I posted this review a little over a year ago and I see nothing has changed. I see the company will respond to a high rated positive review but stays away from the negative reviews. I believe that speaks volumes about this company. They have lost their way. ** Previous review. Bought a mattress a little over 6 months ago. They were suppose to give us a little discount as we had a friend who worked for them for many years. Went back to purchase and take home. When we got the paperwork we asked where the discount was at. The sales lady said there isn't any. She didn't know the product very well and allowed a gentleman to help us who also said he'd give us some money off. We had done business with them for over twenty years. We had removed and thrown out our old mattress so we needed it that day. No discount and it was very rude to say one thing and not follow through. Very dissatisfied with them. Not the place it use to be. Should never lie to customers.

Communication is not their strong point. Was never told that a sink was "included" on the price of the countertops. And then was pointed out to me like I'm an idiot that "promo S/S sink" on my estimate was the "free sink." I asked for the sink, so we could use it for another project, as we already purchased back in February a new sink. But they won't give you a free sink. Was told that we could have the leftover quartz cutout from where the sink went. Nope, they never relayed that info and the installer had no idea. Then I was told that no one would ever say that. Their cabinets scratch very easily. Wish I would've went elsewhere.

We were originally going with another company for our new kitchen countertop, but they were totally dropping the ball. Cloud Brothers had so many quartz samples it was hard to decide, but we found just what we wanted. Then we discovered they also carry a terrific array of cabinet hardware. Again, a tough choice, but we found what we wanted. Before, during and even after the sale, Cassie Frasier was a wonderful source of information, and held our hands through every aspect of getting our fantastic countertop installed. I would highly recommend to anyone doing a kitchen or bathroom remodel... Don't waste your time anywhere else -- go to Cloud Brothers first. You'll be glad you did!

Cloud Brothers did my moms bathrooms and it turned out amazing. Cloud Brothers did such an amazing job she asked me to post for her! Dick at Cloud Brothers was great.

Highly Recommend! I got my kitchen cabinets through them and I am IN LOVE! Great Quality cabinets at very affordable prices! Brad was absolutely fantastic! I was really nervous walking into the store to start this process and he made it SO simple and fun! He sat me down and explained everything so I understood what I was purchasing and was confident in my decision. He answered all my dumb questions without hesitation. Seriously... I called A LOT throughout this process. What a trooper! Brad and Cloud Brothers come highly recommended with my family! Thank you again!!

My Stepfather has been flipping homes in the South Bend and Mishawaka area for well over 30 years. He has purchased most of his materials from Cloud Brothers due to the incredible selection of quality building materials and competitive pricing. Our relationship is so strong that I consider Mark family. As I continue in my Stepfather’s shoes I will continue using Cloud Brothers for the same reasons. It’s safe to say we encourage everyone reading this to stop by and see the impressive selection of flooring, windows, cabinets, doors and appliances.

We built a brand new home and ordered cabinets from cloud brothers. They were delivered in March of 2019 and we still are struggling to get our remaining cabinet doors now in January 2020. Customer service and follow up are almost non existent. I was blamed because of a sink I ordered didnt fit correctly but I emailed the sink specs to the salesman before I even ordered it. He also came out to our house and measured himself yet our washer and dryer still didnt fit and had to reorder a cabinet and have our granite counter top recut. The cabinet doors under the sink were also measured incorrectly twice. I was told cloud brothers would be contacting me directly a couple different times and I never heard a word, I had to keep reaching out to my contractor. We also had to return multiple cabinets upon deliver because the quality was poor- they were nicked, scratched or paint was already peeling at mitre joint. If I want to really complain, the salesman actually gave me a sample for a different color than what I thought I ordered so when my cabinets came I wasnt thrilled either but I chose to live with it because of the delays and lack of service. I take responsibility that I could have been way more vocal and complained. But at this point I'm at my breaking point. I dont recommend them for anything now. So disappointed and wasted $15K when I could of got a better product, service and price through a big box store like Lowe's. Also, if your management is going to respond to this message, they dont need to waste their time with the generic message they post on all negative reviews. I can and already have read those and I can email the contact listed.
