I can't speak to the quality of craftsmanship/install but I've only heard great things, but I can attest that they have terrible communication skills. I've called the main office number at least four times a day for the past week and have only been able to speak with someone 3 separate occasions. The owner is semi-responsive via text message and will send a quick response once every 1 to 2 days without any real information. I drove 30 minutes to their shop because I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone during business hours only to find they went to lunch at a time not listed on their voicemail. Then I was able to get a hold of someone over the phone and made an appointment and drove there again only to find the owner no-showed my appointment and the workers in the shop had no idea I was coming (victor, the owner, had no remorse/ apology for no showing my appointment). Countless times, I expressed interest in setting a date for templating and install for a countertop with a remnant slab chosen and checkbook in hand (via voicemail and text message and in person when I drove a 3rd time because no one was answering the phone), and it was like CRICKETS. I finally went to JP granite in Redlands, picked a remnant, signed a contract, had it templated same day, and schedule for install 2 days later. Customer surfaces lost a customer. And they came highly recommended and I am sorely disappointed

We had our kitchen counter replaced with quartz. They were able to order the counter color we wanted. They did a really good job with the replacement, leveling it, and cleanup. They were very polite throughout. Thank you for a great job well done.

Employees very friendly and suggestive, this is the place for stone, slate, granite, marble, quartz,ceasorstone, etc......If you are in need of a custom shop, here's your 1 stop shop! Family owned and operated. Amazing pricing, fabrication to installation was the fastest, and VERY clean!!!!
