I could not be more disappointed with the counter top I received from this company. I worked with Roni, who I VERY specifically told that I wanted white countertops and NOT off white. after 4 weeks of anxiously waiting for our install date , come to find out the countertop is a BROWN COLOR. The countertop is so far from white that it’s actually comical I called her to let her know how extremely disappointed I was and she basically told me sucks to suck and that in her opinion it is "white" I trusted her when I told her what our needs were, but that was my mistake trusting her to meet the client needs. These countertops have absolutely ruined the look of our bathroom. I truly don't even know what to say. It looks absolutely horrible. If the countertops were actually white, then it would've looked amazing. Now I have to look at these ugly BROWN countertops forever but I'll let you decide if these are "white"

I am thrilled with my new, beautiful countertops. Before install, the team was very communicative on scheduling, timing, changes, and what to expect. Day of, the team was incredibly fast, doing both demo and install within 6 hours. Miguel and Efrain’s workmanship in cutting and placing my extra large L-shaped kitchen sink in the corner of my kitchen was done perfectly. I was amazed by how clean they left the kitchen afterwards, as if they'd never been there with no dust or trace left behind. I cannot recommend this team enough for any counter projects you have!

California Cultured Marble, "CCM," installed five countertops and four complete shower replacements for me over a period of years. The countertops and the first two showers were fine, but the last two shower replacements had problems. In the case of one shower, their representative who took measurements made a mistake in calculations. As a result, the cultured marble that should have tucked up and around the bottom of the window above, providing a finished look, ended up just flush with the bottom of the window. The result is OK, but not the way it was supposed to be. When the third shower was completed, one of the shower doors wouldn't glide easily. The glass was grabbing the guide at the bottom track. Their installers said nothing could be done, and it should loosen over time. It didn't. When the fourth shower was completed, we had the same problem with one of the doors that resisted moving side to side. I heard the same explanation, nothing to be done. It never loosened up. Finally, one of the glass doors in the fourth shower was installed with the treated side facing to the outside of the enclosure, instead of the inside. Glass shower doors receive a protective coating at the factory, to make one side slick. The treated side has to be installed facing the inside of the shower, allowing a squeegee to slide easily over wet glass. When CCM installed this door, they didn't notice the wrong side had the protective coating. The door was manufactured by Cardinal Glass. CCM told me the mistake happened at the factory, and they were going to contact Cardinal to have the door replaced. Weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, so I called CCM for an update. They were apparently trying to contact the manufacturer, but getting no response. I waited another three weeks, then checked again. They said Cardinal was ignoring all of their phone messages. On the internet, Cardinal is listed as a major corporation with 10,000 employees and 49 offices around the country. Although I felt there should be some way to contact them, CCM told me that in their experience, even if they were ultimately able to connect with Cardinal, these cases can take "upwards to 3 to 4 months," and of course I'd already been waiting for a couple of months. In the meantime, I contacted another local company, Best Value Glass, that installs Cardinal products. They gave me a proposal to replace the defective door with a new one for about $250. I relayed this information to CCM. They said fine, if I didn't want to wait, I could go ahead and buy the door from Best Value, but that was on me. So that's what I did. Fortunately, when Best Value came out, their installers saw the problem with the two shower doors that wouldn't slide. They trimmed the guides at the bottom track, made a small adjustment to the rollers, and now the doors work perfectly. The new Cardinal shower door is on order, to be installed soon.

We recently used Cal Crafted Marble for a double sink vanity counter in bianco carrara marble.We worked directly with Rebecca Southward during the entire purchase/planning process and she was great! Rebecca was not only knowledgeable with all of our counter options, but she was also thorough, reliable, paid attention to detail, and had excellent communication and follow-up. When it came time to cut the slab, we met with Jorge who was the shop Forman. He took his time with us and made sure that we were 100% satisfied for our decision on the cut. Miguel and Saul then came to the house a couple weeks later to install and they were beyond respectful and neat. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived! All in all, we are beyond thrilled with Cal Crafted Marble and will be using them again on our next project. Thank you Rebecca, Jorge, Miguel and Saul!

