Mark and David did a fantastic job! They drove 3+ hours in a snowstorm early this morning to get to our house and then put in beautiful countertops. They were both very professional and polite. I highly recommend this company. They are the best!

reviews all from family or friends. over priced and subpar performance. you'll wait months for a quote, it will be wrong and much higher than others in the area. no other company has ever heard of this guy. watch your money, call Better Business Bureau before doing anything, and make sure you're actually getting the stone you pay for!!!

Shopped a couple of places before deciding on Custom Touch Granite. These guys were amazing from the start. Professional, communicative, great selection, honest, and no aggressive sales. We got updates through the whole process, template and install guys were on-time and efficient. Our installer was professional, polite, and just easy to work with. Pricing was completely fair and their timeline was quick. Highly recommend!

Great spot they helped me with a granite countertop I had already. It needed one of the rough flat sides to be shaped to a bullnose and polished to match the rest of the already done countertop. Most places were really expensive! When I came here they were happy to help and did my work in a couple days and was half the price of competitors. I would recommend this place! I also reached back out to ask for advice on how to remove a couple scratches and they again were happy to help and gave me good advice I used at my house! Sometimes your best friend is the right color Sharpie! Thanks for the help!

Before finding Custom Touch Granite LLC, we first visited ProGranite Surfaces LLC to explore our options. Initially, a helpful lady at ProGranite Surfaces described where to see the slabs and even made recommendations on which warehouse to visit. We selected three stunning quartzite slabs, and my wife returned to ProGranite Surfaces LLC with the paperwork to discuss our choice and get a quote. Unfortunately, our experience there was disappointing. The customer service representative not only overpriced the stone--quoting us an astonishing $80,000 including installation--but also treated my wife in a manner that was far from professional or courteous. He made assumptions without proper communication and did not demonstrate the level of respect we expected. While I don't blame the company as a whole, it's clear that individual actions can deeply impact a business's reputation. I hope the management pays attention to who represents their company on the front lines. Feeling discouraged, my wife turned to Google and found Custom Touch Granite LLC. Our first and not our last remodel with this company. From quality of material to workmanship, from friendliness to accuracy, honesty to cleanliness, this company did art work in our kitchen for sure. The kitchen is the most important place in our house and the work they did is simply: Amazing! This company lives by its promises and showed us nothing but respect and excellency.A trade not too many have left these days and is hard to come by for sure. They all went above and beyond and going the extra miles seems normal for everyone employed there. Their mission is to make sure, we are fully satisfied and it shows. Picking Granite is no easy task from what I hear my friends say, but they nailed it. The back splash is also perfect and I would not believe the accuracy and love that went into the install, if i would not have sen it with my own eyes. Wow for sure! The workers got our trust now since this is hard to come by these days and they made us more than happy. It felt like having our own loving family working in the house. We look forward to have you perform your next miracle in our bathroom(s) Thanks to all of you once again :)

Travis was my point person when I was working on the remodel of my kitchen. He was great to work with and took me out to see how the materials are used and how he makes countertops from start to finish. IT was amazing to see. I hired him on the spot and put him to work. He and his crew came out to put the quartz counter tops in my kitchen within a couple of weeks. The work had a couple of issues that he addressed and he personally took care of them. All in all a good experience. He also got a big job from my work that I referred him to. She loves her kitchen also. My work was done about 3 years ago, but just getting around to posting a review. Better late than never I say. I was thinking of calling him back for my bathrooms.
