At first everything was great from quote to picking out materials for the kitchen remodeling. John at the granite shop was awesome. The project manager Vince was great. All work was completed in a timely manner but there was a cabinet door that was scratched that Vince and Josh was aware of. Six months later the damaged door was to be replaced several times and each time was either wrong door or damaged. I reached out to both owners after I received an email that they wanted the final payment. I advised that the damaged door still wasn’t replaced and I didn’t have a final walk through or cleaning. Both owners, which are brothers, one said he would get with the other when I asked for an adjustment due to the time frame and items that were not completed. They kept saying they had to talk to the other instead of just biting the bullet and adjusting the bill. They said Vince wasn’t aware of damaged door which is not true since he was here when I pointed out the damage. In six months the grout was cracking. Job is done but I expected more customer service by the owners. I had a master bathroom that I wanted to have done but certainly they WON’T be doing that job.

Showroom with lots of very nice kitchen and bath countertops, tile, and flooring options. The one on South Florida Rd is not the main design center. But they had many options to get ideas from. I came in to browse. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Make appointment for one on one attention.

We are so happy with our renovation and would not hesitate to recommend Complete Kitchen + Bath. They remodeled the kitchen, laundry room, master bath and another small bathroom. They installed new wood floors in the entire first floor. Thanks to everyone - Jonathan, Doreen, Kristin, and a special thank you to Tommy, who made it all come together- just to name a few, and also everyone else behind the scenes who had a part in the remodel. Every single person who came to our house was professional and worked with integrity to get the job done. Our home feels brand new and we still can’t believe the transformation!

Complete Kitchen and Bath renovated my bathrooms and kitchen and did a superb job! All of the workers were polite and informative as well as clean. CBK did an excellent job for us in updating our kitchen & master bathroom. Jeremy and Doreen were easy to work with and made a number of suggestions and assisted in our choices for flooring, countertops, fixtures, etc. Dustin was assigned as our Project Supervisor and he was awesome! He kept both projects on schedule and kept us informed all along the way. All of the sub contractors they used were very professional and respectful of our property. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of our new Complete Kitchen and Bath kitchen remodel. They are very good to deal with, keep their promises and provide an excellent overall experience.

See my experience with this company on their Facebook page, and their very disappointing post-sale behavior. The photo shows an incomplete disposal installation, which accumulated water and mildew over the last several months. I reported it to Kevin Streets but he chose not to respond ( the same way he handled my calls during the project).

The business practices I experienced while dealing with Complete Kitchen and Bath were disappointing, to say the least. The initial sales consultation was great, the salesman(who no longer works there) was personable and informative and gave us bid proposal. A few days later we went in to sign the contract and the bid proposal had jumped more than $600. That was a red flag, but the salesman told me that he had bumped the countertops from a "group 2" up to a "group 4" price so we wouldn't receive sticker shock when we made our selection, but assured us that if we selected a group 2 countertop, that they would adjust the price back down to the original proposal price. Well, you guessed it, we chose a group 2 countertop and they tried to charge us even MORE than the contract price we agreed to. One of the owners DID agree to take back the excess tile that was not used on the job and give us credit for it, but would not stand behind his employees word, and credit us the $600 we requested. By the way, I sent him a copy of the original bid proposal showing the price difference, and he only offered me a slight credit for the group 2 selection we made. Other problems we experienced were, but not limited to, a severe lack of project management, sub-standard work from sub-contractors(see pictures), and they changed the geometry of the shower entrance without asking us if that was okay. In short, I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps you make an informed decision about who you'll hire to remodel your kitchen or bath. (Photos show: vanity doors hit the door frame and won't open fully, wavy drywall that was NOT like that before, and wavy, recessed unprofessional looking accent tile.)

Communication about project and honoring schedule plagued our 10-month long project from day 1. Because we loved our kitchen - ultimately - we didn't complain afterwards but the same problems still exist. We discovered our brand new disposal was leaking (check out the picture) and I reported it 5 days ago to operational manager/ owner Kevin Streets. No response. when our plumber came out he found that the disposal was not securely tightened and had probably been leaking since install. in addition, two electrical boxes were never mounted on the wall so they were sitting in water. Had Kevin responded this could all have been dealt with and no review written, but he chose not to.

Complete Kitchen & bath remolded my kitchen. Jonathan is awesome!. Our consultation provided a precise design & master plan for the project. Jonathan is true a gentleman & a man of his word. Justin Rogers, project manager, coordinated with me, a precise plan. My favorite part of the project was the custom design crown light rail mouldings. They are the finishing touches that complete the kitchen! Chris, Master Painter assigned to the project has this amazing talent, that results confirm. I'm thrilled to have had such amazing talent transforming my kitchen exactly the way I envisioned. The care of my home during the project was noticed & appreciated. This wonderful team made my work on the project fun & seamless. Excited about my upcoming bathroom project.

Absolutely do not recommend. They have not honored their warranty or communicated with us. We’ve been calling and corresponding via email for months on our issue with hinges they keep promising to remedy, with no real solution. The receptionist told us they do not carry our hinges any longer because they kept breaking. They’re very cheap quality. She said she would have owners contact us weeks ago. They never did. We called again and she said they were out sick with a stomach bug and would leave them a note to call us. Never did. Called again after about 2/3 weeks and she said “oh I was under the impression they called you already. I’ll leave them a note to call you” this was about a week and a half ago and still NOTHING. We have two cabinet doors now completely fallen off. And two more hanging due to these cheap hinges. We have tried to find them locally to replace ourselves and no one carries them. Another kitchen supplier told us they’re from China and we’d have to order them in a 1000 quantity to get them. We paid THOUSANDS for our cabinets. We should NOT be treated this way. This situation needs to be fixed ASAP. They’ve been breaking since installed and already replaced twice within the first year!!! We did not pay the amount we did for junk! If you want quality cabinets- this is not the place to go!

We used CKB to install new countertops in our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the result! Customer service was phenomenal, John was very upfront and professional and didn't try to pressure us into anything. He listened to our vision and when we arrived to pick out our slab he guided us straight to the color scheme we were going for. We picked a gorgeous dolomite slab and were informed how to properly care for it and it was installed within a week for a very affordale price.Our kitchen looks gorgeous and we plan to return for flooring.

Complete Kitchen and Bath has done it again! We recently sought out the expertise of CKB again when remodeling our guest bathroom. We have previously used their services for our kitchen remodel. There are too many reasons to mention of why we choose CKB. The selection they offer is vast and high quality. The employees are knowledgable and seem to have an uncanny ability to point you in the right direction for finding your “perfect” selection. I cannot say enough about Johnny G. at the granite yard. He was extremely patient and willing to help us find exactly what we needed for the look we desired. You can count on my family and our friends to seek out CKB when they have any remodeling needs. The "designer" was very rude, and talked down to me. Made me feel like I didn't have the means to be shopping at the showroom.
