First, let me Congratulate you (Alex Jackson) and the Grand Ave Diamond Kitchen and Bath TEAM! I am truly impressed. We are truly impressed! You were able to fulfill the dreams of one of Laveen's favorite home chefs Levetta Daniels. I can't fully express in words the joy I saw on Levetta's face when she stood behind her brand new island for the 1st time. I can only tell you that the seamless process was worth the wait. The attention to detail, the patience, and professionalism of the measuring and installation teams - all evoke a sense of confidence and trust. I would especially like to send a HUGE shout-out to Cameron. Cameron is beyond good, beyond professional, he is truly what every company wants/needs representing them in the field. Watching him work it is obvious that he takes pride in ownership of his installation technique. Absolutely amazing to watch him work.

They have our money, but the kitchen isn't done. I paid with a smile. And it was a lot! They told us up front it would be a long lead time, and it was. 16 weeks until install. But then the problems started. We signed the contract January 22nd, it's now August 24th and there's still work to be done. We've heard from them by email. They claim they're going to contact us to schedule the additional work, but no calls have come. We have missing cabinet doors. Cabinet doors that bump into each other. Cabinet door with big gaps between them. Holes cut wrong in cabinets. They mismeasured and had to change configuration on installation day. I used to have space on both sides of my fridge. Now it barely fits in the opening. I'll never be able to buy a larger fridge than the one I have now, because there's no space. There used to be, but not anymore. And there's molding that's mismatched, light against dark stained wood. Some of the slides don't slide smoothly. It's really abysmal, and they're not interested at all in fixing it. Update: They called two days after I wrote the above review. They said there are 41 jobs ahead of ours and it will be about another five weeks. I guess they can handle about 8 jobs per week. Try to not be one of them. Install was April 25/27. Fixes now won't be until the end of September, FIVE MONTHS later. Update: It is now October 6th and the kitchen work is still not finished. The end of September came and went and they still have not called to set a time to finish the work. Five weeks was an inaccurate estimate.

We recently purchased our new home and the builder wanted $12,000.00 for laundry room cabinets. My wife went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath at 4010 N. Grand Ave. in Phoenix AZ for a price quote. Micah G. was our service representative who help us make all our difficult cabinet design choices. Micah is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and he helped us save thousands of dollars! The cabinets Micah designed for us are beautiful and match the builders’ cabinets throughout our home. Our kitchen experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath continues to please us! The cabinets were installed by Ryan. He is a true professional. He showed up on time, went right to work, getting the basic installation done on day one. The following morning he tackled all the intricate details, making sure the job was done perfectly. By the end of day, our kitchen looked terrific! He took great care to tidy his work space, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would gladly welcome him back in the future.

MIcah and his team did an excellent job of keeping us informed during the whole process. It went smoothly which is not the experience many of our friends had with other kitchen renovations. We had custom hardware and sink which were all accommodated. We highly recommend Micah and his team.

Loved working with Kyle and his team on our kitchen cabinet and counter top project! Our installer--Steve, I think--did a really precise, careful job. I highly recommend this outfit.

Recently went to Diamond Kitchen and Bath to inquire about a kitchen upgrade for my condo.. Met with Brian Alagna to begin the process. He was excellent to work with.. Very knowledgeable as well as understanding and patient. It is a substantial investment so having that kind of person to work with is important.. He walked us through the options available and into the selection process.. Am pleased to say we now have finished our plans for the kitchen cabinets and countertop and the order is placed.. Thanks Brian for all your help.. I would recommend Diamond Kitchens and Brian to anyone!!

The wife and I stopped in at the Grand Avenue store and tried to purchase two vanity cabinets and a three drawer cabinet for a rental house. Was given a price of 569.00 for the three pieces plus tax and fillers...trim, side fillers and the toe kick piece...for a total of 640.00. Was assured the pieces were in stock. Told the sales guy Alex we would first check the warehouse for any returns as they usually have some discounted returns on display. Went to the warehouse and did not find any returns to fit our needs. Was told by Rene, a lead man, they had lots of vanity cabinets and would be less expensive to buy there. Picked out the three pieces needed and Nick the manager priced them. During this time we attempted to call Alex at the store three times to advise we were possibly buying at the warehouse so he could be ready to write up the order and send it to the warehouse. Nick advised the price for the three pieces and fillers would be 766.00. Told him that was higher than quoted at the store. He said it could not be as he knew the prices and stock on hand and that there were no pieces that would be less. Again tried to call Alex to advice we would be coming back to the store to purchase the pieces quoted. Were told everytime he was with a customer. Went back to the store and after waiting for Alex who was on the phone, told him we wanted to go ahead and purchase the three pieces. He then went back into the office for a short time and came out and handed us an order for the pieces which were now 726.00. When asked why the price had gone up, he said it was the fillers. Told him that was all included in the original quote. He said the original quote just included tax and the fillers were 12.00 each...the trim piece, side fillers and toe kick. He was shown that the tax on 569.00 was 49.00. The fillers and tax on them would bring the total very close to 640.00, which was the original quote. He tried to come up with a way for the items to total 726.00 but kept crossing himself up and his totals did not match what was quoted before. At this point we told him we would take the pieces for 569.00 plus tax and not the fillers. He tried to talk us out of doing that saying the fillers were needed. He was told I was a woodworker and could make the pieces for a fraction of what they wanted. He continued to try and disuade our decision. When it appeared we would only take the three cabinets, he went into the office for a bit then came out and said one of the cabinets was out of stock. At this point, I told him that was convenient for him as we were told at the warehouse they had plenty and told him we would not buy anything from them. I advised him I was upset at their unfair tactics. I told him I would deal with Diamond directly. He followed us to the front door trying to explain how he could fix it but I had already told him we did not want to buy from them. I believe that Nick the manager at the warehouse was unhappy we did not buy from him and assured us he was giving us the best price because he knew the prices and stock better than anybody because he was the manager. I believe he called Alex while on our way back to the store and instructed him to add to the original quote to attempt to match the price he gave us at the warehouse. This whole episode was upsetting, unfair, and totally an attempt to increase the price on the needed items in order for Nick to not look bad. We have bought items many times at Diamond and have never had these type of problems with them. We will never go back and I will not ever recommend them to family or friends again.
