First, let me Congratulate you (Alex Jackson) and the Grand Ave Diamond Kitchen and Bath TEAM! I am truly impressed. We are truly impressed! You were able to fulfill the dreams of one of Laveen's favorite home chefs Levetta Daniels. I can't fully express in words the joy I saw on Levetta's face when she stood behind her brand new island for the 1st time. I can only tell you that the seamless process was worth the wait. The attention to detail, the patience, and professionalism of the measuring and installation teams - all evoke a sense of confidence and trust. I would especially like to send a HUGE shout-out to Cameron. Cameron is beyond good, beyond professional, he is truly what every company wants/needs representing them in the field. Watching him work it is obvious that he takes pride in ownership of his installation technique. Absolutely amazing to watch him work.

Diamond Kitchen and Bath provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. A special thank you to James and Micah, the designers, for their professionalism and expertise. They guided me through every step, turning my lack of knowledge about cabinets into confidence in my decisions. I also want to give a big thanks to Ben and Rene at the warehouse, who were incredibly helpful when I was picking up the cabinets. Their assistance made the pickup process smooth and hassle-free. I’m grateful for the outstanding service from the entire team. Highly recommend!

From our buying experience with Micah on Grand Ave, the installation, the followup for extra features we added and had done with Junior, who's expertise, knowledge and workmanship was 2nd to None.........We can't thank Diamond Cabinets and their Team enough. Our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry just look great.

Had a wonderful experience with Micah at Diamond on Grand Ave. This is the second project he has worked on with us and he is always responsive and willing to make adjustments and get things just as we want them. Jordan did our install and was beyond amazing. We are very happy with the final product. The only issue we had was with the scheduler who was less than friendly, and frankly quite rude. This was only one negative experience and we don't believe it reflects the whole. Thank you again to Micah and team. We will be working with you on the next project!

They have our money, but the kitchen isn't done. I paid with a smile. And it was a lot! They told us up front it would be a long lead time, and it was. 16 weeks until install. But then the problems started. We signed the contract January 22nd, it's now August 24th and there's still work to be done. We've heard from them by email. They claim they're going to contact us to schedule the additional work, but no calls have come. We have missing cabinet doors. Cabinet doors that bump into each other. Cabinet door with big gaps between them. Holes cut wrong in cabinets. They mismeasured and had to change configuration on installation day. I used to have space on both sides of my fridge. Now it barely fits in the opening. I'll never be able to buy a larger fridge than the one I have now, because there's no space. There used to be, but not anymore. And there's molding that's mismatched, light against dark stained wood. Some of the slides don't slide smoothly. It's really abysmal, and they're not interested at all in fixing it. Update: They called two days after I wrote the above review. They said there are 41 jobs ahead of ours and it will be about another five weeks. I guess they can handle about 8 jobs per week. Try to not be one of them. Install was April 25/27. Fixes now won't be until the end of September, FIVE MONTHS later. Update: It is now October 6th and the kitchen work is still not finished. The end of September came and went and they still have not called to set a time to finish the work. Five weeks was an inaccurate estimate.

We recently purchased our new home and the builder wanted $12,000.00 for laundry room cabinets. My wife went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath at 4010 N. Grand Ave. in Phoenix AZ for a price quote. Micah G. was our service representative who help us make all our difficult cabinet design choices. Micah is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and he helped us save thousands of dollars! The cabinets Micah designed for us are beautiful and match the builders’ cabinets throughout our home. My wife and I would like to say thank you to Micah for his assistance and being so patient answering all our questions. Calvin and Roxie B.

Our kitchen experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath continues to please us! The cabinets were installed by Ryan. He is a true professional. He showed up on time, went right to work, getting the basic installation done on day one. The following morning he tackled all the intricate details, making sure the job was done perfectly. By the end of day, our kitchen looked terrific! He took great care to tidy his work space, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would gladly welcome him back in the future.

Micah was extremely helpful and thorough when it came to designing my dream kitchen and bath project. I feel like he spent more time educating me than trying to sell me anything . When it came to delivery they were very accommodating about storing our cabinets until a convenient point in the construction process then giving a very accurate 90 minute delivery window. Shout out to Anthony and Angel who did a pro's pro job of carefully unloading our cabinets and arranging them in a thoughtful way that would make things easier for us when it came time to install.

Anthony and his team did a great job of delivering our new cabinets. He’s definitely done this before. Anthony is a clear communicator and a “get-it-done” kind of guy. He laid the job out and got it done, just as planned. Thanks Anthony, much appreciated. Thanks also to Micah Galtney for helping guide us through this process right from the start. You’ve been extremely patient and helpful.