I needed quartz remnant for a bathroom vanity that would match my shower and floor tile. So glad I found CCM. Nina scheduled me for a walk through the remnant yard and she even helped me choose a piece in the rain. She had a great eye and was able to let me know whether a piece was larger enough to use. They had a great selection and glad I brought my bathroom tiles to compare. I choose MSI smoked pearl which turned out perfect. Rebecca followed up and got me scheduled for measurements and install. The man that came out to measure was very condescending and there was a delay because of a broken machine which was out of their control. However, the office kept me updated and went above and beyond to get me scheduled asap. I made sure the vanity was level and secure for install and had my sink and faucet on site. Jonathan and his partner did a beautiful job installing the counter and sink and were very kind and professional. CCM afforded the best quote and had the best selection remnants in the area. Highly recommend!

We purchased Cambria quartz for our counter tops at Home Depot. The measurements and install were completed by California Crafted Marble. Chris came and measured and provided the bid and completed the contract. He was super easy to work with and very accommodating. Lorenzo was our project manager and kept me apprised of updates on our project. He was always accessible and was patient with my questions. Gerardo coordinated the final measure and the team who performed the installation. We had some last minute updates with demo and he resolved the situation which eliminated the anxiety. Mike was the measure tech and was super helpful with recommendations. Our install team was spectacular: Jose, Francisco, and Bullmado were true professionals and had impeccable attention to detail. We are so blessed to have worked with each of these men. If you are looking for new counter tops and installation, you won't be disappointed with California Crafted Marble.

CCM's remnant program saved us a considerable chunk of change on our project. There were tons of off cuts available to choose from, so it didn't feel like our options were limited by much. If you do stop by the yard to check out their inventory, BRING SUNGLASSES. The yard is hot and bright, and the surfaces are very reflective. The whole project went so smoothly. Rebecca helped us pick the right surface, which we desperately needed never having picked countertops before. Mike used laser measurement to ensure a perfect fit. Jon and Kentreall were super clean, efficient, and professional during the install. I'll definitely use the remnant program through CCM on the next project.

We had went through Home Depot when we were deciding on updating our kitchen. Home Depot had contracted with California Crafted Marble. After the estimate we were told it would be about 20 working days until installation. I had always wanted a durable kitchen area after having ugly white four-inch tiles with grout as our countertop for many years. We had black quartz counter tops installed yesterday. Ron and his son James were the installers. They were on time. They were professional, courteous, explained everything that they were going to do, and respected our home and dogs. They wore masks the entire time. They cleaned up inside and around the areas that they had to do construction. Both were very friendly, like old friends, and they wasted no time getting everything done. Ron asked questions about faucet placement and made sure we were confident with our choice before he cut the holes. It took about 7 hours for the whole job. The gentleman that did our estimate was great too. The counters are beautiful. I've attached photos - the rest of the kitchen isn't done yet. We thought this was a quality company with quality people.

