Gretchen was very professional and did a fantastic job putting our vision into a beautiful layout for our kitchen. Gretchen brought some great suggestions for the cabinets that have made a real difference in the functionality of our kitchen - it was a smaller space to begin with and we really needed to maximize! We appreciated that she made sure the work was done well and to our liking.

I waited for about three months to post this review. First I want to say that Jerry Caruso. He’s a very nice man, and I love that he does charity for children. My first bid with Jerry was $15,000, then I ran into some problems with my contractor and had to get a second bid and actually got less cabinets and for some reason my new bid went up almost $3000. I still went with Carouso kitchen designs because I was just beat down with my contractor and wanted to move forward. my cabinets were almost $19,000 and for me using my credit card with the first half payment I was charged almost $400. My second half and final payment I wrote a check so goodbye those great air miles. The crown molding is very shoddy and hard to install , so make sure you have a contractor who knows how to install this particular crown molding. Mine turned out very poorly and looks cheap. There is a screw on one of my Lazy Susan that has very sharp edges and will cut you or your cabinet next to it, which happened now I have a big slice in my cabinet …. After one week this happened. The cabinet door to my under sink came damaged. Can’t really see it but it’s there, so basically I paid for Lamborghini cabinets and now they look like a Pinto. Don’t go in hastily and purchase expensive cabinets when actually, mid grade is probably just as good and easier to install .

Beth at Caruso Kitchens has been an incredibly important part of our remodel. She created a beautiful and unique design for our kitchen and laundry room and it turned out absolutely stunning. She's always available when we need her and stopped by during construction many times to walk through our project and fine tune anything she could. She pays great attention to detail and ensures things are getting done properly and in a timely manner. Beth does amazing work and I can't say enough kind things about her. We started our kitchen remodel process with Caruso based on a recommendation from a good friend (and real estate agent who sells high-end homes!). Kim was a dream to work with, and she was constantly willing to address concerns that came up during the process. My only recommendation to other Caruso clients is ... go ahead and get Caruso's team to install the cabinets. We tried to use our GC, and it was fine, but I'm sure the process would have been easier and the outcome just a bit better if we'd done install with the subject matter experts.

I can't say enough about our experience with Caruso Kitchens and Full House Remodeling who Caruso referred us to for the remodel. They turned a 70's galley kitchen with a 70's golden oak cabinet, outdated kitchen into a clean, sleek, open, and modern one. Jared with Caruso was extremely helpful and guided us through all the steps. Howard and Jesse with Full House did an amazing job putting it all together and overcoming all the obstacles they encountered.

Working with Beth Parker was an excellent experience designing our primary bath and kitchen remodel. She listened to our ideas, converting them into beautiful and functional designs. Cabinets arrived timely, in fact ahead of schedule, which is saying something during supply chain issues. If issues did arise during installation, Beth addressed our concerns directly and came with excellent solutions. Beth provided proactive and timely communication during the project. She was consistently readily available and provided friendly professional expertise and excellent follow through. She was onsite when needed and troubleshot issues with our contractor. The end result exceeded our expectations not only on the look and feel of our kitchen and bath but also with the level of customer service and design experience provided.

Caruso Kitchens is hands down the best Kitchen design company in Colorado! We live in a beautiful 100 year old Victorian house in the Highlands neighborhood and when we bought the house in 2007 we liked our little freshly remodeled kitchen but we quickly outgrew the space. I do a great deal of cooking, baking, and entertaining so kitchens really matter to me. We choose to remodel our kitchen/house instead of moving to a new house. BEST decision and money we’ve ever spent! Jared Caruso took a look at our space and proposed moving our small kitchen into our huge dining room. A month later construction started. Our kitchen project was a very large project and transformed our house. I spent a lot of time researching different kitchen companies and Caruso Kitchens blew everyone else out of the water. Jared is incredibly knowledgeable about kitchens (and construction in general) and just a super nice and helpful guy to work with. We had some issues with one of our contractors and Jared went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I was able to double the size of my kitchen and the amount of cabinets! Spending the money on nice cabinets was hard to understand at first but now I completely understand why it’s so important. They are timeless, sturdy, beautiful, and the main feature of our kitchen. I can tell stories of friends and family that went with cheap cabinets recently (they’re still expensive but look cheap and don’t last) but it’s not worth the time – don’t waste your money, do it right the first time. From moving gas lines to taking out walls Jared was there every step of the way. I really do spend a lot of time in my kitchen and I LOVE my Caruso Kitchen. I can recommend Caruso Kitchens without any reservation.