I have had the pleasure in meeting and working with a GEM at Diamond kitchen & bath! From day 1 I had my contractor speak with him going over measurements, details etc…. He was beyond very helpful very knowledgeable in knowing his product and meeting our price budget. Before meeting him I was dreading going through the cabinet phase of my project but Micah changed that the day we meet. Micah has a great personality his humor, understanding and communication skills are top notch. I hope his company really get this man what he deserves, you sir have been nothing but great and will return to you as my go to for any other project I have in the future. Thank you Micah!!!! Recently went to Diamond Kitchen and Bath to inquire about a kitchen upgrade for my condo.. Met with Brian Alagna to begin the process. He was excellent to work with.. Very knowledgeable as well as understanding and patient. It is a substantial investment so having that kind of person to work with is important.. He walked us through the options available and into the selection process.. Am pleased to say we now have finished our plans for the kitchen cabinets and countertop and the order is placed.. Thanks Brian for all your help.. I would recommend Diamond Kitchens and Brian to anyone!!

All I can say is WOW! I bought a linen cabinet front in 2016, but never got around to installing it. In 2016 I was not happy with Diamond at all. The salesman was very nice, but made mistake after mistake. The new store manager, Micah, took my install order and ran with it. The normal wait time is approximately 6 weeks. He had me scheduled inside 1 week. Then the installer, Robert, came. I cannot say enough about Robert. He was incredibly professional, friendly, he cared about what I want and he saw to it that I was overjoyed about the install. He is an artist. The cabinet face was set back in the wall approximately 3 inches making it difficult to get the old one out without tearing up the sheetrock around it. There was not one tear, mark or any other indication that the cabinet front had not been there the whole time. Robert also wore a mask and never took it off. If Diamond maintains this level of service they will make a great comeback from the problems of 2016.

I don't know where all of these negative reviews come from - True 5 stars! We recently purchased kitchen cabinets & countertops. (They haven't installed them yet, I'll update this after that!) First, everything has gone faster than we thought, they are ahead of schedule every step of the way. Adrian and Cory delivered our cabinets and were wonderful! They were fast, polite and friendly. I had a few questions they answered with ease. They were both knowledgeable and I felt listened to and comfortable having them in my home - which was important and meaningful to me since I was by myself when they dropped the cabinets off. After my interaction with them, I immediately felt even better about my purchase and will recommend this company to friends and family! Our salesperson, Travis, was also extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions and had him do a number of different quotes to figure out what would be the best layout for our home and budget. He was more than willing to draw it up several different ways and answered every question. It was easy to see he was well educated in their products and software. Again - we will definitely send people their way!

This is a five star company. Recently had my bathroom and kitchen done by Diamond. They did an excellent job. The installers , salesman , delivery people were all professionals. My sales agent was on top of everything. Customer service A+ and when you're dealing with a long process like remodeling a kitchen customer service is very important. Really wish they could handle all of my house remodeling. I recommend these guys to anyone doing a kitchen and bath project.

We just remodeled our whole house and I got to say, the kitchen is my favorite part! We got our whole kitchen remodeled by Diamond. We got all new kitchen cabinets, new countertops, new island, and new sink. We were able to customize everything. I love the spice rack! Tina helped us. Although the whole process took a while (planning, ordering, waiting for cabinets to arrive, install, countertops) it was well worth the wait. After the countertops were installed, we noticed a few cracks on the cabinet. So we called and they were able to send someone to fix the cracks. The customer service is great but be prepared to wait quite a while. Which is expected as with any renovations. We came at a good time when they were having 40% off cabinets, so we are extremely happy with what we got and for the price we paid. Will recommend this place again. The workers that have come to install and fix cabinets are all professional and friendly. My husband enjoys talking to them. Lol. See before and after pics.

My husband and I recently remodeled a home we bought about three years ago. Our contractor suggested checking out Diamond Kitchen and Bath. Marty Moorehead took care of us and did a great job. He was very thorough and came out and measured everything. We bought cabinets for the kitchen and two bathrooms. The cabinets look amazing. There was a door that was warped and a pantry drawer took some damage in shipping. Diamond immediately got replacements ordered. We couldn't be happier. (We love the soft glide drawers). I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath and Marty Moorehead. (And English Building Company)

