Vanity and kitchen countertops are quite vulnerable to environmental factors like moisture, temperature changes, and friction. Yet, these factors constantly affect surfaces, which is why users must choose durable materials for furniture production. DFW StoneWorks offers to fabricate countertops from natural stone species. Employees know how to treat materials to preserve stones’ physical durability and integrity. A modern factory is equipped with special machinery for stone slab processing. Designers create custom projects based on clients’ ideas. Room measuring and countertop installation are free.

We highly recommend DFW StoneWorks for anyone looking to elevate their space with high-end counter tops. Their attention to detail, excellent customer service, and superior products make them stand out from the competition and it made it easier for us to choose them to work with. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever done business with. We paid these people over $20k cash back in April for a new kitchen. Here it is September and I am still without a kitchen, and all I have to show for it is a bunch of excuses on why I am still without a kitchen. Then they have to nerve to ask us for more money on a design that they botched. I had to hire a 3rd party to correct their mistakes. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO GIVE THESE CON ARTIST YOUR MONEY. Signed, It's been 5 months and I still don't have a kitchen

Counters came out great. Can barely notice any seams. Perfect color and for the amount I had to cover where way cheaper than anyone else. Ignore the unfinished stuff, I am completing that although they would have done it if I wanted. Moreover, I have odd shapes to the counter because this is a custom kitchen and they did a great job of cutting and making these odd shapes and curves happen. Find them at the fair in Oct for good deals. Pics of the seams shown.

I had the pleasure of working with Veronica and Ryan on the installation of a marble countertop in my kitchen. I was impressed with their passion and knowledge regarding stone. They both were very professional and maintained communication throughout the delays that were caused due to the pandemic. Ryan even updated me while I was on deployment. The quality of their work is excellent….essentially invisible seams…laminated edges look great. Ryan even comes out to the job site and does work himself. I will admit there was a big hiccup during the process that led to some heated discussion, but that will not prevent me from giving them 5 stars. The way Ryan and Veronica handled the situation professionally, listened attentively, and remedied the situation, was perfect for me. Mistakes happen and we all moved past it. I will definitely use DFW Stoneworks for my next project and will recommend them to anyone.

Usually we do more research before hiring a company, but we were so impressed by the showroom at DFW StoneWorks and the designer helping us (Corrie), that we figured we would get very professional, high-quality service for the installation. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The installers were very rude, and one even used the bathroom to poop without asking and without washing his hands afterward. They tried to cover up the fact that two pieces of marble had broken - our exterior cameras showed them piling the other back splash around the pieces to hide them as they tried to fix them - and it was only because my husband saw their odd behavior that we caught them. After multiple calls, we were told that they would come back the next day with new pieces. Those pieces ended up being intact...but some of the back splash had been measured incorrectly and blocked two outlets. We were given the option of them coming back the following week to cut them to the right size, but at that point we'd lost faith in the company and just wanted working sinks again. We spent a couple hours cleaning their marks on the marble with lacquer thinner before sealing it ourselves, deciding not to spend time buffing out the scratches that they'd made all over the stone. We still need to do the electrical work and drywall patching involved with moving the outlets. The contract we signed said that they would do their best to protect our cabinets; ours were covered with scratches and random pencil marks after they were done, which we also needed to clean up. The worst part of the experience was the lack of communication. We called multiple times, speaking with receptionists and Corrie, always getting the response that we needed to talk to Ryan (the owner) but that he was on a site or doing bids. When he finally reached out three days later, he said that he had taken personal time and hadn't been working, which clearly wasn't communicated to any of his staff as they always assured us that he would call us back soon. Do yourself a favor and thoroughly research this company before choosing them. Check them out on Yelp and BBB, and pay attention to the one-star reviews on Google. We regret working with them but hope that sharing our experience will save someone else the trouble that we encountered.

If you are looking for a highly professional company for your kitchen renovations, look no further. We wanted to replace our kitchen island counter top so that it would be contrasting piece, and we were lucky to find DFW SW. the whole process was handled professionally and their attention to detail is outstanding. We highly recommend them. We bought the island stone and sink from them. It was measured perfectly with lasers and totally makes the kitchen!!

