Cruz family and employees made my wife's dreams come true with her new countertops in our kitchen and spare bathroom. Installation was great, calked the seems and looked great. Seem was not noticeable. They missed cutting a hole, knocked it out in 10 minutes right there. Cleaned up as they go. Very humble people. Thanks Cruz from the Dwyer's.

Nope. If there were 0 stars I'd use it. Company abandoned the job. Demo'd my space and left me and my children with the pictures attached after scheduling a work date and after deposit given. As u can see, we were living with mold and they didn't treat the space but instead left it open for work to be done 3 days after.. Called store for 3 hours on scheduled date and no answer but when my fiance called from his phone, they answered 🤔. Yes, my guy went to demand my deposit back and yes, he was screaming because we had been stood up for days with no answer from owners. Receptionist just stood there in surprise as if she couldn't understand why we were upset. 3 weeks with no restroom, exposure to mold and very passive attitude over it all. Owner decided to hide behind workers with excuses that have nothing to do with customer - Brother sick? very unprofessional. Remember that they subcontract other smaller companies to do the actual work. Talk is a good game for them- do your research and compare prices. Much better businesses in this area for tile and Granite - counter top solutions is #1

Cruz flooring is consistently great! Ray came out today and replaced a broken bathroom sink. Kept the bathroom clean and was able to connect the plumbing today- I thought I would have to wait until tomorrow for that. They have installed granite in both bathrooms and it is truly a work of art. I’m our master bath, they installed a huge piece of granite (3 areas - two sinks and a vanity), and they did it without cutting and creating seams. I think most companies would have cut it into three pieces to make installation easier. I highly recommend Cruz flooring for all your remodeling needs- especially kitchen and bath.

When renovating our bathroom, I knew I wanted to use a classic marble for our vanity. I called all the local countertop companies and NONE of them carried any marble. They said I’d have to go to Atlanta for that. Then, a friend told me about Cruz Flooring. They had so many gorgeous slabs at their store. The girls in the office were fantastic and my husband and I bought our marble that day! Jorge was meticulous with his measurements and went over and above to make sure I got exactly the look I wanted. They installed a beautiful waterfall edge and I was beyond impressed that everything lined up perfectly. I cannot recommend this company enough! They did such a good job and were very professional. I am so excited about our new marble bathroom countertops.

Consistent from start to finish! My general contractor left me high and dry so I had to figure out how to get my kitchen back in working order myself. I reached out to Cruz Flooring to install my coutertop and back splash and had zero issues. The finished product is fantastic and I could not be more grateful for them.

I received great customer service from purchasing to installing. I picked out a piece of granite on site. You can’t do that at Lowe’s or Home Depot. You pick out the actual piece that you get and best part is you don’t have to wait for it. The granite is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. They came out and measured my space. They sold me a stainless steel sink that was cheaper then Home Depot as well. On the day of delivery they told me I needed to repair a couple of things on the cabinets to make the counter top flush. If those weren’t repaired they said my granite could snap. They would not recommend installing before those repairs were made. I appreciated them being so honest and rescheduling my install so I could get it fixed. I would highly recommend this company, and I will use them again.