I own a property management company, Arizona Investment and Management. We are focused on apartment buildings, particularly renovation projects. Diamond has been stellar in customer service and unmatched in price/quality for our needs. Diamond is our "go to" company for cabinetry and kitchen and bath design. Love the cabinets we picked and pricing seems fairly competitive however, Rich, the sales guy seems to only care when selling a product. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a response for any issues after installation or modifications being requested. We didn't receive our soft close cabinets for some of the cabinets (did entire house-3 full bath and entire kitchen) along with some drawers that were tweaked. Also, we wanted skins below upper cabinets to hide underneath color (which we happily paid for) and constantly followed up to get clarity on when it would arrive. Email after email with no response and multiple phone calls with no return calls. Then finally a response. Then all over again for the next follow up. Service is poor. Only care about the sell period. Would have paid more for better service if we only knew. Choose to do business with a company that actually cares to provide consistent decent service... look elsewhere.

I have to start by saying that the finished product of our Quartz counter tops is beautiful, but the process was frustrating/annoying. When we went to Diamond to check out the product, it was the last day of a "sale" so there was a bit of pressure to make a purchase that day. I asked how much the regular price would be if we didn't get in on the sale, but no one knew. There was a pretty limited selection in the color we wanted (white) but I picked one anyway as I was told we could change the color later if we found something else we wanted. I looked online once I got home and found a whole list of white Quartz names/colors that I wanted prices on. I sent this over to our Diamond rep and asked for pricing. He advised that they don't get discounts on any of those colors so they don't even carry them and couldn't provide pricing. That seemed pretty odd to me. I've been planning on new counters for a few years so I've done a lot of looking around and didn't want to settle as it's a big investment for us. I also requested an itemized invoice showing the charge for each step of the process, but was told they don't do that. I have several other invoices from companies who've quoted counter tops for us, and all of them have been itemized. We were told that the installer would contact us to come out and template. After a couple of weeks with no one calling us, I called our rep to find out what the delay was. He advised that someone had been out of the office so they hadn't gotten our paperwork and he'd made sure they reached out soon. Once they did the template, they advised it'd be about 2 weeks before installation and that they'd call us. After about 3+ weeks, I called them to find out what the delay was. Our Diamond rep advised that they thought we were going to call them to tell them when our old counter tops had been removed so that they could come out. It made no sense. We wouldn't take our counter tops off and then just wait to be scheduled as we need a functional kitchen in the interim. That expectation was never communicated to us. Once they were finally scheduled, they came out to do the install. When installing, they realized that the sink we had ordered from Diamond didn't fit in our sink base cabinet. The installer said he could "scoop" the insides of the cabinet to make it fit, but that he couldn't be responsible for any damage. This doesn't leave such a great feeling about the quality of work. I emailed our Diamond rep while all this was happening as he was the one who measured for the sink. He emailed back saying it was pretty standard for them to have to do this and that we didn't really need to worry. The installers did what they needed to do and the result is great. The counter tops are beautiful, but really, you can get Quartz anywhere. To have so many delays and just not really feel like you're a valued customer is the thing that makes people return or not. After everything was installed, our Diamond rep didn't reach out to be sure we were happy with the outcome. I appreciate follow ups and going the extra mile as much as anyone else does. It was a very rushed process where communication didn't seem important. I understand that they do this all day every day, but most customers don't so it's nice to feel valued. Counter tops are a big investment and to put that much into something and not feel that you're a valued customer is a big disappointment.

Please avoid diamond kitchen and bath at all costs. We ordered cabinets in July due to a house fire. We were warned cabinets had a long lead time and told us delivery would be in October and November. Cabinets arrived in November and the cabinets that came in were awful. Three cabinets came in damaged, one drawer came cracked, and four fronts came in with a bad paint job. We didn't have a choice to install one of the damaged cabinets due to us needing to move into the house. Along with damaged cabinets, the design specialist ordered the wrong size cabinets for above the fridge, the wrong size undersink cabinet, and missing extra skins to connect two of our island cabinet. He was very clear not to get any bigger than a 10inch sink (which we bought exactly a 10inch) and yet the cabinet was still the wrong size. Cabinets were order again and arrived early February, and again arrived damaged and some items were worse than before. They then sent a tech out to fix it, the tech said that there was "more than usual" issues with cabinets and still couldn't fix everything. Diamond only answer is to keep ordering more cabinets. Speaking to the design specialist, he admitted that there were a lot of issues with my job, "more than usual," yet the only resolution is to continue to wait 2-3 months to hopefully get undamaged cabine. No person should have to wait this long to get the correct order that is undamaged. Update 4/7 The "new" order arrived and was missing parts along with a bad cabinet piece again. When I asked about the missing parts, they didn't even know what was and wasn't delivered. Told me now it was three weeks to get a tech to come out or 3 weeks to replace the part again. 4/25 After another round of more damaged cabinets that are now deemed "touch ups".The GM nick who responded to this post decided to accidentally send me an email calling me pesky. I have asked for a discount for a while due to this being dragged out and would very much like this whole thing to be done with. Nick again refused to offer any sort of refund. I was trying to avoid more posts about my bad service but he thinks he went above and "beyond in his service" and very much cares about customer service. I guess he views any customer that wants finished cabinets "pesky"