CCM was amazing! I had a great experience using them to install my new quartz countertops. I only had 75 square feet of counter tops and they still treated me as a valued customer. The customer service called me promptly to schedule measuring and walked me through every step of what needed to be done. The installers, Ruben and Moses, were super professional and charismatic. We did a major home remodel and hired California Crafted Marble after I decided not to use Baja Stone (who did my kitchen regrettably). California Crafted Marble fabricated and installed Quartzite in my master bath and guest bath. They also did a large dry bar in my dinning area too. I just recently had CCM install my Cambria quartz counter top. I was working with Rebecca for many months until I was ready to start my dream kitchen project. She guided me through all my questions, helped me with my budget, advised the plumber with my farmhouse sink install and overall was so kind with amazing customer service. Every time I emailed her she answered so quickly. Joanne on the install/scheduling Dept was equally great. I was scheduled for the installation until a part to create my edging of the counter top broke and had to be reordered. She got the part in so quickly so they could continue with the project as promised so I didn't have to reschedule all the other contractor that was coming in. They installed the entire kitchen in 1 day - I came home to my dream kitchen. It was something out of a shabby chic magazine with perfect edging and excellent work. You could not see any seams at all. We received all the extra pieces of quartz that was left over from the project. I have gotten so many compliments because of the excellent workmanship of CCM. I ordered the fabrication of two vanity pieces from their remnants, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. Their remnant collection is quite big, and I believe you could probably find good deals for bigger projects there as well. I took the measurements myself for the order, which I was a bit nervous about since one of the pieces had to fit between two walls. When I went to pick up the order, the cuts were absolutely spot on, the surface was flawless, and I got two Silestone vanity tops with undermount sink cut-outs and mitered edge profiles for $880. One of the tops is already installed and looks absolutely stunning. Big thanks to Joanna who was super friendly and helpful, showing us the remnant yard and keeping us updated through the order process.

Despite some issues, and after some discussion, we got beautiful quartz countertops installed! Some of the downsides: communication could be better. My husband walked through the process with the templator and was never informed of where the seams would be placed. The template showed no seams and a solid piece of quartz. At the installation though, we had two seams. I pushed back and requested a reinstall of one of the larger pieces so that it reduced the number of seams from 2 to 1. After some back and forth, we got it installed. I wish the templator made it clear what we were getting and to provide us an opportunity to change it rather than being surprised the day of. Communication with Rebecca at CCM was really clear. She set expectations about what the reinstall would look like, clarified with us that in order to make it one piece it would have to be curved (& not at 90 degree angles). We approved of that, and it turned out great. So happy to have worked with Rebecca and happy that CCM made it right.

We purchased 34 sf of Cambria Travella marble at approximately $100 sf. We received approximately 31sf because they did not give us the sink cut out section of approximately 3 sf. regardless of Us requesting it multiple times on multiple occasions! Our project manager Kris was rude and brushed me off every time I tried to contact her. We should get what we paid for, including remnants. We had a designated purpose for the cut out to use as an addition counter since our kitchen is so small. The installers were kind and friendly.

I had quartz countertops installed by California Crafted Marble through Home Depot. The price was good, relative to a few other quotes, mostly due to the fact that HD sells material by the sq ft rather than by the slab. The end results looks good with the exception of my dishwasher no longer fitting properly in the cabinet. It sticks out about 2 inches and requires modification to re-mount to the cabinet. My kitchen has an unorthodox layout with a shallow sink directly over the dishwasher. It was this way with the previous countertops, and it was this way when they came to measure. I had the new sink on hand when they measured, and I made sure to point out that fitting the sink correctly over the dishwasher was my main concern. Everything sounded like it was on track until the installers came and found that the sink was positioned wrong and impeded the dishwasher from sliding all the way back into the cabinet. Considering the new sink is smaller than the previous sink, I'm sure it could have been made to fit properly. If there was a problem, it should have been raised to me when the measurements were made, but it wasn't. It's a small oversight, but it gives my kitchen a permanent eyesore.

Mixed results. Disappointed and still waiting. CCM installed our kitchen and bath countertops last year. On the upside they are a distributor for Cambria and the product is absolutely stunning. On the downside, after a year we are still waiting for a piece of backsplash that was never installed. (Please see photo below. ) additionally, we wanted to keep our leftover sink cutouts from the installation to make cutting boards. CMM offered to make the cutting boards for us and we agreed. The cut out material left our home on the day of installation and CCM has never returned the cutting board cut outs. CCM has been to our home multiple times since the day of installation and we have mentioned the missing backsplash and cutting boards each time and yet here we are a year later still missing these items. We are also disappointed with the mixed quality of the seam work. Below are photos that include a beautiful join at one end of a seam and an uneven join at the end of the very same seam. I called yet again this week and was told my message would be taped to the appropriate employee's computer, but now days later, we're still waiting for our call to be returned...

