Weirsdale a while back 4 Hour walk in shower. They were great except the person who came out to measure gave us bad information. I just went by at 10 to 4 to check on some prices because we were thinking of redoing another bathroom. They were closed with a note on the door that said sorry for the inconvenience we have too many orders and are taking any. So I can't even check on the prices so I can plan? Not good customer service in that area.

Oh my they have worked with me so well to get things right. Don't have install yet. Will come back with pics and outcome. Difficult template for what I wanted so but they were very open and communicative and forgiving for all stall in moving forward ( seems delays frequent with construction).

This company is top of the line in service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them, in a world when it is really hard to even find someone to do good work. They went the extra mile to fit me in a busy schedule even though my job was a small job for them. And it only took two weeks (it took 4 months for a garage door). Lynnette and the installers were very professional and courteous . 5 stars!

We refurbished a fairly large vacation home in Arnold CA with soapstone counters in the laundry/pantry, one guest bath and the master bath. We were so pleased to find soapstone from Custom Marble and Onyx in Modesto, only an hour away. The untreated soapstone paired with copper basins, faucets and a copper soaking tub, made the rooms pop and were very instrumental in recently selling the property at a great price. Working with Lynette Silva, the co-owner, was delightful. Her staff and artisans did beautiful work and on time/budget. Lynette gave us good prices and good suggestions. We highly recommend Custom Marble and Onyx.

This is a wonderful company. Lynette was great to work with, she spent a lot of time making sure we found the right countertop for my kitchen. Their employees that did the installation were very professional and very polite. They cleaned up any mess they made and left my kitchen spotless. I can not say enough about how great they were to work with. I would recommend they to anyone.

I just can't say enough good about this company! We were looking for soapstone, which is hard to find in this area, but luckily Bedrosians referred us to them. When I went in, the very pleasant office staff took me to the slab area and called the guys to come move pieces around so I could have a good look. They were ALL respectful and friendly, making sure I found what I wanted, helping me see the positives and negatives of each slab. Florentino came to our house to make a pattern of our countertops, then, at the shop, helped me choose how to position each one on our slabs to maximum advantage. He's impressive - quick, knowledgeable, skilled, as well as a just a real nice guy. Installation was prompt, accurate, done beautifully. The owners of this business were great to work with, too. I never felt I was being "sold" anything I didn't want or need. They seemed to just want to offer us a product that would make us satisfied. It was a great experience!

We just completed a kitchen remodel and purchase our countertop from Custom Marble and Onyx. We went with a Soapstone countertop. First of all the purchase experience was very positive. Lynette was patient and lead us through the entire process. She showed us numerous slabs before we picked the two we ended up with. Once our cabinets were in we were ready for them to come and create the template. The representative was on time, and very courteous. We then got to go and place the template on the two slabs to best fit the grain pattern of the Soapstone. That was awesome!! It truly gave us the surface we wanted. The "cutter" was extremely helpful. On the day of installation the installer not only brought the counter tops but all the excess material. The installation went well and the installer went over all the care for the Soapstone. Our experience was too notch. We highly recommend using this vendor.

I can not recommend this place enough!!! Let me start by saying that I live a few hours away and it was totally worth it to work with this business. I was on a hunt for the perfect soapstone counters for my kitchen. I visited several places in the northbay area and left feeling like the quality was crappy or no one seemed to understand what I wanted--rich, black soapstone with beautiful veining. Eventually we found out about this place, and as soon as I spoke to Lynette on the phone, I was sold! She was smart, kind, and seemed to know exactly what I wanted! I just had a gut feeling. I decided to drive the 2.5 hour drive to pick out slabs. As soon as I arrived I was very impressed with the whole vibe of the place, in addition to the beautiful soapstone counters they had on display. I felt like I had struck gold! Lynette was amazing and helpful and she listened well, never trying to convince me or push me towards something that I didn't really want. I picked out two slabs and returned home. Her crew that came and installed was awesome--so friendly, nice, and just exceeded all expectations. Thank you Martin and Jose and Florentino! I seriously can't recommend this place enough. If you want soapstone, do NOT even bother going anywhere else. The quality and beauty is way beyond anything I have seen in the northbay area.

i was remodeling my master bathroom, and i didn't want tile for the shower floor, but i also didn't want a flimsy acrylic shower pan. custom marble & onyx makes very sturdy, custom, solid surface shower pans, so i ordered one. boy, it is nice! they are heavy and require two strong people to move upstairs if that's where it will be installed, but it is well worth any extra effort. i am pleased with the service at this company and the product. my one suggestion would be to acquire different molds for the shower pans to accommodate different drain cover shapes.

