I called Cali Stone Artisans to install countertops, and after having positive communication, also decided to have them install the Kitchen Cabinets. What great luck, as my kitchen cabinets and countertops were installed in one day. This was a very positive experience, as they made this the easiest part of the kitchen remodeling process. Auggy and the guys at Cali Stone were excellent! I did my due diligence in getting quotes and his was competitive and fair. At the outset Auggy is transparent regarding his schedule and how our kitchen countertops would fit into the schedule. He actually far beat his original time estimate as he measured, cut the quartz, and installed within about 5 days. From my understanding, that is a quick turnaround in his line of work. Very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. I highly recommend!

Auggy immediately responded that evening and by the end of that first contact, he and my husband had exchanged enough information that Auggy sent a contract which was straightforward. Measurement to installation was a little over a week! Scope of work - quartz countertops and island with waterfall edge and tile backsplash. Helped me in a bind. Need someone to cut my countertops so I could install a new sink. Auggy really came through. Team was very helpful. Sink fit nicely. Only issue I have is they left a mess. I would have liked for them to tap off the kitchen and contain some of the mess. to one area of the house. I would definitely use them again but now for the future they need to do a little more prep work before cutting countertops.

That company was overbooked and unreliable so we returned to Auggy who fit us into his schedule very quickly despite the holiday. I can't recommend him enough!! I submitted my request for quotes from Yelp and Auggy of Cali Stone was one of the first to reply. He is very knowledgeable about the different countertop materials and saved us 50% on the quartz countertop we wanted. We had gone to a big very well known distributor and found the Calacatta we wanted but was quote $1500 for just one prefab piece! I told Auggy that was too much. So he suggested we go to Elite Stone in Santa Ana as they had the exact same Calacatta for almost half the price. That sealed the deal for us to use Auggy because of his knowledge about this and because of his integrity. We made the arrangements for the installation, Auggy picked up the slab, and they cut it to size on site. We already had the sink and the faucet, which allowed for his team of 3 to cut everything custom to fit. We would use Auggy and Cali Stone Artisans again without hesitation!

It always wonderful to find a business that delivers just what they promise. Auggy is wonderful about communications and the new counter top looks fantastic, you have to search to even find the seam. He is also great about going over everything and giving you all of your options. We plan on using him again in a few months knowing he will give us a great looking counter again in another unit and that he does such great work even on top of older cabinets that can be tricky. Auggie and Cali Stone are great. We were struggling to replace another vender we had used many times before but simply didn't show up for appointments. Auggie was very responsive, very competent and very prompt. He ended up with a cancellation in his schedule that allowed him to begin work sooner than we had hoped for and complete the job just a few days later. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for and that we understood what he was doing every step of the way. Auggie is exactly the type of contractor you NEED! All the reviews I read with positive comments about Auggie are 100% accurate. Sure you will find many contractors who will perform the work you need, but how often do you feel these contractors are looking out for your best interest? Auggie treated my project as if it was his own, and I really appreciated his extra efforts when it came to one particular Quartz slab. I had pre-ordered the slab, and Auggie drove to Anaheim and picked it up. However, after returning to his shop he noticed a flaw in the pre-mitered edge, and he sent me a video of his findings and immediately called me saying he's not satisfied with the stone. Would your average contractor care? I called the stone store and requested a replacement. Auggie drove back to Anaheim to return the stone, and inspected the replacement to ensure it was perfect. He even sent me another video of the replacement stone. He completed the job and even arranged for a plumber to help finish the work. Thank you Auggie!

I first contacted Cali Stone Artisans last Saturday via Yelp, and on Friday I had a beautiful new quartz countertop installed! Auggie was very responsive and easy to work with over text, emails and calls. He had a remnant in the style of quartz we were looking for, so was able to keep the cost down. His quote for fabrication, materials and installation was only $260 more than what a local competitor quoted me for just the fabrication, and they were also going to have me buy a whole huge slab of quartz. Auggie and his associate wore masks during installation, and cleaned up afterwards. My husband and I are very happy with our fresh new countertop! Thanks to Auggie and his team!

Auggi and his team did a great job! We purchased a new sink and stovetop then discovered they were both slightly too large for the holes cut into our granite. They were able to come over, cut the granite about an inch wider and longer, and everything fit! They cleaned up and everything is now in place! Great communication and they came when they said they would and finished the job. We are really happy with their work!

I never met Augie - I went purely on the reviews from Yelp. I was going to go with another guy, but the other guy was unresponsive to my calls and texts. Augie always answered my phone calls or texts promptly which is why I gave him the job I found out he is the owner. He will follow through from beginning to end. In my case he even came to the install personally with two other guys. Needless to say, I had stone countertops in my house within only 4 days. Augie personally came to my house to take measurements and meet me face to face. I picked my color online. He took one sink and another sink template with him. I agreed to pay 10% and then 40% after meeting him. Price was good! Included haulaway. There was some caulking that got tracked on the floor - make sure they leave the house clean before leaving. They will clean. I would suggest covering the floor. Other than that, the product was clean and service very professional! Thank you!

My husband and I just purchased a home and wanted to update the old counter-tops with granite. We did a lot of shopping around including vising slab yards, speaking to different fabricators and soliciting quotes on yelp. We had a several companies get back to us but Auggy was the only one to ask actual questions to get a proper quote. He was very personable, polite, prompt in responses and informative each and every time we spoke with him. Also, he's very detailed oriented and when he explains the choices in design and materials it definitely doesn't feel like a pressured sales pitch but rather an expert giving his opinion. All that to say, if you're considering someone to help you with your counter-tops look no further. Even if you find a cheaper quote Auggies attention to detail and professionalism is worth way more than few dollars you may save.

I only needed a bathroom countertop and so my job was fairly small. Because of that, I did not meet the minimum size/cost of the big box stores and when I got quotes from other countertop professionals their quote was often at least double the quote from Cali Stone Artisans. Despite my relatively small job Auggy treated me like a bigger client. He was VERY responsive, answered all my questions and he was able to fulfill my change request without sounding annoyed like so many other vendors might. The product he delivered and installed was of excellent quality and the workmanship first rate. I recommend anyone shopping for a countertop to get an estimate from Cali Stone Artisans and if the price sounds good, you can be assured the service and product quality will make you happy.

We initially inquired on a quote for our project from a company we'd used before, but clicked the box on Yelp that allows you to get other estimates. Auggie was the first one to contact us. He was able to provide an estimate from photos and measurments that we took. He was also the lowest estimate of four estimates. Seeing that Auggie only had three Yelp reviews at the time, I initiallly felt like we were taking a risk compared to going with the more expensive company we used before that had more reviews. But there was someting about Auggie's profesionalism and responsiveness that was lacking from the original company that we went with, so we went with Auggie. And we couldn't be happier! Auggie's responsiveness and profesionallsim continued throughout the entire kitchen remodel. They always came when they said they would come. Our project actaully came with some surprises beneath the demolished materials, but Auggie was able to rectify these issues even though it took them several unexpected hours. These guys go the extra mile to do the job right. I was very impressed. The results are stellar down to every detail.

I'm not sure about all these reviews. I don't even know if they are legit. I received a call from Auguie. He asked me to send him measurements as well as what I needed done. I sent him measurements as well as a video of my kitchen counters and what I wanted done as well as the type of kitchen I wanted. I sent him samples and told him I was interested In Quartz countertops as well as subway tile as backsplash. Didn't hear from him again until the next day. He called me the next day and I asked him to give me an estimate. Never heard back.
