We remodeled our home in 2022 and we were very conflicted with the countertops we wanted in our home. When I went to California Tile and Granite, they were super helpful, the girl behind the desk knows what she’s talking about. We ended up getting a really good price for our quartz countertop and the guys came and installed it pretty quickly. Highly recommend this place

From start to finish this local company has been outstanding. Poval was very polite and knowledgeable about all the options for exterior stone material and what to stay away from due to the affect of UV exposure. The office rep Rosemary was on top of everything in real time and came up with on-the -spot options due to the “Time is of an essence “ deadline we were on. Rosemary communicated with me at every step of the way and worked through many challenges, all of them out of her control, to ensure our success to deliver on time and on budget to our clients. I will definitely be recommending them to fellow general contractors in the future.

Overall a very good experience. We saw a recommendation on Nextdoor for California Tile & Granite so we gave them a shot. We selected a quartz counter top for our kitchen with an elongated subway tile backsplash and large ss sink. There is one seam on our quartz counter top and it is essentially impossible to find unless you know where it is. I did the demo to save a few bucks but I honestly don't know it was worth it b/c of how long it took me and due to the fact I ruined some drywall and needed to replace two sections. The counter top looks fantastic and the backsplash looks perfect. My only sort of complaint is that they unhooked the sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal and water dripped all over the inside of the cabinet. I'm not taking a star off for it, but it was a little annoying. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very responsive. I had several requests for an estimate and saw this outfit online. I sent a request for a quote and Ray was very quick to reach out. Within days Mike was out taking measurements and asked us to stop by the showroom to pick out our colors. A week afterwards we had our countertops and sinks installed. Eric was the installer and another guy who I didn’t get his name. But fast, clean and a great price. I highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with our experience with California Tile & Granite. Previously we had gone to some of the larger granite and quartz warehouse outlets where we found the customer service to be poor and the selections somewhat limited. We then went to California Tile & Granite where we were warmly greeted by Pavel. He is very professional and knowledgeable with his craft, patiently spending a lot of time with us. There we found the perfect piece of quartz for our bathroom vanity. It was promptly fabricated and installed. I needed quartz countertops for my master bathroom and after visiting several places that my contractor recommended, I ended up going to California Tile & Granite. I am so happy that I did. We were very satisfied with the timely replacement of old tile counters with quartz and 4 new sinks in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They provided us with an estimate for the quartz we liked within 15 min after walking in the door with a diagram. The demolition was done in one day by two former contractors. A pattern was created for 4 different surfaces in one day by the owner. We were able to examine the huge sheets of quartz before they were cut. The owner gave excellent advice on how much quartz to use on the window. The installation is excellent, the seams are not obvious and are wisely located. We had to wait 6 months for the new cooktop but the quartz counters were in place in 3 weeks from start to finish. We highly recommend this company for respecting our budget and ideas.

We needed to replace our bathroom sinks and we got all our estimates and we're ready to pull the trigger when I saw an advertisement from California Tile & Granite. I sent a message and got a reply very quickly. Ray was very responsible and everything initially was done by email. By the end of the week Mike came out to inspect and measure. Two weeks later it was done. Awesome job, quick turnaround and good people and at great price.

Ray was very kind to refer us to a wholesale countertop place because we were not looking to replace the whole sink + countertop but just a quartz countertop. We found this company in one of our local magazines and we decided to use their service. Michael was here to measure the vanity, the same day we picked out our quartz countertop We are happy that the countertop installation went smoothly, the guys were professional. I'm new to the area and had no clue where to begin with our kitchen remodel so I turned to Yelp and requested quotes which is how I came across California Tile & Granite. Ray messaged me right away and I liked that he included flat rates, a few places I spoke to had so many additional fees and taxes and some contractors were complete no shows/no calls. When we went to the showroom, I didn't feel pressured to sign anything or being forced to buy things I didn't want. We went with a calacatta style quartz and an inmound sink! Ray was in communication the entire time and everything went really smoothly! I love my new countertops!

