We are so happy with the work Crowley’s did for us. They replaced laminate/tile countertops with quartz slabs in our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and bonus room. Crowley’s was wonderful to work with, and I liked the countertop work so much I hired them to come back and install a matching tub deck for our bathroom soon after they installed the countertops. Their process of leaving the rooms intact during the planning/measuring/fabrication stage, then doing demo one day and installation the next was very appealing. The process was just as they described and their coordination with other contractors (plumbing, tile, appliance, etc.) was seamless. I am so very pleased with the work and finished project. It’s beautiful and such a joy to use each day. Each person on the Crowley team was very friendly, helpful, respectful, and skilled (including planning with Cheryl, executing the contract with Leta, looking at sinks/faucets at the office with Paulette, measuring by Nathan, the excellent demo and install teams, and Charlie who took pictures later). I want to give a special shout out to Cheryl Grantom, who was very patient, kind, and responsive to my many questions during the planning stage and provided several quote revisions as I evaluated different materials and scope/costs of our renovations. She gave me excellent recommendations for slab suppliers, fixtures (Mary Kay at Keller Kitchen & Bath Showcase in Beaverton), cabinet refacing (Jacob Feenstra of Restoration Cabinetry & Design LLC), and tile and general contractor work (Chris and Nicholas Loar of Advanced Alterations & Installations, LLC). Crowley’s lined up the plumber (Pipeline Plumbing) and cooktop remover/installer, who worked on the day of demo and installation to get everything hooked up properly. I hired all the above contractors for various parts of our kitchen/bathroom renovation work, and each did a superb job on our projects.

Our experience working with Crowley's Granite & Quartz was nothing but the best! They were knowledgeable and willing to spend the time with us to ensure our selections were exactly what we were looking for. Also, the installation team was on time and professional. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Every employee that I dealt with was wonderful at there job. The whole team was very professional. The seams on my countertop are so perfect you literally can't see them. The lines/veins in the counter top and back splash match so beautifully. My only negative comment was that they did not point out the gap that was left because my cabinets were not even (the gap was not Crowleys fault) and I was able to have it fixed by a handyman. I just personally feel they should have explained that my cabinets were not done correctly and for them to properly balance the countertop, it would leave a 1/2 inch gap in places. Again, crowleys did not cause the gaps, they just should have explained it, verses just leaving it for me to find. In the skeem of things this is minor and their work product was fabulous!

From the minute we walked into Crowley’s, we realized we were dealing with competent grownups. Every employee knew the answers to our questions and offered helpful advice we hadn’t even thought to ask for. They had good financing options and a professional installation team. Our project was tricky and required care to avoid damaging wood during the demolition. Crowley’s did an excellent job with that and with communication at every stage. I’ve already recommended them to several people on the coast where we live. They travel and are worth the extra cost.

A top-quality outcome was super important to us with our investment in new countertops. I visited six providers, obtained quotes from four, then did a deep dive into quality and installation details with the final two. Crowley’s was the clear winner, and all for a competitive price. We’re extremely happy with the outcome. Each member of the Crowley’s team was courteous, competent and showed genuine care and concern about how our countertops would turn out. It was a pleasure to work with the Crowley team. They were professional throughout and everything carried out exactly on time and as promised. The links that Crowley has to contractors and plumbers and their ability to coordinate the whole job took all of the stress out of the remodel. Crowley’s was fantastic to deal with when we replaced our kitchen counters. They communicate well, and are organized and professional. The demo/install/completion stages were completed in three consecutive days, so very little time was spent without a functional kitchen. They referred us to an excellent tile setter, and our new and refreshed kitchen is all we had hoped it would be. I would definitely recommend Crowley’s to anyone undertaking a kitchen remodel.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Crowley's. From the salesperson, to the support staff, to the installer and his assistants, every person was great. My new bathroom counters look fantastic! The president did the actual install. This is why I love working with small companies; the person doing the install had lots of experience to make my final product look great, and because he's very invested in the company, he also gave great customer service. And it's always a bonus when the on-site contractors don't smell like cigarettes! Definitely recommend!