As a homeowner embarking on a kitchen renovation project, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with DFW StoneWorks. First and foremost, credit must be given to the project manager, Ryan. His passion for quality craftsmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction is palpable in every aspect of the business. Ryan took the time to understand my vision, offering invaluable insights and guidance to ensure that I selected the perfect stone for my countertops. His commitment to excellence is reflected not only in the stunning array of stone options available but also in the meticulous attention to detail evident in the finished product. Equally deserving of praise are the salespeople at DFW StoneWorks. Their depth of knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for their craft made the selection process both informative and enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, I was encouraged to take my time exploring the various options and asking any questions that arose along the way. I highly recommend this company!

As an industry professional, I urge anyone considering DFW Stone Works to avoid them at all costs!! My experience with this company was riddled with delays, unprofessionalism, and a shocking lack of expertise. They came to our project with almost no understanding of what quality countertop work entails, bringing in workers who clearly lacked the necessary skills. Instead of a competent team, DFW Stone Works assembled a haphazard crew that seemed utterly clueless about the requirements of both residential and commercial projects. This lack of coordination and skill not only derailed our timelines but also put us in an extremely uncomfortable position with our own clients. Even more concerning, they demanded 100% payment upfront—a tactic that felt like a trap. Once paid, they showed no commitment to delivering work that met acceptable standards, and any attempt to address their missteps was met with excuses and added charges. It was as if they were finding ways to squeeze out more money rather than solve the issues they created. Their complete disregard for professional integrity and accountability shows this isn't just an inexperienced team; it’s a borderline scam. Their approach is unethical and untrustworthy. This warning comes from experience: hiring DFW Stone Works could leave you cornered, frustrated, and embarrassed in front of your own clients. I strongly advise against relying on them, as they prioritize money over any commitment to quality or customer satisfaction. For anyone in the Dallas or DFW area, steer clear—this company will take your money and leave you regretting every step of the way.

Hello! 5 stars to DFW stone works team. They have professionally installed our granite top last week end. I specifically worked with Ray, Ryan and Betty. Jay gave fast response for all our questions from inquiry to delivery. Many times we had question after business hours and he was prompt to return back. He discussed various options for our older granite counter top crack and suggested right solution after discussing with DFW team. Ryan is very knowledgeable and thanks for his assistance. Betty, thanks for coordination. The installer were great , did bare minimum demolition to our old backsplash. I will recommend this team to My friends and everyone.

For $3,200 I guess I expected more than we received. To start, we were told there would be an email communication in 3-7 business days. We waited a full week and got a surprise call that Ryan could come out for our templating appt. We expected exactly what we were told to expect, cameras, lasers, the ability to see exactly what the counters would look like in our kitchen. What we got? Ryan and a tape measure. Then we discussed several things about our backsplash and how his crew would definitely tear it up upon demolition of the countertops because that’s the nature of the business. We were waiting to hear back from him about the backsplash costs/options (he said he would let us know Monday) and he wouldn’t call us, responds to voicemail or texts. So I call the office and ask for a refund. Dee says she can’t do that and that she would have Ryan contact us. We received a text making us feel like we were expecting too much communication and he refused the refund. We were just looking for a timeline of some sort because those emails Ryan was promising NEVER happened. Our next contact was yet another text from Danielle that they could install our counters Tuesday (she messaged Friday). We agreed, took off work and waited for our call. The arrival was given as 10-2. I called and talked to Mario who said it should typically take one day (we didn’t even know what to expect because of the lack of communication) and that he would have the guys arrive closer to 10. He called at 10:45 and said they were on the way. I called back at 12:45 and asked if they were still coming. No call back, the guys showed up within 40 minutes or so. There was no communication from the crew (2 men) at all. They put a hole in our wall...look at the great patch job they did with CAULK! Speaking of caulk...some places there’s a puddle of it and other spots have none. They left under our sink a disaster. They took our filtration canisters with them. We had to pay $561 to a plumber to get our water running again. Did you know the ‘flanges’ don’t come with the sinks? Neither did we. They took ours on our old sink and didn’t bother to leave any of our stuff to make the sink work. When we asked about it the man from the crew said ‘I don’t know, we always take those’. We asked for some basic care instructions on our new counters, again given ‘I don’t know’. At this point, I want nothing more than to be done with DFW StoneWorks. I sign the paper and realize one man left his jacket and gloves in the mess. Call the office, get Mario. That’s when I discover that we didn’t pay for the flanges or a sealant. Ok, they were never offered, we had no clue it was an additional cost. Then he tells me we have a balance. Our agreement with Ryan was exactly $3200 out the door and we paid it UP FRONT. Come to find out the additional charge was for the window sill Ryan discussed doing with my husband at no cost. They agree to write the balance off and I’m forever done with this company. Don’t make the mistakes we made. Read all of the fine print before you sign. Their contract basically says ‘our guys can do/damage whatever the want and we’re not responsible for anything’. No joke, it’s the most one sided contract I’ve ever read. It was not put in place to protect both parties, only their rear ends. I wish I would’ve researched more companies. I wish someone had written out a ridiculously long and detailed review like this for me to read. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I wanted a piece of stone that was unique for the entrance way. DFW Stone Works staff provided great service for a reasonable price. The experienced staff quickly knew what I would want, the Green Rain Forest Marble, but allowed me to discover with over 30 other pieces. Yes, that was the piece! So many options! The expert craftsmanship was evident as a wise person came out to measure and offer suggestions. Within a few weeks as planed, out came the finished top. It was just want I wanted!

