Helpful, knowledgeable people, stocking many counter top materials and will custom order from any of the manufacturers. Then they will cut to your exact specifications. I ordered and installed my own - but I was totally satisfied with the cutting and finishing they did to make my job easy. If you transport it yourself, be ready to secure it. See photo

I had worked with them on and off for the past 20+ years. They used to be a great company, but not anymore since they moved location; a change in management perhaps? Check out their reviews on yelp too before you do business with them, they’re afraid to claim the business on yelp because they won’t take responsibility for their wrongdoings. They made a mistake fabricating and installing a kitchen countertop and full size backsplash, and they won’t admit to their wrongdoing and correct it according to the plans as it was discussed. Do NOT PAY them in full. Unfortunately I had paid them in full before they installed so I’ll have to take them to court- they have left me no choice.

Excellent Service! I went through Costco for the Cambria Quartz and was very pleased with the service CCT provided. Our kitchen project turned out so beautiful! Nice work done by the installers and fabricators. But the best part of my experience with CCT was my rep Kevin Hatckett. Such a personal, caring and SUPER responsive rep! He always followed up on my numerous emails, texts and voice messages - and quickly too. He went out of his way to help us with a dishwasher issue. There was also an issue with the countertop which he immediately, and professionally, took care of without hesitation. I highly recommend CCT and KEVIN as your rep for any service they offer.

I'm sad to see all of the low reviews for CCT. My experience with Colorado Counter Tops was wonderful, from start to finish! CJ was the person who helped me along the whole process, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was referred to CCT by someone who used to work there, and what better recommendation than by someone who no longer works there?! I'm so glad I reached out to CCT for my counter tops. I was able to find a beautiful quartz remnant that worked for my kitchen space. The whole process was smooth and I did not feel pressured. The actual install was done in under an hour and a half and the end result is gorgeous! I highly recommend CCT to anyone needing counter tops!

This is a review for work that was done a couple years ago. I decided to remodel my kitchen and bathroom and contacted Colorado Countertops since they have been a locally owned family business for several years. Throughout every step of the process, they were professional, on time, and up front. I chose a very delicate piece and they warned me that it was very fragile and could easily break... well, It did! Within 5 min, I received a call from one of the owners who explained the situation, gave me the options. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of the process with CCT as I can honestly say that they are extremely knowledgeable and customer service was their main focus! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I bought a granite countertop through them. The slab came from Arizona Tile, and they are awesome too! I asked that the fabricator place a vein in a certain spot of the counter, and thats where it was! They were even able to use just one slab on my project. There was some break down of communication at one point, however the end product is perfect and I couldnt ask for anything better.

We went in and found a quartz we loved. We ordered it along with a black quartz sink. They arrived with the counters on the date with in the time frame given, but there was a slight communication error on the sink. They installed what they could on the island and they are beautiful. They came back up a few weeks later and installed the sink and the rest of the counters. They are so beautiful. The slight delay in the installation of the sink did not really make a difference, because we are still not at the house full time. They made it right. Using them for our master bath install. Everyone was professional and courteous.

This funky place has been a fixture for a long time. They've updated the showroom over the years, and now offer hard surface tops. But it's the best place for your basic laminate top. Bring in sketches with the dimensions, know which edges are finished, what edging you like, they knock it out at quicker and cheaper than any Home Depot. Can't speak to the install department, we do all our own installs, but have never heard a bad comment. Really, there is no where else to go for laminate tops. The staff is great, they can walk you through the options. If you're concerned about atmosphere and having to wait for a salesperson for an appointment, you should go somewhere else where you want to pay for "The Middle Man." If you want a great deal and quick turnaround you should go to Colorado Countertops. In 15 years, can't recall a problem.

