The carpet selection is the best around and the installers were truely exceptional. I am 100 % satisfied.

My husband and I had been doing researching on luxury vinyl plank flooring. After visiting 4-5 stores, we finally settled on Cherry City Interiors & Designs because of their large display options and sheer professionalism. Kent was great to work with from the very start. After a miscommunication, he was willing and able to wait at our house for 20 minutes before I was able to arrive for our estimate. He was able to cut us some great deals, so we were able to swing a remodel of our entire upper floor (approximately 1400 sq ft). We went with Valor Oak (luxury vinyl plank) and were very happy with our choice. It is scratch-proof and waterproof. (Perfect for small children and potential pets) The installation crew was quick and efficient. When they came across a few "snags" in the process, they were able to make recommendations and adjust accordingly. The whole project was finished within 3-4 days. Turned out beautifully! We recently used their services to help with a custom home build, needing their help with flooring, paint, cabinets, tile, and countertop selections. Samantha helped us find exactly what we were looking for (despite us not quite knowing what that was) and created a beautiful home for us. At the end of the selections, just when I thought that I was going to have to try and explain the shade of grey paint I had in mind, she stepped away and came back with the wall and trim color in her hand - like a magical mind reader. Brad is amazing. He knew just what we needed when we needed to replace flooring that came with our new home. Can be overwhelming the amount of choices they have. He also wants his customers happy and looks for opportunities to reduce the price you pay. Installers were great as well. Very social with strong communication skills. An all around great experience. Getting a correct estimate and scheduling the appointment was like pulling teeth. They came out to look at my floors twice, and one person didn’t show up. I kept trying to get them to put it on the calendar, and they kept changing their minds and sending me new, higher estimates(three in total!). Capital hardwood LLC, the installers, were wonderful and did an amazing job and I would work with them again in a heartbeat, but dealing with Kent at Cherry City was a nightmare. After all of that, he sent me an incorrect bill (higher, of course), kept telling me he’d send me a corrected bill, but never did. Have mercy!

I recently updated a 1993 built home that we recently purchased. I appreciated the help of Samantha Crabbe, and the nice showroom which allowed me to view and choose various finishes for tile, carpet and counter choices. I would definitely recommend Cherry City Interiors and Design.

We decided it was time to replace our kitchen counter tops. My husband and I visited with Angee at Cherry City Interiors, an appointment was scheduled. Angee arrived on time, she measured my counters and gave recommendations, she was very friendly, helpful and courteous. We decided that we wanted to replace the countertops with Formica or Laminate it is sometimes called. The product was ordered and an appointment was set to install the counter tops. Russ arrived with the formica ready to install. With older homes when a project is started some times it leads to other projects that need to be done before the original project can be done, It was discovered that the previous owners of our home did some coverups to sell the home. Russ went the extra mile to repair the problem and then proceeded to lay the new decking and formica. We recommend Cherry City Interiors very highly, they are very professional and wont leave until the clean up is complete. We absolutely love our new kitchen. Yvonne D
