Loved the product when done right, huge headache to deal with owners! Flooring was wrong product-wise so had to reorder, rip up and re-install. Carpet delayed... then found out it was sent back to Georgia. 2 weeks to finish and owners didn't want to do the job the right way then got mad about fees to send back to Georgia which wasn't our fault at all. I had to select a new carpet on the fly, wasn't thick enough like I wanted it causing tile gap and got a cheaper material. Only one worker showed up and needed extra hand to help so my father helped him out free of labor out of kindness of heart. Moved furniture around too! Owner said he wouldn't do business with us again and we cost them money. We have been going to them for 30+ years :(Threw off my work schedule and I'm a graveyard shifter so many rearranging, loud noise to let them work. Never again!!!

Mike was our Savior. I got ripped off by another carpet company, so I called Carpet Corner and Mike came to my church and seen first hand how we was taken advantage of and he sent out his guys to take up and lay new carpet for my whole project. He turned a tragedy into a beautiful sanctuary. He and his team came out and went above and beyond what we could afford.This project came out better than what we imagined. We are well pleased with Carpet Corner. Thank you very much.

The people at Carpet Corner Salisbury were really helpful and friendly, delivering truly excellent customer service. The quality of the carpets and underlay were superb, and the fitter was the most courteous, helpful and skilled we have come across. We shall certainly be seeing Jeremy again.

Jose did a great job repairing our floor. He was on time and very competent. Mike was very accommodating to our schedule and the price was fair.

Great installers of floorings! A very large selection of flooring materials (using the latest technologies) which we didn't even see at the big box stores. We chose a hybrid floor (engineered vinyl plank) which looks great and is much more comfortable to walk on (and quieter too) than the usual tiles, hardwood, etc. found at Home Depot and Lowes. Prices were very fair and the installer really knew his stuff! When the old flooring is removed, you really don't know what you're going to find under there and in our case, there were a few surprises. The original cement base had crumbled in our hallway (due to years of being walked on) and there were 3 layers of previous old vinyl in our kitchen including the original flooring from decades ago, lol. Thankfully, the installer knew what to do to fix the floor base before installing the new flooring! A big thank you to John and Alvaro !

I can't say enough about Carpet Corner! Their level of service and response exceeds any experience I've ever had with a contractor. We were renovating our rental unit and Jahan (John) gave us some great LVP options for the floors. His prices were fair and his employees started the job quickly and did meticulous work. The results were beautiful. However, the story doesn't end there. Late in the process, we decided to do a gut renovation on the guest bathroom. My regular contractor was overloaded and not very responsive and we needed to get the unit back on the rental market. I remembered that Jahan also does bath renovations so I reached out. Mind you, this was over New Years weekend. He again gave me a fair price and his contractors started that Monday. They completed the job in 13 days flat! The job included gutting 3 layers of old drywall and plaster, new drywall, lighting, removing old tile and opening up the shower wall, and new lighting, tile and flooring. The difference was amazing and the work was high quality. The new floors and bath definitely helped us rent the apartment only 4 days. I wish the story ended there but unfortunately only a week after our new tenant moved in, the toilet line clogged and we ended up with the bathroom flooding plus water coming under the wall into the kitchen. We were terrified it would mean major mitigation work. After my plumber cleared the leak and cleaned things up, I called Jahan the next day. He came by a few hours later and reassured us that the damage wasn't so bad. Because the water came out of the toilet seal, it unfortunately got under the LVP so the brand new flooring had to be replaced so everything could be dried out. I decided to go with tile in case it happens again. We selected the tile that same day and Oskar, the tile guy started and finished the job the very next day. We were very lucky the floors had mostly dried and there was no damage to either the baseboard or drywall. I've never seen a contractor so responsive and quick. They minimized the inconvenience to my tenant and got the job done literally the day after I called. Try finding a contractor to get you out of a jam like that! Bravo to Jahan, Oskar, and the crew. Absolutely the best!!
