Great experience. Great price. Was very helpful and patient even with all the rescheduling we had to do on our part, they squeezed us in the first chance they had so we didn't have to wait 2+ more weeks to get our kitchen back. Thanks so much guys, you are appreciated!

I've worked with Cabinets and Counters for 18 years now as a design professional having completed well over 100 projects with this company. I can tell you that if you have a problem with them, it is likely your own fault. They don't pull punches and they tell you the truth, which may not always be what you want to hear. Sure, I'm disappointed when I can't get something as soon as I would like, however this is a smaller yard and the personal attention to detail in the finished product and installation is well worth the wait when they are backed up. I've used other yards in the past and hands down for price and quality, you can't beat Cab & Counters. Extra shout out for Heather who is most efficient and has a cutting sense of humor lost on those who expect grandma's customer service!!!

My husband and I originally started Cabinets and Counters and we do really apologize the awful service and attitude from the employee. Our policy was the customer was to be treated with utmost consideration and quality because without them we would not have a business. To those who have been treated so rudely we apolize it is not in anyway we hoped our business would be operated. We are no longer affiliated with the company it truly saddens us. The Johnston’s

The installers were fabulous and so kind! I loved them. The granite counter tops are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The reason for the 1 star is the CSR Heather. I have never dealt with anyone so rude in my entire life! She was hateful, rude, did not call when the counter tops were ready, and and never offered any help on anything. When we went there for the first time, we had to wait due to her being with a customer, I understand this. She never said I will be with you in a sec or nothing. We waited 10 min and another couple came in. After she was finished she went and helped the other couple. She never acknowledged that we were there...nothing. The she made us feel like we were putting her out by asking questions and pricing. I didn't want to go back after that but I chalked it up to her having a bad day. NOPE! She later told us that when the counter tops were ready she would call...aprox 3 weeks. I called in 3 weeks and she said the were on the schedule and were next. I asked what does that mean???? She said in a hateful voice, they are on the schedule! I asked does this mean 1 day...5 days...1 month? She never answered and just said she would call in plenty of time for us to remove our sink and have it ready. She never called. I called back and she said in her usual hateful voice, I have next Wed....thats it. I said next Wed for what? INSTALLATION...ohh I was so mad....Any way, we finally got them installed by Zac and Kenny (love them) but I will NEVER deal with her again! Good luck!

I saw the rude reviews about Heather. My experience over the hours spent shopping and looking at quartz and granite was was totally different. Heather juggles multiple customers, the phone and employees with efficient skill. She worked up bids for me in seconds. Other stores took DAYS. She offered advice based on her knowledge of what the samples of quartz did not show. We took her advice. After shopping 3 times we found a slab of granite that we agreed on. I don't need someone to hold my hand every step. Heather always answered the phone quickly. On the day of the installation, they were running behind. That was not a surprise for an afternoon install. Once they got there, the installer problem solved issues and gave us choices. The quality is first class. Other than the garbage disposal cover not coming, it was perfect. When we could not use the cover, Heather gave me a cash refund when I came in the door. I wished the plumber and Ferguson plumbing a great were half as efficient as Cabinets and Countertops.

After seeing the wonderful work they did on our kitchen counters, my family returned to Cabinets & Counters to have our bathroom vanity done. The customer service was FANTASTIC and Heather was a joy to work with, even when they got really busy! Heather always gets you the best deal she can!

