Great prices on tile in stock, and if you’re looking for natural stone for the bottom of your shower, their prices can’t be beat - be careful custom ordering though..usually takes a bit longer than they say.

They are SO expensive it's just not worth it, literally double most places. I found the same products on Amazon for half the price of this place, Amazon shouldn't be cheaper. The exact tile was half the price at Home Depot. Really, when you look at the prices there you realize it's a suckers game, way too greedy to the locals.

This store recently sold. In the change over they conveniently lost my invoice that stated my $500 of store credit. The new owner was awful on the phone stating that I would never get my money back. I wouldn’t give that place a cent. The employees are overwhelmed and the owner is so far removed from supporting community members it’s disgusting. I’d only go here if I wanted to be robbed.

Lost my business before I could even step foot in the door. Have 12 rental properties in the Eugene Springfield area that required a man on the ground to access damages and remove debris from the ice storm. Decide it's a good opportunity to make executive decisions on flooring, bathroom and countertop renovations we were planning to make a trip for this summer, get that bird with this stone while we're at it. They must not of recognized me or the little lady as potential customers given the hard work I've put in over the last week and a half on top of there entitlement to the public road. "This is where we do business, our customers park here." My bad I would've been waiting for you to open in your parking lot if you had one, if you plan on conducting business outside of your store front please lease a property allowing you to do so and not ingress on public property where I'm sure there is a major liability. Maybe step your game up and get yourself a building big enough to fit your egos that allow you to bark orders at innocent bystanders/potential customers like you pay for that street we are forced to park on because you pinch pennys on a place to conduct your everyday business. We will be hiring someone who knows what they pay for and pays for what they need, not someone who has decided to pay for the least possible and take that which is everyone's.

This is a great local tile supplier! They have a great in stock selection of ceramic, porcelain and stone tile plus many good displays of options that can be ordered. The staff has always been super helpful and responsive. I like dealing with places that actually seem to care about my business.

I had done some work for them at an agreed upon hourly rate. THEY PAID ME LESS THAN HALF OF THE PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON WAGE! THEY RIPPED ME OFF. They know that I am a single parent, try to raise 2 kids, but they only cared about their dollar. I will definitely not be supporting any business that does not have integrity. I delt with Tony until time to get paid, then he was gone and Monica decided she would just go ahead and pay me LESS THAN HALF OWED.

Ordered tile for our new build, was supposed to be here in 2 or 3 weeks! They never made any attempts to alert us of changes, but when we called in Micheal could not tell us anything, he then called us for an update but again could not tell us anything. We finally got in touch with the owner who said I tile was on back order, and 1 was last in shipping and both were going to be delayed. 1 with no eta, 1 that was already supposed to be in stock already now had a 4 to 6 week later eta. I understand things happen, but Michael was so unprofessional, rude, and did not care to keep us informed, we won't be back.

Mike was great at helping me pick out everything I needed! They have a huge selection of in stock tiles, and the accent tiles I had ordered arrived in just a few days. You can get literally everything you need and even rent a tile cutter (for WAY less than I have from Home Depot). I bought way extra of everything and still came in under budget. Will definitely be going here for my next tile project!

The sales staff know their inventory really well. Another tile place just pointed to the area where all the tile was located. I was shown 8 tiles, narrowed it to 3, got the samples and out the door in under 30 minutes!!!

Mike was very helpful telling us everything we need to tile our bathroom floor ourselves, and helping us find a tile that we like in our budget. There's also a back room of discontinued tile for $2 a sq ft that was fun to look through.

I don't think I've ever left a review before on Yelp....but just wanted to give a big shoutout to the staff here! I've been here for tile for 2 renovations. I walked in stressed out...and walk out happy. They are super knowledgeable with what they offer. I showed them my contractor's measurements..and they calculate how much I need. I pull my vehicle into their Bay... and they load my car..and I'm off. Stress free easy experience. Highly recommend them!

We upgraded our kitchen and it was mind boggling the amount of choices there is for granite counter tops, flooring, backsplash, and the list goes on. We went to multiple stores and ended up more confused than ever. After talking with Chris and Reggie we realized the importance of working with a true professional. They had everything in stock and within a couple weeks everything was installed. We love our new kitchen and the sub contractors they recommended were also top notch! We are recommending everyone to Ceramic Tile Supply NW!