My experience told me that CCM Enterprise is not the place for home owners like me to get their kitchen counters. My Kitchen Designer at Probuild/Dixieline used CCM to supply my kitchen counter top. (Please note that I did not give one star because the people I interaced with CCM are helpful and try to do their best. The concern is about the company's policies and their consequences.) Issues: 1. Safety - Counter top from CCM is not safe without bracket or corbel supplied by this customer. Customer was not informed of this safey concern before contract signed. 2. Non-disclosed Cost - Customer was paying for counter top installation and expected the installation is complete and safe. Due to the counter top safety concern, customer had to purchased and installed brackets. That is about 500 extra dollars. 3. Discrepancy before and after contract signed - Customer was informed that the cost is based on square footage before contract paid for. Customer was advised to select three granite slabs; and that CCM would use the necessary materials to cover the square footage required. During the layout time, CCM informed customer that the cost of contract is per granite slab and not per square footage. Since there are some natural flaw in the ganite, a third slab needs to be purchased by the customer. Or customer needed to find two slabs to cover the areas needed. Consequencies - schedule delay and extra time/effort by customer to complete granite selection/layout. Customer was given different pricing structure information before and after contract paid for. 4. Evaluations - Cost goes up due to unsafe counter top that needs brackets/corbels. Schedule delay due to pricing information changed after contract signed. The kitchen project is on hold waiting for the counter top. Suggestion to homeowners like me - Go with a counter top fabrication company that can prevent the issues mentioned above. CCM Enterprise may have the people who want to do a good job; unfortunately, the company's policy and practices caused schedule delay and unexpected cost to the customer. This is the first time I posted in Yelp. My goal is to avoid another homeowner has to deal with hte same consequences. I will post the equivalent comments for Probuild/Dixieline South Bay. They are the one contracted with CCM to provide the counter top materials and installations to the customer.

If you're planning on a kitchen countertop installation through Home Depot or Lowe's, you'll almost certainly be working with California Crafted Marble as their installation partner. Ours was through Home Depot, and this review is based on that experience, which was NOT a good one. For starters, California Crafted Marble was supposed to contact me once everything was ordered through Home Depot. After 4 weeks, they had still not called or emailed, and so I had to initiate the process. This general lack of care on their part continued throughout. I had the unfortunate experience of being forced to work with a representative named Lorenzo. I had a number of specific questions about the job, in regard to scheduling and about the installation itself. Without exception, I found him to be rude, almost always condescending in his tone, and on several occasions, he lied to me outright about a number of important details. Any time I'd ask him any sort of direct question, he would invariably obfuscate and be as unspecific and vague as possible. I was genuinely baffled by this behavior, and yet it lasted throughout the entire experience from beginning to end. There were a number of attempts to bait-and-switch with new charges early on that were never part of the original quote, and that only added to my frustration. My experience with the measure tech was fine as was the final installation, however there were issues with the materials as they were prepped. In the one corner where two pieces are supposed to be cut such that the pattern flows seamlessly, the measurement/cut was/is off by 1/4". Similarly, the hole for the faucet was also off by the same amount - 1/4". Because we kept the original plywood from our previous counter, the location of the hole was important, but because the hole was off, we had to bore out the hole wider than the faucet which then required that I create an additional reinforcement piece underneath before it could be installed. Could we have rejected the materials for being cut incorrectly? Sure, but that would have started the clock all over, we would have had to wait an additional 4 weeks and I would have been forced to continue working with Lorenzo. The thought of that was unacceptable to me. In addition, there would be no guarantee that the pieces would be properly cut a second time. Perhaps other representatives at California Crafted Marble are more pleasant to work with, but if your job is through Home Depot, you might want to think twice.

