After shopping around and comparing 5 companies we chose Chattanooga Granite and Marble. Their prices are very competitive. Kelley is experienced in kitchen design and helped us pick the cabinet and granite color as well as the hardware. Our kitchen looks amazing! Daniel did a spectacular job on the installation as well!

Chattanooga Granite & Marble did an amazing job supplying our Quartzite countertops. The installers were very professional & meticulous as they installed them. Mandy Harmon was an expert at helping us figure out how to lay it all out on our cabinets. She went out of her way to make sure we were completely taken care of, even checking on us after the job was complete! Karla and her team are really the best! So caring and attentive the entire way of the process from selecting stone to measuring and install. We knew we were in good hands right away when we stepped into the showroom, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We remodeled our kitchen and hallway bathroom and the final results are stunning. The entire process of working with the staff at Chattanooga Granite was a pleasure. From our first visit to the yard, we were met with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They toured us through the yard, answered all of our questions until we were able to make our selections. The technicians were all highly trained and were able to complete the template measuring through custom fit into our kitchen with impressive thoroughness. The entire process took place much quicker and completed much sooner than we ever thought possible. The outcome was beautiful. We would highly recommend Chattanooga Granite and Marble. They all took wonderful care of us.

We had such a positive experience working with the team at Chattanooga Granite and Marble! They made the ordering process so easy! We replaced our sink, counter tops, and tile backsplash. Chattanooga Granite & Marble was the first place we went to look for granite for my kitchen counters and bar. When we first arrived and being greeted by Brad almost instantly made me decide this is the place I’m going with. Brad offered to help us and show us around because the actual sales person was busy with another customer. He very easily could have told us we had to wait because it’s not his job(which so many people do these days) but he showed us all the different options for granite that’s they had. Once we decided on the Giallo Ornamental style, that’s when Karla came to seal the deal. Karla was amazing to work with. Although she is the owner and of course wants to make a sale, she made us feel she had a genuine concern for what I purchased and and the time frame I was working with. I explained the time crunch I was in due to having to move into my house during a remodel and not wanting to be without my kitchen for too long. She continued to say that they would get the work done as soon as possible for me and that’s exactly what they did. As soon as I told them my cabinets were ready to send Brad out for my measurements. And not long after that I received the call that they were ready to install my counters and bar! Fatima was also great to work with, responding quickly and efficiently to my calls and communicating to me about my appointments. They guys that did my install were quick and efficient. They did an awesome job and I am one happy customer because my kitchen is complete!!! I can’t say whether or not I received the best price because I didn’t shop around, but I work in customer service and that is very important to me. The way we were treated throughout the whole process made every dime I spent well worth it. Thank you Karla and staff for a great experience!

CG&M did a great job from start to finish! Couldnt be happier with the end result and our overall experience. Fatima met me in the yard when i was browsing and answered all the questions i had and ended up finding a piece we really liked. She recommended we put a deposit to hold it and glad we did b/c somebody wanted it soon after we left. We had a hard time choosing a sink bc they had so many great choices but they remained patient with us but made sure we didn’t wait too long to make decision to affect our install date. Brad showed up when scheduled to do the template work - very professional and i could tell immediately he knew what he was doing - very meticulous. The install team showed up exactly on time and the day scheduled and went right to work. Rigo and his team couldn’t have been more courteous or professional. Bc of the great template work the granite fit all surfaces perfectly. The seams are barely noticeable and nothing was damaged in the process. I had just gotten our cabinets painted and was a bit nervous about them getting damaged but they took great care. The caulking and sealing work was super clean and looks great. Our composite sinks look incredible with the granite and again Fatima was there thru the entire process getting us all the different quotes we asked for and answering our unending questions. Also very last minute(the week before our kitchen install) we added some granite to be installed around our gas fireplace. Again they came out to measure to make sure everything would fit and they had it cut and ready to install when they came to do the kitchen. Again everything fit perfectly and it looked great. I would highly recommend CGM and the team there for any granite work u need!

From the second I walked in I was educated on the types of countertops and they took the time to take me out to show me what they had and tell me the prices. Kelley was very helpful even though I was not prepared with my paperwork or anything. We picked what I wanted and had someone out the day after my cabinets were installed to template for the countertops (this man was also wonderful) A week later they were installed. The installation crew was wonderful as well.

Installation was scheduled and was actually moved up a day ahead. Everyone involved from ordering, measuring and installing were very prompt. The installation was flawless. I would not do business with anyone else! This is the second time I have used Chattanooga Granite and Marble for two separate houses. Both times the quality of work I have received has been excellent! They are always pleasant. In fact, they rushed to meet my deadline. They sincerely wanted to make me happy. Service has long been a lost art in our society and when it is discovered in a company, loyalty is the result. I am loyal to Chattanooga Granite and Marble. I am constantly telling others to use them. Another reason, and I might say a very important one, that I use them is the uniqueness of their stone. You might be able to find average stone in the home improvement stores, but you cannot find the beauty and the uniqueness of a stone offered by Chattanooga Granite and Marble. You can bring your own template and lay it on the stone and see what your project will look like! Try to do that at the everyday home stores. One of the projects we used them for was HUGE counter height island that seats seven. After installation I saw that it was perfect and for a perfectionist like me that's saying a lot. I had brought them a sink I had picked up at an auction, and they observed a scratch on it. They called me! I went and looked and decided not to use it. I could not be more pleased and can't begin to form words to express the delight of my experience with Chattanooga Granite and Marble. Chatt.Granite offers gorgeous stone and spectacular customer service. Start with the fact that I live in Douglas County, GA and - having shopped Every Source - I paid two hour travel charge to get my counters from Chattanooga Granite. My TN parents' counters came from Chatt.Granite and they *were* the most beautiful I'd ever seen; it set a standard with which no one else could compare. After exhausting sources from Carrolton to North Georgia, I made the drive to Chatt.Granite&Mable and found something indescribably unique and lovely beyond words. If you're just looking for a work surface, you can go anywhere, but if you want something truly special, there is nowhere to go but Chatt.Granite. While my granite selection was pricey, other stores had less unique stone for as much and more. I consider my counters a bargain in light of the fact that they are unlike any other. Why pay more for less; I paid more and got MORE! Not only does Chatt.Granite have the most amazing stone to be found, they have the best commitment to customer service I've experienced from any business - and I'm afraid I put them a bit to the test. Having found my stone (called Brazil), I had a precise vision of how it would be cut. The manager with whom I worked, Joao (John), spent half a day with my best friend and I examining the three potential slabs and actually using our measurements to draw out the precise cuts on the slab each of the five pieces for my kitchen remodel exactly as I wanted them. He even happily agreed to a diagram I drew up designating the orientations of each cut. He was hospitable, never pushy, and genuinely a pleasure with which to work. It is clear Joao/John truly enjoys his work and wants his clients to be happy - and I was, perhaps, his greatest success in this for I couldn't be more thrilled. The progress on my partial remodel went much slower than anticipated causing my dates (June 10 eventually became July 20) for template and installation to be pushed back several times... each time, Joao commiserated and accommodated with each reschedule. The young man who came to do my template was Alex. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was very polite and conscientious in every detail to be sure the template was precisely to my specifications. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. My new counters are at the heart of a transformation that turned a horrible kitchen into the kitchen of my dreams. Save your time and energy... skip the shopping around and go straight to Chattanooga Granite and Marble - you'll be so happy you did.
