Deluxe Granite has excellent customer service, working with Rene and Nick was a great experience. They answered all of our pesky questions and walked us through the process. In the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and the granite we had installed turned out excellent. The grain match was not perfect, but the time Nick took on creating a digital plan using a laser level proved to be an easy installation for the crew. They even dispatched the crew a second time to fix a few minor blemishes in the stone. Everyone we encountered was super nice, and they work efficiently as a team to get the job done. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service all around! This is our second time working with Deluxe Granite, and we were as happy as the first time. Sharon was very helpful, kind, and responsive. Nick came to measure everything, and took copious notes on the "quirks" that I wanted addressed. The installation crew was professional and very careful carrying the large pieces up our spiral staircase up to the bathrooms. Everything fits perfectly - sinks, faucets, plumbing, and counters! Our bathrooms have a fresh, bright look to them. We definitely recommend Deluxe Granite for your countertop needs.

I shopped around for granite prices and found Deluxe Granite to fit my budget needs. Rene was exceptional! She understood my need to stay on budget and she offered a fair price. She let me know expectations up front on the entire process and she was always available when I had any questions. Sharon was also very helpful in answering questions. Nick was on task and did a fabulous job at cutting. Leif came to install and they were respectful of my property. They did a beautiful job of taking out the old and putting in the new. There was NO touch up needed. It literally took them one hour from demo to completed installation! I was Amazed! I told Rene from the beginning not only did I chose Deluxe for the price, but also because I read their reviews. They were great. I am happy to now be sharing my experience as a happy customer. The whole team is awesome! So glad I went with them. From initial conception, to design, measurement, fabrication and installation, they were the best. Had granite kitchen countertops fabricated and installed, The kitchen turned out beautiful! Also had an upper fireplace mantel and lower piece fabricated out of Quartz, great advice from the team and it really makes the room "POP". Wow! where do I start....We were recommended by a friend to call Deluxe Granite when we decided to redo our laundry room and needed a weird sized countertop due to an angled wall. Rene was soooo helpful, and patient, in choosing the perfect color and stone. She saw the color scheme we picked out for the room and recommended we go with the calcutta quartz. After seeing the sample of it, we knew it was the right choice. I was seriously shocked when we saw how much the countertop was going to cost with the installation. It was way below what I thought it would be for the size of the countertop. The installers came out about a week later....the installation went surprisingly fast and the installers were very professional and nice. I highly recommend these guys and can't wait to get them back for our Kitchen!

After getting quotes from three other fabricators in town, I hired Deluxe Granite last December to install quartz counters in both our master and guest bathrooms. They were reasonably priced and did a nice job fabricating and installing our counters. Rene is an excellent communicator which I really appreciated as a home owner because having bathroom counters installed isn't something I do every day. She helped me select the material, told me what to expect from her crew and managed everything on her end very well. Everything Rene said would happen did including getting it done on time. I was opening a bottle of wine and chipped our quartz countertop. Called the company that did the install and they wanted $250 for the repair. Contacted Deluxe Granite through the Yelp app and they responded within a hour. I was able to set up a time and for $100 less than the other company. Leif arrived right on time, even a little early and walked me through the whole process. Within 10 mins he had the chip patched and sanded. He color matched it so well. He was masked the entire time. My wife couldn't even see where the patch was. Great experience. Definitely would recommend.

Loved the customer service and quality of service. It started with getting a quote on line which saved alot of time. Then we selected a quartz (they work with Arizona Tile for slab selection) but they wanted us to see full slab before making final decision, which is great, just to make sure you see whole slab and look for imperfections. Measurement and installation appointments were on time. Installers were great. They cleaned up and provided tips. Pricing very competitive, if not cheaper than big boxes.

