One of the best Fabrication Companies in Northern California. I use them exclusively for all our clients because they care about quality, they are reliable which is critical to client relations, and they back up everything they do. For the past 15 years I’ve interacted with them weekly. Not a better group of professionals I can think of.

Yesterday I was on the freeway and one of their drivers almost ran me off the road. They tailed me so badly even though I was going 80 and driving with the flow of traffic. There was no where for him to go because there was no space in front of me, but their driver clearly didn't care. I truly thought he would rear-end me! It amazes me when people think that tailing is going to get them to their destination any faster. California drivers are the absolute worst. I ended up getting off on Grantline in Elk Grove, and I watched this driver immediately start tailing other people as he attempted to weave through cars. Luckily I got the name of this business which was printed on the side of his little white van. Maybe this review will teach you to not drive like a loser ... especially when you're in a work vehicle.

Countertop Designs did Corian kitchen and bathroom countertops, as well as shower and bath enclosures for our new house. It was a fairly substantial job. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. The end product was very nice. All for a reasonable, competitive price. You can't really ask for anymore than that. I'd go back to them anytime. Two thumbs up.

I would not use them. Bought 2 slabs for a small kitchen job and they said there was no remnants left. The installers are hacks don't think they even know how to read a tape measure. Tried to hide a 5 inch crack from us. They lifted and fit pieces so many times I thought they would surely crack it. They nearly drilled the faucet hole in the wrong spot I had to lay it out for them before they drilled into the top of my sink. No Remnants.........lol

I can't tell you enough about how professional and skilled and pleased we are with the employees and our counters from Countertop Designs! First of all Matt and Nelson were early to the job, I told them that's never happened before for us! Their work ethic and pride on the job was amazing! We were taken advantage of by a company that remodeled our kitchen three years prior and did a horrible job and then filed bankruptcy, so when you have people show up early, work all day, clean up beautifully and make us the homeowners so happy, this is the place you want to give your business to! We can not recommend Countertop Designs enough, and if you get to have Matt and Nelson to your work, that's a gift in itself! THANK YOU! We Love Our Countertops!

So thrilled with my new counters! The service was really wonderful. At the showroom, Casey showed us lots of options and even a few full slabs that they had on hand. During templating, Pete was very knowledgeable and explained each step. He recommended we do a window sill and that ended up being one of my favorite features! The fabrication was super fast -- it was installed after only 10 days! Our installers, Jacob and Bobby, did a fantastic job. Our seam in the corner is unbelievably smooth -- you cannot even tell it's there. They were meticulous in their cleanup any made sure that the final product was pristine. I could not be happier with my new counters and highly recommend Countertop Designs. The bonus on top of this great service was the price. They were the lowest of the 5 companies I got quotes from.

I would very highly recommend Countertop Designs. They did a great job on our kitchen counters 2 years ago when a friend recommended them. Now we're remodeling our bathroom without hiring a contractor. Everyone at Countertop Designs, from sales staff, to measurers, to installers, has been wonderful in helping us to correct problems after us having dealt with an absolutely terrible plumber and wood worker having everything out of level and screwed up, among many things. We are extremely happy and recommend Countertop Designs!

I used Countertop Designs for a master bath remodel in 2016 and a kitchen remodel in 2018. Both times it was a great experience from start to finish !! Casey in the showroom was great in her product knowledge, design sense and customer support. She never failed to get back to me promptly with whatever question I had and she was always super helpful. Pete did a precise and accurate job with the template and was very conscientious. The installers were first rate. I highly recommend Countertop Designs.