We were referred here by another company, I had done some searches online but never came across these guys without typing in their official name. I was a little hesitant, but they came highly recomended since we wanted a bull nose edge coutnertop installed, and the company I was working with could not offer this on formica laminate counters. I called and the staff was pleasant, she even made a few calls to be sure out countertop selection was in stock. We had gotten several other quotes from other major home improvement stores and were told that they would need the cabinets installed before they could send for a measurement, which meant no sink for us (we moved the plumbing) and then it would take about 3 to 4 weeks for the actual installation! That was pretty horrifying, however, at Colorado Counter Tops, they said they could get a measurement done in a day or two and the install within a week!!! We were impressed. The measurement guy was super professional and courteous. Although we didnt hear from our sales rep about the cost for a couple of days, and she wasnt so good at returning my calls right away, we did eventually get a call back. She was still friendly but at the same time, she was just a little flakey with calls and emails, nothing over 2 days, so that was good. Once she called back with the quote, it was about six hundred dollars below what other home improvement stores had quoted. Eventually, we figured out there was some miscommunications on the edging and type, which came in at about a hunderd bucks more, but still, we saved a LOT with this company, not only money, but also time. Their installers showed up on time and were clean and professional, they even moved our stove and fridge back into place and they didnt have to do that. We were VERY impressed with the crew, cost, quality, and professionalism. If the sales rep had been a little more responsive, this would have ben a 5 star review. Needless to stay, we woudl definately recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

This company was contracted through Lowes. We were contacted by Kevin the day before the install and he said the tech would be at our house at 11:00. Nope! So by 11:30 I called Kevin and he said his tech got out of the shop late and he wouldn't be to my home until 2:30. He said his tech was in Wyoming and would call when he was on his way. I told him that this was unacceptable and unprofessional. Out kitchen was completely taken apart and not usable. I called Lowes to file a complaint and they said they would talk to the main office for CCT. I still have yet to hear from them or seen the tech. Do not go through Lowes for this as it appears as if they do not care. In addition do not ever use this company for your counter top needs.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Repeated mistakes from mismeasurement to installation. Often late when scheduled, and frequently did not show when scheduled, necessitating our contractor to stay much later to accommodate. Measured incorrectly requiring a second slab to be ordered, cut and installed 6 weeks later! Forgot to brace island slab. Broke granite during installation. Operated like a Mickey Mouse operation and would not work with us on final bill. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone!

I'm with the majority on this one. My designer had me work with this company. Only after I had my order placed, did I look at their reviews. Taking my designer's word was a mistake on my part which I will never do again ... . Yes, I was another one who was not consulted about my installation date. I found out the evening before when the installers called telling me they were going to show up the next day. Who schedules installations without consulting the customer??? Apparently CO Counter Tops does. I had to contact them to let them know they did not bill be for the second half of my bill. At which point it was an emergency to get paid. Oh, and by the way, the sales people are adamant about not taking credit cards over the phone... that is until you talk to their accounting department who are willing to let you do just that. There's more to my saga but I don't have enough space to fill it all in. Definitely staying away from them FOREVER!

So far it has been a very bad experience. I bought counter tops through Lowe's who contracts with CO Counter tops. It started with them giving me the wrong date for them to come out and measure. I made arrangements for someone to be at my house and they never showed. No apologies. So when I scheduled my installation I made SURE I had the date right. They were supposed to call the day before and give me a time. They never called. Today is the day of installation and they are not answering their phones. I dont even know if they are going to show up. Extremely disappointed. Update - they did show up to install and based on their own measurements, they cut one of my counter tops too short. Now they are going to have to come out again and install the correct piece. I am having to make arrangements for the 4th time to have someone at my house for them. They dont really seem to care about the inconvenience they are causing their customers. I would have never hired them on my own. Thanks Lowe's!

Definitely choose another company to do your work. Or better yet, watch a 20minute youtube video and I'm sure you'd be as qualified as these people at installing the counter top. About the only thing they did with some level of competency, was cut the granite counter top we purchased through them. Even this was a fairly simple job which required a rectangle counter top and two rectangle bathroom counters. They used a laser measuring device to get "accurate" measurements, but somehow the slab was crooked against the wall (or the wall was crooked, most likely), did not match up in its depth from the wall the edge of our existing counter (which was the larger issue). Then to "fix" the inaccurate cutting of the slab and measuring process. They proceeded to cut away my wall in order to jam the slab deeper in the wall to account for the 1/8" off set. The edge that matched up to the existing counter top was supposed to be unpolished flat edge. At least that is how the measuring guy and I decided it should be, somehow he noted on the specs to have it polished, so the gap is larger than we would've liked, but tolerable. In a way the entire job was "tolerable", but just barely. we have made peace with it and have moved on, but are saddened at the result of our kitchen extension we dreamed about for our kitchen when we had our home built. Still no contact on how the install, the fix have gone. It was a very disappointing process in all, and have left us just bewildered, how a company can operate like this and still continue to do business. To highlight some of the other reviews regarding customer service and in general the overall installation was D grade at best. Disappointed! Good luck if you decide to choose these fabricators for installation.