My husband and I wanted new countertops for our home. Being new to the Tucson area, we went to many different companies to see what was available and compare pricing. WELL... when Renee from Deluxe Granite came to our home, we were so pleased first with the professionalism she exemplified and her total honesty of what we should order. We went to her office and picked out the granite she had suggested. They came and measured a couple of days later. We were planning to leave for a trip and they were able to fit us in early. Over the last several years, we planned to relocate, and put quite a few improvements/repairs into the old house, and after moving to Tucson, decided to make some upgrades to the kitchen, including replacing the countertops. We've dealt with a lot of contractors - flooring, tile, electrical, handymen, and I have to say our experience with Deluxe Granite was by far the best experience of all these different projects. We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our experience! First of all, just the planning and communication aspects were fantastic! Rene was great to work with. So was Sharon, handling the office administration, she was easy to work with too. Rene responded quickly, came out to measure, showed us some options, and communicated clearly about the process, the timeline, etc. We ended up going with granite, although we weren't sure initially if it would be quartz or granite, and we're really glad we went with granite. She showed us a photo of the slab, and that was good enough for us, we chose not to look at it in the showroom, and when it did arrive and got installed, it was completely true to the picture, so we were quite happy with the way it looked. The entire process took very little of our time. I could not believe how quickly both the initial consultation with Rene and measuring the template (thank you, Nick!) took, let alone the actual installation (removal of existing and installation of new countertop). Leif and his assistant (sorry I didn't remember his name) did an excellent job. They showed up on time, got to work, tore down the old countertop, installed the new one, it seemed like in no time we were looking squarely at our beautiful new countertops! Leif was really personable and highly skilled, and communicated clearly about care and maintenance. This company is doing something right. They must have figured out a great business model. Consult, select, measure, take template, order slab, tear down and install. No problem. Well done. We did get other bids before choosing Deluxe Granite and some of them it seemed like it would take weeks or months, or we wouldn't get what we really wanted, or there was some kind of compromise somewhere. Not true for Deluxe Granite. We were happy with selection, material, timing, communication, installation, and cost! We are grateful for Deluxe Granite's work. Couldn't be happier. They even have excellent contacts for tile and handyman work. In fact we are having the tile work start tomorrow for the backsplash, which will look great with the new countertop! This was the best experience with any type of home installation or repair project we've had. I would HIGHLY recommend Deluxe Granite to anyone in the Tucson area.

After buying a home in Tucson, I needed to update my countertops. I read the reviews and decided to go with Deluxe Granite. I still live in San Diego so the logistics were a little challenging. I should say could have been challenging. From Rene to Sharon to Leif the installer I would give 10 stars if I could. They made coordinating the installation flawless. I wish I could give more than five stars! We saw the advertisement for Deluxe Granite in a consumer magazine that advertises for local businesses. So we called them, got a quote, picked out a slab, had the counters measured so the slab could be cut for the kitchen and the upstairs bathroooms. And let me tell you all, these guys were awesome! Our installation appointment was supposed to be at nine o'clock and they were at our house before the appointed time. They were very professional, got started right away on removing the ugly formica and put the granite on; they cleaned it, sealed it, replaced the sinks for the plumber tomorrow; and didn't mind the dog who was incurable curious. They were fast, too. We'd planned for it to take all day long, and instead, it took them five hours including the two upstairs bathrooms. Five plus stars!!! They were awesome!!

I found Deluxe Granite on Yelp. I had used a different company in town in the past and had a rough experience, needed someone fresh to do countertops in a new guesthouse. My experience was exactly as described by others. I walked into their facility and was immediately addressed by Sharon, who is very friendly, helpful, patient and informative. They have a nice showroom where you can look at all the products. She laid out different price quotes for me and had the crew there to measure within a few days. There was excellent communication along the way. My quartz countertop is exactly as I imagined. And, they accommodated a very tight schedule on my part. Would recommend them a hundred times over!