This is by far the best tile place in Eugene! Yes, there are larger ones that also have carpeting, but this one has a fantastic selection of just tile, with the super expertise to go with it. The store itself, unlike the others, is very open, bright and airy, with walls of windows on three sides, making it very easy to see the actual colors. We went to several tile places before this one and this is the only one that paid serious attention to us, as many of them prefer to deal directly with contractors that send over their customers over walk in customers who are just browsing on their own. We were approached immediately both times by a salesperson who gave us a quick rundown of where to look for what we were considering, and even pulled tiles out for us that he thought matched our ideas. They also have an excellent selection of in-stock tiles, and several bathroom displays, and they are able to quickly look up specs and various sizes. Best part is that nearly every tile in the store has its price marked, a rare find in flooring specialty stores.

I've only used them once for our kitchen tile, but we experienced top notch customer service. The floor guy actually watched for me to pull up, came out to my car, and put the tiles in my car so I wouldn't have to come in and unbuckle my baby from the car seat, all without asking. We had very timely order time on our tiles, helpful no-pressure floor people, calls that updated us, and fair pricing. I'd use them again.

The guys over at Ceramic Tile Supply NW do an outstanding job on delivering excellent customer service on quality tile. I was greeted at the door with a warm hello and helped through the entire process by Robert Brook who helped me with everything from the quality of tile I was picking to matching color tones and giving design advise. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of tile for whatever project your working. They really know tile.

I have done business with Ceramic Tile Supply Northwest several times, they use their extensive product knowledge with their quality tile to help me make the best decision on what to use with what project. Anyone can be a good sales person, but I know that when I buy my tile from them I will have a beautiful hassle free addition to my home. The owner has been in this business a long time, and is always very busy, but when ever I'm in he always takes the time to say hello. There showroom is amazing, whether you stop by with a particular project in mind or just to look around I can guarantee you will leave with at least one inspirational idea to improve your home. Thank you.

We always find a great selection of tiles here and the back room has some good deals! I always get helped right away and the staff is helpful which is nice! However I have been in the store a few times lately and some of the staff have their masks under their chin or under their nose. The STAFF!!! Some of the customers do too and no one bats an eye. I was VERY uncomfortable going there because of this, just a heads up if you're like me doing lots of house remodeling right now with our extra time! I'll probably just order my own tiles next time for our 60x80 shower redo.

This place is no longer in business. However, a new store, with the same employees, called 360 Tile and Design is doing business at this location. We bought tile from the former business so refund for excess tile would not be possible. The new business offered about 10 percent the cost for the excess tile. Something shady is going on here. I'm not doing any business with 360 Tile & Design, and recommending others don't either.

Unfortunately, this site doesn't allow for negative stars. Absolutely DO NOT purchase any products from this business. I'm all about supporting local, but the current owner, Monica Hartney, is very unprofessional. She has scammed customers out of their deposits. small businesses out of paying for services as well as manufacturers. The business is in the midst of a new owner since she has defaulted on her bank loan, but still will be doing design business through the office. I have never written a review for a business before and find it sad that my first is a negative review. The owner was extremely rude and offered no solution for a mistake her staff made. Even with a new owner, Monica will still be involved with this business. So with that information and what I've experienced and seen, I definitely would steer clear of Ceramic Tile.

Liars & cheaters! Bought excess product (like Zi usually do) to make sure I have enough. When I returned excess, I was told they had a 'new dye lot' and they couldn't accept return. I told them what I was doing when I purchased material & this possibility was never mentioned. CROOKS!

Ordered two pieces of trim several months ago and was not informed that it was a special order and non-returnable. Canceled the order before it arrived in Eugene but the store refused to return the item even though it was their employee's fault for not informing me that this was special order and non-returnable. Called numerous times over several months with no response until today where the floor manager, Robert, left a message stating he will not take back the items and would not except fault from his employee. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Beware of their return policies. Always ask if it's returnable because they may not tell you. Shady business.

We gave our measurements for a slab of marble for our kitchen, they measured it and we paid half down. They came and did a template. The day before installation they call and say the piece is to small.? With no time to rebuild our cabinets or pick something else right before the holiday and now I have to wait for them to credit my account because they wouldn't cut me a check soooo frustrated!

I've been into the store several times and have concluded that the attitude of the salesman is one of sales only and customer satification comes in a distant second. They are unbending in their policies and dismissive on whether the customer feels them were treated fairly.

