HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great all around!! I would give Maria, Antonio, and Julio 10 starts if I could. I broke my granite counter yesterday into 2 pieces and they had it fixed by 10 am the next day. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!! I never had to leave my home -- Maria took my call in the office and while on the phone with her I sent her some pictures of my broken counter. Without hesitation, she said they can fix it and knew exactly who to call for the job. She sent my pics over to Antonio and he called me to quote my price and walk me through the repair. They have a busy schedule but they were able to fit me in first thing the NEXT MORNING. Antonio and Julio showed up at my house at 9 am and were done by 10 am. SEE PICTURES TO SEE THE JOB. I am so grateful for Depot Granite Marble & Tile for helping me with this. I called a lot of places yesterday and these guys were the most understanding and honest out of them all. I had some companies try to sell me an entire new kitchen, some say they were not sure it could be done, but these guys said, "It's no problem, we will get it done and get it done good!" HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Here's what you need to know about Depot Granite: 1.) Someone will walk you out to their property to show you their awesome selection. They advise you to take pictures of the ones you like and then you are left on your own to peruse. This is great for people who don't want to feel pressured by a salesperson walking around with you. We visited 4 or 5 more times to make a decision. Each time we freely walked around without being bothered. 2.) Limit your time with the front office staff. Believe the other reviews when they mention how rude they are. We may have had a different experience if we dealt with Javier or Kathy, but unfortunately all of our dealings were with Debbie. She needs to improve her customer service skills. She said everything with an attitude, like we were inconveniencing her. She expected us to know industry terms and treated us like we were dumb instead of explaining it to us. If I knew then what I know now, I would've saved all my questions for Antonio. 3.) Antonio and Mandy are fantastic. The 5 stars go to them. They were the ones who took measurements and installed. Antonio was very professional and thorough. He walked through everything slowly and answered all my questions. I admittedly made a mistake and changed my mind about the sink preference. He allowed us to make that change with no problems at all. He was also very responsive and always picked up when I called. My countertops look great and it's all thanks to Antonio and Mandy. 4.) Lastly, they have a fast turn around time. We put down a deposit on Wednesday, they came out to measure Friday, and they installed Thursday.

The selection at this location is unreal! No exaggeration, there must be a hundred yards of all sorts of stone/granite/marble. The main guy, Javier, was very helpful in organizing pricing and the estimate was the same start to finish. I purchased the marble countertops and another company is doing the tile backsplash. The installers knew what they were doing 100%. Raphael was the name of one of the guys. They were strong as hell, kept the area clean, and had terrific craftsmanship and manners the entire time. They were so fast too! If you want new countertops from a local company with unbeatable prices, unbeatable selection, and genuine skills to do the work; give them a call without a single hesitation. We went to Granite Depot because it was close to our house and we had driven by it 1000 times. The reviews seemed positive and the place we tried in Tampa wasn’t overly helpful. We met Alejandro who gave us a tour of their extend granite and quartz options. I specifically wanted quartz and I wanted a primarily solid color. He was able to give me the dark and light samples so I could mull it over at home. I decided on the white quartz and we paid the 1/2 down - when they came out and measured there was a communication issue which lead to the countertop for the sink to be cut down the middle which looked terrible in my opinion. I feel bad about asking for a recut, but they were accommodating. They brought the recut piece today (as one piece instead of two) and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s exactly what I envisioned for the kitchen. Granite Depot made my kitchen countertop dream come true.

Just had our kitchen and master bath installed with new granite counter tops. They look amazing! We worked with Mily and she was great and super helpful.. Their granite selection is unbelievable. like many others, I wish I had read the reviews for this business before I dealt with them. My first initial impression was good, nice big selection, pricing I thought was sort of fair. as far as the sales folks and trying to get a hold of anybody was nearly impossible and when you do, it is not a professional conversation. There was one lady that I spoke with that was very pleasant, and the install team were good. I think there is a lot of opportunity for training at this company for scheduling better and communication skills. They did however on the first delivery, not show up or communicate, then the next day, when they arrived, one of the pieces were broken, then they had to scab two pieces together, making it look awful and not one solid piece did very little to accommodate any kind of discount and then they charge your card on file without any approval, so beware. The only reason why I’m letting this place get away with it is because the actual work that went involved was good but dealing with these folks are terrible. if there is a next time, I will be dealing with a different company. I also noticed that on all of the negative feedback, they don’t know what to do or say because they don’t respond to anything, you can’t only respond to reviews that are praising you take the one star reviews as opportunities to grow and get better!

I purchased two bathroom vanities without the tops from RH. I knew I needed two different color/styles of countertops to match the bathrooms they would be installed in. I did not want to purchase two half slabs, as that would have been more material than I needed. I liked the selection at Depot Granite and that I could buy the countertops by the sq.ft. I did have to buy 10 sq.ft of quartz as that is the minimum required for them to take the job. I only needed 8 sq.ft of quartz between the two vanities but moved forward anyways. Unfortunately, it took 3 visits for one vanity to be completed correctly and 4 visits for the other to be correct. I ordered the materials December 13th and install was completed January 19th. Each time I had to sit around and wait, as typically they wouldn't be able to tell me a time frame for the installs. I routinely had to call to find out what day someone would be coming. I would say Communication was very lacking during this process. They damaged one of my vanities (the damage is not visible once installed against the wall and countertop installed, but I paid over $1100.00 for this vanity from Restoration Hardware). The installer tried to cover up the damage and they never alerted to me that the damage had occurred. He drilled the faucet holes while the countertop was sitting on top of the vanity. A manager was supposed to come out and see the damage, no one ever came. I sat at my house the one day they were supposed to come from 1030-230 and no one ever called despite calling myself that day. I also never received an apology regarding the damage they caused to my property (only did someone apologize begrudgingly once I mentioned it when they called to take my final payment). I paid for 10 sq.ft of Quartz, only needed 8, and they damaged my property. I have three bathrooms to complete and a kitchen and will need to find another company.

DON’T BE FOOLED! First impressions are good .. not extremely helpful when you visit in person but have a great selection and the store front itself is nice. But the communication is absolutely horrible and downright unprofessional. Dozens and dozens of messages and calls never returned. Workers just showed up for measures and install. The product is fine but the customer experience is so terrible, if you’re spending a couple grand on counter or tile, I’d recommend you go with a company that will stay in touch and return calls.

After my VERY disappointing experience I went across the street to home depot and in 20 MINUTES I ordered a $6700 counter top How does this place stay in business??? Kudos to Lali (our sales rep), Xavier (measuring guy), and Tonio and Alex (our installers) for outstanding work! To quote Tonio, all was 'perfect!' The guys fine-tuned the fit of our counters and waterfall effect to adjust for our less than perfect cabinet leveling effort and our 'not quite there' preparation for Xavier's laser measuring. It took some tweaking, shims, and cutting, but, yes, Tonio, it came out perfect. Thank you. Another special thanks to Lali and the workshop guys for noticing some stone coloration issues before bringing out the material, giving us the option of picking a new stone or accepting a discount. We might not have noticed the issue right away and been annoyed down the road. As is, we happily accepted the discount and will place a bowl or two strategically while spending the extra $$ on the rest of the remodeling laundry list. This is the 2nd time we used Depot Granite for home remodeling (we sold the 1st one for a nice profit). Very satisfied! Thanks again, guys (and gal)!