Deluxe Granite was first suggested to us by a potential contractor. We were intimidated by the name "Deluxe Granite" that sounded "expensive". We spent more than a month shopping around, and ended up no less confused than when we started. Some stores price granite on a fixed scale by grades. Others refuse to price the granite unless we identify "the one" or at least narrow it down to one or two. Some only price the granite for fabricator. That didn't work for us, as we were neither fixed budget shoppers, nor those willing to buy their dream stone regardless of price. We weren't sure what we like, and even less sure about which could be in the running. We were also shopping for fabricator, so pricing via fabricator isn't helpful. The couple fabricators we talked to, wanted us to identify our granite first before pricing it. We can see how that works for them, but it's just not our style. Then we decided to pay Deluxe Granite a visit. The moment we walked in, we noted the tasteful selection of the granite they stock. They don't have an overwhelming selection but they stock the cool ones. Within minutes of browsing, Nick came marching out to greet us, which was an unexpected and pleasant change from needing to hunt down someone for assistance at the other stores. We were at the confused shopping stage. Nonetheless, Nick was courteous to supply us any information/pricing about any slabs we asked, right off the bat. He said they could also bring in any kind of granite from various suppliers if they don't stock what we are looking for. And this is the coolest part: for the slabs they stock, they would sell them by the half slab. That makes a huge difference to us, because our little kitchen is tricky to fit into a single slab, but buying two slabs to get the wriggling space for templating is too wasteful and expensive. Also for the record, the prices he quoted for the slabs we asked, are very competitive. They are very open in their pricing, giving us a very good idea of costs for labor and material. We visited Deluxe Granite two more times before finalizing our order (but that's our own indecisiveness). The second time, we were greeted by Rene, who is equally courteous, if not more. She gave us a detailed quote on paper right then. The third visit, we put in the order with Nick. After that things went pretty fast, although there were a few hiccups. Nick had to reschedule the templating because the network his templating system uses, was down. But he made it up the very next day. One of their selling point is the technology they have that allows them to photograph the exact slab and give customers the visualization of their countertop with different placement of template, before actually cutting the stone. It's our luck that the system wasn't working and they could not photograph our slabs. But Rene did give us a digital view using picture of a similar slab just so that we can get an idea, and we also talked to her in person in front of the actual slab and ended up with a pretty good idea how things will look. We didn't feel that we miss much since we wouldn't get that with other fabricators anyway, although it would have been cool to see the digital visualization of our actual/eventual countertop before it's cut :) We ended up replacing our vanity tops too because of the extra material available from the 1.5 slabs we have to purchase for the kitchen. Our old vanity top was tiled. The tops were removed by our contractors after Nick finished templating. Our contractor went ahead to repair the wall after removal. Unfortunately, the extra mudding from the wall repair interfered with installation for one of the vanity top that is wedged between two walls. The installers dealt with the situation as graciously as they can, given the frustrating situation. There is another thing, when we were concerned about using the 3cm granite for the vanity backsplash, Nick suggested thinning out the pieces to 2cm. At installation, the installer told us the type of granite we picked could not be thinned, the material just flaked off. Nonetheless, they cut the pieces for the backsplash anyway for us to decide if we want them and adjusted the invoice accordingly. After the installation, we noticed the countertop on our island is not symmetric. Being busy with a ton other things, and assuming the installers must know what they were doing, it took us a month before we finally email Nick and Rene about it. Turned out there is a misunderstanding between templating and installation. The email exchanges occurred over a weekend, and the following Monday morning, we visited the store. We were greeted by Sharon, who is also very nice. Rene was arriving right when we were leaving the store. It must have taken us less than 10 minutes to get to work from there. Almost the moment we got into work, Rene called. She was sending the installer back out the very same day to re-center the island top. Talking about customer service!

We have had really bad luck in the home remodeling/ construction industry, but things start to change with the right people, Deluxe Granite being one of them! You can most definitely expect exceptional service from Nick who worked with us extensively from beginning to the end of our project, as well as his wife Rene and anyone who was a part of coming to our house, everyone gave us outstanding customer service, they always kept us in the know on every aspect which is extremely important with home projects and they were prompt and got the job done quickly. Not only were we taken care of customer service wise, the outcome and product were of high quality but very affordable as well. I definitely recommend them and will recommend them to anyone that is looking to have countertops done, just make sure you do your research on the materials you want and always ask questions, they will be sure to accommodate. Deluxe granite was one of the places we were referred to by our contractor to pick out granite for our bathrooms. We picked out a slab and I said to the girl that worked there that it would be nice to be able to see the whole slab and she said yeah it would, but it all looks the same. She said it's fine though, there's nothing wrong with it. So we didn't get to see the slab and I believed her. I learned a big lesson! They cut the first slab for one bathroom and came to install it and it had a round black mark in the middle of the granite that wasn't supposed to be there. It was an off-white granite with a few beige lines in it. I told the contractor that it was not acceptable so he called Deluxe Granite and talked to the owner. The owner told him that it was too bad because we picked that granite out and we were stuck with it. I couldn't believe it. I told our contractor that yes we picked it out but we were not allowed to see the whole slab, just the corners of it. The owner wanted to know who it was that told us that we couldn't see it. He then said he would buy a kit and have someone come out and try to fix it but he did not guarantee that it would look good and still refused to replace it. It was very upsetting to have to deal with this owner. We then noticed that there was a chip and a crack in the granite after the install. We called the contractor back and they had to come out and take the whole slab with my brand new sinks still attached. They could not get the black mark out so finally decided to call and have us pick out another slab. I wished they would've been nice about it the first time around but it put such a sour taste in our mouths that we decided to go with a different company for our granite slabs in our kitchen. We were not going to put up with that again. When we looked at the old piece of granite after they tried to get the black out with our sinks still attached, they didn't even cover the sink. They were filthy dirty and not protected. The granite that's in our bathrooms turned out to be a much cheaper version of granite than what we now have in our kitchen. Oh and by the way the girl who wouldn't let us look at the slab? When we went back out the second time to pick out a different slab for the bathrooms she would not say hello to us, smile or even look at us and was very cold. I would like to at least say thank you to Renee, the owners wife who was very nice to us the second time we went out and picked out a different slab. After this experience, I would not be able to recommend this company.