Well we went back to get a price for our baths and they have increased their prices considerably. I guess new digs mean higher prices. Don't waste time going east to their new locations. We shopped around a ton and they are actually higher than maybe places we went to along I70 on our way home. Such a bummer.

I am happy with the counter tops. However, and this is a big however, the installation process was handled so poorly, that I will never recommend this company. First, they could not guarantee an installation date until the day before. And because I needed a plumber to remove sinks, this proved to be extremely inconvenient. Also this was very inconsiderate regarding my own work schedule. Their installers were 6 hours late and they damaged the drywall in three areas. No one from the company contacted me after the installation to ask how it went, which tells me their customer service management is generally flawed.

WOW.... The customer service was AWFUL. I am an interior designer and I contacted this company to build me a few table tops for a job. I spoke with Beth and asked for a quote. When I specified what I wanted she first told me it would be expensive.... ok - can I still get a quote? No. I waited two weeks and followed up with her 3 times to ask if my quote was prepared. She finally responded back to me with this short email "We don't have time for this." WOW! Ok. I could have potentially brought you a lot of business. Not anymore.

DO NOT take Granite from them otherwise you will be making a biggest mistake and found no one to help because they will refuse to even look at it.They installed poor quality granite in my house and when I complaint below is the response I got. "Hello all, Just got out of a meeting with my manager regarding the stains on your granite tops and we can go out there but will be chargeable. I gave you the steps to remove the stains just like I've been doing with most h/o regarding this same issue but seems like it's not working for you. When you fist walk in the home with your super intend ant you saw the home including the countertops and they were in different conditions (not stained), if they stained after is due to the fact that you did not maintain it correctly and unfortunately it's not under warranty. Granite tops clean out by themselves but needs time and effort to remove the stain by following the steps I provided to you. You are more that welcome to contact our Manager with concerns, due to I have no other options for you. ...., please, when you have a service call similar to this ones will be the same answer. Give them the directions I gave you or if you prefer to send them to us doesn't matter but will be no different."

There's much, much better outfits out there. They were friendly and courteous both at the showroom and installing at my house. But the craftsmanship was poor. There's two large gaps at the back of my counter now (one is 5/16" and one is 3/16") and we must switch our plans for our kitchen. They admitted the mistakes and offered to "fix" it so they came back out to our house. And they did offer a solution but it was far from what we had planned. We had decided to spend the money to pay professionals to do it right (I have installed countertops twice before; it IS difficult) but I'm not convinced Colorado Counter Tops can be trusted for that. I wish I had done it myself. As an amateur, I know I'd have done better.

Apparently a national chain contracts locally with this company to cut and install countertops. Big mistake. The office has no idea what they are doing. I scheduled my measurement with a woman there, told her I needed to have a certain installation date 6 weeks out and had everything set. The day of my scheduled measurement Ed calls me to set up my measurement. Um, your person is supposed to be here at 1; Ed had NO idea what I was talking about. I then asked him about the discussion I had with the woman on the date I needed the installation. I repeated the date 4 times during our conversation. He had no idea what I was talking about and said he would call me back. Thankfully, the measurement guy showed up and was wonderful. He also had a big note, in bold black marker, on my paperwork about my requested installation date. Ed, not great or even good. Not even meh. He called me back to schedule another measurement and told me the date I wanted was not available because it did not give them time to do my order. He never listened to the month, just the date. I went to the home chain to place my order and discuss my concerns. I also found out Colorado Countertops had actually placed my order incorrectly. I was assured the owner would be contacted and my installation date was confirmed for the date I needed. Neither was done (that is an issue with the store). Imagine my surprise when I get a call from my buddy, Ed, to schedule my installation and he rattled off a bunch of dates that were nowhere close to what I requested. When I said I have been very clear about the date I needed he said he had no record of that and nobody had told him anything about my request. When I said to him I personally told him the date multiple times 8 days ago and he never listened to what I said, that I personally saw the date written, in bold, on the installation paperwork during my measurement AND had talked to someone else at his company about it he was adamant nobody told him. I canceled my order. If a company cannot get a basic order correct, make note of appointments and note a preferred installation date that is 6 weeks out, I have no confidence the actual work will be done correctly or that they will show up to do the installation. I have been working on getting this just right, including timing, since late Feb. Now, starting at square one and have to reschedule my work travel and my handyman's schedule again simply because Co Countertops cannot listen to simple requests and instructions.