We went in on a Saturday to pick out a remnant slab for a bathroom vanity. They weren't able to take our order that day but asked us to come back Monday. We walked around the showroom and the yard and found a slab that we wanted to use. I came back that next Monday and told Heather I had picked out a remnant and needed to place an order for my vanity. She was rude towards me when I told her I had already looked at the sinks and knew I wanted a white square sink and had a remnant I needed to hold. She told me that they were busy with the Parade of Homes and that it would be a while before we'd get ours installed, which was ok. She argued a bit when I tried to explain the number of holes we needed for our faucet and I said I could get the template from the car. Apparently that was not needed. I decided just to explain it to the guy who came out to do the template later that week. I called back 8 weeks later and got put on the schedule for an install for 10 weeks (7/31/17) after our initial template was measured. They were supposed to install from 1-2 pm, so I took a late lunch to be there. At 1:10 I received a "courtesy call" that they were stuck on another job and it'd be another 2-3 hours. I asked them to call me 30 min before they'd arrive so I could get back home to meet them, which they did. I was annoyed that they couldn't have called earlier since they knew they'd be late and that I had wasted part of my day to leave work for nothing. The actual install was quick and they were nice. They gave me the invoice with the remaining balance and I wrote a check which was cashed a few days later. I received a call yesterday (8/16) from Heather who asked when I was going to pay my balance with an accusatory tone. I informed her that I wrote a check and it was cashed a few days later. Her tone was just very harsh as she questioned me and implied that I did something wrong. I did not receive a follow up call to tell me that she made a mistake or that she apologizes and corrected my account. I wasn't going to write a review at all until I received her phone call yesterday. I will not be using them again and will tell anyone who is in the market for their products to find someone else. I had also left a Facebook review on their page, but they've now disabled the reviews there since they had 2 negative ones and a glowing review from a friend of Heather's.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because the countertops themselves do look great. HOWEVER...this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Poor customer service, poor communication, delays, incorrect product delivery, sub-par install. Their primary customer service representative Heather is snarky and unprofessional. Looking back that should have been my sign to run away. After picking out our stone countertops, we put the 50% down payment and once we had an install date for our cabinets, I called the same day asking if we could get on the schedule for them to come measure hoping to keep it all moving along. I also explained we were in a bit of a rush situation as we were getting close to having to be out of our old house. She explained they wouldn't schedule me until the cabinets were actually in, and they were on about a 4 week production time. So I waited as requested and called back the day the cabinets went in Wed 8/23. She said no one could get out to us until Monday the next week. Then on Mon 8/28 we get a call informing us the owner hurt his back and he was their only person who can template and she didn't know when he would be able to come and measure, that he might even have to have surgery. At at this point we are panicking. After doing some searching around, we found a different company that could serve us within 2 weeks, start to finish. When we consulted with them about getting a refund of our down payment due to the extenuating circumstances they wanted to keep $400, claiming a restocking fee despite previously being told this is one of their best selling stones and even when the next palette came in and I need to pick mine out she said I better get there because they'd likely all be tagged before the end of that week. At this point we do no want to give these people our money on principle. So we stick it out. He ends up coming to measure on Thurs 8/31 and I told him we ended up purchasing our own sink. He took the template that came with the sink with him. Being the owner, I trusted he would let the appropriate folks know. When they came to install, the installers called me into look at the corner radiuses before they glued them down, even pointing out that the island had a different radius that the wall counters and said that is not usual. I was never asked about the outside/inside corner radiuses, and being a first time countertop buyer, I did not know this was something to ask about. They looked awful with my clean lines, modern kitchen design, so they agreed to take them back and fix. Also, they realized the island had been cut for their sink size instead of mine, despite the owner having taken the sink template with him and no one knew anything about it. Luckily mine needed a larger hole so they could use the same slab. So we wait another week for the corrections and get the final install completed on Fri 9/22. We had been living in our new home since 8/18 without countertops or a kitchen sink. After they left we realized they didn't use the mounting clips that came with the sink and instead put random chunks of wood half screwed into our custom cabinets. The quality looks like a child did it. Yes it's under the sink/cabinet, but this is not what I would expect from professionals. When we asked for a discount on the remaining 50% owed, the owner Brian not only laughed at my husband on the phone, but said the amount we were asking for was absurd and did nothing but argue with any of our reasons. Complete waste of time. We ended up accepting their $250 off, which is a complete joke for all of the delays, lack of communication, mistakes, and utterly rude people we had to deal with.
