directly for photos and additional details!

The previous review has some things that happened to us too, so it's good to read all of it. I can't recommend East Bay Kitchen, and I guess I've been debating whether to post something but ultimately felt others should benefit from any information I can give and not have to live through the nightmare my wife and I did. We had a kitchen remodel done by EB Kitchen. A contract was signed at the end of February 2011 and the job was finished in July. Yes, it took that long. We had our kitchen cleared and ready to go for an April 1 start date but EB Kitchen was busy. I thought that was a good sign as others wouldn't hire them unless they were good. The price was right, also, and we liked Jessica. I should have known the first day they started in May that things were not right. We had in our contract that our soffit would be removed. The workers said they couldn't do it, and I had to show Jessica that it was indeed in the contract. She said it wasn't standard and she didn't know it was there, but it was a big reason we hired them in the first place. I personally went up into our attic with a worker to see what he meant and it would have been difficult to remove. It just seemed strange that it was a key negotiating point and was seemingly forgotten by EB Kitchen. Other things that I need to mention: -communications were not good. Numerous times I understood something as one way, only to find out it was completely different. This occurred mostly with working days for the crew. The job was supposed to take less than 2 weeks but the crew wasn't there at times I thought they would be. I gave up on phone calls and decided to put everything in email or text message just to make sure we had things documented. Fortunately we had documented a cabinet choice as the wrong ones were partially installed. My wife caught the error on the first day to limit the further delay in the project. Lesson learned: make sure everything is in writing -wiring deficiencies-we had 5 pot lights installed. One burned out the first night, they were more hanging then installed, and some weren't working, so we called in another electrician to be safe. He found exposed wires against insulation and a shoddy, dangerous, job. We had the other electrician clean things up and get it up to code and deducted it from our final payment to EB Kitchen. Lesson learned: Make sure a licensed electrician does any wiring and if the person actually on the job site performing the work -details, details-we came home one day to find all the crew's tools gone. Things weren't cleaned, but the tools were gone. We inspected the kitchen and found numerous details not finished and from the experience we had, we knew they weren't coming back. Trim was coming off and there was exposed unfinished wood, finish nail holes were visible, mitre cuts were bad, etc. We demanded EB Kitchen send another crew to finish, which they did. Lesson learned: do not settle. Make the contractor keep coming back and supervise, supervise Jessica said she was sorry, but if we hadn't called in the other electrician to finish the wiring I don't want to think what could have happened. Apologies can only go so far.

Update review. After one month the grout in one of the bathrooms the tiled - had grout falling out. I called the owner Jessica and asked to have this repaired and she promised a call back to set up the repair. One day, two days, three days...you get the picture no call back. I send Jessica a stern email requesting repair and she immediately called me on my cell to schedule the repair for Saturday around 3 pm 4pm 5pm guess what no terrible customer service - do not use this business - find someone else - if they can't stand behind their work they should not be in business - my next email is the BBB and Contractor license board to file a complaint!
