After shopping around and comparing 5 companies we chose Chattanooga Granite and Marble. Their prices are very competitive. Kelley is experienced in kitchen design and helped us pick the cabinet and granite color as well as the hardware. Our kitchen looks amazing! Daniel did a spectacular job on the installation as well!

Karla and her team are really the best! So caring and attentive the entire way of the process from selecting stone to measuring and install. We knew we were in good hands right away when we stepped into the showroom, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We remodeled our kitchen and hallway bathroom and the final results are stunning. We couldn’t be happier. We’re already thinking of more projects we can use them for. We couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you!!!

The entire process of working with the staff at Chattanooga Granite was a pleasure. From our first visit to the yard, we were met with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They toured us through the yard, answered all of our questions until we were able to make our selections. The technicians were all highly trained and were able to complete the template measuring through custom fit into our kitchen with impressive thoroughness. The entire process took place much quicker and completed much sooner than we ever thought possible. The outcome was beautiful. We would highly recommend Chattanooga Granite and Marble. They all took wonderful care of us.

We had such a positive experience working with the team at Chattanooga Granite and Marble! They made the ordering process so easy! We replaced our sink, counter tops, and tile backsplash. The staff members were punctual and professional the whole way through. Lillie went above and beyond to also recommend a cabinet painter, as well as a plumber. We are so thankful!

Chattanooga Granite & Marble was the first place we went to look for granite for my kitchen counters and bar. When we first arrived and being greeted by Brad almost instantly made me decide this is the place I’m going with. Brad offered to help us and show us around because the actual sales person was busy with another customer. He very easily could have told us we had to wait because it’s not his job(which so many people do these days) but he showed us all the different options for granite that’s they had. Once we decided on the Giallo Ornamental style, that’s when Karla came to seal the deal. Karla was amazing to work with. Although she is the owner and of course wants to make a sale, she made us feel she had a genuine concern for what I purchased and and the time frame I was working with. I explained the time crunch I was in due to having to move into my house during a remodel and not wanting to be without my kitchen for too long. She continued to say that they would get the work done as soon as possible for me and that’s exactly what they did. As soon as I told them my cabinets were ready to send Brad out for my measurements. And not long after that I received the call that they were ready to install my counters and bar! Fatima was also great to work with, responding quickly and efficiently to my calls and communicating to me about my appointments. They guys that did my install were quick and efficient. They did an awesome job and I am one happy customer because my kitchen is complete!!! I can’t say whether or not I received the best price because I didn’t shop around, but I work in customer service and that is very important to me. The way we were treated throughout the whole process made every dime I spent well worth it. Thank you Karla and staff for a great experience!

CG&M did a great job from start to finish! Couldnt be happier with the end result and our overall experience. Fatima met me in the yard when i was browsing and answered all the questions i had and ended up finding a piece we really liked. She recommended we put a deposit to hold it and glad we did b/c somebody wanted it soon after we left. We had a hard time choosing a sink bc they had so many great choices but they remained patient with us but made sure we didn’t wait too long to make decision to affect our install date. Brad showed up when scheduled to do the template work - very professional and i could tell immediately he knew what he was doing - very meticulous. The install team showed up exactly on time and the day scheduled and went right to work. Rigo and his team couldn’t have been more courteous or professional. Bc of the great template work the granite fit all surfaces perfectly. The seams are barely noticeable and nothing was damaged in the process. I had just gotten our cabinets painted and was a bit nervous about them getting damaged but they took great care. The caulking and sealing work was super clean and looks great. Our composite sinks look incredible with the granite and again Fatima was there thru the entire process getting us all the different quotes we asked for and answering our unending questions. Also very last minute(the week before our kitchen install) we added some granite to be installed around our gas fireplace. Again they came out to measure to make sure everything would fit and they had it cut and ready to install when they came to do the kitchen. Again everything fit perfectly and it looked great. I would highly recommend CGM and the team there for any granite work u need!

Don’t do business with unprofessional businesses. Chattanooga Granite Marble is unethical and misrepresented their responsibilities. Walk away and don’t look back!

From the second I walked in I was educated on the types of countertops and they took the time to take me out to show me what they had and tell me the prices. Kelley was very helpful even though I was not prepared with my paperwork or anything. We picked what I wanted and had someone out the day after my cabinets were installed to template for the countertops (this man was also wonderful) A week later they were installed. The installation crew was wonderful as well.

