They were able to get our counters installed very quickly, and they're beautiful. A little bit of confusion at first, because we were told the granite supplier in Mason had a slab of Giallo Ornamental, but when we drove over there to pick out the slab we wanted, we were told that they didn't have any Giallo Ornamental available. The only slabs they had were taken. Ended up being okay as the New Venetian Gold slab we selected was similar enough to the Giallo Ornamental. The day of installation, the guys arrived past the scheduled arrival time. We weren't called to say they'd be late. We called the store to find out that the granite hadn't been loaded. They arrived about 40 minutes late. A call would have been nice. That said, the guys did a great job with the installation. The measurements were spot on and the counters are beautiful. A couple of hiccups, but overall pleased with the experience.

After a lot of shopping around for quartz for a major kitchen renovation, we selected Caroline granite based on their reviews, service and pricing. They offered the best pricing on the courts. I selected from the manufacturer and also offered quick and prompt measuring and install with shorter lead times than all of their competitors. Their team was very professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the final product.

Couldn't make up my mind for months on what granite I wanted for my kitchen. I drove by and saw IT! The slab I wanted!! Had it installed eight days later. Hard to tell you how much difference it made, so I included pictures. Price was reasonable compared to the other guys. Great service after the sale when I had a question. Thanks Luis!

I had picked out a remnant slab that I tried to pay a non refundable deposit for to hold for me for 3-4 weeks until my cabinets were delivered. I checked on it every week to make sure they knew we would not be changing our mind. They assured me they marked it as SOLD even though they refused to take a non-refundable deposit. The week my cabinets come in, I come in to tell them we need someone out this week to measure and they assure me AGAIN the slab is still mine. All to get a call the next day telling me Luis cut and sold the slab that they had assured me was mine. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company with such poor communication and such terrible customer service. So unapologetic and not even willing to make it right after THEIR mistake. I will never work with this company and will be sure to pass on my Terrible experience to everyone I know.

After searching for new countertops all day, I drove past Carolina Granite and saw the exact stone I was looking for! I called them on a Saturday, they came and measured on Monday, and I had my new counters installed by Wednesday (when most other places were scheduling at least 2-3 weeks out). As a owner who has had, over the years, granite installed professionally for 3 different kitchens and 7 baths, I was very impressed with Carolina Granite on Springfield Pike in Cincinnati. The owners and staff were very professional and very quick with responses for quotes, questions or samples. Their prices were very reasonable, even when granite was not from their stock at the shop. Not only did they quote a very competitive price for granite at a stone distributor, they also took me up there when there were concerns with the slabs I had chosen. The owner helped me pick out 2 slabs that blended together the best, even though they were all from the same lot. It is amazing how the same name granite can be so different, from one foundry to another. Carolina granite, not only measured the kitchen, but also used a template because of the irregularities in the wall. The template was "right on"! No gaps at all. The seams were invisible and the patterns were perfectly matched. They actually had me come down and place the template on the slab where I liked it. It was an amazing experience. Turn around was very quick from the time the template was taken and then installed -3 days. The owners did not want the homeowner left without counters for any extended time. I would highly recommend Carolina Granite to anyone. It was my best experience to date. This is a small business that really wants to ensure the customer is satisfied. What a best kept secret in the Cincinnati area regarding installation of granite for your home. All workers were polite, punctual and extremely professional. Their work performed was more than I expected because their prices are fair and lower than most companies whom have a large overhead. I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed. They are extremely professional. They have changed the look of my kitchen completely. I placed the order in on Wednesday and Saturday they were completely done. I've gotten quotes from other companies and normally take anywhere from a week to 10 business days to complete the job. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a contracting Compnay working on my house!!! I highly recommend Carolina granite LLC. These guys rock!!!!