I could not be more disappointed with the counter top I received from this company. I worked with Roni, who I VERY specifically told that I wanted white countertops and NOT off white. after 4 weeks of anxiously waiting for our install date , come to find out the countertop is a BROWN COLOR. The countertop is so far from white that it's actually comical I called her to let her know how extremely disappointed I was and she basically told me sucks to suck and that in her opinion it is "white" I trusted her when I told her what our needs were, but that was my mistake trusting her to meet the client needs. These countertops have absolutely ruined the look of our bathroom. I truly don't even know what to say. It looks absolutely horrible. If the countertops were actually white, then it would've looked amazing. Now I have to look at these ugly BROWN countertops forever but I'll let you decide if these are "white"

Update, yes I am a real customer and I did have all the problems listed. I'd think with all the problems we had, and you cutting the slabs wrong twice, I wouldn't be too hard to look up our contact information? Unless of course your company often makes these mistakes...

The culture marble countertop installed in my new build was sourced from this company. More than a year later, the countertop continues to release chemicals which smell very unpleasant and give me headaches. A valid safety concern. The company would only evaluate the concern with their nose, not a measuring device. I'm now writing this review because of how belligerent Rebecca became after I told her I'd share my experience with everyone I know, including industry connections (I am also a contractor).

VETERANS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I purchased countertops through Home Depot and California Crafted Marble was assigned the contract. Through the process I discovered that I was being overcharged for various items. Upon confronting California Crafted Marble with these discrepancies, they admitted to overcharging on several items (nearly $800 in overcharges). But instead of rectifying the situation, they chose to terminate the contract and declined to install the countertops. In what I now view as a desperate plea to have them complete the job, I informed them that I'm a disabled veteran and was in the process of selling my home and needed the project done. They were entirely unmoved by that fact. What I learned from this is if you hire California Crafted Marble and they overcharge you, you better just shut your mouth and pay up or they will simply refuse to provide the service they agreed to. I would advise anyone who cares about our military veterans or anyone who doesn't like being blatantly overcharged to avoid this company like the plague. The very best thing we can collectively do is avoid this company and eventually force them into closing their doors for good. Give them what they earned.

How about communicating like professionals and keep the customer in the loop. I suppose all salesman are that, salesman. I haven't even had the countertops installed and already having issues with the company. That is not how one gains a client's confidence. I thought going through home depot would simplify the process. NOPE. I highly recommend going with a different vendor if you would like your work done within 3 months

We had a terrible experience with CCM. They do not respect their customers. After waiting 5 weeks, they postponed the date for installation, and proposed another date that was 2 weeks away. They would not return our phone calls or negotiate with us in any way. We ended up cancelling the order and arranged for another vendor that was able to fulfill the entire job in 1 week. We even left a message for the owner of the company, Cody, to call us back. She never did. How's that for customer relations? Terrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone, regardless of the quality of their work.

I realize we are in a challenging time with Covid 19 but I'm not sure the issues that persist with this company can be fully attributed it to such. There's been a lack of communication all around...I've had to repeatedly call, inquire and follow up. Scheduling has been tough as they repeatedly can't provide a set schedule, can't seem to foresee the schedule or make anything happen outside of a very rigid structure that, at best, makes me wonder if they are simply a coordination company who deals with multiple outside subcontractors to get things done. I've had to be the one to bring up potential issues and am initially told not to worry about it, they can handle it. But after not hearing back and not having confirmation that the issues were looked at and that they are sure they can handle it, I again follow up and am told last minute they cant handle those issues and I need to address them prior to the install. This all happening after an install date has been set. I've talked with 4 different people during the process as no one person has been the point of contact leaving me to wonder if communication internally is happening. If you don't have a lot of time, some experience with this type of work and a lot of patience, you may want to reconsider.

