After going to some other tile places, my husband and I stop in to Casatelli (live close by and drove by numerous times), WHAT A DIFFERENCE, Mary Lou was great, she took down all our information and within 3 hours that day we had our quote! Price was in line with everyone else but their service and attention was on point. Went back placed the order and unlike everyone else who told us it would take 3/4 weeks to deliver we will have our tile in a week.

we have been working with Casatelli Marble for for our stone and tile selection on a kitchen, laundry, powder rm renovation project including a new entryway. The entire crew, both in the showroom, to the shop, and their installers were absolutely wonderful. They were very patient with my husband and I in finding the right materials. Were responsive when the GC finally installed the cabinets for Casatelli to measure for the countertops and do the install. We have another bathroom to renovate and they will be my go to for all my tile and stone needs!

Very happy with Casatelli Marble. Customer service was terrific. Scheduled appts went smoothly (although I did email ahead of time which made things very efficient). Fabricator met with me to review template multiple times. This is my 3 update using them and I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Just got new countertops installed. The process was great from start to finish; despite the COVID-19 challenges. They were extremely helpful in selecting a countertop and backsplash combination and the installation was quick and beautifully done. The installers were very polite and extremely neat. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We partially remodeling our kitchen and kept our existing granite countertop. The base cabinets turned out to be slightly different dimension from old cabinets. Casatelli found an EXACT color match to our existing granite (3 pieces). They picked up, re-polished and resealed our existing 18 year old pieces with the newly matched and re-sized piece. Installation was better than our first installation by a different company. I thought their pricing was very good; and they kept me informed on progress. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

I recently purchased my first home, and am going through a lot of renovation firsts. I started my tile shopping at Home Depot & Lowes as I figured they would be the cheapest....their prices were cheap, but you get what you pay for. the staff knew none of the answers to any questions I was asking, inventory was poor, and the examples in the show room gave no perspective as to what you were getting.... Then based on a referral, I stopped by Casatelli Marble. Their selection is far superior than anything I've seen before. The whole show room is full of example floor/backsplashes/walls, etc. While prices were slightly higher than the HomeDepot/Lowe's down the street, you really get what you pay for. Even my tile installer commented on the quality of the product. On top of everything, they were able to get my thresholds done in less than 24 hrs. So far I've used their products in my bathroom, kitchen floor, and soon my countertop and backsplash. Do not hesitate to use Casatelli!

Avoid this place if you can. I went in a few weeks ago to get some accent tiles to finish a project at my home. I ordered a few pieces from Casatelli Tile that I did not need. On the receipt it says that all orders returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee - I was aware and OK with that. When I called to discuss how to get my money back (they still had the tiles - I never picked them up) the lady at the front counter began to get very belligerent and extremely rude with me telling me returns are not accepted at all. Then I pointed out that the receipt says otherwise. At that point in a very dramatic and exasperated tone she asked me "Why did you do this to us". We are talking about less than $100.00 in tile and I was willing to accept the restocking fee. This was well within their return policy as stated on the receipt. If you are reading this and you wish to not accept returns you should state that on the paperwork instead of misleading your customers. VERY SHADY. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Do NOT go here! In Nov. 2017, we had a granite countertop installed in an outdoor grill area. When we realized that water puddled in the middle of the countertop every time it rained, we went to the store with photos to ask for a repair. An older woman was not only rude, but she even refused to look at the photo that I had and insisted that we had done something to the countertop! It was shocking. I could tell this was not the first time she had to deal with a complaint as she just went into "NO" autopilot. The contractor who recommended this company to us thought he could help, but he was unable to make any progress either. Anyway, every time it rains, I go out and wipe down the puddle! I'll try to attached a photo.

I agree with Joanne M. My experience was very similar. Customer service is non-existent at Casatelli and they treat you like you are an inconvenience to them?! I do not know how they stay in business. No one returns calls or gives an update on orders. After they took our money we had to wait 2 months for installation. Add to the fact that stone I bought was sold to someone else and I had to go back to make another selection and then there was a problem with that and another trip there yet again and called more than 12 times to try to get it installed...? Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! These guys are remarkably bad. I don't even understand how they are in business given how disorganized, rude, and unprofessional they are. It seems like they forget that customers come in and give them several thousands of dollars of business. Everyone who works there seems to have an unbelievably rude attitude and they have a general feeling as though they're doing their customers a huge favor by just being around. After shopping around for vanity and kitchen countertops for a small condo (theoretically a relatively easy job for these guys), I ordered a full slab of quartz. It was not because they gave me the cheapest price, it was because I really liked a particular color of a particular brand of quartz they carried, and since they were a local, family-run place, I thought I'd have relatively few problems. I was wrong. A 50% deposit was paid in mid-June and I was told the slab would be ordered and ready for templating by the last week of July, when all cabinets would be installed. Come late July, Casatelli gave me a constant runaround for the template and would not confirm a date. Out of frustration, my contractor did the template himself and dropped it off at Casatelli. The next day, I went in to drop off the sink and faucet. They told me everything was set for install within "two weeks, possibly sooner, we'll call you when it's ready". Two weeks go by and it is now early August. I call a total of 11 times in 4 days. Seven of those times, the phone rang and was never answered during their normal business hours. Four times I spoke to a couple different women who all told me they needed to check with someone else and call me back -- no one ever did. I finally got fed up to the point of walking in, only to find out that the slab was apparently on backorder and would maybe arrive the third week of August, but they couldn't guarantee that or how long it would take to cut it. Seriously? And no one could ever give me a call or ask if I wanted to pick out a different color or style? Completely unacceptable. And when I told them that, they gave me a tremendous attitude and that "well, sir, I don't know what you want me to do...." condescension that completely set me off. For the record, I also grew up running a family business. The first thing I was taught was to value every customer relationship, no matter how small an immediate sale may seem. Collecting a several thousand dollar deposit from a customer, falling off the face of the planet in communication, and waiting two months to tell them their product is on backorder is NOT a way to do business. And if something does go wrong and falls through the cracks, it's the small business owner's responsibility to reach out to their customers and make things right -- not throw their hands up in the air and give some attitude to an angry customer. The constant attitude toward high-paying customers is not okay, and someone there needs to know that.

I have made 3 large purchases into the multiple thousands of dollars at this store; however, because of the completely terrible customer service and unbelievably rude women at the front desk, I will not be shopping here anymore. The incident that really took the cake, was when the older lady at the front counter said that they could not make cuts in a tile for us to install ourselves when this store had done this for us TWICE before! Then, when pushed, instead of the $1 per cut we were charged last time, she said it would be over $150 for a handful of cuts. These people are not trustworthy and do not care about valuing customer relationships. I would suggest going elsewhere for your tile and marble needs because there are many, many other competitors in this area. Do not settle for rude staff and terrible customer service.
