Wow! E & A really impressed me throughout the whole process. I just had 48sq.ft. of granite put in and they did an excellent job from slab selection to layout and their installers really nailed it. I have an old, crooked out of square house and you would never know the challenges with the beautiful install they did. All this while beating the price of several competitors by a HUGE margin. I'll be using these guys in the future for sure.

I am a repeat customer and the experience I have had with E&A is exceptional. The staff is very professional, patient and eager to please the customer. I re-did my kitchen 1/24 and decided to replace the granite I had installed by E&A back in 2020. My new project included granite counters and backsplash. I am beyond happy with the outcome and occassionally find myself stepping back and admiring my project. E&A assisted me with using the first granite I purchase and on-site made countertops for my coffee and end tables. First and foremost the Best prices in all of Lexington and Richland County, I shopped around got quotes from 3 different businesses and E&A came in under budget by a couple hundred dollars. Now for the work and the service, you are treated like you're their 1st customer and want to impress you which they do. Bonnie and Ryan listen to your needs and wants and then lead you into a presentation of what they can do for you and the price. Their work crew is on time and happy to be doing the job. Update: Eli contacted me and fixed the problems that was with the original install. Robert, who templated the peninsula, did also the kitchen sink countertop. The seam was moved to the right. He did an excellent job with the measurements. Robert had to come out a couple of times to buff out some imperfections in the cointertop. The install crew, minus the guy on the phone, did an excellent job in installing the replacement countertop. You can hardly see the seam. Eli and his crew made it right and I am very happy. Original post: Ryan did a wonderful job in steering to the perfect granite at a very reasonable price for my kitchen countertops. Alex made sure that there was enough of that granite left to cover all the counters. Looks beautiful. Robert fabricated a template for the peninsula because it had some tricky areas. The stone fit perfectly in that area. The rest of the countertops were measured with a tape measure. I was not impressed with the installation crew. One of the guys spend nearly 2 hours on the cellphone. The other guy worked steadily but ran into some problems with the walls. Also ,the granite has a seam running down from the middle of the sink. There, one of the guys was sanding on both sides of the seam and left a hump in the back area. The same problem is also on the front of the sink. It is noticeable. On the left side of the stove, the granite was not properly positioned. I could not pull out my stove because it was so tight. My boys took off the stone, knocked back the corner wall and repositioned the granite. That took care of that problem. On the right side of the stove, the stone is about 1/2" away from the wall. I hope that the backslash will take of most of that problem. There was not a whole lot of communication because the installation crew spoke mostly Spanish. I was so excited at first but quiet disappointed after they left.

For all of the great reviews of customer service, we unfortunately experienced none of these things when we visited. We went in to learn about the different countertop materials to determine the best one for us and get a quote, as very serious customers looking to redo our kitchen within 6 months. Upon arrival, we were the only ones in the place, so I figured we’d get good service. Not the case - we were rushed around the inventory without being truly asked what our style was, what we wanted to learn about, and what the different prices could be. We didn’t even get a complete quote even though we had our measurements (which we were never asked for), but instead a jotted out piece of paper with an equation for us to fill out ourselves. Totally unhelpful and made us feel like we were a nuisance for even showing up as the guy clearly was trying to get us out of the door. Terrible customer experience, we learned nothing from the conversation, got rushed around the inventory, and left confused as to why we were treated like a nuisance. Certainly will not be doing business with them despite other great reviews.

I worked with them in 2018 to put Quartz countertops in my Kitchen, Butler's Pantry and Mudroom. They provided an excellent service. Yesterday they installed a beautiful snowfall granite on a buffet that my husband built. They provided an excellent service again. We are using them again for sure!