Totally happy with the entire experience. We were redoing our kitchen and wanted quartz counters. Angela in the showroom was very helpful and patient, even when I changed my mind on the pattern multiple times. I must have gone into the showroom to look at samples at least 5 times. We ended up going with Wellington by Cambria and are absolutely thrilled with the results. We were installing a 14 foot long island and Jordan wrote the bid using 2 slabs instead of 3 to help us keep the costs down. (You purchase the quartz by the slab). He did tell us that would mean an extra seam, so it was up to us if we wanted to use a third slab. We decided to put our trust in them and are so glad we did. It saved us $1500. Our installation was done by Tony and Mike. They arrived right on time and were absolutely meticulous in every aspect. They really took their time and the extra seam is virtually unnoticeable. They also left the area completely clean. We have also purchased a remnant piece from them for our home bar, they have a huge selection of all sorts of material. So if you are looking for something for a smaller project go check it out. Overall, cannot recommend them enough. We will be using them for any and all future projects.

Wow! What can I say except that this company blows me away. From my first contact with them, they were amazing. Angela was a great Coordinator and answered all of my questions. The estimates were spot on. Helped me with purchasing the granite I wanted, templates the countertops and helped with layout and then sent a great team of installers to finish the job ahead of schedule. Nelson, Tommy and Daniel were meticulous, cordial and did an amazing g job installing the counters. They know their job and their workmanship was outstanding. I can recommend these guys without hesitation. Best experience ever with a countertop company! I would use them again.

My experience with Countertop Design was excellent. Starting with Jordan, Patty, and all the installers. From the tear out team and the installers. Louise, Daniel, Nelson and the others that helped. Couldn't fine a better crew. Work was excellent. And a special thank you to Daniel who went out of his way to level my dishwasher. Great team. Very pleased.

I have nothing about great things to say about these guys. They're competitive, great selection, quick install, excellent customer service and fantastic finished product. We had them install quartz in our new kitchen, it looks amazing. And every person that has come to our house (to template and install) have been excellent. Down to offering to bring up packages for me because I'm 9 months pregnant and we have a lot of stairs. And the girls in the office are great too! I highly recommend!!!!

I highly recommend these guys. I had a terrible experience with one of those Chinese granite outlet shops. This is like a 180 degree difference! I walked in just to get a feel for the place and Jordan came and helped me out immediately. He walked me through the yard to pick out a piece and priced it right there. I had already torn out the tile countertop in my master bathroom, so that wasn't an issue. The customer service is spectacular. They call when they say they will. They show up when they say the will. They call to confirm. The installers did a great job - they were on time and fast. When I get around to doing my kitchen counters I will definitely be coming back!

Our experience with Countertop Designs was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way! Jordan helped us in the showroom and spent lots of time showing us various options for our bathroom remodel. The process was easy and our slab was ready faster than I had imagined was possible! The installers were friendly and professional, and the result is a simply perfect quartz countertop. I would NOT go anywhere else - call these guys first!

I can't say enough good things about this company and all of their employees. They are simply top notch, from top to bottom. When I remodeled my kitchen six years ago, my contractor used them to install my granite countertops and I was very pleased with the results. So when I decided to remodel my guest bath on my own, I naturally thought of them first to install my new quartz countertop for the new vanity. I stopped by their facility unannounced and met with Jordan, who went over my rough measurements and explained everything to me. Because my project was small, he suggested that I look at their remnants in order to save money. They have a very large selection of remnants to choose from. The price quote he gave me, installed and out the door, beat the nearest discount competitor by $200. The hardest part was making up my mind choosing which quartz color to go with. They were very pleasant and patient while I decided and let me take home several samples. When I finally chose the one I wanted, they immediately scheduled me to have someone come out and take the precise measurements and create the template with installation just four days after that. Both the template maker named Pete and the two installers (unfortunately I do not remember their names) were very cheerful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. And they all did an excellent job. I only wish all companies were like this.

We had an excellent experience with Countertop Designs. We were looking for a top for our entertainment center. We brought our digital camera with pictures of the colors of what we wanted to match. Jordan, who greeted us, found out our needs and immediately found a remnant piece of granite that had the perfect colors we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was very nice. Instead of looking further as we had planned to, we decided we had found what we wanted. He told us our options and we placed the order. A few days later, Nick and Brian arrived at the designated time to deliver the granite. They carefully placed it where we wanted it, measured it and it took very little time. We are very pleased with the service and product from Countertop Designs.

