Couldn’t be happier with our quartz countertop. Looks just like the sample. Competitive price. Josiah and Zachary the installation guys were great. Very pleasant, professional, and cleaned up nicely.

Middle of remodel problems with undermount sink caused issues (I ordered separate from CGT). Had to return defective sink and purchase replacement. CGT staff pulled counter and made adjustments for new sink. Much appreciated!

I’m a 25 year veteran of the building industry and have built several subdivisions in the past. I also have a Masters degree in Business. Unfortunately, this company doesn’t understand the meaning of communication. Which is the number one downfall within an organization. I was told they were coming on a Monday and they didn’t show until Tuesday with no phone call. I obviously had to call them in order to get them to arrive. When they finally arrived I was then told I should have had my bathroom sink along with the under mount in the kitchen. I only had the under mount because that is what I was only told to have on site. Anyway, the products were brought out the next day in order to finish. My biggest complaint is that it’s been five days since and I have called everyday, but no one will return my call. You can’t sell your product and expect great customer satisfaction if you do not communicate! That’s why everyone I know in this business will know how incompetent this company is. Business 101, communicate, good luck!

I went to the store on 3 different occasions to try to get a quote for full new kitchen countertops. Each time, I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them and I never once received a quote for the work, let alone get my project on their schedule. Luckily, I found another local company that I had opposite experience at and now have a beautiful kitchen . I would spend my money elsewhere.

We stopped by on the 10th of January. The lady at the counter never got up until we asked for help. We ended up providing all of our information and getting an estimate and we’re told allow two days before an assistant would reach us w a bud. We waited 4 days. Finally, the 5th day, I called. I was told the individual that helped us was no longer there. So, the process started over. We went back in and spoke w a new lady. She sat us up with an appointment to have our template done.She informs us installation would be the first or second week of February. 8 days later, a kid comes out to measure. The following day, I receive a call from an individual who I couldn’t understand his name. He says” this is such and such and we cannot do your job”. He would not give a reason why . I said you just waisted two weeks of our time. I would highly recommend using any other company in town besides this place. The owner is very unprofessional and their stories change daily.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. They have missed 3 out of 4 install appointments without any kind of communication to let me and the plumber know they were not going to make it. The one time they did show up they were 6 hours late. Then they cut my standard vanity top 2 inches short, kitchen backsplash 1 inch too wide, and didn’t offset the island as instructed. Complete cluster! Children working in customer service and installation. Save yourself some aggravation and have someone professional do any granite or tile work.

Love their Staff and the work they do is the bests in town.

Their honesty, professionalism, and focus on making the customer happy. George, Sidney, and Daniel are the best. If you go anywhere else your wasting time and money. We had a large project for them, a tear-out and install and it went exactly as planned.

You can trust and rely on George to do everything he says he will. His installers are top notch. George himself goes way way above and beyond to satisfy his customer. There are none like him really. He works hard to continually bring in exotic pieces for me when I am looking. Best prices in town as well. Daniel in the front office is also very upstanding and great to deal with.
