This review is long overdue but necessary. We were referred to Tony and Frank through a friend of ours. Our friend reassured us that Tony and Frank would take care of us. We hired Di Franco Stone specialist to fabricate an island quartz countertop. After they came out to install the island countertop, we had mentioned to Frank that there we several blemishes/smudges on the surface (see pictures attached). He said, "Oh don't worry about it. When you start to use your kitchen, you are gonna forget about those marks." We were appalled by his response. We spent about an hour picking out the slab (with a Cosentino rep) and it was in perfect condition prior to it being fabricated. When we asked Tony and Frank where the marks came from, they became defensive. We should have known something was wrong because they spent a long time outside our home working on the slab in our front yard before bringing it in and installing it. We contacted a Cosentino rep and she came to inspect the island slab and mentioned that the marks on the slab were not normal. The rep who helped us pick out the slab also agreed that those marks weren't there when Di Franco picked up the slab at the Cosentino showroom. We then contacted Tony and Frank to see if they could assist us and rectify the problem. Tony rudely said, "I can't help you and I do not want to be involved with your project anymore." He was not willing to do anything at all to rectify the problem nor did he offer to refund our money. It wasn't until we contacted their secretary Gabriela (who has always been so professional) that they finally agreed to refund us our money so that we could hire another fabricator to help us fabricate a new slab. We tipped them $200 but they would only refund what they charged us for the fabrication. They did not refund the $200. We finally found a new fabricator to assist us. The new fabricator inquired about what type of adhesive material was used by Tony and Frank. I called Tony about 3 weeks ago just to ask what they used because our new fabricator wanted to know. He was so extremely rude to me. He stated, "Do you know what you have put me through? Stop calling here!" and he hung up on me. I did not deserve to be talked to in this manner nor did I deserve to be hung up on. Both Tony and Frank are extremely rude and unprofessional. Both my husband and I have been through a lot with this remodel. It is going on three years without a kitchen and the comfort of our home. We expected Tony and Frank to remain professional and to deliver a product with good quality work. We were reassured that they would take care of us. The island quartz that they fabricated for us should have NEVER been installed with the marks that were on it. We do appreciate that they refunded our money because that is the right thing to do. But again it wasn't until we sent them an email and told them that we would be sharing our experience with others that their secretary got involved and she assisted us. What happened to the customer is always right? We just expected to be treated with dignity and respect. We don't think that they realize all of the stress that we are going through due to this remodel and unfortunately their unprofessionalism, rude demeanor and being hung up on only added to that stress. No one should ever be treated that way. Buyers beware...

They were able to give us a good price for our kitchen since we selected material they had on site. It ended up beautiful and Frank was very informative when they came to do the installation. DiFranco Stone is a family run business that puts customers and quality first. We were so fortunate to work with them for our home renovation. They were patient, really understood what style we wanted for our kitchen and came through with the best quality material. I had a vision for my dream kitchen and they not only brought it to life but exceeded all my expectations. The service was above and beyond and they did a fantastic job. I love hosting and having people over and we get compliments on our countertops all the time. They are the only Stone specialists I would recommend and they have a wide variety to choose from. This is the second time we've used Di Franco Stone Specialist and would never go anywhere else! Gabriela was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind with the quartz choices! Tony helped me select Viatera as it had such a polished finish and true through body color. Frank came out to measure and did an incredible job. The installation was performed meticulously! I would highly recommend them.

I Got counter tops from them in 2019, completely transformed my kitchen from getting no compliments to now it's the main thing I get compliments on. I Love the countertops and I'm thankful every time I clean the kitchen. Very professional, on time and great people. I Refer them to everyone I know that needs counter tops. From the beginning, Tony and Gabriela were excellent communicators, promptly answering all of our questions in a professional and courteous manner. We chose our stone at a separate yard, and the Di Franco team handled it from there, checking in with us every step of the way. Very happy with Di Franco!! They did an outstanding job on a few projects in my home remodel. My kitchen looks amazing from the counter tops alone, as you can see the remodel is still in the works. Highly recommend!! The DiFranco brothers are the best! They are the real deal - licensed, highly experienced, and professional - with reasonable prices. I was wary of other fabricators who seemed unprofessional, but DiFranco was the opposite. Tony and Franco were very detail conscious, personable, and always available to discuss the job from planning to finish. The installation went perfectly and the results exceeded my expectations! Franco even came out to check on a problem with the installation of my faucets after the stone had been installed. A visit to their operation was friendly and professional. They are very experienced, even provided recommendations to help with every facet of my kitchen remodel. The fabrication was top notch and looks beautiful! Very happy.

