Fantastic workmanship and great communications. Prompt responses to my questions and concerns. I had gone to another place earlier and was told that" me trying to match my granite would be like finding a needle in a haystack." They wanted me to install a "complimentary" granite top which they had in stock. In contrast, Central Coast Marble & Granite searched and located a perfect match within weeks. They demolished my damaged counter and did an absolute beautiful job of replacing old counter top with the new one. Sealed the counters in the rest of my kitchen and everything looks absolutely beautiful!

Central Coast Marble & Granite
Impressed from start to finish.
From the moment Rick pulled to give us a quote to the moment Omar grouted the last tile seam.
The quote was under that of 2 other installers. Rick demoed our counters and backsplash all in one morning and the quartz countertops are a beautiful upgrade to our outdated tile. Ellie at the front desk answered all my calls and got back to me quickly as did Paul if I had a more technical question. Lastly, Omar’s precision with the laying of the tile was impeccable. We will definitely hire Central Coast Marble and Granite if we ever need any tile or counterwork in the future!

Really great experience. I got home after my counters were installed and could not believe it was my kitchen. Beautiful job. Finishing work was on point. Communication was excellent from start to finish. All my questions were answered immediately by email or phone. Price was $3000 less than the other quote I got for the exact same slab. Very happy, don’t hesitate to know you’ll be taken care of here. Thanks again, Lauren & JD

We had a really good experience with Central Coast Marble and Granite. They were easy to work with for our quartz countertop from initial contact in the storefront, through template and installation. The countertop looks great. They really took the time to match the seam and make the countertop look natural. Furthermore, they worked with our challenging schedule and were able to quickly get us back in our kitchen.

They did the demo on our counter tops Monday and set the brand new granite and finished on Wednesday. We were only out of the Kitchen for a couple days. The guys were super friendly and fast workers. Going to have them redo our tile floors next. Very stoked on the work done!! Thanks again!!

We purchased our quartz countertops and installation here. First of all, the reason we chose them is that Ely provided exceptional customer service. She was on top of it and provided us with detailed estimates the same day. They ordered our slabs right away and even got the installation done earlier than scheduled. They made the whole process so simple and the work is beautifully done. Highly recommend!

Our new countertops were installed today and we couldn't be happier with the results. Ely and Paul were very helpful in answering our questions and keeping us within our budget. The team did a great job on the install, left everything neat, and actually improved our kitchen layout by orienting our cooktop properly, which the original builder had not done. CCMG was the only company we found on the central coast that has transparent pricing where you can see what the price is for the material and the labor We went to three other places that refused to break down pricing for us and used outside contractors for the work. CCMG does the install themselves so you know who will be doing your work, which I find very reassuring when spending several thousand dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Paul and his team did an exceptional job with our bathroom remodel! They were able to save our existing backsplash and insert the limestone slab right underneath it. It looks like it was always that way! Also, when Paul suggested a chiseled edge for the limestone I was a bit hesitant but it turned out great! It is soft and yet rustic which works for our decor thank you Paul Smith!!!

We just had a new granite countertops fabricated and installed by Central Coast Marble and Granite. The fabrication was perfect and the installation was seamless. Richard did the template on Monday, and Thursday Jaime and Jorge installed the stone. The price was very competitive. And the craftsmanship perfect. Ellie kept in touch throughout the job, letting us know when work would start- or of any delays. (Only one, and for only 1 hour). Pleasant, courteous and professional! Paul has a good team.

I can't say enough positive about my experience working with CC M&G! I am a new homeowner and needed a fairly quick turn around on counter top installation. After shopping around the usual home improvement stores and receiving estimates of 6 weeks to even schedule an appointment for measurements, I was in a bit of a panic. Thank goodness for the internet! I found CC M&G and was able to shop the show room, select a slab and have the entire job completed in about 2 weeks. My kitchen counters are GORGEOUS! I couldn't be happier. You won't be disappointed by choosing to work with this awesome local business!

We love our newly installed kitchen granite tops, including back splash and windowsills. We couldn't be happier with the installation, and it was done to perfection. Rick initially answered all our questions to our satisfaction, and he followed through with the demo and installation as promised. The demo was done quickly and as neatly as possible. The installation just took a few hours, and Rick and his crew worked very hard during this process, each one knowing what to do. They are very skilled in their work. We checked with other local granite businesses, and they would have taken longer to begin the job and also a longer time from demo to installation. Rick and his crew accomplished this in 3 days. We highly recommend this business and would use them again.