Recently made a purchase from them for cabinets and regret choosing them. The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. This is clearly a company who does not back up the workmanship of their supplier. They have now made their manufactures problem my problem. I would avoid buying your cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath unless you want the same headaches I'm going through with them.

We did a lower level bathroom remodel with them. When picking out cabinets they had a new color on the floor that we ordered. They have a number of selections on countertops, faucets and handles. When I picked out the countertop I must have said the white one with sparkles 10 times. That was the one I wanted, but did not get. If you ordered from these people MAKE SURE, before signing that they SHOW YOU what your signing for! When I called and talked to the salesperson Randy who we ordered from all he said was you signed off, it's clearly here on the paperwork. So what I got was an ugly off white quartz countertop that I DID NOT pick out! But because I signed off on SNOW WHITE QUARTZ, I got an off white ugly countertop that is now being torn out, replaced with what I wanted at MY EXPENSE, it's a sham, you clearly say what your want but they write it up for what I am sure is a cheaper version of what you think your getting, and that's what happened to me by trusting that the salesperson would put on the order what I clearly said I wanted multiple times. Never again would I order from them......EVER!

This place is seriously VOID of customer service. I have watched my daughter's nightmare unfold beginning with her salesman Travis. It began with him completely messing up the estimate after having a very descriptive drawing and pictures to start with. That's just the tip of the ice burg. Human error, gave him the benefit of doubt and continued with the order. Day of installation, an entire kitchen installation done by one guy. Maybe effective for them but very time consuming for you. He miscuts the bottom of the pantry and asks "is that ok?" Ummm NO! Then he proceeds to slap some molding over the gap and calls it good. Then he doesn't notice on the work order that we had a cabinet in the island with a roller for a trash can and installs the shelf.. Plus he pre-cut hole for electrical box not paying attention to the fact the cabinet is supposed to have a roller for a hidden trash can. Also the that the outlet has USB outlets which make the electrical box 1/2" deeper than normal. The trash can won't fit with the common outlets, let alone USB. Visit Travis to express unhappiness about pantry, island trash can cabinet and outlet. "Sure, he says he wants her to be a happy customer. What do you want?" Ultimately he agrees the pantry isn't correct and says "he'll reorder a new one." He'll send out their "best" carpenter to resolve the shelf installation in the trash cabinet and find the roller which wasn't delivered. The "best" carpenter shows up with his mask around his neck and asks if he needs to wear it? Considering you are entering the home of a critically ill child, YES! When he was told he needed to wear it, he sarcastically asked if we'd be wearing ours. At that pointed he was asked to leave. Visit Travis again and are told we'd have to let said "best" carpenter in to resolve the issues. Back comes said carpenter (with an adjusted attitude) and does improvement on the pantry molding and installs the trash can roller. He sees the precut hole of the electrical box and doesn't say a word. After he's gone we realized there is no way for the electrical to go back in and have the trash can fit in the cabinet. Back to visit Travis and we're told he's ordered the pantry but it'll be a few weeks. He knows about a slimmer electrical box they can install. Unfortunately that resolution doesn't work with USB/electrical outlet. He's unsure and will have to talk to his manager Micah. Micah calls, during the call asks us to "hold on" because he can't understand the person in the background talking to him. Unbelievable! He proceeds to state that when the paperwork was signed as the first installation was completed you accepted the work as completed. There is no pantry on order, you will have to go back to a regular outlet without the UBS's and use the smaller box for electrical. Sorry, that's the best we can do. Long story short, if you want someone to tell you how lucky you are to hand over thousands of dollars, be unhappy with your purchase and have ZERO expectations of customer service shop here. Otherwise any where else is a better option. Thank you Travis and Micah for reassuring me that sales men are full of themselves and lip service! *******Follow up to Nick's comment******* I'm sure my daughter's tone of dissatisfaction wasn't wrong. You must have confused settled as happiness?! You all didn't provide happiness worthy options, more like the lesser of two evils. Micah needs some customer service skills and Travis needs to quit making promises and not following through. She isn't thrilled and feels nothing less of stuck and forced to deal with it to get the job completed to not hold up the other scheduled contractors. Please do reach out and maybe try to understand the situation from both points of view not just your employees. FYI - we'd utilized your company previously at my parents home and ran into similar problems. We'd hoped by giving your company another opportunity you'd prove the previous experience was a fluke. Unfortunately not the case, same stories, same run around and all on our time. Everyone wants to be sorry but you can't give people back the time your company wastes by needing to return multiple times to fix errors on your end.

