We had Central Illinois Countertops make and install new laminate countertops for our kitchen. Really happy with the quality, installation, and at a very reasonable price. They came out for measurements within a few days and a little over two weeks later the installation was complete. Very nIce local folks to deal with. A+ Highly recommend.

Central Illinois Countertops installed the countertops in the new kitchen at the Brimfield Evangelical Free Church. As the Pastor I had the opportunity to deal with them in the purchase and installation of the countertops. They were very professional to deal with. Heather made sure that we had the samples we needed to get everyone in the church on board. The measurements and installation were precise and all fit well. We did Formica countertops and a Quartz center island. Everyone in the church was well pleased with the quality and the price was comparable to the big box stores. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and the product that we received.

Jim Hinkle recommenced CIC to me, and I’m so happy he did! Ross came out and thoroughly measured, Heather was so helpful and great to work with, and I’m so impressed with the quality, style, and price of the premium laminate. I had a wonderful experience, and I’ll be using them again in the future!

While the end result looks great, getting to the end was a process. The lack of communication was frustrating when a piece of our countertops were sent back, and while we appreciate the attention to detail, we wish we were kept in the loop that there would be a delay. We were only informed of the delay when we had to call to get a status update. The installers also dented our brand new refrigerator in the process and did not let us know of the damage.

Already 5 stars, they don't need my help but my countertop experience was absolutely awesome. Ross and his crew were extremely accurate and very punctual with time promises.

It was also so nice to be able to bring home large samples to view the colors in our own kitchen. The installers were also very professional and we’ve received many compliments on how well they did the seams. Would easily recommend!

When I bought my house everything was tan on tan and wasn’t my style at all. Heather, the office manager, shared her ideas which I trusted and her thoughts came to a beautiful reality! From measure to installation the turnaround was exactly on the timeline I was given. A couple weeks after getting my beautiful tops and backsplash I did notice a tiny flaw in the tops. I called Heather and she worked with her supplier and they were able to come out right away to get it fixed. CIC’s customer service is one of the best! I would recommend them for any kitchen/bathroom/laundry or even a office area! If you need tops they are who you should go to!