SUMMARY: BUYER BEWARE!!! Decent showroom and selection. You can get some good stuff there, but there are risks. We did get backsplash that was good once. If they have something you need, you know exactly what you want you are careful and clarify their return policy up front, you will probably be okay, but be sure to ask how crisp their timeframe is, if timing is critical. They said our tile would arrive in 2 weeks were a *full week* late, and I didn't find out until the last minute. Do NOT assume they're steering you right or know what they're talking about. They will push you into something that is not in your interests to make a quick sale, and not all of their statements are accurate or helpful and can even get you into trouble. Their return policies and sales pitch are dubious at best. Definitely get your mortar and installation supplies from a big box store or something because you can get a *refund* for unused stuff. Also make serious effort find decent or acceptable *tile* at Lowes, Home Depot, Jerry's, DAL Tile, etc. for flexibility and good return policies and general professionalism. We spent $2000 at Ceramic Tile Supply Northwest, and had to donate the tiles to charity because, in my opinion, they conned us with some fast & loose sales pitches. ==================================================================== SPECIFIC DETAILED REASONS FOR 1 STAR REVIEW: ==================================================================== 1. We let the guy talk us into some clearance tile (over $1400 worth), based on what he showed us that he 'happened to have in back' that he laid out on the floor. Conveniently that tile was missing all the really ugly ones from the real collection, e.g. not representative of the the total pattern set . He didn't warn us of the risks, nor mention it would be a final sale (because it was a clearance item), but slyly wrote it on the receipt. I could accept a shipping or re-stocking fee but, they stuck us with all of it. When we got the tiles home weeks later, we opened a box a week and noticed some really ugly - harshly contrasting stripes and several tile almost the opposite color - I mean we are talking extreme color variance (there are like 10-12 different tile patterns and 3-4 are horrible). Never gotten tile that weird and crappy before. When I called told him about these unexpected wildcard tiles he had zero sympathy and that friendly sales talk disappeared pronto. Said that "the manufacturer would say that's part of the appeal of the tile" or something. BS: They are just plain ugly. Bottom line we laid out 1/4 of the floor and the tile was crap. Later my wife called to ask what our options were and they mentioned maybe selling it at a loss on consignment. They told her if we'd returned it in 30 days they would have let us exchange it for other tiles. But they never said that before, such as when I called the first time to mention the 'shock' tiles. Plus the receipt indicated sale was final. So he tried to make it seem like it was our negligence in timing, but not their reckless or shady terms of sale. We donated all the tiles to Habitat for Humanity. ==================================================================== 2. They over-hyped and misrepresented the grout they sold us. ==================================================================== He talked us into bagged grout ARDEX FL. That's a fast curing grout. It is is NOT what one should casually recommend for a typical customer / typical installation without warnings and caveats, because grout drying too fast is the bane of grouting! You need time to work with it and clean it up, otherwise it is *hard to clean up* We told him we used and like Fusion Pro. He insisted it's the same stuff as Fusion Pro but with a faster curing additive. WRONG! Fusion Pro is ***waterproof***. ARDEX FL is only water *resistant* and has an online reputation for bleaching out easily and inconsistent color, plus you have to mix it, which increases the risk of inconsistencies. No return/refund of course. ==================================================================== 3. They sell Jet Board (saying its lighter and easier to work with than hardibacker). ==================================================================== Product site boasts it's non-toxic and safe because it uses uses magnisium oxide (not silica), but what they *don't* mention is that it is layered in fiberglass mesh so when you cut it you wind up w/fiberglass debris that gets in your skin and also a lung hazard. Also if you need to ever pour self-leveling compound over the Jet Board, try to find one, just one that will confirm Jet Board is an acceptable surface to pour it over. Bet you can't. I sent email to Jet-Board.com three or four days ago asking if I can pour Self-Leveling Compound over the board, no reply. I called them, got an answering machine. Still waiting for the callback. None of this would be an issue for name brand backer.

Not bad to deal with as long as there are no issues. Gave exact information to them and had them order it only to find out that the tiles I originally bought we're FACTORY SECONDS and the colors could not be matched no matter what. Owner was quite rude to the wife and hung up when she inquired about a credit for the tiles we left there because they could not be used. Three to four weeks and no call! Now that is NOT customer service.