DFW Stoneworks was recommended to me by the man who remodeled my bathroom. I couldn't have been more please with my experience. Mr. Jay Lundy who runs the showroom was so kind and helpful and really interested in my small project. The showroom has a bewildering array of beautiful choices, so you'll have no problem finding just what you want. I would urge anyone who is planning a project needing granite or any kind of stone to contact Mr. Lundy. You won't be disappointed.

While they have lovely stone that's basically where the good ends. Their pricing is steep, and then dealing with their staff AFTER you purchase and pay for them to fabricate the stone for you is a nightmare. It was next to impossible to get ahold of anyone, get questions answered, etc BUT now we're 4 months out and our countertops have seams showing, uneven caulking, etc and we haven't been able to get a call back in 4 days to get someone to come out and fix. I would save your money and go somewhere where the service matches the quality and price tag of the stone you buy.

The company delivered the quartz countertops and they fit perfectly, but we were not happy with the surface finish and called several times and wrote emails with the goal to convince the guys to pay a visit and to inspect the installed products, but our calls and emails were ignored. We are still waiting for someone to respond. The company is quick to take the money, but they don't understand the meaning of customer satisfaction.

I would never voluntarily choose to work with Ryan and DFW Stoneworks again. In all of our interactions with Ryan he was rude, condescending, and dishonest. I'm giving 2 stars because in the end they were able to get the install done pretty quickly, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the way Ryan treated me, my wife, and the contractors who were working on our remodel and would recommend choosing a different provider if possible. We purchased a voucher with a discount package from the Texas State Fair after being promised heaven and earth from the sales rep who was there. She told us pricing for the exact option that we wanted and assured us that we would be able to stay within budget. We spent an hour asking questions and verifying and even a couple of times she called Ryan to verify certain things she was promising us. We were excited and set up an appointment to go meet with Ryan and pick out our stone. When we showed up at DFW stoneworks 5 minutes before our appointment, Ryan told us that he was running a little bit behind but would be there soon. We waited in his tiny showroom - me, my pregnant wife, and our 18 month old - for 45 minutes until he finally showed up and when he did he didn't even make any sort of apology for being late. He just waltzed in as if he was 20 minutes early and asked if we wouldn't mind waiting a moment for him to go into his office. Then, when we told him what we were promised at the show he looked at us as if we were absolutely crazy and told us how none of that made any sense. Apparently the rep that he hired to work the state fair had only been working for a week and had since been fired. The options within our price range were not at all what we had wanted and Ryan was unapologetic despite the fact that his poor hiring decision and lack of accountability led to this misunderstanding. He even blamed us because he said everything was in the fine print that we could have read and that he can't help it when people don't read the contract, instead of taking responsibility for the fact that the rep he hired was delivering false information. We felt locked in because of the voucher and our timeline for the remodel so we picked a stone that we could deal with and he made some much appreciated, but warranted, concessions on price to get us closer to our budget. We were very concerned about timeline after hearing how long it could take to do the install. At one point my wife asked a very reasonable question along the lines of what is the longest that it could take in order to get the stone and Ryan looked at her as if she was stupid and said "I have never heard someone ask that question. Why would you even ask that?" - that is just one example of how condescending and rude he was during our entire interaction. My uncle and dad who are contractors ended up doing the cabinet install for us, and when Ryan came to measure they also said that he asked them "Are you sure you all know what you are doing?". He got the measurements wrong and then blamed me and said that I wasn't clear even though I had the initial measurements in writing. The install was fine and we were happy enough with the stone - so all is well that ends well; however, I absolutely hated every single moment of working with them and would avoid doing so in the future at all costs.

