Really great experience at this store. I worked with Bron who is very knowledgable and was amazing at helping me select the right flooring (LVP and carpeting) for our main level remodel project. He listened carefully to my needs and ideas, explained the different options, and patiently answered all my questions. Thousands of dollars in cabinets, tiles and flooring. I now own a house full of wood flooring that was finished improperly and now the manufacturer will not do anything about it because I didn't lay out 3100 sq. ft. of manufactured wood floors and know there was a problem with the finish. Seriously CFM, you can't do anything about this? Or should I say why won't you?

They have a wide variety of every type of flooring, countertops, tile, and cabinets. The Clackamas staff is friendly and welcoming. Not only did I receive reliable answers, when I asked for ideas, options and other resources it was apparent that I was working with experts with a wide network of information. My experience with CFM was extremely good for many reasons. We bought a ton of LVP, and also carpet here. We went there a couple of times to scope it out, and by the second time, we already had a salesperson "Angel" who remembered us. Per our request, Angel helped steer us in the right direction to help us decide on the right color/pattern to match our wood ceiling and she even kept a running file in the computer keeping track of which samples we liked, disliked, etc.. She let us come in numerous times and switch out samples with no hassle. Angel gave us premium service and it made everything easier. Joe (one of the upper managers) was also EXTREMELY kind and helpful. Joe made sure to give us a complete refund when a small part of it needed to be returned. I really can't say enough good things about this place!! Our general Flooring contractor Dave Cecil recommended CFM, and the store immediately recognized his name. Dave took care of ALL of our flooring needs from beginning to end, even through all the "bumps" in the road that naturally come up with "flooring" an entire house! Both CFM and Dave Cecil stuck it out to the end to make sure we were happy, Thank you CFM of Vancouver!

At Contract Furnishing Mart, you get full service whether your project is large or small. I was looking to buy 2 square feet of tile to match the tile I had purchased at CFM three years ago. For some reason, the information for my previous purchase couldn't be found in the computer system. However, based off a small sample I had brought in to match, associate Doug McCallum helped me scour the multiple tile samples until we found the match. I felt my small purchase was just as important as if I was looking to buy thousands of dollars worth of material. Contract Furnishing Mart is professional all the way around.

I've read some of the reviews here that complain about customer service, but I've had the opposite experience. Jamie H is my go-to lady - she is the best. Everyone at the store is helpful though. I do agree it gets busy, so sometimes you have to wait for help, but they have tons of staff there so I think that's just the name of the game at times, I've never felt ignored. Selection is great, and they are good at communicating order times, delays, etc. Always been happy working CFM as an interior design assistant and now as a small business owner.

I've referred people to CFM before and they've always been great to work with but recently I fixed up a couple of properties for sale and I couldn't have gotten the job done without Carol at CFM. Her deep knowledge of the products they carry at CFM was invaluable. She gave me great advice and helped me choose the right materials at the best price. I appreciate the staff at CFM and everything they've done to make my project a success. I have happily done business with CFM for many years, but it was during our most recent transaction that I REALLY came to appreciate how wonderful they are! When there was a problem with the manufacturing of some carpet I had ordered, CFM's staff promptly and completely resolved the issue. They say that the real test of an organization is not how they handle business when things are going well, but how they handle business when problems arise. By that standard, CFM is more than a good business -- they are truly exceptional!

They keep you informed of each step. They are quick to resolve problems if they come up. They have the products that you will need, or they can get it for you. Good selection of product, and people available at the desk to answer questions. The only negative is the time from ordering the product to receiving it. If you shop at Floor and Decor, it's same day or a few days at most. And you see full size pieces at Floor and Decor vs. Little samples at CFM. And they have designers at Floor and Decor that will do a AI generated design using the products you select.

As a general contractor or remodeling contractor this place is a definite invaluable resource for me to be able to send my clients and make selections on hard goods for their house. The staff are excellent their knowledge is bar none and of course warehouse Give give you a hard time anytime you want it. They have a good selection of carpeting tile hardwood floors vinyl floors any kind of granite pretty much anything you need to finish a house with.

Our general contractor sent us here when we were shopping around for counters, tile and the like for our upcoming kitchen renovation. We first showed up on a Saturday, but there wasn't anyone really around to help us (the one lady that seemed to be working was already helping another couple for what seemed like forever). So we did the best we could and picked out what we liked. We apparently didn't read the prices right, because I think we picked out all the most expensive stuff in the store :) We went back a second time; the same thing happened, no one to help, but we sort of knew what we were going for and found it pretty quickly anyway. I had to return a third time to pick out grout, and a nice customer service rep did help me that time. Overall, I like the variety of choices at CFM, but their customer service could be improved upon.

Not a fan! BUYER BEWARE. Don't ever buy here if you want good customer service or to EVEN consider needing to return anything. So upsetting that I got the wrong rail tile and no chance of returning it. Even though it's sold through JeffreyCourt right in CA. Why can't I return a perfectly good and unused box of tiles? Never again. To boot the sales person never called me back. I had to call again to ask if she could possibly make an exception and she was rude and condescending. I'll never give them my business again. Extremely disappointed!

What a waste of time! Very nice showroom...you just can't buy anything. After being referred by our building contractor, I drove 45 minutes to pick out and order some flooring, only to be referred to the manufacturer's website for any questions I had and was told that I'd have to check back on Monday for availability of anything I pick out today. I expected to have someone help me buy some flooring; instead, I felt blown off.

I have been looking here for flooring for a restoration and was referred. I haven't decided on my floor yet and like what they have but felt that many people were sitting at the desks and I was on my own as far as help. Both times, I have had to seek people out for assistance and felt like I got little more than pointing out where products are. Nice products. Customer service can use improvement for me to refer in the future. I will need tile and bathroom products soon too so hope this was not the usual experience.

Another horrible experience with product from CFM. Waited 4-5 weeks for this had to push our customers job back. Open up every tube of caulking to find it's ruined. So they seem to be dropping the ball once again.

Every time I am here, no one asks if I need help even though there are plenty of employees working. I was there on Thursday looking around for a half hour and no one came to ask me if I needed any help. Finally I asked someone for help that I was sitting behind the counter. The lady seemed hesitant and not really wanting to help me even though there was five people sitting behind the counter. While I was looking around at flooring I saw associates go up to other people around me and ask them if they needed help. I think that it's because of my age that they didn't take me seriously and didn't want to help me. After leaving CFM I decided to go check out Cascade flooring. My experience was the complete opposite there. I immediately got assistance and was greeted right when I walked in the door. I would recommend going there instead if you're looking for flooring!