The whole process was very pleasant! I bought some remnants for a laundry room and bathroom and they even threw in another piece just in case it wouldn't be enough. We eventually decided to do new countertops for our kitchen and bought some beautiful slabs (calacutta classic) at an amazing price. Again, they threw in another half slab to make sure it was enough free of charge. They were super accommodating and flexible when things were delayed 5 weeks and when our kitchen plans changed. They came out to remeasure and installed the slabs the following week! They even came out again to drill another hole that I didn't know I needed for the "air gap". Ely, the front desk associate, always answered the phone and kept me informed every step of the way. Rick Demo'd our old tile and came out to measure to twice. Jaime did a wonderful job installing and was super detailed. Would 100% refer them to my friends!

I can't even put into words how very happy I am with this company.
I have a 11 year old track home.
It was time for a remodel in my kitchen. We wanted granite slab with full backsplash and a bigger kitchen island.
I contacted Rick, he came to our home and listened to all our wants and needs regarding this remodel. Our cabinets were still in good shape and we were keeping them.
We had a gas cooktop and electric oven.
We told Rick we would like the cabinet cut to accommodate a new gas range.
On the day of demolition, Rick, Noel and Jorge showed up. Everything went well. No problems and they were fast and very thorough and left my kitchen very clean and tidy. (I had granite tiles on the countertops, full backsplash and island)
On the day of installation, it was Jaime, Jorge and Noel.
The granite was installed perfectly.
We also had a new stainless farmhouse sink installed.
They were great, these men worked very hard to make everything perfect.
Again, left my kitchen very clean.
Jaime is the fabricator and he cut and matched the counters and backsplash perfectly.
This man is a true artist and is very skilled at his job.
We wanted our island to be the
"Showpiece" of our kitchen. Jaime listened to our request and he positioned the granite in a way that really highlighted the natural design of the granite.
We had the "waterfall" edge on the counters and chose the "ogee" edge for our island.
BEAUTIFUL!
A very "special" thank you to Rick!
He's a real professional and listens to his customers.
He made sure everything was done exactly as we discussed for our new kitchen.
Also, I want to thank Jaime, Jorge and Noel.
My kitchen is now ready for all new black stainless appliances.
Also, some new paint on the walls to enhance the beautiful granite. (Yellow doesn't work anymore).
We couldn't be more pleased with our new granite.
Thank you Central Coast Marble and Granite.
Thank you Rick, you're the best!
Can't wait to have you back to redo my bathroom countertops.
See you all soon!

I called for an estimate for new kitchen quartzite counter tops, vanity and laundry room counter tops as well. One of the co-owners (Rick) showed up at my home to look at the job and give me an estimate. After looking at the job and taking measurements Rick then told me he would get back to me the next day with a quote for the job, the first thing I ask Rick when he showed up was how much they charged per square foot for quartzite counter tops, and he told me $50.00 per square foot. The following day when I went to Central Coast Marble and Granite to look at their quartzite slabs the secretary handed me the quote for the job that Rick measured for the day before and it reflected $55.00 per square foot for labor, and I immediately told the secretary this isn't correct Rick told me the charge for Labor would be $50.00 per square foot not $55.00 per square foot, the secretary then spoke with the other co-owner of the business Paul Smith and Mr. Smith told me Rick shouldn't have told you that he just does measurements and I am the one who sets the price, I ask Mr. Smith if he would honor the $50.00 per square foot for Labor that his partner Rick quoted me and he told me no. I then became agitated and felt that I was being screwed so I left and went to National Stone in Nipomo and got a quote from them to do the job, not only did I get a better quote I saved thousands of dollars with buying the Quartzite slabs at National Stone in Nipomo and they gave me a much better price on Labor and fabrication and did an excellent job on the fabrication and installation of my counter tops. Mr. Smith should have honored the $50.00 per square foot quote that his Partner Rick gave me on the Labor, but he didn't which was disappointing since I was a repeat customer and had purchased two counter tops for my bathroom vanity's years prior, it appears to me Mr. Smith does not value there previous cliental at Central Coast Marble and Granite, and doesn't want to honor his partner (Rick) when he gives a customer a quote on a job, I'm done doing any business with Central Coast Marble and Granite and will take my business elsewhere. Anyone looking for counter tops should check out National Stone they have moved their fabrication shop to Santa Maria as well as their show room located next to where the old Costco used to be in Sanat Maria, their prices on their marble, granite, quartzite, porcelain and other stones are much cheaper than other places and you will also save money on their fabrication and labor cost, there show room is huge and the best selection of stone I've ever seen in this area. The fabrication and installation work of National Stone is excellent and I'm more than happy with the work and price they gave me for my new counter tops.

Does Central Coast Marble and Granite offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Central Coast Marble and Granite performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Central Coast Marble and Granite provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Central Coast Marble and Granite, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Central Coast Marble and Granite in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