Believe the reviews this place is the worst. There is trained lying going on over there. They will do it to your face. I have 2 bathroom cabinets....2. I was told 4-6 weeks. I was okay with the truth up front.....8.5 weeks later and numerous lies from the sales staff.... Loading......Loading......Lying to customer..... Travis actually had the bricks to say "oh we just say that it almost always comes in a week early". Stay away. Stay far far away. Hot garbage in AZ smells but is an upgrade from this company.

They are the worst!! I ordered 1 small cabinet for my bathroom on February 4 and here we are April 16th and still the work is not completed! All they're concerned with is the sale, once that's done they cut you loose. Kyle assured me that the work was all done in house but as it turns out the work is all sub'd out. They have zero contact with me, I've had to call Kyle for updates of who and when. He said someone should be calling with updates and appointments, too me that someone should be him. He's the one that made the sale and clearly that's all he cares about. I will not be going with them on my kitchen remodel. If I takes months for a simple bathroom cabinet I hate to think what I'd go through with an entire kitchen... I wish I had never ordered from them.

There are so many other cabinet companies... don't waste your time or money here as customer sat is NOT a priority for them!

I am going to limit this review to facts as much as possible despite having many harsh things to say about this company: 1. I paid a 50% deposit for cabinets and counter-tops on March 11th and was told it would take 5-6 weeks. Despite taking our money they "forgot" to place the order and in the end the final install date for both was June 2nd which is an astonishing 12 weeks or at least DOUBLE the time stated in the contract. This was only because of the pressure that I put on them, as their standard templating procedure would have added ANOTHER 3 weeks to the project for a total of 14-15 weeks. 2. We were given the runaround several times by the sales/management/and owner of the company and frequently had our calls and emails unreturned or ignored. 3. In my opinion, I have rarely observed such a terrible customer experience. 4. When the cabinets arrived I was told I could not inspect them prior to paying the final payment in full. 5. After telling the delivery driver that I refused that arrangement, he agreed to "bargain" and allow me to inspect 1 of the 2 cabinets before paying. Upon inspection the first cabinet had significant damage. Despite my better judgement, I paid the final amount so I could see the other one and found that BOTH cabinets had several areas of significant damage. 6. Installation took 4 hours, likely due to attempting to repair much of the damage caused during delivery. 7. Luck was on Diamond Kitchen and Bath's side as one of the cabinets was a three wall installation which hide much of the damage from view. 8. This delay set back other construction and the entire project significantly. 9. While the final quality of the cabinets from the Amish manufacturers was acceptable, I would never again deal with the sales, delivery, customer support, management, or owner of this company. 10. In my opinion, this is a common occurrence and you would be much better served in headache, time, and professionalism by going with a different cabinet company even if the cabinets cost double.

Worst experience ever. I should have just flushed 10k down the toilet. Delay after delay after delay. They would not provide me with an itemized bill. I didn't think much about it UNTIL the day of install. Some cabinets arrived chipped. Measurements were off. Breakfast bar was too short. Refrigerator (was on site) didn't fit in the allotted space. Their answer... leave the counter top ends unfinished, so the refrigerator will fit. Really? Pantry was supposed to be a lazy Susan type of cabinet. It wasn't. Some doors will not align evenly. I got drawers in cabinets that were not supposed to be drawers. Not one single cabinet shelf can be moved to a different height. There is only ONE set of holes that actually line up. I show my kitchen to everyone I know. So far I have been able to direct 4 people to go ELSEWHERE.

Think twice about doing business with Diamond Kitchen and Bath. Their prices are great, and if that's all you're worried about, you will be happy. Their service is where they get a 1 star rating. We recently purchased almost 8K worth of cabinets and counters and they forgot parts, then said they would deliver said parts, only to then say we had to come pick them up. One of the cabinets, which was our new trash container, had a hole drilled off center, so the garbage would not come in and out properly. We were given replacement parts with no hardware or instructions as to how to install. We were told numerous things (like soft closing cabinets) that were not true as well and Micah can't take the time to return a phone call.
