Amazing place for tile, lighting, carpet, window coverings, rugs, ceiling fans, granite—anything you need for your home! Their granite is beautiful, I’m actually a little sad I already had granite installed. I like their selection better than what I found in Ft Worth. Reasonable prices, excellent selection, great customer service—Mary Brown was very helpful and not pushy at all. There’s even a kids play area so parents can shop a little more peacefully 🤩 We’ll definitely be back!

Bryan Stem has been such a pleasure to work with as I was shopping for flooring. He is so knowledgeable, polite, patient, and wanted to really work with me and my price range. I changed my mind about things, and he just went back to the drawing board and worked with the changes. He sincerely wants to please his customers and provides exceptional service at a competitive price. I highly recommend working with Bryan for any of your interior needs. Bryan at DesignCo was very helpful in guiding my decision regarding new kitchen countertops. I chose a beautiful in-house (?) quartz. Today two very polite and competent DesignCo employees (Carlos and Luis) took out my existing 40 year old tile counters and installed the quartz counters. These men were so pleasant and knowledgeable and did a superb installation job. All done in one day for my good sized kitchen. They also put in an undermount sink and provided a great quality faucet and soap dispenser. Everything was clean when they left. Overall a great experience. Quality installation is what really counts.

We had a new floor installed by DesignCo and were very impressed with the communication, coordination and the installation crew. Patrick worked with us to answer our installation questions and set the expectations. Wow, everything was extremely smooth and exceeded our expectations. The crew doing the installation was so professional, considerate and very neat. We did not have to move out all of our furniture and they made sure we were comfortable and our daily routines were not interrupted. They went above and beyond. Some of our baseboards and the shoe molding had to be removed, but you cannot tell it was ever removed and repainted. Jose and his crew were amazing and I highly recommend. Thank you Patrick and Jose. We are very happy and appreciate the great customer service.

DesignCo did an amazing job on replacing our floors. From start to finish every detail was a 5-star experience! From selection of the flooring material, to understanding the process for removal of the existing floor and new installation, to the actual job. Every step exceeded our expectation. Robert made sure we were able to find a replacement floor we would be pleased with. Patrick reassured us that everything would be taken care of. Then Jose and the installation crew did an outstanding job with every detail and kept the construction area spotless. When they finished they even offered to help move our furniture back into place. If only every business could treat their customers the way DesignCo took care of us! Highly recommend this company!

I worked on my project with Tony. He was extremely helpful and always went above and beyond when helping me. He was always happy to help and was never bothered even if I called multiple times a day. My project was a small bathroom job, but he treated me as I if I was spending on a whole house remodel.

We used DesignCo for our house build in Fairfield, TX for flooring, backsplash tile and countertops. We plan to use them for window coverings as well. Everyone was fabulous to work with from beginning to end. Johnny was extremely helpful with sales, schedulers were flexible and installers were skillful and as tidy as you can be with construction. Very professional all the way around. I highly recommend DesignCo for any design, construction or remodel project you may have.

Update: 10/20/2021 The powers that be must have read this post because things begin to happen to make our ongoing mistake by this company corrected after 6 months. Francisco Solis, Field Operations Manager called my husband shortly after this post was made and the next day personally drove 160 miles to our home. He replaced our bathroom faucets with new faucets chosen by us at their expense. Replacing the countertops while incorrectly cut harbored the possibility of damaging our beautiful custom cabinets so new faucets was the better option. However, Francisco is to be commended for his professionalism to resolve a horrible situation to satisfaction. In other words he owned it for the company. Certainly, a rare find! I truly hate to give negative reviews but this is my honest review based on my husbands’ and my dealings with DS. The most pathetic company in the history of companies! Run, go somewhere else! We are having to replace our faucets because the ones we wanted won’t work. We cannot pull the drain up because the backsplash is in the way. Fault was admitted by the supervisor of installs based on DS’s own paperwork! Countertops installed April 12, 2021 over 6 months ago. We are still dealing with this company over their mistake! Terrible service with promises made over the phone multiple times and not kept. I cannot recommend Design Superstore!

Loved working with everyone at the store. Timing was everything to get done before our closing on the house to be able to move into our new smaller home. We both loved the final completion of the flooring and would not go anywhere else. The labors are so nice and clean up before completion

We love the new countertops and backsplash Design Superstore installed in our kitchen. Johnny and the team were friendly, professional, and provided consistent communication throughout the entire remodel process. The installers were prompt and cleaned up the workspace well afterwards. Overall we’d definitely recommend and plan on using Design Superstore for future remodel projects!

As a contractor I’ve had multiple great experiences for both myself and my clients. From the sales department to the scheduling department always a seamless install.

We made an appointment with Robert M (salesman) and we also e-mailed him the floor plan of the house prior to the appointment with ideas of what we wanted in flooring. Robert was patient with us and very knowledgeable. He had us look at granite and I told him we would be getting it from another vendor. He told us that we would not be able to beat Design Superstore pricing and quality – he was right. We purchased all of our flooring, shower tile, granite, sinks, a special order copper sink, and a special order rug. We appreciate Robert for being a loyal, knowledgeable & professional salesman and making our home building process less stressful.
