I recently used the Counter Top Factory for a custom desktop for my home office. Everyone with whom I spoke to was prompt, courteous, and professional and my counters look absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier!

I'm so glad we discovered Countertop Factory! The showroom is tucked away on Triangle Drive in sort of an industrial business area, but once inside, they have a wonderful selection center that really fun to explore (and very socially distanced and safe). The Sales Manager, Michael Dean, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to talk me through the process -- he also sent me home with a small sample of my actual counter material, although I'm not sure they can always do that. The process for measuring and installation was predictable and professional. Both the technician and the installation crew did an excellent job, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home -- really nice people. I ended up finding Countertop Factory because my husband and I had a bad experience with another fabricator who almost hosed our whole project through terrible communication and customer service, but it all worked out because we found Countertop Factory. Our counters are BEAUTIFUL! This is the first picture because the work is still in progress but we know the finished result will be even more gorgeous!

Amazing service, pricing, and work! Michael at the Countertop Factory helped me pick a slab based on the specific look I wanted for my kitchen. We scheduled the template and install - it was a quick and easy process. The men who came to template and install were very professional and knowledgeable. My countertops look great! I also got several quotes and The Countertop Factory was the most reasonable price as well. Very happy with my choice!

Smooth experience from start to finish! Shawn was great to work with and provided suggestions for us to chose from when selecting the counter tops. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The template was done well making the counters a perfect fit. The installers were respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make sure the cabinets were secure and ready for the granite. And, the team worked with us to install a special order sink. The Countertop Factory is a great company and I would work with them again. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience w/ The Countertop Factory and highly recommend them. Everyone from their sales, measure and installation teams deliver excellence in their work. Michael Dean (sales) is so easy to work with, informative, patient, and accommodating. The measure guy made recommendations b/c the last countertop was not really installed properly. And the installation team did a superb job leveling the countertop on uneven cabinets (I was worried & then very impressed). They got the old ones out with very very little damage on my painted cabinets. All professional along the way. Also, their prices are consistent w/ market price (I had shopped around to compare).

I was very happy with The Countertop Factory. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in their area of work. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and quality of service. We have had our new countertops for three weeks and they are fabulous.

The guys at the Countertop Factory were great from the day we met to look at samples, through the installation! They worked with me for hours to be sure our waterfall counters flow matched and used the least amount of slabs. The results were fantastic!! In addition, we recently had an issue with our sink drooping a bit and they were there the next day to make the fix at no charge. That's what I call great customer service! I would highly recommend Michael, Brandon, Wes, Victor and all the guys at the Countertop Factory!!

Just wanted to send a shout out to the two young men who installed my countertops today! They were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. They fixed part of my cabinet to make sure the countertop looked awesome! They even swept my kitchen floors when the job was completed. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality job done on their countertops!!!
