We have worked with Creative Stone Countertops and Melanie specifically now 3 times and have been impressed each time! Their workmanship is incredible, even if you need a seam, they truly try and make it seamless, cutting the stone where the least veining is, etc. They have a large selection and the best pricing I’ve seen around! They are usually running specials on a few stones at a time as well! We were able to get this gold star, top quality stone within our budget due to a special which was amazing! They come out to measure within a few days of you calling to set up an appointment and are back to install within about 2 weeks which is really amazing to stay on timeline! I am also so thankful, we had a beautiful marble piece to use for a shower curb, however, I felt it was a tripping hazard and about an inch too wide. I called Melanie to see if I could bring the marble in and if the team could cut it. She not only allowed me to bring it in and have them cut it, the team finished the edges more beautifully than what they were and didn’t wind up charging me as a repeat customer. You really feel taken care of with creative stone countertops. We wouldn’t use anyone else and would recommend them over and over again!!

This was the second time we have had Creative Stone Countertops install quartz counters. Originally, they installed our kitchen counters and we were so happy with the results. Melanie, her father, and her team are true professionals. This latest job was a small bathroom counter and, as always, Melanie was so patient even when I returned to the showroom to make a change on my quartz choice. It was just installed today and the results are beautiful!

Recently had our countertops installed by Creative Stone Countertops and we are thrilled with how everything came out. From the beginning, Melanie was great with helping us find the perfect counters and getting us pricing. They made the process extremely easy and stress free. Great service all around. From the first call to Melanie, to measuring, installing the counter tops and then installing the backsplash, communication was amazing. Everyone was on time for all appointments and installations. The quality of the marble that I received was outstanding and the pricing was fair. They made suggestions for a better installation and they were correct. Creative Stone is a true family business and I recommend them highly (and I am a picky New Yorker).

Of all the counter people I talked to these were the only ones that knew about the specific stone I wanted and where to get it. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We went over and made sure everything was perfect. Installation was faxt and friendly too.

We have used Creative Stone countertops twice and they are great! Our kitchen counter and our bathroom vanity counter looks amazing. The granite is a perfect match. Their prices are very fair as well. Scheduling was very easy and Melanie was great to work with.

I have a very small galley kitchen and hired them to put in granite countertops with rounded corners. What I got was 2 pieces cut correctly and 1 piece that was cut with angled corners and a backsplash that was cut about an inch too short. They had to come back to install backsplash correctly but there is apparently nothing they are willing to do about the angled corners. They tried to grind them down in place on their second attempt and now I have edges that don't match in style or in sheen. Now all this is pretty bad but it gets worse.... When I asked if they would just cut a new piece for that section that covers 1 full size cabinet and an angle 1/2 size they said they weren't leaving my house without all countertops going with them....I said great are you going to give me back my down payment now and that was a no....said they would be back the next day to remove all and refund my money. This would mean a plumber would need to remove everything I just had installed from the faucet to the disposal to the dishwasher. No. No and No. Then the frosting on the cake.....when they left, there was a large puddle of liquid in a driveway I just had installed in JULY that is eating a hole in the drive. There is no one that parks at the foot of the driveway and I had no company that day and no trail of liquid from the spill so it wasn't someone who pulled in to turn around and it wasn't anyone who lives in my home....so....they happened to be parked there, backed in, right where the puddle was but of course it wasn't them. I actually said to the driver when he came back the second time, you broke down when you left my house last time to which he replied yes. I said I know because you left all the fluid in my driveway and it's eating a hole in it to which he replied I'm really sorry. I contacted the office to see what they planned on doing about that and was told they have no problems it's probably one of my cars. BEWARE!!