Wow. Am I ever impressed. We decided to redo the countertops in our kitchen. I had no clue as to cost or the work it would entaile. I called DI Franco Stone and made an appointment with Tony to come over. Within five minutes I knew this company would be doing the work for us. I had a pretty tight budget, and they totally worked with us. They gave us an estimate and that estimate never changed from start to finish. The men that came for the tear out, were neat and tidy. And the Installation Crew of Rafael, and Melchor were excellent. But I cannot forget to mention Frank who came over and did the measurements, and kept me informed of the progress throughtout the cutting period. I made an alteration to the original plan, and Frank worked with me to make it happen. Hard to find contractors that like those at DI Franco Stone. I have to give them an A+ rating. Don't hestitate to contact them.

We are so excited with our new granite countertop for our outdoor built-in bbq island. Di Franco Stone helped us every step of the way. From the beginning, we weren't sure of what color granite to go with but after explaining our styles and likes, Tony picked out exactly what we were looking for in style and color. DF Natural Stone is an amazing company. Their precision in measuring, drawing plans, cutting and installing our quartz countertop was excellent. They were very nice to work with, arrived when they said they would, and left saying that if everything was not perfect, they would come back. Well, everything is perfect, and we couldn't be happier. Tony came over at the completion of the job to inspect the work before he would accept payment. Good crew, care about their work, take pride in a job well done. I would certainly recommend them to everyone.

These guys are a full service shop. Everyone that I have had to work with has been positive and accommodating. This process is very stressful and can be a challenge, but DiFranco had figured out how to calm me down and tell me it will all be ok. No better shop in CA.

I had a wonderful experience here! Gabriel narrowed down the endless choices just by talking to us and looking at our pictures of our kitchen renovation. We were then sent to a supplier where we got to actually look at each slab and choose the pieces. DF came by to take measurements with a cool tool which later rendered a template. They did a photo overlay (template over pics of our slabs). We could ask them to move the template around to capture specific areas of the slabs. We signed off on it and fabrication started! They were done early (which was fabulous considering it is mid December and so close to the holidays!) AND they delivered on a horribly stormy morning. The installation was flawless and the workers were so nice and professional. I would highly recommend DF Natural Stone. Thank you!!

I have no idea what the last review was talking about. I had the most wonderful experience with DF Natural Stone Inc. I buy homes and flip them. I have used many Fabricators in all the homes I have flip but DF Natural Stone is the best by far. I have now used DF Natural Stone for the last 5yrs. They took me to the best Slab yards that have large selection of Granite and other natural stones. I ended up buying must of my slabs from Brazilian Exotic Granite in Rancho Cucamonga. The selection and the service is great. Not once did I feel pushed into buying something I didn't want. Once I selected my Granite Tony and his brother Franco walked me thru the process. I wish I would of know these guys before. ( Look I'll make it simply ) You want the kitchen of you're dreams to be done right?? Save your self the headache of hiring guys who charge you $16.00 sft !! Trust me... You will regret it!!! I did... That's why now I only use the best craftsman... DF Natural stone Inc is the real thing.

I have found them to be a very rebuttable company. It's nice to find a company that stands behind it's work. They completed a large job involving quartz counters and a subway tile backsplash . They asked for more money because they underestimated the tile work. Not a terrible problem because they left the decision up to me as to how much more money I felt was reasonable . Approximately seven months later a small ridge had developed on the joint where the two counter sections had settled differently. They took care of the ridge and reworked the grout where the tile backsplash meets the quartz. I am very satisfied with their work and their work ethics. Great company.

I own properties in upscale Newport Beach neighborhoods and need vendors I can trust to get the job done right and sweat the details. Am sorry to say: that hasn't been my experience with DF Natural Stone. They broke my sink fixture when they installed it and forgot to put an access hole in the counter top for the RO dispenser. I had to have my plumber come in and finish the job they were contracted to do. Tony said "he would make it right with me and agreed to pay half of the fixture price". Never saw that money. I told them I wanted half the plumbing money back because they only did half the work, never heard back from them. These people are not what they present themselves to be, when they get all the money their gone.
