Our quartz countertops were installed by Coastal Countertops. 6 weeks after they were installed, a crack appeared at one of the corners. I expected this to be covered by a warranty and that we would get a new piece of stone cut to replace the damaged stone. The folks at Coastal Countertops accused us of standing on the counter or some other inappropriate use and refused to provide us with a warranty. They did come to our home to attempt a repair, but now the repair looks worse than the crack. We spent a lot of money on these countertops and I expected more from Coastal Countertops to help us. I will not recommend them if this is how they stand by their products.

5 Stars isn't enough! Our contractor left us in a jam and Coastal stepped in and stepped up in a big way. I contacted Kimberly on a Friday afternoon and explained our situation. By 8pm Friday evening, she had worked to send me over options and rough estimates to get us started. We gave the ok for our selections over the weekend and they had us on schedule for templating for that following Monday (huge relief for our renovation timeline!). The install crew was amazing and even helped with some minor issues outside of their scope of work as we were out of town. One of the owners, Rob - even got involved to make sure everything went smoothly. Finished product was everything we imagined and we couldn't be more pleased!

Kimberly was very nice, helpful & had good suggestions. Large selection of samples available. We are still waiting for a phone call from the person to measure. He was supposed to call us this past Friday or Monday. Here it is Tuesday evening - still no call. 08/25: Kimberly called us very quickly & came to take measurements the same day. She is a great asset to your company. We signed our Contract today & are looking forward to working with the others in your company. Definitely anxious for our new countertops!
