My tile contractor ordered my tile from daltile. Initially the invoice had the wrong color but I corrected that and it was passed onto Daltile. Unfortunately a mistake got made and the wrong tile was delivered, easy enough to happen. Daltile reached out the sales rep and realized it was their mistake and they owned it to the point of going to get the tile at one of there warehouses two hours away in order to make it right and keep my job on schedule. Much appreciated the ownership and follow through. Mistakes happen, it’s what you do next that makes a difference. I appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you Daltile of Salinas.

Bill Hollis Is very rude to people who might disagree either way him on social media and has no reservations about randomly spreading insults around where anyone whod be reasonably pissed could look up where he works to show how much his bad behavior is associated with this business If I wanted someone who I could trust to not disrespect me I wouldn’t chose this store

I visited the Atlanta Daltile location in April and May and had distressing experiences both times. I was shopping for Taj Mahal Quartzite, and initially, two staff members were helpful, showing me available slabs. As I was examining two slabs, a man approached. An employee jokingly said, "I think this man wants these slabs if you don’t." The man responded sternly, “And I’m losing my patience.” I immediately felt intimidated and pressured to make a decision. To avoid further conflict, I quickly agreed to take the slabs and went into the office, worried about how the man might react if kept waiting. I was shocked to learn from employees that the man was “Joe, the President of Mohawk.” This experience is troubling on multiple levels. Mr. Semann's behavior created a hostile shopping environment. As someone in a position of authority, he should set a standard of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, his actions left me feeling disrespected and disappointed, overshadowing the excitement of my purchase. When I returned for a third slab for my backsplash, a woman in the office reluctantly assisted me. Despite my willingness to wait, she repeatedly mentioned that I should have made an appointment, as if trying to make me feel guilty. Daltile, the message is clear: you do not value my business. You were my go-to for stone and tile, but I will take my business elsewhere. Fortunately, Georgia Stone and Specialty Tile are happy to assist me.