Bought "Special Deal" at State Fair. They measured and gave me a quote to remodel two bathrooms. Lump sum quote seemed high so I requested multiple times for detail so I could compare to deal purchased. No response. Then requested refund since they did not perform with no response. Finally called and requested refund which they declined and said "read print on back of voucher". Only out $199 but not acceptable. Another contractor is doing work for 1/3 less. Special Deal not so special.

Massive waste of time. Wife spoke with a salesperson on the phone, took measurements and photos and they insisted we come in for a consultation with their "designer". When we get there, the woman she spoke to was replaced by a greasy salesman who would not even give his opinion about what color or type of material we should be looking at and kept trying to get a maximum price out of us. When I finally got frustrated with him after 20 minutes of this nonsense I told him I had an appointment I had to leave for in 10 minutes, so please just point us to some samples to look at and give us a rough idea of the dollar per square foot of what we were looking at. When even that didn't work, I told him he had to be comparable to at least Lowes so I need an idea of what we were looking at. He then threw out a number that was more than twice what the woman on the phone had quoted us. I told him that's not going to work, what does he have in our range and then his even greasier boss butted in from behind his desk while sitting down (incredibly disrespectful) that he needed to know a price and I said well I'm not paying $10,000 for a countertop. He then started with more greasy salesman speak and I said, I'm done. I'm out of here and left. Mind you, these two men pulled this in front of my wife and 9 year old daughter. I will never return here and I suggest those of you reading this also do not give them your business.

I wish there were negative stars for this company! This company promises much and delivers little! It's like dealing with a used car salesmane that sells you a car, delivers it without wheels or seats and then upcharges you for them! Ryan is a smooth-talking salesman for sure. But his follow up is next to non-existent. He promised us to have our countertops in +/- 2 weeks after signing the paperwork and handing over the 5-figure check. 2 MONTHS later we finally got them. He promised a crew that does high-end work at businesses such as "Del Friscos, DFW, multi-millon dollar residences" (his words). The crew we got pulled up in a well-used pickup, did very poor quality work, didn't stay on the cardboard walkways we put down to protect our brand new wood floors and couldn't communicate with us. They were lethargic and unprofessional...No doubt a reflection of their leader. The counter tops were 1/4" short on the front side of the counters and the top side of the backsplashes which left sheetrock repair to do. Ryan's answer? "I don't measure to the size of the existing countertop. I measure to the cabinets." WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT?! I've spoken with 5 other companies and they either laughed or told me they couldn't believe it. The day Ryan showed up to measure the countertops, he spent most of his time talking with my wife and telling her what a lousy job the previous people did, cutting down their product, the quality of their work, the materials they used, etc. Extremely unprofessional! He pretty much insisted there was only one sealer we could use for the countertops (not included which we found out after the fact. $800!). He never explained that the sealer would turn the stone a different color completely! The girl he sent out to do the sealer had obviously never done this work or hadn't done it very long. My wife rounded the corner of the island to find her bending over the paperwork reading how to apply the sealer! We let it dry the longest length of time advised and they are still smudged and have a film. It's been a week since application. This is the company and guy you see on the bad contractor TV shows that make you cringe! We came in contact with the company at the fair last year. If you see, hear or get anything from DFW Stoneworks...RUN!!!! RUN FAST AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went into the store on Saturday (1/5) - no VOUCHER - found a sample of quartz we liked and paid a $4000 deposit and a $500 "expedite" fee to bump us to the top of the installation schedule. We were told they would call on Monday to schedule for our measurements the next week. No one called...no return calls...finally called on Wednesday and was told they don't have an "Expedite" fee...that it would 2-3 weeks. We explained that wouldn't work in our project timeline and wanted a refund. We're still waiting...now they won't return our calls or emails. We've already had beautiful quartz countertops installed by another vendor and we're still waiting. Next step will be to get our lawyer involved. :(

