First of all Melanie helped us pick out a quartz that we both liked and fit our budget. She patiently answered all our questions and guided us through the process and was able to give us an appointment for the measure shortly after the cabinets were installed. Marlon who did our measurements was equally proficient and personable. And finally the countertops were expertly installed by two skilled young men. This business was not only service oriented and provided a quality product made by skilled craftsmen they offered it at a very competitive price. I’m happy to highly recommend them.

Kimberly at Creative Stone Countertops was great! This is a nice family run business. I love that they have colored stickers in the showroom so that know right away what the price point is for a certain stone. After templating the owner came out to try to find a solution for getting the island slab in the house. We had some challenges but he figured out a way. We also did a waterfall edge on the island and the edge is amazing!

We decided to do our kitchen rehab in the middle of Winter. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. From delayed cabinet deliveries, rescheduling the contractor and even catching COVID. But the one thing that went smoothly was getting the quartz countertop. Melanie was very patient with all the project delays. Once we picked the stone, it was installed in less than 10 days. The price was reasonable compared to the big "showrooms" and the demo and install crew were very experienced and professional. Highly recommend!

We selected a beautiful black granite countertop slab and less than 3 weeks it was expertly installed. We have worked with Creative Stone Countertops and Melanie specifically now 3 times and have been impressed each time! Their workmanship is incredible, even if you need a seam, they truly try and make it seamless, cutting the stone where the least veining is, etc. They have a large selection and the best pricing I’ve seen around! They are usually running specials on a few stones at a time as well! We were able to get this gold star, top quality stone within our budget due to a special which was amazing! They come out to measure within a few days of you calling to set up an appointment and are back to install within about 2 weeks which is really amazing to stay on timeline! I am also so thankful, we had a beautiful marble piece to use for a shower curb, however, I felt it was a tripping hazard and about an inch too wide. I called Melanie to see if I could bring the marble in and if the team could cut it. She not only allowed me to bring it in and have them cut it, the team finished the edges more beautifully than what they were and didn’t wind up charging me as a repeat customer. You really feel taken care of with creative stone countertops. We wouldn’t use anyone else and would recommend them over and over again!!

The kitchen countertops were measured, removed my old concrete countertops and installed our new granite.. the work was PERFECT.. the fit is perfect and the one seam required was almost invisible. We absolutely recommend CSC overwhelmingly.. everyone who entered our home was very polite and answered any concerns I might have had.

I used Creative Stone for a home I had in East Greenwich for my Kitchen countertop, they were on professional then... (6 years ago) and today I had them install a fireplace Hearth and surround. From the sales people (Kimberly) to the cutters and the installation men, everything was perfect, especially since the existing fireplace was not set in straight.