Absolutely horrible quality and customer service. They couldn't even fabricate a simple vanity top when provided dimensions along with all of the fixtures to be used with the top. In the end they backed out of their contract and did nothing to make me whole for the time and energy that I ended up having to waste due to their incompetence. Patty was very unprofessional, I would avoid this company at all costs.

They will absolutely not stand behind their product and correct issues with the installation. This is my 2016 experience . 1) Countertop Design workers scheduled to come to the house at 9:00 A.M. to template/measure the counter area . They arrived between 11 AM and 12PM. . 2) Four days later they were scheduled to install the counters between 9-10 AM. No one arrived. Called Countertop Design at 11AM to inquire. The scheduled worker called us and said he would arrive by 2 PM. By 3:00, no one arrived. I called again and asked to speak to the owner. The owner said something like it's unusual to have such a short time between the workers taking measurements and the counter install. I told her I took the dates the office employees gave me and did not ask for a specific date. She did not continue with that line of excuses. That's a long day for the installers and I want my counters done by someone who is not very tired. The owner said no problem, the installers are used to long days Reluctantly I said ok. By 4:30 no one arrived. I called the owner and said it is not reasonable to expect me to have counters installed beginning at 5:00 PM or possibly later. Reluctantly the owner said she would reschedule the workers for the next day, Saturday. The install took 5 hours. The installers were very efficient, and did a very nice job with the countertops and the sink cutout undermounting. 3) Two weeks after the install, I noticed 1/4-1/2 inch light gray spots randomly over the white counters and backsplash. . I stopped payment on the second 1/2 of the payment, wrote them an email with attached pictures showing the discoloration. One of their office employees came out to inspect the spots, and agreed the discoloration was below the surface and a flaw in the material. 4) Several days later the office employee who came to my house sent me a photo of a shelf made of the same material in the company office with the same discoloring " I guess that is just the look of the material." I said if that was the look of the material, should not the 2 samples that I was given have the spots so I knew the real look of the material when I selected it? 5) A Countertop Design employee contacted the manufacturing company sales rep for the countertop material I purchased. The sales rep contacted me and said they would replace the countertops and request 3-4 pictures of the discolorations. 6) I heard nothing from Countertop Designs for about 3 weeks, contacted the sales rep for the countertop material who stated that the material was delivered to Countertop Designs 7 days ago. I received no contact from Countertop Design. I emailed them asking to schedule the countertop reinstall. No response for two days. 7) The next day I received a proposed date for the reinstall with a few questions/ comments. One comment/question was: "Do your countertop backsplashes have any of the discolorations? The reason I ask is because the 1 sheet of material the sales rep delivered is not large enough to remake the countertop and backsplashes. So we need to re-use the existing backsplashes." rather than Countertop Designs asking for the amount needed to replace all the countertops, they are going to do part of the job and leave the discolored backsplash material in place. I told Countertop Designs that was not acceptable. 8) When I made it clear that a partial replacement was insufficient, the Countertop Design employee said they wanted to send out their repair person to see if the spots buffed out. Of course it did not. 9) Countertop Designs employee called and began the conversation by saying "did you get a special deal on the countertop material"? No I said, why do you ask? He said, I am just now looking at the paperwork and this job is really underbid. (this is the same person who came out to my house initially to look at the discoloration.....with the invoice for the job IN HIS HAND!!) He then said I think I must have caught sales person XXX in doing something wrong in this bid. We are going to have to make a business decision on this he said, because this job is "underwater". Is that what your Company stands for I asked? The employee said I will talk to my boss and call back. 10) When he called back I said you do not stand behind your sales and work, you are very willing to throw your sales people under the bus as an excuse for why you should not replace defective material. Just refund the 1/2 of the total cost I paid and we will end this. Countertop Designs would not do that- as their sales person wrote " that is not how the world works". A lecture from a 20 something!! Wow! 11) On YELP and Angie's list, they good reviews. It appears that those were reviews for installs with no issues. However the critical reviews are instances in which there WAS an issue. As one such reviewer stated 'they basically told me to go and pound sand.' yup! me too!

