We just completed a kitchen remodel with cabinets and granite direct. We had an awesome experience with them. I was in the store many times choosing the granite and making plans. The whole staff is so helpful and nice. The granite work that they did on our kitchen is stunning. Everyone from the people who measured to the people who did the installation are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The results are stunning.

It was a pleasure working with Stephanie and Ed from Cabinets & Granite Direct. I would highly recommend this company. The installers did an amazing job installing the granite in my kitchen. The communication between Stephanie, Ed and the installers were all very good. Any concerns, or questions I had (and I had a lot) were answered immediately. Installers and sales people all did a wonderful job and very professional. Great customer service! Thanks again for your help and my new kitchen. I love it!

We used them several years ago for our kitchen countertops and while the sales rep on site was very pleasant and helpful, the final result after installation is less than ideal. There is a very slightly seam and the silicone they used in the crack has discolored and shrunk down. To make matters worse, after less than 5 years, our sink just literally fell out from under the countertop. Poor craftsmanship and installation as 3 of the 4 brackets holding it in place basically simultaneously fell out of the granite. It’s not worth the cost savings to use them unless you’re looking to achieve a subpar result and have to fix things far sooner than expected.

This is our 2nd time using CGD. Have had a great experience both times. Our sales rep Bianca was great and explained everything thoroughly so we knew what to expect. The process from paying to install was flawless even when we had to push back our measure/install a couple of weeks due to delays on our end. Highly recommend!

From the minute my wife and I talked to a sales person to the point we the countertops were installed, everything went smoother than I thought possible. Installers were great and the sales people did a great job servicing us. I would highly recommend them. We will go back for any future counter top needs. (We did not get our cabinets from them, but will consider it if we ever have a need them in the future based on our experience)

These cabinets are nice and look same as when we installed 2 years ago. Good quality,delivered with care. Since the initial installation, the team at CGD have been available for questions - and even a fantastic repair job after I accidentally dropped some components on the edge of the cabinets.

I purchased granite countertops. From writing up estimate to installation everything went smoothly. Ed did great and a big shout out to Logan and Dwayne for an excellent job done!! Would definitely recommend for the value, half of what Home Depot or Lowes would have cost . I’m very pleased!

I got my granite with them and quality is good but the service and sales person communication is really bad. When we were there 3 times and finalized everything the invoice was raised all good but when they came to install they said they will not remove the old stone as they were not responsible and they left with out informing me. I wasted my day with disappointment. They the sales person said they will come again and will remove the old stone and she did not tell anything about the payment to remove the old stone and plumbing and they charged my credit card for removal of stones. I am so so disappointed with the sales person as they were so irresponsible to inform the customer about these things. I will never recommend anyone to this store.😡😡😡 My name is Bharathi Viswanathan. Very well made and packaged to arrive safely. CGD is the best! My wife and I just remodeled our home, and the team took great care of us. Honest pricing, great quality, and fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the stone that we bought for our center island and didn't know what or if anything could be done to make it look the way we had dreamed it would look after talking with Stephanie about it she sent over Nathan Noelker to take a look at it well Nate must be a magician because he worked his magic on it and it now looks amazing just like we had hoped thanks to Stephanie and Nate we are completely satisfied and ready for our next purchase from them thank you CGD for everything you did for us you have all our Bussiness and I will recommend you to my friends and family Jim and Diane Naso.

When I walked into CGD, I wasn't greeted or even asked if I needed help. I was about to leave. But, I was impressed by the show room, so I decided to look around and see what kind of Granite they had. I must say they have great prices. When I was ready to ask question I walked over to a young lady by the of Angela M. She was very pleasant and ended up being very helpful. She was professional and knew what she was talking about. I ended up being happy, so I didn't run for the hills. The guy that came over to measure my countertops was very knowledgeable and more then happy to answer all my questions. I just recently had my countertops installed by Art and his partner from CGD. These two guys did an excellent job on my countertops and were very helpful and explained what I had to do next to seal my Granite countertops. I think CGD could improve their customer service and how to greet the customers as they walk in. Other then that, I was a very satisfied customer. Tony

Bottom line - I would not use this company for any reason. My wife and I are performing a total home renovation, and needed a granite kitchen countertop, so we came to Cabinets and Granite Direct. Initially we worked with Ed, who was really great and easy to work with. He did a good job of explaining our options, choices, trade-offs, etc. We were at the point where we were ready to schedule measuring and install, but wanted to confirm a few small points and select the slab we wanted. We visited the store, and Ed was on vacation, and wouldn't be available for another 5 days. Given our timeline, we couldn't wait 5 days, and asked to speak with somebody else. They actually refused to help us. The receptionist went to one of the salespeople who balked when she found out she wouldn't get a commission for her 5 minutes of work. Connie also refused to help us, and the receptionist told us we'd have to come back the following week. We explained our timeline, and informed her that we'd walk if they wouldn't help us. The receptionist tried calling a 3rd sales rep who also refused to assist us. At least 2 of the 3 salespeople weren't actually doing anything, just sitting at their desks. If a company treats you like this *before* they have your money, what type of treatment do you expect after the sale? Their counter installations may look amazing (I have no idea), but I would never recommend this place to anyone, stay away.

Walked in there today and was not greeted by anyone. We had our kitchen countertop done by them about five years ago. Today, they were completely unhelpful regarding our bathroom project. They don't do measurements and they don't install cabinets that they sell. Super unhelpful, didn't provide referrals to partners that do the work for them. Go somewhere else that provides full service.

I put a 70% deposit on some granite but had to wait 3 weeks to have measurements taken. Unfortunately the first available appointment was during my 10-day vacation so I provided the name and phone number of my contractor since he would be the one to meet the measurer. Of course, CGD missed the 3-hour window and didn't call ahead. When I called to report that no one showed up, I was rudely told that "when you're the 4th stop of the morning, you can't expect us to be on time." I had a few choice words for the operator who told me I was extremely rude. No, failing to keep an appointment, call ahead to make other arrangements, or apologize for your lack of professionalism is rude. I got my refund and took my business elsewhere. When I returned to town, I went to Mario Stone who measured the next morning and installed a week later. I got a nicer looking piece of granite for only $50 more than CGD. Mario Stone was on time, did a beautiful job installing, and communicated with me every step of the way. I should have gone to them first.

Don't walk but run away to someone else. Be prepared to have a lack of communication or consultation on your purchase. We received incorrect measurement on our countertops and the wrong edge and was made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. Received a $5k quote that turned into $7k overnight. No clarity on the invoices, pricing definitions and expectations. I know remodeling is always a tough process but this raised the bar on what bad looks like.

After a previous visit to CGD, I came back to the showroom on January 2nd, 2019 to place an order. After waiting at least 15 minutes for a representative to assist, I asked someone if they could help us. He said he would be with me shortly, yet he made no attempt to help me. As a matter of fact, when a young couple walked into the store at least half an hour after my arrival, this same representative went directly to the couple to offer his assistance. I know that other representatives heard my dismay as I commented on how rude it was to be completely ignored, yet no one attempted to help as I continued to wait. I then went down the street and placed an order with a competitor who was more than happy to assist. While an overall very disappointing experience, I took it as a fortunate turn of events as I am certain that such a complete lack of customer service would be reflected in doing business with CGD. I would suggest anyone shopping for granite not to waste their time visiting CGD.