BUYERS BEWARE! Our fifteen year dream kitchen quickly turned into a living nightmare. What was stated to be a two day cabinet and granite installation turned into a seven week major inconvenience for our family of five (three children). We had to endure not having a full functioning kitchen for seven weeks. All of this was due to incorrect measuring and just pure unprofessionalism. If you want a company that seriously lacks accountability and integrity Chattanooga Marble & Granite is the way to go. Unfortunately, we decided to go with Chattanooga Granite and Marble, because they were a one stop kitchen remodeling shop. What a grave mistake we made. The designer Kelley Carrin heard us, but apparently was not listening as we shared with her multiple times what we needed for the functionality of our kitchen. She would disregard those very words by telling us what she was doing with her personal home kitchen design. When we started this project she placed granite on hold for us only for us to learn that it was sold when it was installation time. Once our cabinets were installed is was evident that the measurements were off. We had no room for our four inch panel on the side of our refrigerator. Without the panel we would not be able to open the freezer door. This huge error was due to Kelley measuring our kitchen incorrectly. Her solution was to order smaller cabinets to make space for a four inch panel. This would cause us to lose even more storage space. To avoid losing more storage space we hired a contractors to have our entry wall opened up to correct her mistake. To this day Kelley refuses to admit that she measured incorrectly. If she makes any mistakes just be prepared for her to play the blame game. She faults our walls as if they changed within one months time. On Kelley’s last visit to our home she immediately noticed a scratch in our newly installed hardwood flooring as she walked in the kitchen. However, she lied and denied it later. As she was preparing to leave she measured our cabinet space and insisted that the walls were to blame again. Our contractor witnessed her extreme unprofessionalism. At this point we requested that the owner Karla Burkich close off on our project as Kelley became very difficult to work with. We expressed that we did not want Kellie back on our property. The owner gave her word that she would rectify the issue herself and give us a discount due to the error that was made. I made Karla aware at this time that my contractor and I witnessed her cabinet installer slide a base cabinet across our kitchen floor which resulted in scratches on our newly installed hardwood floors. I even mentioned to her that Kellie acknowledged the scratches on her last visit of course Kelley lied. Per Karla’s email response Kellie told Karla that she noticed our floors were unleveled. Be prepared for them to blame your whole house for their “unacknowledged” errors. Karla never acknowledged the flooring issue to this day. Karla made a visit to our home. One day prior to her visit the last 12 inch cabinet door was installed. Kelley knew that all of our base cabinets were full height. Yet, she order the “incorrect” cabinet. A cabinet in which she initially had tried to get us to select for our kitchen design. We were very clear when we told her we did not want that design. Our granite countertops had been incorrectly installed hours before Karla Burkich, the owner arrived. Karla was insistent on receiving our remaining balance when she walked through our door. We showed her the scratches on our new flooring and the uneven granite countertops. One side of our stove had granite that was about two inches higher than the other side. We also made her aware that Kelley said that she would look in their storage room for crown moulding. We paid for “new” crown moulding. The crown moulding that was installed not the same finish nor color as our cabinets. Karla Burkich said she had given us a discount for all the inconveniences. We conveyed that the discounted amount was not what she originally stated it would be, the owner then tried to intimidate us by saying she had the “power” to have our existing quartzite removed in 48 hours and install a darker cheaper granite installed as if she was implying we couldn’t afford to pay our balance. She went on to say her granite was the best and we would not find anymore anywhere. We made her aware that we were not paying the balance until our left base cabinets were leveled correctly, we also needed our correct 12 inch full height base cabinet installed. She agreed to correct the discount amount. However, when we receive the updated invoice they were still being dishonest regarding the discount. We did the math the discounted amount was still off, majorly. At this point we requested that she remove her granite quartzite with the messy seam work from our home, the off white traditional crown moulding and the little free sink that she threw up in conversation four times. After the new company came in and installed our new marble countertops we learned that we were still being haunted by the incorrect measurements, cabinet leveling and poor workmanship by Chattanooga Granite and Marble. They also damaged our new cabinets when they removed the granite. They also installed a cracked filler near our kitchen sink. Here we are nine weeks out and we had to hire a third company to correct issues they left behind. This has been the worst home remodeling experience ever. People lie pictures don’t. I have a photographic journal, texts messages, emails and invoices to prove everything that is stated in my review. I speak in facts not fiction. I do not recommend this untrustworthy unprofessional company.
