Someone who said he was the owner came to my home to measure counter tops. He was professional but forgot his name. However the man named DAN who answers the phone and gives you estimated quotes got frustrated with me when I asked about the plumbing aspect of doing countertops. This is my first home and I know nothing about what instillation entails. Being born and raised in Revere myself, I could hear the aggravation in his Revere accent so I asked him why he was getting anxious. Of course he said he was not and told me he was just trying to explain to me. He was aggravated with my question and I could tell by the way he answered,,,No Question! After that uncomfortable quote we hung up. I told him I had to discuss with my partner. I called back and got DANS voicemail. I asked him to call me back but he never did. Apparently they did not need my Business. DAN needs an in service in customer relations. No problem, I found plenty or business who eagerly wanted my business during this pandemic.

Dan was great. Very informative and gave me some options to think about when making a countertop choice. Professional and very friendly.

Did a complete kitchen remodel new ceiling granite counter tops new cabinets new over oven microwave new sink and faucet. Fantastic job

The sales representative was condescending and unhelpful. We ended up going with a small family run business in Saugus with better customer service instead.

Direct Kitchen installed a beautiful honed jet mist countertop in my kitchen. There were some minor problems with the installation but everything was resolved promptly and professionally. The end result was fantastic. These are honest contractors who care about the customer and the quality of their work. Highly recommended.