We worked with a designer at Caruso and ordered cabinets through them. The cabinets had multiple problems due to manufacturer errors and inattention to detail or aesthetics. We sent photos and a description of the problems to Caruso. The owner, Jared Caruso, could not have been more communicative and cooperative. He acknowledged the problems as soon as he came to our house and took responsibility to make things right. He could have agreed with the manufacturer's rep who denied there was any problem but took the high road and took care of us.

Just read the recent one star review. We had our kitchen remodeled by Caruso Kithchens not too long ago and they did a fantastic job. Working with our designer was a joy as she designed our kitchen specifically to our wants and needs. She had some great ideas that we had not thought about. The work was done in a very timely manner and very professionally. We could not be happier! I highly recommend Caruso Kitchens!

We contacted Caruso Kitchens for cabinets for a complete kitchen remodel. Beth Parker was great and helped us design exactly what we wanted, but when they gave us the contract to purchase the cabinets, it was filled with gaps, errors and conflicting clauses and had no provision for inspecting the cabinets before final payment was due. When we raised these issues for discussion, we received a terse letter from Jared Caruso indicating they had been using these terms for 37 years and were unwilling to discuss any of our concerns. We will happily take our business elsewhere.

If you want to pay the maximum for your cabinets, by all means go here. We worked with Suzy. However, the process was grueling and insane. I felt like she was so bloody connected to the contractor, it was a twisted game of cahoots. Someone trusting and honest can get so horribly robbed when purchasing cabinets. No...don't use Caruso. Not if you value your hard earned money. It's a con game. I suppose that really is why they call it Contracting. In the end I got what I wanted and at 60% less than Caruso quoted. Furthermore, my experience supports the other review with one star. The design was logistical flawed. And price pumped with a insane margin. There is such a thing as a reasonably margin. Sorry Jarod Caruso. Now stop harassing me to remove my review.

We had planned to do an full kitchen remodel with Caruso, but being new to the remodel game we started with a custom vanity for our master bathroom remodel as a "test drive" for the more expansive project. Our builder was one suggested by Caruso as being familiar with them and had worked with them before. When the vanity arrived in multiple boxes, we and the builder were surprised to find it was actually a "semi-custom" needing to have 3 standard particle board drawer boxes screwed together with a shelf and legs that were to be cut to our size (I guess that is what Caruso thinks is "Custom"). Our "designer" was Morgan and once we ordered she essentially provided no more support for our piece. There were no assembly instructions and our builder attempted multiple times to contact Morgan and Caruso for additional technical support with only limited response and finally there were no responses. The builder assembled the boxes and everything was true. The item was anchored to the wall with extra supports (remember there were no specs for installation from Caruso). However, once we placed a thin (2cm) slab of marble for the top, the vanity sagged by 1/4in, such that the top gapped below the backsplash, the center drawers were visibly lower than the end drawer boxes and the soft-close slides no longer closed. We spent the equivalent of what it would cost to have a fully custom vanity built (10-15% of the total remodel cost) for a poorly design piece that was not structurally sound enough to support a countertop. Caruso provided no support for the inferiorly design piece throughout our 3 month remodel timeframe. We certainly expected more from a company that has been in business as long as Caruso. How easy it is to forget that the things that lead to success such as excellent employees, leadership and customer service can decline over time as companies become complacent. The owner has stated that being in business for 35 years is a measure of success. I would challenge him to suggest that supporting your products and having excellent employees is a measure of success. Neither of these were experience by us.

Horrible experience with this company from the "designer" Morgan Ferguson to the owner Jerry Caruso. Poor design resulted in cabinets that didn't fit, drawers that opened into walls, and a variety of other issues. Delayed installation and went silent when their installer detected all the design deficiencies. Delayed completion of our project while we had to seek other contractors to fix Caruso's mess. Would never use this company again!