This is the second time I have used them on a home improvement project. The first project was a bathroom and they did a really great job, scheduling was good and the product exceptional. However, with my kitchen - it was a mess from the day I placed the order. The clerk was inexperienced in telling the customer some other things we needed to do. OK I get that we all have to learn new jobs. This was just before Labor Day and I had over 20 people showing up to my house that weekend. When the guy came out to measure the kitchen I indicated when the last date was that I needed the granite installed. He indicated that would be fine and he would relay that information to the office. I notified my contractor. All was good. I called two days before the installation to confirm. They had no idea what I was talking about!!! I was sooo mad. To make this long story shorter, they did not get out to install the counters until the Wed before the Labor Day weekend. They kept apologizing, however no discount was offered and they did not get the granite in on time. What they do not realize is that I have two more bathrooms and another house and they will NOT be getting my business.

Oct. 2019 we went to Custom Marble and Onyx in Modesto on Winmoore Way. We were doing one bathroom and asked if they had half slabs. They did! Our half slab was 127" x 351/2" x 2cm not a remnant! The bill for a half slab and cut & installation was 1682.00. Several things happened to delay the start of the bathroom, I always called to let them know. The installation date was Dec. 30,2019. By 3:40 that very afternoon I had called three times to let them know the countertop had been cut all wrong. The installer came back and I pointed out all that was wrong. The sink opening was cut 1/2" too long and the depth was 1/4 difference between the two sinks and one was off center. The countertop over all was about 21/2" too long. Just to much to even consider keeping the countertop. The countertop was removed on Jan 6th 2020. To get the countertop removed: Another installer had to come out and "I" had to call the owner twice to find out how everything was going to be handled. We went back to Custom Marble to see if they had anything in stock that we would use but no such luck. We started looking at ordering something we liked. We asked the price and was told 2190.00. We asked if we were credited for the 1682.00 already spent and was told "No". We were told we only bought a remnant but didn't actually pay for any material! The owner's (Darrell) sister,Lynette, came out after we asked if they just wanted to give our money back. She started saying how what we had purchased before was really not paid for and that is why we would have to pay 2190.00 for any replacement countertop. Then we were told that there is a restock fee, I said you have nothing to restock! Then she said well it's not a restock fee but a credit card fee of 3% and we have to pay that to get our money back. It was 50.46 she waived the .46. That fee is NOT on any paperwork or signs in the showroom. She said why should they be out any money? I said why should we? You cut the material wrong and her answer was that the regular cutter was in Mexico but that we were the only problem. We only received 1632.00 back but I'm working on that. Here's the thing we went back there ready to do business with them without any hard feelings at all! Stuff happens just make it right. We knew we would probably have to spend close to another 1000.00 to purchase a whole slab if we couldn't find something in stock. But with the price of 2190.00 on top of 1682.00 without any credit back that was craziness and unjust. We also clarified this extra cost four different times just to be sure we heard them correctly. Instead of them giving us a 1000.00 credit and keeping 681.00 and getting another 1000.00 they refunded 1632.00 and LOST twice, out the money for labor and countertop and lost a customer! Beware! I absolutely DO NOT recommended this place at all. We found this place through our plumber and we hired them to Instal our shower panels. They failed to mention that they are SUBCONTRACTERS meaning they only do certain jobs and then it's up to us to figure out the rest. The only thing the gal had mentioned to us was that they do not install the shower glass and that's it. Nothing else So we went ahead and hired them for the shower panels. And when they come they say you haven't installed a shower Pan yet.. and I'm like??? We were never told we needed too. Why weren't we told this before? My thing is, this is all new to us. We don't do all of this often nor do we know anything about showers and the repairing process. So when this guy said shower pan, don't you think they should have mentioned this all to us when we first signed up with them? Um, ya I think so. So then of course they don't even install the shower pan... they sell it, for an insane price, but they don't install it. So that got delayed even more since we had to find someone to come and install the shower pan. Finally everything is rolling. We spend an INSANE amount of money on this shower, I mean the amount of money we spent. We should of had a grand slam shower. And I blame custom marble and onyx, because as I mentioned earlier, they failed to tell me that they are sub contractors and they don't do shit and it's up to you to scurry around and find people to do different jobs. Okay so everything is in place. Now last thing we need is the shower head and handle installed and put back into place. But GUESS WHAT. We had to find someone for that too because this shit place doesn't even do that. So we had the plumber come out and he noticed these 2 small holes on the shower pans and he mentioned to get them checked out and make sure water won't be leaking. So I call the company and I speak to the "boss" named Darrel who sounded absolutely rude and Condescending. I mean if you are the boss I assume you would hear out your client and try to fix the issue rather argue and get all defensive and tell me that we should have picked a better shower pan or that all your men are experienced. Full of shit and work on your customer service because you are no boss. You are a rude person. Worst experience ever!!! Hate this place. Do not hire them. Unless you want lies. Bad customer service and a huge headache.
