When I went to Yelp I discovered the highest ranking for this company. 5's on every review. I was surprised because this something we hardly ever see. In fact I can not remember witnessing such high praise. I am writing to tell you it is absolute truth. Not only were our granite counter tops perfectly crafted and installed, but they also installed our under counter sink and faucet with equal detail. They delivered before their estimated time. And they left the kitchen as clean as when they arrived. These all impressed me but what gives them my 5 star rating is their customer service. Their continued patience with a finicky customer (me) displayed their standards to be as high as mine. Finally, and probably most impressive, they went out of their way to help out when another company faltered. Thank you Ceramic Deigns. We look forward to doing business with you in the future. Ron / Matt and his crew did an outstanding job installing Quartz in our new master bath shower and vanity countertop. They also removed and installed the same quartz in our kitchen countertops and bar along with a beautiful stone title backsplash. Very reliable and the work was preformed in a timely manner, outstanding workmanship and the showroom staff was very helpful in choosing the right stone for look we wanted for our home. Received other bids that were double the price.

This is the second time I have used Ceramic Designs by Ron Green for large projects at my home. The first time they did granite countertops for my office (3 levels and multiple angles) as well as a slate floor. Beautiful - I only wish I had found them first when I built the home. I recently replaced my hardwood floor, due to a water leak. I decided to use tile this time. Alan and crew (4 total) did the layout, underlayment and installation, and completed the project - again with many cuts and angles with two elevations and a step down - in four days! Over 1400 square feet! They were on time, neat and left the job site spotless. Alan is a true craftsman. I would have no hesitation in using them or recommending them again. Excellent installation at a good price. Worth every cent. Thank you Ron, Jeri, and staff!

I have had Ceramic Designs do the tile in two of our bathrooms - they are just really good. Responsive and helpful before you choose and then really skilled in laying the tile perfectly. We had heated floors in one bath and love it! The other (guest bath) is very very nice. I would be happy to recommend them for your next project.

I had new granite countertops and backsplash installed this summer. I am very happy with the results. They put my counters in one day. They did a fantastic job and all the guys were very nice and professional. I met Ron as he stopped by my house, and is very nice and cares about having the job done right. I worked with Jeri in the office and she was wonderful and patient while I decided what colors and styles for my selections. Also would like to mention Ronda who works the front office and is very polite and works hard to meet your needs. I highly recommend Them for your future needs. You will not be disappointed as they do excellent work!

I am so happy I chose Ceramic Designs which just installed my new quartzite countertops. Their whole crew were really nice guys - polite pleasant, hard-working and worked so well together. Matthew is a master craftsman at showing off the beautiful pattern of the stone to best advantage and any piecing was superbaby joined. I can't say enough good things about Ron, Jeri, Matthew, and everyone at Ceramic Designs. We had several custom projects in our new build and they were so patient while we made selections and got everything fined tuned until everything was completely perfect. Jeri spent hours with me looking for just the right tile for our owners shower, and brought out basically every quartz sample on the planet to make sure we got the right one. Ron was right on site and even did the finishing work on our fireplace himself. 10/10 would recommend- if I ever have another project I've got them on speed dial. Kind, hardworking, honest, and wonderful craftsmanship.

Ron and his whole crew were knowledgeable and extremely professional throughout the whole repair they completed for us in our home. I would definitely seek them to complete work in my home again. We had a leak in our shower door that was seeping into the wall. Ron came out and gave us an estimate of the repair, and a detailed description of how they would fix it. The repair required our shower doors to be removed and replaced by a glass professional, the shower dam to be repaired and part of our wall to be removed, dried-out and re-plastered and painted. Not only was the repair completed quicker than I expected, but everything that was completed was beautifully-done, right down to the replacement of our bathroom baseboard exactly as it had looked when it was brand new. I would highly recommend Ceramic Designs for any tile repairs you need in your home. I have zero complaints about their work.

This company is amazing! The staff is helpful and professional. The pricing is fair and they carry good quality products. I purchased quartz countertops and had them installed. It turned out beautiful! The installers were quick and did a great job. I also purchased floor tile. The manufacturer actually sent the wrong tile the first time and Ceramic Designs had me the correct tile within a few days. I will be using them for all my stone and tile projects from now on!

I first engaged with them when they were subcontractors on a bathroom remodel. When It came time to do my own bathrooms I went to them & they did a terrific job acting as contractor and designers. They led me through the process (since I was doing the fixture purchasing on my own) and helped me stay in my budget. I still love my bathroom remodels after 4 & 6 yrs., respectively. Now I'm recommending them to my folks for an "aging in place" bathroom remodel.

I had some floor tiles replaced in my kitchen. I'll just say, my wife is very happy!! Professional, skilled, and respectful of your home. They had to cut out tiles, seal a crack, replace tiles, and grout. There was not one speck of dirt, tile pebbles, or dust left when they finished. Louis and Miguel did a great job. The floor looks and feels beautiful again. I will always highly recommend!

About a year ago the team at Ceramic Designs did our kitchen (granite counters/tile backsplash), laundry room (granite counter/tile floor), and bathrooms (granite counter/tile floor/tile shower and tub) and we could not be happier! The selection they had more than met our needs. Work was completed when it said it would be completed and for the price given. The workers were diligent, friendly, and thorough. As a stay-home mom with a baby at the time, I felt very safe being home with the workers from Ceramic Designs. This company was an answer to our prayers! We were "under the gun" to get our projects done for our daughter's wedding in our own home and garden. Three months earlier we had ordered granite and made arrangements for fabrication and installation with another well-known granite company in the Redding area. We paid for the granite and waited--and waited. With barely three weeks left until the wedding we anxiously contacted that first company and were told, "We're sorry, we don't have the time to get it done by your deadline." We were devastated and at a loss for where to turn. THEN, we turned to Ceramic Designs with our dilemma and plea. Not only did Ron and his fabulous crew commit to the completion of our projects, they used their weekends to assure that everything would be done ON TIME for us!! They were phenomenal! And I have high standards. I taught Interior Design at the college level for 25 years. I expect professionalism and high quality products. I was not simply satisfied--I was AMAZED!
