In contrast to the vast majority of their rivals, a great number of their countertops are proudly inspired, designed, and constructed in the United States. The company was established in Dallas in 1947, and their history is littered with significant events that led to their being the most successful countertop maker in the United States and one that is admired all over the globe.

My tile contractor ordered my tile from daltile. Initially the invoice had the wrong color but I corrected that and it was passed onto Daltile. Unfortunately a mistake got made and the wrong tile was delivered, easy enough to happen. Daltile reached out the sales rep and realized it was their mistake and they owned it to the point of going to get the tile at one of there warehouses two hours away in order to make it right and keep my job on schedule. Much appreciated the ownership and follow through. Mistakes happen, it’s what you do next that makes a difference. I appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you Daltile of Salinas.

I walked in to discuss a tile piece I had. There wasn’t anyone in at the time. A lady with blonde hair was alone. I approached her and shared my dilemma. I asked to see if she had the specific tile. I explained the home was built in 2004. She had a nasty tone and asked if there was a name on the back of tile ( I was holding a piece of it). I told her I understood and asked if she could tell me if the tile was ceramic or porcelain. Again, she was snotty and appeared annoyed that I was even there. I directly asked her why she was talking to me like that. Once again, she appeared annoyed, and I walked out. If I ever need any tile for my home, this would be the last place I’d purchase it. She has no business dealing with the public.