Want to thank Ray for his assistance in finding my perfect counter top! Walked into this location after visiting 3 others in the area that did not have anything I was interested in. Explained what I wanted to Ray and he said he thought I might like a piece he had in the work room, it was perfect, Crema Marfil". Gave him the measurements and a few days later it was ready to pick up. This company has so much to offer, I wanted granite and they have such a great selection, after looking at Granite Outlet, no customer service there and very limited on selection, I was so pleased with Ray's expertise and knowledge. My husband and I walked into Ray's shop and had about 10 minutes to pick out a countertop and tile (COVID19 times). Ray was friendly, fast and provided options without overwhelming me with a thousand choices, which I really appreciated. We were in a time crunch and needed our kitchen done in a few weeks and he made it happen. Reasonable prices too. I could reach him by phone or text at all times, and he was immediately responsive- a rare thing these days. Just before the installation date I contacted Ray and asked if he could add on a second countertop for a bathroom and he made it happen. His crew was kind, respectful and very skilled. Michael, Ray, Monica were AWESOME and very professional. They put the customer first. They offered me the same quartz tile style and style name as another tile store (see my other review) and the total was $1500 less! And they threw in a free kitchen sink. I really love this company and I love how hard and stern Michael can be when there is a glitch. He runs a tight ship and keeps the project moving in the right direction. There were a couple glitches but they were remedied. I really liked the installers, too, but I forgot their names. They, especially "Eric" are well trained with their skills and were easy to work with, as well. I was going to take one star off because of their "handyman" person (name withheld), but Michael sure set him straight, and I don't want his behavior to reflect poorly on the business or the wonderful people who work there. They do top quality work, are professions, and are very pleasant individuals! Thank you, Michael, Monica, and Ray!! Recommend!

Wanted to remodel our kitchen with quartz countertops and spent months researching and pricing out different vendors. CA Tile & Granite had the largest selection and most competitive prices. With our kitchen layout we were able get a custom cut and design at a lower cost than from a pre-fab warehouse! Definitely will come back to see Ray when we take on the bathrooms.

I really wanted to to hire CA Tile & Granite to install Cambria Quartz as my new kitchen counter. "Pavel" (came to my home to measure) and "Rosemary" (helped me choose color in office) were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The price was within my budget, but was still weighing 3 bids. When I delved down the details - per the Cambria Warranty, the material needs to be installed by a "Cambria approved installer" and CA Tile & Granite is NOT listed on the Cambria website (CambriaUSA.com) as an approved installer. To clarify the matter, I called Rosemary and she told me it was because they are a fabricator, but I was puzzled because they were to install the counter too. I felt she was defensive and told me to email her Cambria Representative "Carol", which I did. I was surprised to not hear a response from Carol after 5 days and it would of been nice to hear a follow up from Rosemary too. On Day 6 Rosemary contacted with a phone number for Carol. I was disappointed CA Tile & Granite could not answer my questions from the start and makes me feel hesitant to work with them in the future, in case there was a problem.

Recently our countertop was installed by California Tile & Granite, Corp. We were very disappointed with how the process turned out. First of all, the templater decided to move the cooktop over 1 inch to the left without telling us. The cooktop was installed on base plywood in the exact location we wanted perfectly aligned with the range hood before the countertop template date. Templater decided to relocate the cooktop position without saying anything about it to us. The countertop installers said they will try to make it work by trimming the slab on the left side of the cooktop. Since the cooktop surface overlaps the countertop there was some wiggle room there. This is where it got a lot worse. The installers decided to cut the countertop inside the kitchen instead of taking the slab outside. Just imagine the amount of dust that is created when you cut over 20 inches of quartz slab with a hand-held grinder inside the kitchen. To make things worse, they decided to turn on the range hood vent and it sucked up a lot of dust in its motor. The installers did not remove nor did they try to vacuum the cabinet drawers right below the cooktop. We had to take everything apart including the range hood, the drawers, and the rails and take them outside to get the dust out with a leaf blower. It took us 2 days to clean the dust in the kitchen and the rest of the adjacent rooms. After all that, the cooktop is still not aligned with the range hood. Dealing with California Tile & Granite was an absolute nightmare. We spent over $9,000 with them and now we have nothing but regrets.