Love my new granite counter tops and backsplash. But the process to get there was not good. I usually do not write negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Construction project i understand. And any one of these delays would be expected, but all combined together was not acceptable. I was very dissatisfied with the apparent lack of customer service and attention to detail a project of this size and budget demands. They allegedly had a typo on my email despite it being correct on the sales order, so I missed a whole week of measurement opportunities. When they came to measure 7/16, Ryan had to go back to the shop and get a bigger laser due to size of my kitchen. Again they had estimated drawings, so not sure why they didn't have it with already. Updated measurements were received and revised agreement with new rate sent back July 20. Ryan advised 7.24 they hadn't seen my revised agreement. Re-sent the email and expressed dissatisfaction to him. Counter top install date set for 8.8 and was told 2 days, with backsplash running into the 3rd day. Counter tops went great. The backsplash was a problem. I picked several colors that were presented as all 3x6. One was 3x12, and another was 3.25x6 so slightly larger, and thinner than the rest. That lead me to believe there was ZERO quality checks on this between 6.30 and 8.10. Not ok. Had to go back to show room 8.13 and pick new backsplash, further delaying completion. After selection I was told they didn't have in stock and would have to order. 8/20 was the new date for backsplash install. So I had to arrange a 4th day off work on what should have been 3 days. The gentleman arrived at 12:45 and left at 17:15. That was unacceptable. 8 hrs off work, and only 4 hrs of labor that day. Email was sent on 8.21 further expressing my displeasure. No response from Ryan or team. I asked them to finish on Saturday which they said normally do not do. But they agreed. He arrived Saturday at 09:50 and stayed til 20:30. Did not finish. He came back Sunday at 11:15 and stayed til 22:00. Did not finish. He came back Monday 8.27 from 1800 - 2200 to finally complete. At no point during the weekend work did anyone from the office call and check on me to make sure the work was being done and if I was satisfied. At the end of the work when payment was due I asked for $360 discount on the final bill of $9300 and Ryan would not accommodate. He offered $225 and said if I took it I could not write this post. As you can see that didn't happen. It appears they needed that $140 more than partially satisfying an unhappy customer. We put our deposit June 30 and work was finally completed Aug 27th. During this time, any sort of proactive approach from the office could have helped me feel more satisfied. I would not recommend this firm for any future work

scary! do NOT trust DFW Stoneworks or the owner ryan morgan! they told me a big sale had just ended, but that they would honor the sale if i placed my order that day before close. so we placed my order and put down a 60% deposit of over $4300. then, the nightmare began...

I purchased countertops from DFW StoneWorks and the experience was a disaster from the start. They measured the counters twice and after installation they gave me an invoice different than what I signed up for. They stated that they calculated the measurement wrong and that I owed money for an additional 7 sqft. Less than five years later and I have a 17 inch crack in my granite that has formed. When I called about the 15 year warranty I was told that I only had a 1 year craftsman warranty. Don't believe what they tell you and if you would like countertops that last more than five years, I suggest you look for a more reputable company.

We paid for this at a home show. Buyer be ware. Bad work. Although we paid for custom work when not happy with certian aspects Ryan would argue back standard procedure. My father was in construction for over 50 years. We paid for customized work we paid extra for customized work our job was not standard and to have them continue to "standard procedure when we paid and up fee for customized really put me at odds. They blocked our Undermount sink with old 2 x 4's And drilled into our cabinets without us knowing this is how they use to secure the Undermount sinks when there are nicer aesthetic ways of doing this. person we set our appointment with was let go so our appointment was not known but we called the company and verified a better window and they were unaware of this appointment. They came they measured and we liked what we saw originally . We paid a deposit upfront when we went to use a credit card they wanted to charge An extra fee. So we said never mind and the lady said the money you put down you will lose and so we said oh well . Then she made a few phone calls and we were able to put a deposit on the credit card without an extra fee. When you go to the show room you have to make an appointment so it was several weeks before we are able to get into the show room mostly due to our schedule. We picked out what we liked and everything we liked was upgraded so we paid an upgraded fee which was quite costly. We got the customized aging we paid for extra customize tiling backsplash we paid upgrade for our sink Undermount. If you want to use a credit card to make your initial payments they charge a fee. If you aren't happy with the work they will find a way to charge you for it. To make it the way you want or had expected.

