I can't say enough amazing things about Cape Fear Marble & Tile! They gave us a wonderful experience through the process of renovating our kitchen, which wasn't as quick as I had wanted it to be due to the fact that we changed our minds a few times on what we wanted. Kelli was always there to answer any questions we had, as well as help gather pricing for the different countertop options we finally decided on! This was our first kitchen reno, and it can be overwhelming (note that I'm in the creative industry and live for this kind of thing, and it still scared me to death that I would make the wrong decision) but she made it feel so easy! Every staff member that came to the house was respectful and professional! The processes were quick and easy, and I was very impressed as I watched them conquer their work at the house! The final result is just perfection... the installation was beyond fast, and it's flawless. I had to post a before and after picture just because everyday I stand in our new kitchen and I get excited. No, they didn't do the cabinets and the backsplash (even though they recommended the cabinet painting company to us) but my favorite part of the kitchen is the countertops! Their edges, their seams, their professionalism, their hospitality... it's all perfection! Business owner to business owner, I know what it takes, and I just praise them for doing it RIGHT! We love our new counter tops! Cape Fear has been great from start to finish. From creating the design I was imagining, tearing out the old and installing the new, each team of workers were unbelievable. Not only did they work hard, but we’re very knowledgeable about everything. They answered my questions and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. They even cleaned up all the dust and shined my new counters. From Kelli helping with design and quartz, to Jerry measuring and tear out, to both Brandon’s that installed, we loved them all.
