My experience with EA stone started on a positive note as they helped to educate me on the various brands of quartz so that I could make an Informed selection. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. I feel EA stone completely dropped the ball on communication, execution, and accountability. * They completely botched the installation of the backsplash and tried to blame me for their mistakes. Ultimately they did fix the backsplash after a lot of wasted time and unnecessary debate * They caused extensive damage to my cabinet paint during installation - their response: it’s on you * They used a grinder and took big chunks out of the side of my cabinets: their response: it will be covered so it’s acceptable * They cut the kitchen island top 2 inches two long which left large open gaps on the sides of the island. They refused to fix it. In my opinion, EA Stone left the job unfinished, caused extensive damage, and when confronted, they made excuses, deflected, and ultimately blamed the customer. They left a huge mess of quartz dust throughout the house with zero attempt to clean up. I feel EA stone failed every step of the way - and while everyone makes mistakes, I would not recommend doing business with them due to their compromised integrity and respect for the customer. Update: The response from the business validates how they choose to handle disputes. The cabinets were perfectly square as you can clearly see in the picture. No discounts were given.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with! They had a great selection and even provided samples when needed from other sources. Our kitchen island was bigger than most and you don’t even notice the seam. We are extremely happy with the install and the materials and would not hesitate to use them again. They provided multiple countertops for various rooms and all fit perfectly! When I had questions they were always prompt with an answer and even walked the completed job with me to ensure I was happy! 😊

I changed my mind a couple of times on what I wanted but they were patient & accommodating. Once we finalized what we wanted, everything was installed with a week or so & they look AMAZING! People are in awe of how beautiful everything turned out! Eunice & everyone at EA Stone were fantastic to work with & it felt great to support a local family owned company. Go see Eunice!

I recommend EA Stone to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen countertops and/or bathroom vanity tops. They have a good selection of granite slabs and their sales staff was very helpful. The staff took two days to put in my countertops and did excellent work.

Where do we begin…. EA Stone is AMAZING!!! I was recommended to them by my boss who just had her kitchen and bathroom remodeled by them. (She is very meticulous!) For her to recommend them, they had to be good! And they were!! They gutted our bathroom and had it all back together in 3 weeks as promised! We honestly didn’t think they could do it but we were willing to gamble: and it paid off!! Edgar, Daisy, Dave, Jesus as well as all the other guys, were great to work with! Trustworthy, conscientious of their work, our home, our deadline etc. They worked long days and hours to finish before our daughters wedding. The shower doors were delivered on time but one piece was broken in transit and it was another week before it was delivered. (All I am waiting on now are the curtains I ordered from Amazon) I wanted granite shower walls to the ceiling and Edgar suggested granite walls behind the freestanding tub. We LOVED his suggestion and don’t regret it!! They also replaced our guest vanity top with a piece of leftover granite, for a small fee which included cutting, a new sink and installation!! The porcelain floors through the Master bath and into the closet are wonderful!! Even the granite window sill behind the tub and the granite threshold are great accessories that we really like!

EA Stone installed out Kitchen Granite counter tops a couple of years ago and did a great job with communication and installation. We decided to add Granite to our bathrooms. We scheduled our installation and that went fine. But, during the installation their installer broke one of our mirrors. I called the office and they said they would talk to the installer when he arrived back at the office. This was 08/07/24. They said they were sorry and would replace the mirror. On 08/27/24 we were still waiting for the mirror to be installed. We were finally given an install date and time. On, 09/09/24 I sent another text very frustrated that the install did not happen when they said. No phone call and a no show. They said they keep getting a delay on the mirror (it was never ordered). Finally, several days later a gentleman from EA Stone came out to measure the mirror size and said he would get it ordered. He said it will take about 2 weeks and he promised if it did not come in he would give me a call. Thank you to this gentleman for keeping his word.

After a terrible experience with Lowes, and the contractors they use, we ended up cancelling the order. We researched and ended up calling E A Stone LLC. We wanted to replace our kitchen countertops, sink and faucet. Jesus from E A Stone LLC came by and discussed the options we had and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Just based on the attitude, I immediately felt better. Lowes said it would be up to 16 weeks before the install could be done. Jesus said it would be 4-6 weeks. I went to their location to look at the stone and met the owner Edgar and he spent time with me answering all my questions and showed me around the facility. The first thing I liked is that they do everything in-house. There's no sub-contracting like Lowes has. Also, most slabs of stone are right there to choose from. Here we are 5 weeks later, and the install is completed. We are fully satisfied with the work E A Stone LLC performed and 100 percent recommend them. They took extra car to make sure everything was perfect. The young men cleaned as they worked and were so detailed in every aspect of the job. They were both so polite and friendly. We didn't have to hire a plumber to install the new sink and faucet, Edgar did it for a very reasonable fee. The other companies wanted the original countertops already removed and didn't do plumbing. The total cost is quite competitive and again we love the new look of our kitchen. We recently moved to the Tulsa area from Denver, CO and have had to have so many things done. Selling and buying a home, renting trucks, buying furniture, appliances, and other things has been for the most part a total nightmare. E A Stone LLC came through better than expected!

EA Stone did a beautiful and thorough job putting quartz into our kitchen. They were communicative, detail-oriented, and extremely easy to work with. The crew who installed the counters was punctual and did quality work. They went the extra mile with us — we were hoping to have enough of a remnant to do our backsplash as well and they cut the slabs so beautifully that they were able to pull it off! We really enjoyed getting to know Daisy, David, and the rest of the crew through this process and will recommend EA to anyone we know who’s looking for someone to replace their counters.