My initial interactions with California Crafted Marble were good, but their execution and follow up for my countertop work have been horrible. The installers Andres and Aaron did a pretty good job despite the inaccurate measurements they were working with. I've given this company every opportunity, going back several months, to make things right. I did not want to write a negative review. I have had to pursue phone contact each time rather than their "customer service" department taking care of my issue. They have left me hanging for months for what seems like a simple repair. It's been all excuses and passing the buck. I'm very frustrated and would certainly NOT recommend this company at all.

My husband and I just remodeled our guest bathroom and was referred to CA Crafted Marble by Dixieline. We visited the site to pick out a remnant slab. Everything went smoothly until it came time to schedule the templating and the install. First, David, the person in charge of scheduling, rarely answers his phone or responds to messages. Second, when he says he has your work scheduled, he actually doesn't and you don't find that out until you call the day before the work date to try and find out what's going on. Third, there's a two to three week wait at every step of scheduling, so getting your countertop installed takes months. Finally, when your countertop is installed, you find that multiple obvious blemishes are present. Ah, this is why they told you not to come on sight to plan the cuts and instead sent you a far away picture of the layout...I'm very unhappy with the experience and will not be using this company for my master bath remodel.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company. Multiple mistakes on our kitchen counter tops that were never fixed despite many requests. Center island counter had to be replaced twice due to mis-measurements (first attempt) and mis-installed (second attempt). On the third install for the island my wife asked the work-men not to park their truck on our new driveway which had just been poured. They laughed at my wife and said nothing would happen - totally dis-respected her. At the end of the day we found a huge gash from their power saw in the newly asphalted street in front of our driveway - either they did this out of spite or out of incompetence. Either way they were rude, disrespectful and incompetent. After that my wife was scared to have them back to our house to fix the counter that was cut short and never fixed after 3 requests. This company was referred to us by Dixieland. Would strongly recommend against either company for any kitchen work.

I had my LG Countertops contracted through Lowe's. BTW, I had to remove his name because his overbearing wife threatened me personally. First of all, their Estimator is an absolute LIAR. Yes, a liar. All of my dealings were with him and he lied, period. He came to my home to measure, and assured me that his installers only needed to shim the new countertops, no sub counter support required. We had a 6" overhang, he specifically assured me that the LG counters could go up to 10" unsupported. Then his template guy came and said yes, installing on the existing supports would not be a problem. He said, 7-10 business days it will be ready. 3 weeks later the installers came, 45m late. They insisted on installing a subcounter, despite what I told them 'the estimator' said. They also installed a 1/2" support over all the existing cabinet supports. They broke my trash stepping on the pedals, dented my stove which I offered to disconnect and move beforehand, and scuffed my newly refinished cupboards and cabinets with the 'dry fit'. They messed up the drywall pretty good too, thankfully the backsplash we installed covered that. So now my counter is over a 1/2" higher than it was supposed to be, showing the uneven stain lines from the old countertops we had, I have a broken dual trash can and hundreds of dollars of damage to my stove from Sears. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CCM, NOT. It has taken 6 weeks start to finish. When I spoke to 'the Estimator' regarding all the issues he said it 'wasn't his problem and he never told me they could install over the existing supports'. What a bold faced liar. All the damages were California Crafted Marble, period. Thankfully Lowe's settled with me personally and now they get to deal with this shady company.

I would never recommend this company, it has changed owners since I had my products installed in 2 bathrooms. I wanted them refinished to take some scratches out and shine them up. when the 2 workers came I could tell they did not want to work. they did less then minimal work had to leave to get buffer it took 2 men to retrieve buffer at the shop when it was less than 3 miles from my house. When they returned there work was less then what I expected when it became 12 noon. they said they had to leave to another job regardless of my job being complete. I spoke with Andrew in office he said they could please me so they needed to leave to another job. He hung up on my 2 times. Then tried to talk to Cody the GM with no luck of a return phone call. The office is rude and less then helpful. worst expierence in my life.