First off, let me say my new kitchen counter tops look beautiful and appear professionally installed. But beauty is sometimes only skin deep. You see, there were problems with the installation. In mid July, We signed a contract with Lowes to have the counters installed. A few days later a crew from Countertop Designs had arrived to demo the old tile and template the outline of the new tops. But they did not have a working glue gun to make the templates so they ended up using mine. A little over a week later, they came back with the finished slabs, installing the sink portion first. Then it was time for the bar topper. Whoops ! It had not been cut correctly. The installers knew of this before hand and tried to do the cut before delivery, only someone had misplaced the template for that piece. That necessitated doing another template and cut it in the field (my back yard). Ok, all is well now. Well, not really. You see, I had opted to use my own sink (a gorgeous brand new Elkay stainless steel drop in unit that I had bought at a garage sale for a ridiculously low price, it was in perfect new condition) so the installers had to take the sink along with the templates back to the fab to precisely cut the hole for it. Keep in mind, the sink was new and in its original shipping box. So, once the slabs were installed, it was time to put the sink in. Whoops ! It doesn't fit. The hole is too small. You'd think they check these things before delivery to the customer premises. Well, that little problem can be dealt with in the field too. They cut then tested for fit. Then they cut and tested for fit. Then they cut and tested for fit. Finally, it fits ! There's dust everywhere but it fits. The installers cleaned it up as best they could, had me signoff on the job and left. As I was doing additional cleaning, that's when I noticed it. A dent in my new sink ! Whenever I rent a car, I don't just point out dents and such to the rental agent, I also takes date stamped pictures of the damages to avoid unpleasantness upon the car's return. Conversely, whenever I send off something for a repair or whatnot, I take date stamped pics of the item. The same can be said of my sink and the pictures taken a day before the install crew took it away show a new pristine Elkay sink devoid of any dents or damage. In addition to "before" pics, I took "after" pics. The after pics clearly show the dented area. I took these pics to the CSR at Lowes who stated that Countertop Designs was clearly responsible for the damage and that a replacement sink or repair was indicated. I was subsequently contacted by Countertop Designs as to the best way to remedy the problem. I suggested a professional dent remover guy who had done work for me on my cars. Fine. Could you please send us the pictures while you get an estimate for the sink repair. I got the estimate and sent it off to Countertop Designs. Here is their response: "Hello Mr. xxxxxxx, I'm writing to you today regarding the dent in your kitchen sink. I met with xxxx and xxxx the installers who installed your kitchen counter tops and they said they did not put the dent in your sink. As a matter of fact they were adamant that they take great care with every sink they transport from the job-site to our facility. In our conversation the other day you told me you purchased the sink from a yard sale for $20.00. I'm thinking that the reason the sink was so cheap was because it had the dent in it and you probably just didn't notice it until it was installed and cleaned up. We purchase numerous sinks from different vendors and they often come to us with little dents like you have in yours. We recieve so many dented sinks that we ask our receiving department to look closely at every sink we purchase as sometimes the dents are not apparent until they are cleaned and installed. I'm very sorry but I feel that Countertop Designs can't be held responsible for a dent in a sink that you admit was purchased for $20.00 at a yard or garage sale. I have contacted xxxxx at Lowe's and explained my position on this matter. Regards, xxxxx xxxxxxx Countertop Designs, Inc." This is interesting when one considers the before pictures clearly show there were no dents in my sink and the after pictures do. Yet they seem to believe that the dents must have been there because the sink was a bargain and imply there's no possible way to get a new undamaged item at a garage sale. Wow. So here I am with a dented sink and a mangled sink hole in my new counter top. At least the sink covers the ugly cutting job. It appears that I am not going to get relief on this matter as Countertop Designs has basically told me to pound sand and Lowe's has washed their hands of it. I am not happy. Oh, one more thing: The installers said they would come back to secure my dishwasher from falling over but that never happened. I ended up doing it myself. Caveat Emptor