First of all, beware of glowing reviews posted by the business owner themself - in this case, Ryan M. - I was a customer of theirs & the whole experience was fraught w/ negatives every step I f I he way: they dodged calls, wouldn't give straight answers whenever they did finally get back to me, are annoyed by anything you may request that isn't typical cookie-cutter for them, forget about trying to get them to honor the "price-match guarantee" - they'll just give you a convoluted explanation as to why that's not applicable in every instance that you produce, and lastly, they do not seal their granite as is standard practice in the biz - they offer a "professional 15 yr. seal " for around $700+ additional - had I not gotten too far into the process to back out w/o losing a lot of money, I would've definitely done so.

They have been horrible to deal with. We had trouble getting them put in and now even with the "free" high end sealant (because I had so many issues) my counter tops are staining and they are doing nothing. The quality of work is not good and they are very hard to get a hold of.

Run!!! This guy is a thief!! I applied for financing because he gave me a $5020. Estimate. After getting another estimate at $2685. At a highly recommended and reputable company I decided to cancel the loan and pay cash to The Granite Shop in Lewisville. (I've personally seen their work and it was beautiful). Upon speaking to the loan company I was informed that the day after my estimate Mr. Ryan Morgan withdrew the $5000. From the loan. When Greensky Credit tried to get him to refund all the money he refused saying that the sheet titled "Granite Worksheet" that was left with me was a contract. He then wanted to charge me restocking fees! Really? By the way, I have since seen pictures of his work and wouldn't let this man work on my kitchen for free! Buyer beware! I have reported him to the BBB! and you should check out Angie's list reviews, not at all favorable.

$6800 Granite Kitchen Countertop job still not completed. Final payment was made on 3/14/15. Ryan Morgan, Owner/Project Mgr. has yet to come to inspect the work thus far. He doesn't even return our calls. He has yet to answer an email. We have yet to receive credit for the full box of travertine that was returned to our salesperson of approx $100 + tax. The installers did not bring caulk & grout as indicated in the contract so we purchased them ourselves. Have not received the $38 reimbursement for those items either. Granite seams need to be checked and polished. A corner of the granite is propped up on a reclaimed piece of wood making it out of level by about 3/8" Thought we were going with a reputable company with a good warranty program....so much for warranty when you can't reach anyone. Evidently Ryan does not care about referrals or repeat business. No customer service with the company!!

Found DFW StoneWorks at Allen Home & Garden Show. Job was completely paid for in March and over 90 days later have yet to get Ryan Morgan (owner) to view the job. Granite installers didn't polish a seam, another area is off level by 3/8" and is being propped up by a piece of reclaimed wood that is screwed inside the cabinet. Backsplash crew didn't have the grout & Caulk to finish job so I bought myself. Paperwork shows is should have been included in the installation price! The one and only time I managed to get Ryan on phone, he promised to call me back within 3 days. Have not heard from him in over a month. Have tried to email, text and call Ryan to no avail. When I call the store I get no answer. I want to be reimbursed for supplies I purchased and for my granite install to be completed!! I didn't pay for a 2nd rate job. Be aware this company knows nothing about "Customer Service"

It's took about 6 months to get the whole project done and still didn't do it right. I had granite counter top and cabinet done for vanity area with laundry basket pull out. Laundry basket never get done after numerous contact. Finally the guy Ryan say that he have to order part in China. When it came Marissa called me told me it's in new jersey 2 months after nobody come to finish the job. I called them ton of time as well texting and no response. Finally I use a different number then they pick up. The guy told me he thought it was done. How can you thought it was done when you never pick up the phone. He is the manager by the way. After the fact the facing he order in China came and suppose to have at the warehouse, but now it's missing. So he came to finish the basket pullout without the facing. He used plywood from Lowes and a tiny basket that is not even half the size of the cabinet. The worse company ever. Please Be Careful

Made the mistake of making a payment for "Home show" special - but had a terrible time contacting for measuring, then decided to move and was unable to get this money back. Money paid and lost for absolutely nothing. What a deal for this company but not the consumer! Beware.

This company will rip you off! I did a promo for this company and after getting excuses about my check for several weeks I finally received it and I was shorted an hour. I contacted another girl who also did the promo and he shorted her an hour as well. If this is how they treat people who are helping out, makes you wonder if they rip customers off as well.
